The Dish Tv is the worst service provider in India. My complain No. is 56164262. I was commited connection within 72 hours but even after 100 hours no commitments kept.. I have a DishTV connection for last 1 year. I recently wanted to upgrade and go for HD alacarte services. Since March 5th I have been calling their customer service but the problem is not resolved. This is reference to Dish TV connection, website, customer care no([protected]) and horrible service.
I am writing to you after so much of suffering and agony caused by this stupid service. I don't know which fool created the website which is a junk. You cannot choose and renew your channels properly.

I have been using the DishTV for around 2 years now. What I have noticed that level of services for DISHTV has been going down.

I had opted for an upgrade from Standard STB to DishTV TRUHD. I applied for a request to customer care number after an wait for 25 mins and dialing 10-15 numbers on 4th March 2011.

I had one normal dish tv connection until a few months back. Then i made the terrible mistake of choosing dishtv for 2 additional add-on accounts, one HD and one normal again. I was told the add-on account will be charged at about 180Rs a month while the parent account will be charged at 360Rs(approx).
