I have paid my Platinum package renewal amount of Rs.700/- on 29.07.11, which was due on 29.07.11, Bill no.1578, at Dish TV Service Centre(KANAKA DURGA DISH NET WORK, Old Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam(A.P.). My VC No.[protected], residing at Visakhapatnam.Even after my payment, it was not remitted to Dish TV, which in turn disconnected the next day at 9.00 AM. After repeated followup he has paid only Rs.350/- and connection was restored. I have called back again and asked him for the balance amount, which he has not remitted.After repeated followup only Rs.335/- was remitted only on 03.08.11.To my surprise my next due which was supposed to be 29.09.11, is 23.09.11 though I have paid Rs.700/- before due date.By this I am loosing a week with no fault of mine.I am having Dish TV connection for more than 5 years and every time I am paying in time. Pl.look into this and change my next due date as 29.09.11. If required I shall send scaned copy of receipt. Hoping for a favourable reply.

I dont know how many customers are delighted by this move from them.
As if they ever consulted the customers before deciding to supposedly "upgrade"
our platinum pack!
I have only opted for dish because their sports package with ESS and Ten Action was perfect for my viewing patterns...Even i have made a one time payment based on this package...If they change this THERE IS NO REASON FOR ME TO CONTINUE WITH DISH!!!
Dear dish tv, don't bother upgrading us, if this is what you call an upgrade!!!
