I contacted customer care for the installation of dishtv.My token no was 1971450.On 01 jully,service engineer came and installed dishtv.The company,who was installed the antenna was APOLLO AIRWORLD,
C-15,Rajdhani Market,Tagore Garden Extn,New Delhi-110027.I have contacted 50 to 60 times and lodge complain(complain No[protected],each and every time they(customer care) telling that it will resolve ..within 24 hrs.I have also contacted the person who installed the dishtv.but no result.I had already spend 300 rupees for contacting .I HAVE PAID Rs 1411/-.cv No-[protected].They have not activated the dishtv up to now.what can i do?

Got a DISH TV connection 2 days back and already repenting my decision for choosing DISH TV.
Dealer who installed the connection is APOLLO AIRWORLD, Tagore Garden. My Card# is [protected].
Even after 2 days they are not able to activate my connection. The worst part is that the dealer provided with three telephone numbers but nobody is picking the calls. I have tried to call them several times since morning but could not. This is not at all acceptable.
I don't know what will happen to them if I will go to APOLLO AIRWORLD office and break their nose.

    Not able to see any channel from starting

    I am not happy to buy your dish tv. I bought it 8th june and install within a day but I was not able to see any channel. after many Phone call it was start within 10-12 days. Now it was working properly, but it was not for long time. now same problem is come in it. so i decided that I will not to continue with Dish TV.

    DishTV — no starting the channel

    I’m rama nad ojha from Biswan Sitpapur (U.P.) and our V.C. no.[protected], I purchased DishTV connection of oct08 and from may09 month, I’m continuously facing “after starting the t.v within few seconds massage display on screen” pls.call custmore care"problem and chanell is stop.

    Dish TV — Not able to view any channel

    Hi,

    I had very bitter experience with DISH TV Customer care, I have been deprived off my channel services since last 10 days. Could not able to view any of channels. I have been following customer care since last 5 days proactively and continuously. Every day they said and demand for 24 more hrs. Eventually i end up with no result and paying the price of being a helpless customer. Who has around 2 years of relation with the DIST TV but being fooled with sweet pills at the time when service is required.

    I had Three open ticket/s with them, among three two of them they have closed by their own. even without resolving the complaint or talking to the customer.[protected][protected]

    So far I had words with (Mr. Abhinav Shukla, Senior Supervisior) Who had ensure me that your services will be up by 22 july itself. No response so far just sweet pills of words

    Then i had words with Customer care Executive Ms. Poornima, She ensure me that your services will get up by today itself, Another Sweet pill/s of words, no complaint resolve so far

    Then i had words with Customer care Executive Mr. Jagdeep, Who said that i don't see any complaints against your vc number in the system. When I said I am calling from last 4 - 5 days, Then he said wait let me check again...Then he find complaint/s and asked for another 24 hrs

    Then i had words with (Mr. Deepak Singh, Floor Supervior). He said now you have knock the right door i do understand you deeply, please give us time of another 24 hrs..Nothing happen so far.

    Now, You tell what shall I do...Do i remain helpless of being a customer crapped in fatal circumstances. Who have been fooled with sweet pills every then and now or by closing the complaints even without resolving them or talking to the customer. We all knows how tough is to reach a customer care executive. If fortunately you reached then they just offer you sweet pills with a promise of another 24 hrs wait and eventually put you in the bottom less hole. Now i left with no courage for hoping for a hope. But want to share the grievance along with the bitter experience i had in making the DISH TV as my preferred choice.

      What a mess Dish Tv is creating in customer service and claims that they are number one DTH provider. I ordered for 2 new connection on 3rd July. Within 2 hour the sales guy was at my door for collection. I paid him the required sum and messaged to their toll free number for installation. I received the reference number and got call from one of their franchise that it will be installed within 24 hrs. They gave me slot when installation will be done. I came from office early and when called them to confirm about the installation, they told that they will not do. Since then I had made more than 4 calls to their customer care and more than 10 calls to their distributor but nothing happened. Now they are not picking up my call. I am clueless. I am planning to shift to other service provider. Is this the customer service DishTv is providing? I am registering a complain against them and also want to inform others that dont opt for DishTv. Their logo is "Ghar aaye Zindagi", but I say "Ghar aaye Tension".

      and install the dish tv but hi say to pls give me hardware money for dish tv we have alreday pay to 1590/- for mobile store . we have contact the mobile store
      his is saying we have no any hard ware . the hardware give u company intsalaition person but person r saying i am from BHASKAR RETAIL SALES LTD.
      Distubuter and i am not give u . u paid the money of hard ware .. hi pls resolve this problem ashp

      I have bought online one DTH set from dish tv on 11.03.2011. After two weeks on 23.03.2011 one person came from Dish tv for connection and found that one part is in damaged condition and he has taken it with him and told that within two or three days this will be done. But still the DTH connection is pending after continuous follow up. I want to know why this type of thing is happening?

      Please do the needful.

        I purchased a new HD dish TV connection on June 26, 2011. A set top box was delivered to me. As per dish TV, they were supposed to install the rest of equipment with in 24 hours of delivery of STB - set top box. But it is not not installed. I have called them multiple times. Every time I am told to wait for another 24 hours. Being too much frustrated, I asked them to refund my money and even that is not happening.

        I want this to be installed but I am feeling helpless as I am not sure whom to approach.

        I received STB from Balaji Sanchar Group, H-14, 2nd floor, Main market kingsway camp, Hudson Lane delhi - 09. Receipt No. 5554. Amount - 1765.

        Please help getting it installed as soon possible and also I want Dish TV to pay for too much wait and frustration. Their commitment was to install it within 24 hours of STB delivery.

          Good Morning.

          I have got the DishTv TruHD box by paying more than 3000. With the impression that you are providing more than 35 HD channels. BIGGEST LIARS. There are NO 35 HD channels. Only a very few HD Channels are there and rest all are upscaled HD Channels. THIS IS FRAUD. Whom are they fooling? Are we Indians so stupid that we won't know the difference between HD and upscaled SD channels????

          The only HD Channels are
          1. Movies Now
          2. Discovery HD
          3. Nat Geo HD
          4. TravelXP HD

          THAT FOR YOUR INFORMATION IS FOUR (4) not 35. LIARS.FRAUD. Is there anyway I can take this matter to higher authorities?? This is not just my problem, the lakhs of people who have HD are fooled the same way. Refund everyones money or work your off and get 35 TRUE HD channels ASAP in next two months.

          Dear Sir,
          I am customer of dish TV from last more than 5 year . Approx. 20 days back, I replace Set of box on the request of Dish TV customer care and pay the difference amount Approx. 10 days back, we are not able to view the channels on TV. We contact with Dish customer care and after seeing the signal frequency (avg. 72% to 82%) and Dishtv senior person also agreed that Set of is not working properly and it should be replace but even after sending mails to their CMD mr. Subhash Chandra, Service head Mr. Ish anand neither dishtv is changing the setof box not refunding my payments deposit with them .
          you can assume when top management do not respond than why the employee will respond .
          Service reQUEST # 62748866 was registered with them but every time they want to change it .
          not satisfied with customer care call

            My VC no. for Platinum pack dish-tv connection is [protected] & my mobile no. is [protected].

            One channel "TEN SPORTS" is not coming in my above platinum pack connection, whereas the same channel is including in Platinum pack. Now India vs West Indies match is going on. But I can not avail the same channel in my connection, even I regularly dposit my dues.

            So I am requesting you, please look into this matter & solve my problem, so that I can avail the match.

            DishTV — Irregularity!!

            Being a platinium subscriber for last 3 years I found that some of my channels are disabled from my package for no good reason. When i ask them they said they come as an "Ala Carte' which i needs to buy it seperately. To drop the Ala Carte that you have bought during your last subscription, you need to call up the call center and inform them. Yes i did that... But DishTV is doing a perfect cheating here by not dropping the Ala Carte immediately inspite of the fact that you dont want it in your new subscription. As you all know that you have to renew your subscription and then talk about any kind of acitivation or decactivation to them. They are taking this as an advantage and making up this which could not be easily noticed by the viewers. I was surprised to see the 'ala carte' channels are getting aired inspite of my request message to drop them. This i have done after i had gone through the experience of getting billed unnecessarily for the ala carte during my last subscription. This time it is with their advice that i should call on the day of subscription renewal.

            I made my payment at 6 p.m and found that the channels are not de-activated till 11 p.m .. The setup box was switched on continously as per their advice to deactivate those channels. I again called them back and asked why they have not deactivated it?.. An apology issued to me.. Next day i found that channels are not deactivated. I called them in the evening and asked about my request yesterday.. An apology issued to me.. But this time the call center has told me that there is no call records exist for 11 p.m other than my 6 p.m call.. I went on a rage and finally they put me to someone who said that it will be deactivated immediately but i will be billed for the day. Atrocious!!.. You need to be watch dog for not getting billed and keep calling them until they deactivate your channels.. And the worst thing is that when they finally dropped those channels some channels ( Channel 912), which were disabled right from the beginning came back suddenly and i now they are saying that they are a part of my platinum subscription.. However i lost another channel 921 which that has no explanation till today.. At the end of the day, you would not informed for anything u view or u lost in btw and u hv to keep paying for this????

            Do anyone have a solution to all these happenings?. Who monitors it from the governement side?..

              sir,

              we enquired about a dish tv Connection from exhibition we attended in gurgaon . the connection was bought on 03.06.11 and installed on 04.06.11. The dealer M/s S.D.servcies collected tha balance money and we were assured of transmission within 24 hrs. We saw some reception on 05.06.11 for a very short time.After that the msg on TV states

              "PLEASE RECHARGE FOR AVAILING SERVICES". We have complaiedn over 5-6 Times. The dealer states it is the problem from the back end of the Company. All we have been receiving from the Company is a new complaint number, but no solution.

                I WANT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST DISH TV COSTUMER CARE PEOPLE. I HAVE RECHARGED MY DISHTV ACCOUNT ON SUNDAY LATE NIGHT(VC. NO. [protected] REGISTERED NAME: VINOD KUMAR BHOLA, PHONE NO. [protected]) AND I GOT A CONFIRMATION MAIL FROM DISHTV THAT MY RECHRGE WAS SUCCESSFUL. BUT YET WHEN I TURNED ON MY TV SET IT WAS SHOWING TO RECHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT. I MADE A TEXT "DISHTV 101" TO "57575" AT AROUND 10 PM TODAY. PREVIOUSLY C/C PEOPLE USED TO CALL AT THE SAME TIME ONLY WHEN TEXT HAD BEEN SENT. BUT, TODAY THESE PEOPLE WERE CALLED ME AT 11 20 PM. I DISCONNECTED THEIR CALL SEVERAL TIMES AS I WAS FALL ASLEEP BUT THEY KEEP ON CALLING AND CALLING.
                AT LAST, I WOKE UP AND RECEIVED THEIR CALL AND SCOLDED THEM THAT THEY CALLED AT THIS TIME AND IT TOO SO LATE. THE GUY TOLD THAT THEY HAD HUGE CALL RUSH SO THATS WHY THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO CALL.
                THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO DEAL WITH PROBLEMS, CALLING LATE AT NIGHTS AND DISTURBING THEM. AND IF INSTEAD OF DISCONNECTING THE CALL THEY WERE CALLING AGAIN AND AGAIN.

                WHAT A POOR SERVICE PROVIDER.

                I HOPE SUITABLE ACTION WOULD BE TAKEN.

                    I want to draw attention of consumers looking to get a new DTH connection.

                    They have a very inconsistent pricing of products. In my case I wanted to add a child connection to my already existing connection.

                    They quoted 890+200 Rs installation charges with tax on website.
                    990+ 200 _ Tax on phone

                    Then when the franchisee called me to set up time for installation, he said it will be 1190+ 200 + Tax.


                    It didnt end here. They advertised, that 160 will be charged when my connection is added as a child to already existing connection.

                    But later they U turned on it saying that my older connection is older than January 2010. So they cannot add child to this connection.

                    If this is so, they should have mentioned it in their promotions and/or website clearly or atleast when I called them to setup the connection.

                    I would say they are bunch of and you should consider other options as there are ample of them available. I m also doing so. review of AIrtel IPTV are welcome as I m completely satisfied with there service and customer support.

                    and please I m not an agent of any company. I m just a normal but aware consumer.

                      Respected Sir,
                      My VC number is [protected] and registered mobile number is [protected].I am facing scrambling problem in some channels like star plus,star one,sony,zee tv,ten sports,net geo,sab,colors,imagine ..
                      i have called the customer care 5-6 times they are not providing me valuable info.I have also reinstalled my dish tv antenna two times but still the problem persists.Please refresh my pairing with my stb.AS i think this is the only solution available.Also i m receiving signal strength 60 and signal quality as 70 percent in my stb.This problem problem is occuring from last 5 months i m totally fed up with this otherwise i have to go to change my dish operator.
                      Please help me out.

                        Dear Sir,
                        I have set top box of Dish Tv at my home - my vc No. is [protected]
                        Please note that dish tv has upgraded their systems and program before 45 to 60 days from that day onwards, I am not getting all relay properly. before 15/ 18 days I was facing same problem as I am facing today, In My set top box I am unable to receive any channel and when I complained them they directed some steps and I did as they said and my channel relay was started working.

                        But 09/06/2011 again I face the same problem, So I complained them the problem, they told me that it may be due to rain, they will send technician and solve my problem ,they didn't gave me any complaint number for the same. But no one came to resolve my problem.

                        As on 10/06/11 evening at 5pm I complaint them again and they told me to do the following again and as they directed I did the Same as follows:
                        Go to Menu > select SETUP > select STB INFO >seen all channels relay Red so they told me to select OK > select Restore FACTORY Setting > APPEAR ON SCREEN ..All your personal setting and all your channels will be lost > they told me to press OK > the display EPG is Updating Service List, Please Wait then > it appear 303 RE- INSTALL SERVICES >they told me to press Ok > they told me check Home Frequency it appear ONLY 2 to 3% on my screen > PROBLEM IS SAME AS BEFORE AFTER DOING THE WHOLE THINGS.

                        Now they says that it may be technical fault and our technician will come and resolved it.
                        I send sms as appeared on screen if problem send it to 57575 SMS dish tv 303 , so I send the message on 10/06/11 and I received reply of sms that they will respond shortly.

                        as on 11/06/11 and 12/06/11 on one came so I complained them again on 12/06/11 twice at afternoon and at evening 5.30pm, they told me that they will resolve my problem before evening that day only. they called me twice but no technician has visited to my houe. Surprisingly on 7pm I received message from company stating that my complaint will be attended on June 12,2011 4:32pm by Avinash Shukla , for assistance call us and within 8 minute on 7:08 I receive another message stating that your complaint No. 61124856 is resolved, We hope you are satisfied with the resolution. In case of any concern, call on [protected].Again No one has came to resolve my complaint.
                        as on today 13/06/11 afternoon I called the complaint department they gave again new complaint No. 61256663 and replied the same that technician will come to resolve the problem and if you want you can talk to Mr. Purohit on [protected] - but sorry to say that the mobile is ringing but no one is lifting the same.
                        Again on 5.40pm I called on [protected] and they connected me to Branch Head SWATI again she is unable to reply why my complaint is not resolved and promised to resolve within short time by sending urgent mail and complaint.

                        Now I am unable to understand their service and attitude?

                        Please do the needful immediately to resolve my problem or ask them to return my money I paid for whole year ( up to Nov.2011 ) so I can switch over to other operator immediately.

                          To give you a gist of the complaints-

                          I got my dish tv activated/recharged on 19th Mar 2011 after my Sons board exam. I had recharged for Rs 405 equivalent to 3 months subscription.

                          From May end onwards i was getting sms for recharging the account and i got suproised and called up Dishh TV and i was told that Chutti TV is a paid channel and activated as ala carte from 4th April 2011 without checking / consulting with me.

                          The copies of the trailin gmails below are self explanatory.

                          I don't really know what to say. Either you don't understand or act as if you have not understood.

                          On whose instruction Chutti TV has been converted to ala carte paid channel.

                          If you have done it on your own am I supposed to pay for this.

                          If it has been made a paid channel I as a customer should have been given the option of deciding whether to go for the paid channel or not.

                          Hope you understand this simple language and refund, else I will have to go for the other alternates.

                            Dear Sir

                            As per our telephonic I have scanned and submitted the SAF copy via
                            mail. On phone you have promised me that within 2 hrs my connection
                            will be activated. It's more than 5 hrs I have mailed you but still my
                            connection is not activated and it shows same message as vc is not
                            paired with set top box. It's pathetic service on behalf of dishtv as
                            it's clearly your responsibility to activate the connection but you
                            are unable to do it after repeated reminder. Why you are making false
                            promises to the customer that " if you are purchasing HD connection it
                            will be installed and activated within max 24 hrs". Sir it's been more
                            I have purchased dishtv true hd on 8/6/2011 from sejal electronic Maninagar
                            He promised me to activate and installed connection within 12 hrs. Its more than 36hrs since I have purchased your connection but there is no
                            channel working.

                            Also note here during installation non of the HD channel's signal
                            receive as signal quality is just 2% for the HD channels as
                            transponder no 10 to 14 not able to catch or receive any signal. I
                            have discussed this issue with your technical person who was came to
                            my house for the installation but he clearly told that he had no idea
                            why signal as not receiving for HD channels. And he left. So on your
                            part you have even not installed the connection properly.

                            Even dealer bright enterprise had not submitted the copy of SAF and copy of my licence which I have given and signed at the time of installation. So I have talked with your customer care your exec told me that if you want to activate your account you can scanned the SAF to the [protected]@dishtv.in so I have scanned my SAF and my I'd proof and send it to the above mentioned e mail. But channel is not working so again I called to customer care this time your exec told me to do SMS pair vc no STB no and send it to 57575. I have send the similar SMS but reply was vc no and STB is already paired and activated.

                              Dear Sir,

                              My Dish TV service is not working( Not receiving any signal),since 3rd June'11 after the windy, rains lashed in Mumbai city. I waited for 2 days thinking the service will resume on its own however it was still not working. I contacted the Dish TV service center , the call center agent informed that they will have to send an executive to fix the issue however I will have to pay a service of approx 150 Rs ( I don't remember the exact amount).

                              I asked him why should I pay the charges isn''t it the companies duty to provide basic service.The agent gave me another option he said if you log a complain right now and still if the service is not resumed in one month then the company will no charge me any fees, which didnot make sense to me

                              I then requested to speak to the supervisor , however the agent informed me he would have to schedule a callback. When the supervisor contacted me the line got disconnected. Till date I haven't received a call and the signal is still not working.

                              The company is robbing innocent consumers by not providing the basic service and charging us such high fees.

                              For instance If the telephone line service gets affected due to heavy rains the company fixes the problem without charging the consumer. In my case every time there will be windy rains and the signal is not received is misplaced I will be forced to pay service charges, which is not due to me error.

                              Kindly assist as I choose not to succumb to such exorbitant charges which the company wants to charge for providing basic service

                              I have not been using Dish tv from last 2 yrs. All issues were resolved. Please remove my complaint details from your website at the earliest

                              Dish TV — Unauthorized Disconnection of Dish TV Connection

                              I had taken Dish TV connection from Nangia and renewed it for the second time for one more year, by paying in advance the total amount meant for Platinum package, which was supposed to cover all the channels, including the paid ones. Now, the company and the distributor collectively duped me by terminating my connection three months in advance saying that I had used the pay channels. They are trying to make fun of the customer, by not reactivating the connection, even after repeated complaints through telephone and email.Nangia is a leading dealer of major white goods brands in India.
                              Thanks mate! I sent at least a dozen of mails to Dish TV and the distributor, they didnt do anything, seems they are hand-in-glove. I am approaching the consumer court and the national and local media.
                              Got charged for a $24.99 socceer event I never nor anyone else ordered in my household. Had to escalate call from rep in India to someone in Denver. Had to convince them I did not order this event -- was told it was ordered over the phone. They could look at my account and see that I've never even ordered a movie for $6.99, originally $4.99 two years old, much less a $19.99 sporting event at 9 p.m. on a work night, plus $5 phone order assistance!

                              Don't like this seemlingly mandatory online billing as when dishTV makes a mistake or increases fees with no prior notification, I have to make another monthly call to ask what the charges about -- and the incorrect amount automatically gets charged to my credit card.. In the case of the $24.99 charge -- I wanted it returned to my credit card. dishTV will not do this -- said credit will appear on next bill. This is ridiculous as this is another thing I have to check for next month. Like any other fraudulent charge, I want it off my bill now -- and don't want to have to pay for it for -- then look for the credit next month.

                                Sir, i was customer of dish tv and it was very wonderful service provider, i agree.
                                but i bought LCD tv and i want HD connetion as well as when i bought dish tv then there was one shceme that give Rs. 2490/- as refund subject to submit system.

                                i bought dish tv on 1.05.05 and it has been submitted on 03.07.10 at shiv service at baroda as per guideline of our dealer and Mr M. I. Dholkawala ([protected]).

                                Sir i want to say one think when i buy dish tv, dealer has sent customer copy of receipt to company and company copy to me. ( interchange receipt).
                                which was submitted at shiv service baroda.

                                i attach here with receipt copy and acknolegemet copy.

                                Sir then after i called so many person at your dish tv. but didnt get satisfactory reply.

                                please do needful and help to get refund my deposit amount

                                  my DTH DISH TV creating so much problem for me like signal quality,hang,take long processing time and mainly my dishtv already recharge up to 21st june but on 4 th june it will shut down and shown the message that " please recharge your account to avail the services" . under this i talk to the customer care but no solution comes against him and said i ll charge 150 rs + service tax. but i deny to give bcz many times it create me problem .
                                  i want to surrender this dish tv and i want refund the whole amount of set top box because of bad service and no service center is present in uy city even in our state who solveing the problem of this.

                                    I had never asked for any Extreme Entertainer package neither now nor earlier
                                    you can check the call log. As per the telecon with your customer care
                                    complaint no. 60378675 dated 02.05.2011 your executive had clarified the issue
                                    and they have confirmed my renewal date as 20.05.2011 and they said it will be
                                    updated within 2 hrs but it is not done. Kindly do the same at the earliest. I
                                    am not renewing now until you update the date, if not i have to go legally now.
                                    I have the email proof of 12.04.2011 which clearly shows the package and
                                    renewal date.
                                    Coming to your records, you are not maintaining the records and putting the
                                    blame on the customer, shame on your part and your company - first you update

                                    With reference to no. 60540702, Mr. Sumit, Supervisor of Customer Care Center,
                                    After noon at around 0245pm of date 04.06.2011 has confirmed the updation of the
                                    renewal date.
                                    I am Gopinath, My VC No.[protected] and i am holding this connection for the
                                    past 2yrs approximately and from day i.e. from the purchase to till date some
                                    thing or other problems are being created by your company or executives. Either
                                    renewal date or service or packages and even gone to such an extent the package
                                    available on the site and Customer Centre says that package is not available, at
                                    last i have to forward the ad/the page from dishtv site, then they realised.
                                    Now my problem is, in the month of April 2011 around 19th April my renewal was
                                    due but i had renewed my connection on 12th of April 2011 the package has been
                                    upgraded from Dish South Silver Saver to Dish South Gold Hindi worth Rs. 199/-
                                    per month (inclusive of all taxes) without any ala carte but when i contacted
                                    Dishtv, CC i was surprised to hear that without my concern/request they
                                    activated the ala carte Extreme Entertainer from that day and on the same day i
                                    had told them i do not want that ala carte and requested to deactivate
                                    immediately and your executive told he will do it immediately but they have not
                                    done so, now i understand. Actually i have not contacted your DishTv, CC based
                                    on the reply from your CC email reply ( Pls. read the below). With this
                                    (Rs.400) payment straight away my renewal should atleast upto
                                    12.06.2011(approximately) and one week difference of the earlier renewal date
                                    difference i.e. to 20.06.2011 {This is simple lay man's logic}. As the My
                                    Space Dishtv is not updated and i am getting the alert on the TV, I had
                                    approached your CC and then i came to know you people have not deactivated the
                                    extreme entertainer ala carte and they said they are deactivating and will give
                                    the next renewal date and they gave me as 06.06.2011 which is ridiculous, as my
                                    request was pending from past two months you have not taken any action for the
                                    past two months and you are claiming that you have done deactivation from just 2
                                    days. If i have not approached you earlier i can understand but i have done
                                    through email and got the confirmation and the revised
                                    Hoping to get Justice at the earliest.

                                      I have been using Dishtv India for five Years, but there not availbale any single Islamic or Urdu channels except Zee Salam and Etv Urdu.and I noticed that Dishtv Telcast many Hindu Religous channels and christian channels in that Time of Perod. .then why not islamic channels like PeaceTv, Qtv, and urdu entertainment channel.
                                      If any DTH Provides These Channels we will subscribe these channels immediately
                                      We need these Channels Strongly..

                                        Hi,
                                        Due to misunderstanding one A-la-carte pack "Extreme movie" got activated in my dish tv but unfortunately the channels what ever in Extreme movie pack are already in my base pack. Dish TV charged twice for single Chanel.I already request for deactivate this A-la-carte pack "Extreme movie".
                                        The details of the request:

                                        Call Attender Name:- Mr.Rajan( As per Attendant)
                                        Dish TV call Center Location:- Noida, India.
                                        I little bit surprise when I got a call from [protected] at around 21:10 IST,and telling that we need to call again after 3 to 4 days for deactivating those pack.
                                        First of all I paid two time for some Chanel and now I need to call again for deactivating my A-La-Carte. My I know which type of service is this and how Dish TV is going to justify this issue.Are Dish TV not forcing for consumer forum help? Because They are not helpful anymore!!!
                                        Please let me know What to do?
