[Resolved]  DishTV — due date for recharge

Iam Dish tv customer and i recharged my Dish tv but in the account its not showing the correct date for next recharge.

Today on 06.04.2012, I have deposited an amount of Rs.390/- for platinum pack (Rs.390/-per month) under transaction no.[protected]. I think per month should be 30 days. But in my case they informed me the next recharge due date is 04.05.2012, which was calculated 28 days. I could not understand why this things was happend with me only.

You are requested to solve the problem, so that I get the dish-tv service properly.

But in my case they informed me the next recharge due date is 29.12.2012, which was calculated 23 days.I could not understand why this things was happened with me only.
