WE HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE REGARDING OUR PHONE DELIVERY ORDER. THE MANAGERS AND OWNERS PICK AND CHOOSE WHEN OR IF THEY WANT TO DELIVER TO YOUR ADDRESS. THE STORE AT 6601 EVERHART RD, CC TX 78413 WILL ENTER YOUR PHONE ORDER, VERIFY YOUR ADDRESS THAT IS ALREADY IN THE STORES SYSTEM, GIVE YOU AN ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME AND ACTUALLY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD THEN CONTACT YOU BACK WITHIN 20-30MIN TO ADVISE YOUTHAT YOU ARE "SUDDENLY" OUT OF THEIR SERVICE TERRITORY! THIS DOMINOS LOCATION HAS DELIVERED TO OURADDRESS MANY TIMES BEFORE. MY SITUATION WAS HANDLED POORLY. THE NIGHT MANAGER AND STAFF HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. AFTER PLACING A COMPLAINT ONLINE, THE OWNER CONTACTED ME BY PHONE AND SUPPRISINGLY BACKED UP THE MANAGERS STORY ABOUT MY ADDRESS BEING OUTSIDE OF THE DOMINOS TERRITORY AND STATED THATTHEY SHOULD NOT HAVE DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS ON THE PREVIOUS DELIVERIES. THE OWNER KATHRYN DID NOT SHOW ANY INTREST INMY COMPLAINT AND WENT AS FAR AS TO EXPLAIN TO ME THAT IT TAKES 5-10 DAYS FORTHE CREDIT CARD CHARGE TO BE REFUNDED AND THAT THE BANK PLACES A HOLD ON THE MONEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD AND ONCE AGAIN IS NOT THE FAULT OF HER DOMINOS STORES STAFF. THE ONWER KATHRYN WAS NOT VERY HELPFUL IN HANDLING MY SITUATIONS/COMPLAINT. *THE OWNER KATHRYN ADVISED ME THAT HER STORE HAS “NOW” PLACED A NOTE IN THE SYSTEM FOR MY ADDRESS “NOT TO DELIVER - OUTSIDE OF TERRITORY”!! domino's pizza amritsar — late and cold delivery

i ordered a pizza on 13 oct ,2007. And i received it cold and that too after 50 min , thus breaking the company policy of 30 mins or free and moreover when i complained about it they further argued with me . and today ie. 2,nov 2007 I ordered a fun meal which they place bulk category they again delivered it late though they had written on their menu cards still when i complained about it they went for a argument instead of explaining me what the offer was . Thus the customer service is a tooooo bad. i would like some actions to be taken against them

My name is Peter Prabhu.I am working in your cheating company as safe delivery person.My store is on 100ft road Indira nagar,Bangalore-560038,Karnataka,India.Your company not only cheated me, also cheating the customers.I want Justice.I am very much upset.I mailed you People so many times about my problem and the cheating that happening in the store.Why you people are not replying me or calling me Back????? I am very sensitive person.The new team members are not treated nicely from the senior team members.The senior team member name called Arun. He is cheating the company and making good money.But he is still working in the store. where Justice in Dominos???? domino's Pizza — non delivery of pizza at a place hardly 2 kilometer from outlet

Our office is located in laxmi nagar, near the vikas marg.we ordered pizzas for lunch from dommino's preet vihar.we were astonished to here from the guy on the other side that they don't deliver pizzas here, when it is hardly 1.5 km from their outlet. the ad which they give on .t.v. is just a mirage and their home delivery promises are just fake

On december 31 2009 we ordered for 3 nonveg single spicy chicken pizzas they have delivered us 12 pizzas and asked us to pay for 12. again they delivered veg & nonveg pizzas in those twelve. theit manager is very rood and dominos is not capable to serve. I am a regular customer for dominos My new year decission is again in my life i wont go to dominos and i will suggest my friends try to avoid dominos.

Varsha Ritu situated at Near B.R. Ambedkar, Bikaner-334001, are selling the non-veg product and placing the sticker on it of GREEN sign.

Please guide me how to take an action on such activities or in which department I should contact to take action. This type of activities are corrupting our Jain Religion and other religious.

Videocon industries Ltd a leading indian electronic company has failed to provide good service to the delhi market.

I also had a instant last week I ave to take some pizza approx order of rs 1000 and at the time to order the guy didn't tols that we don't have any kind of bag to carry to home . At final time to frlivery theysaid we don't have any carry bag either Paper or cloth becos delhi gov banned the Plastic bags.

I request to dominos that they should provide to the custmor paper bag or cloth .

Dominos Bangalore - Brookfield Branch Suckss!!

I have been a regular customer of Pizza Hut but recently their branch has been shifted and I was forced to order Pizza from Dominos/Brookfield branch. I tried ordering from that place at least 3 -4 times in the last few weeks. On sundays if you call after 9pm they either do not pick up the call or they put you on hold. Such a lazy staff I have never encountered with. They have a very bad staff I must say. Last time when I called I was really hunger and wanted to have pizza badly but when I called they said there is no power and that they will get back to me in 10 minutes but that never happened.

Today again when we called them up they put us on hold for almost 15minutes. We cut the call and again tried ( not to eat the yummy pizza but out of desperation because there is no other choice)

If a person is shifting from one brand to another, it is your responsibility to make sure you try to retain the new consumer and not offend him or her in such a way that he or she would never want to try your service.

I would appreciate if your management at least try to look into the problem and have a check on the staff whether they are doing their job perfectly or not.

Times Of India — poor quality service

I have subscribed for Times of India for one year through the agent on 17.6.2010 and have paid annual subscription of Rs.299/- through Indian Bank Cheque. I was promised by the agent that I will be getting the papers through my existing agency from whom I am buying The Hindu daily. But, to my surprise, today the service began with supply of Times of India through other agency. The boy who visited me had furnished a contact number with a puzzle since it contains only nine digits. The name of the new agent was said to be Balasaravana of Arumbakkam. Further, the boy had collected all my coupons and documents in hurry which left me with no document in proof of my payment towards subscription and gift coupon. I am terribly sorry, that this kind of half cooked service will put you in embarassing situation and will reflect on your reputation. Kindly intervene and ensure that I am furnished with all the relevant details about the local agency from whom I am going to get the Times of India paper. I expect prompt action. Dominos Pizza — Dominos Were Playing with the Order For More Than 3 Hours

We have ordered Dominos Pizzas in Jayanagar Bangalore Outlet around 9:04PM and Miss Swetha had taken the order and confirmed to deliver within 20-30 Mins.

Every 10 mins I checked the status of the order and they were saying that the guy has just left. After More than 3 Hours the order was never delivered and they were just playing with my kids dinner.

Am deeply frustrated and disappointed with their commitment.

Domino's Pizza — Inferior quality food & poor response to the customers

My name is Smit Shah. I & my friends visited Domino's Pizza Nr.Sal hospital, Thaltej, Ahmedabad Branch. Dt.21/10/2010 Time 8.15 pm order no 105.Billing Amount 500+.
In our order we found mosquito backed in to the pizza n the taste of the pizza was also very bad. We complaint & show them the insect. They just throw that pizza into the dustbin, and start reacting like nothing was happened. They responded us very badly and they are responding " do whatever you want to do who cares"..........



So i earge to all youngters stop eating pizza's from Domino's and let them know how one customer can create impact on the world.

DOMINOS — Substantial fall in quality of pizzas

Dear All

We have been ordering pizzas from Dominos RT Nagar branch which is at 15 minutes distance from my home in rt nagar post.
There has been substantial drop in quality of pizza that they deliver. The first time we ordered in november, the classic hand tossed base was not properly cooked, it had a taste of as if very old flour being used and had negligible amount of cheese on it. WE had to use our cheese to try and eat the pizza.

The next time we ordered was on occassion of diwali i.e on 05 nov 2011. This time we explained in detail that what was the problem faced in our last order and we were assued that pizza quality will be good. Our order details are

So the pizza deliveerd again was of very poor quality, the vegetables were almost burnt, cheese was minimal and taste i cant even comment...we had to use lots of sauce and oregano to simply make it edible!!!! My husband vouched for the quality of dominos pizza...now he is also skeptical on this..

Please resolve...two trys are sufficient to check whether an outlet/ franchisee/ brand can provide good food or not or else why order

I ordered a pizza and pizza quality was phatetiac, it was dry and burned. There was anothere argument going on and they gave me rejected pizza of another customer and server didnt show me the bill and confirmed order number ad my name after asking him 3 to 4 times. I am staying in sector 36 so in past i had to call on sector 34 branch for order and there delivery was excellent but now days my area comes in sector 38 branch in the name of JUBILANT FOODWORKS LIMITED, SCO 308, SECTOR 38 CHANDIGARH ( phone no[protected] and now the service is very very poor...

on 12th of May 2011, i ordered for large chees pizza worth Rs. 320.00 and time was 7:18 PM according to my watch and the server whose name is SHALU and order no is 135.

but i received the order at 7:51 PM and it was late. So i told the delivery man that u was late by 2min, but he told me that my time is correct and in my watch it is 7.43 PM. Than i talked to the server and told her everything and she replied that sir GALTI SA HO GAYA HOGA, KABHI KHABI LATE HO JATA HA...i was shocked to hear that and told her that mam u are working in dominos and dominos is famous for punctuality and good food...half hour means half hour and she not repl;ied back ...and again i called and talked to manager but he also didnot do anything. he talked to the delivery man and cut the phone, that's it, a responsable person did and in last i returned the pizza...

sir / mam u are requested to pls take action so that in future this does not happen again with others, unless u will lose ur good customers everyday...

I am Ankit Mour form Noida. Today I ordered meal for 4 simply veg pizza combo at 1:00 PM. with the commitment to deliver before 1:40 PM, but I received it on 2:30 PM, so when I complaint about this, they told me that we don't provide delivery warranty on bulk order, then why your person at your server himself commit about delivery time..??
I am very upset with this kind of response from your side as I am using this service for more than a year and regard as one of the best in india, but this incidence change my opinion as they didn't even gave me a satisfactory explanation..

I used to order dominos very frequently and I used to love the taste, service and quality of dominos...FI is need to have lunch or dinner ouside dominos was the only which would struck my mind. This was happening till last month. For month me and my team of 50 members team in Amdocs here were facing real hard time for last one month.

The same is hapenning for many emplyees aroung various prcess in Amdocs where we ahev ttoal 5000 Employees.

To narrate one of the bad incidents...



Bill no. 260 Bill amount-Rs 2242, On that day the the prder was taken under my cell no [protected]. I was also affected in this particular order. Follwing things went bad on that day
> Before confirming the order we told the Dominos person that we already had bad expereince in the past.
> The person assured that that the order Bill no. 260 would be perfect.
> When we got the pizza, execpt 2 all were completely bad..
* The Deep dish was damaged
* All the cheese bust Pizza did not have required amount of cheese.

> When we called and spoke to manager Paramjit Singh he said that he would give only 300 Rs discount and he was bargaining in deleiring free pizzas.

> I feel the big company like Dominoes have either given all the pizzas for free or should exchanged the complete order with new set of pizzas.
> Remember this is not the first time this type of incident is happening.

> I see that Dominos called some o[censored]s back and trying to build relationship with customer which is really good.

> Unfortunately now we are not in stage of accepting apologies, we are looking for compensattion.

> AT this stage if Dominos wants to fix this up then they need to send at least 6 free pizzas for our team.

I agree with this complaint because I also suffer . I (Arun Kumar Sharma ) R/O E-45, Sector-9, Vijay Nagar, Ghaziabad (UP) 201009 is studying Times Of India & Economic Times around 40 Years. When I was in Delhi (Upto 1997) there was no problem regarding short supply of pages of Newspaper. In Ghaziabad (UP) My Agent Mr Ashok Chhabra & Vendor Mr Lalit Joshi takes no responsibilty for solving my problem. They blame each other for short supply & assure me that this will not be repeated. I request you to look into the matter so that I will get same number of pages as printed on the Newspaper.

Yesterday 4th June, 2011, I ordered two large pizzas . It was delivered to me 10 minutes late . I asked him the Pizza-boy for 30 mins commitment .
He showed us the rules chart, in that it was mentioned that if order is for more than 4 pizzas, then on late, they will give Rs.300 discount and if less number of pizzas are ordered, then they are given for free .
Pizza-boy was himself not knowing this rule, finally he didn't delivered only .

Regular Customer of Dominos.

But, lately, staff has gone from bad to worse.

We ordered a Pizza at 4:58 pm for a pick up n waited inside the restaurant, opposite to the counter. While ordering, asked to recheck the bill amount, as I felt that the amount could be wrong. NO ARGUMENT TOOK PLACE. BUT, THE BODY LANGUAGE / FACIAL REACTION OF THE SERVER CHANGED.

Was waiting for 31 min for the pizza. After enquiring, they said the pizza was ready and they had called, but, the number on the caller was 69 and our order was 70.

They served cold pizza and as per policy re imbursed the amount of the invoice.

But, you should try having a cold pizza for free???

It is very disappointing to have such a rude behavior of your store manager who indeed first of all failed to introduce him self and secondly even upon asking him he said it is not important and is not needed that he should introduce himself. i placed an order for 1 pasta and three garlic breads but they refused to take my order & said i need to order at least 1 pizza, i have a coupon which mentions to pay Rs. 101/- less on purchase of Rs. 300+, even on speaking to the store manager on same but the answer is same, however my coupon does not mention this condition, so how can they refuse to take my order.

Domino's Pizza — Not providing service

I am staying in BTM 1st stage and called for placing an order to BTM second stage. They told me we are not delivering in 1st stage and told me to call 44448888 and also told me to contact Kormangala Branch. When I called on it, they connected my line to Kormangala, but from Kormangala branch again they were not ready to take an order. During this whole procedure, I have wasted my time and money(by making no of calls) for calling them and waiting their answer. On the one side they are tellling Fast delivery within 30 minutes, on the same way on other side they are cheating by such false commitments.

I would like to advice people be aware with such false commitment cheaters.

These complaint should go to the consumer court. This is the best way to ensure a proper message is sent to everyone...

I ordered for pizza on[protected] at 6:48pm and the pizza was delivered 45 mins later cold and soggy I called the store and complained and refused to take the cold pizza first they were rude and the senior person apologised and said he will send hot pizza and asked me to pay Rs 300 less again he came 45 mins later and said that he has made the pizza hot and fresh believing him we paid him and after he left we realized he brought back the same pizza this time all the more soggy and cold.I called back the store and spoke to the manager and again he was rude and arguing and it was really not right on their part. Dominos Pizza — Supply of Expired Products

On Sunday i purchased Dominos Pizza From Kalyan outlet vide order no 62 where i got cheesy dip batch no C Mfd is 010711 bbd 300911. Plz give me compensation for this, Else i will go to consumer forum for compensation.

I am Suryanarayana H N of Mysore. There was a birthday of my son on 29/11/2011. We planned to give him a party in our home by ordering on dominos V V mohalla branch mysore. But the worst thing I experienced is his reply of disagreeing.we stay at RK nagar nearly 10 kilometres from your branch. But on the next day the same branch supplied pizza to my neighbour. The next minute I called the branch and argued. And the other thing is the pests flying on the table. We were so disgusted with this experience. Try to solve this problem and make other customers happy. When dining please serve on plate accompanied by a pair of fork. The funny thing is, there will be no supply of water till we request them. I want an answer to this complaint.

hi i am Alisha. an individual who is 13 years . me and my sister have been ordering pizza since the past 5-6 years . since i was down with jaundice for the past 6 months, today i decided to order a pizza.

on top of it, my father got the message of a WOW WEDNESDAY-offer .but today something happened and i feel really bad about it.the WOW WEDNESDAY turned in a HOW WEDNESDAY???????? the message said that you havee to go online n place your order and avail a discount of 25%.
and so i followed the instructions, as it was my 1st time and placed the order. a call from the domino's came and my my father confirmed and told them to add the discount but instead they told us that they didn't noe bout the DISCOUNT...my exxpression was WHAT????? I spend the last 30 minutes figurin out how to order and ALL of it went a WASTE of time ...i could have called and given the ordrer if they didn't have to give the discount . i felt really bad that today i wanted to suprise my dad by giving him a suprise, but instead i didn't even get the normal discount of 15%-20% which my father gets ...:(

I placed an online order for the extravaganza pizza which was delivered on time and I am sure it would have been delicious but the problem was the discount coupon which i had mentioned in the order not availed.I was speaking to an employee named a vijendra from dominos store rajpur rd. dehra-dun while talking to him on the phone he put me on hold and I had to hold the line for several minutes due to which i had to send the delivery boy back.And when your employees finally woke up after an hour I received a call from them saying that sir you send the delivery boy back and while i was talking to the manager and i even told him that i am going to report this he disconnected the call.It was very disrespecting and you guys lack professionalism.I am really surprised, I never expected something like this from dominos.I hope this thing is looked after and you improve it.
I am a big fan of dominos and i personally dont think that their is anybody else in the world who can make better pizzas, it's just some professional ethics you need.

I had ordered 2 regular pizza on 1st january 2012 at Mira Road East, the order I had placed at 09.35PM and I was told by the executive that due to bulk orders and rush it will take 1hour for delivery, I was agreed about the delivery time but when I didnt received my order till 10.45PM I again call at the centr at Mira Road Thane and I was told that executive has left 10mins before from the center with my order and will reach soon but noone arrived till 11.15PM then I again called and they told me that let me check, order will reach soon, the executive is with so many orders so it will take time. But noone reached to me till 11.30PM then again I called then they told me that within 10 mins order will be delivered. And the delivery boy arrived at 12at night with a order slip mentioning 11.30PM time of order and I refused to take the order and I called to the center again and Mr. Rajesh told me that sorry we forgotten to take the order print so your order time is 11.30PM and they request me to take the order free of cost but I didnt. They told sorry but the sorry cant met anyone's hunger. That night I didnt get any order from any restaurant because it too late at night. Every restaurant refused to take my order. The first night of a new year I had to live on only with some chips and biscuits available at home.
So this kind of waiting for 2 and half hour was never expected. I want some written concern for my hunger that night.
How this mistake happened with such a brand ???????????????

Dominos Pizza's service in Trivandrum is very bad. The outlet at Sasthamangalam expressed inability to deliver pizzas on the afternoon of Feb 4th 2012 citing staf[censored]navailability. There's a lot more to be said about the inefficiencies in that outlet, but I'm focussing this comment on delivery times. Today Dominos Technopark explained that their delivery time would take 45min (instead of their expected standard of 30min) saying that their ovens were off and so they needed time for it to heat up!! Surely Dominos needs to maintain better quality control when establishing outlets in cities like Trivandrum. Does anyone check that these outlets meet and keep to Dominos standards?

i am megha aggarwal from jankpuri, new delhi.i ordered 1 large country special and a garlic bread from your jnkpuri outlet.initialy they refused that they do not deliver in that area.and they did not responded well.later when i gave another nearby address for delivery they agreed to deliver the pizza and i confirmed at the time of ordering that it will be delivered in 30 minutes time or not.the person recieving the order told me that my 30 min time will be till the delivery man reaches the parking.Exactly after 30 min the person named sunil, team member in jankpuri branch called me up saying that mam i am standing in front of the gate and he was lying becoz i was olso stading der at the gate.and he reached in 40 minutes instead of 30 min. when i refused to pay dat person sunil was nt ready to give me the pizza.and wen i called the manager he told me dat we do not deliver in that area.and the person who took ur order did not know dis. finally when i asked his name he cut the phone. and i had to return sunil bak without tking the pizza.

I am Gagan-[protected] from greater noida. I ordered 2nos. Margarita small with extra cheese on 23.03.2012 at about 9:40pm, my bill amount after discount was Rs191/-. But after 40mins when the pizza was not delivered then I again called Domino's for taking followup and the call attendant confirmed me that the delivery boy will reach me within 2mins but again the after 15mins (i.e total 55mins, when I didnt get the pizza, I called back and asked for the status but at that time the call attendant told me that no order was placed from my side and that was ridicules. Then I was told to place the order again, this was the worst experience of mine with domino's.
But the response of Pizza Hut is much much better than Domino's, in terms of quality and services, so there is ample scope of improvement with the Domino's.

i ordered a pizza, the delevery guy was unable to trace the add where i ordered several ones at the same address .. the person named Mahesh gioves free advice to go to the stopre or pizza hut to have and is very rude over the phone ,,i called the store regarding this they send me the same ppizza which was terrible .. he calls me after 35 mins to know if i want another one .. this shows the services that they provide tpo the regular customers.. they disconnect my several calls as soon as they hear the voice ..they were suppose to refund the money i paid online i never got any response ... i am very disappointed and will never would like to visit or order pizzas from dominois /...

We ordered pizza from Domino's Noida Sector 18 outlet at 07h40 pm. Their slogan say "Delivery in 30 minutes or Free!" But do they stand by that???? NO WAY. The delivery man reached us at 08h14 pm (4 minutes late).

In the meantime we had called up the service centre to check about the order. They guy on the phone declared Rs.300 discount on the bill just to bang the phone without disclosing his name! Here is the trick!

The delivery boy was adamant on the fact that he was on time and he kept on going for on the phone back at the office for next 30 minutes! Although 4 minutes was not an issue but you should get what you are promised.

Eventually we returned the pizza back, but Domino's did not stand by their word neither for "Delivery in 30 minutes or Free!" or "Discount of Rs.300"

I reside in seethaphalmandi Seunderabad. i knew that my area is not under the coverage for Dominos until one day (15th July 2012) a dominos person delivered Pizza to my neighbor. I asked the person about the Coverage and he said that the coverage has been started a few days back. on 17th i made a phone call to Dominos to order my Pizza and the person on the phone stated that the area is not under coverage. I told him that i saw a dominos person delivering pizza to my neighbour. then he put me on hold for 6 minutes and another person took up the call and he also stated the same no coverage reason. I told him that i saw a dominos person delivering to my neighbor. then he said the delivery is not possible today as the delivery person for my area is not available and he will be available on monday i.e., 23rd of July 2012 and then he hung up the call.

I dont know if he was expecting me to wait for my Pizza delivery till 23rd. the person spoke to me in 2 versions 1. Out of area and 2. Delivery boy absent. there is no clear communication. i dont know if my area is still out of coverage or should i call dominos again to order my pizza. and i also have another question that if my area is out of coverage then how did a person made delivery to my neighbour. was he paid extra by the customer or did he knew him personally or what? if a area is covered once then why can it not be covered again. what are the special days for the coverage. to non coverage areas.

firstly my name has been printed on the bill menu as HARWINDER SINGH instead of ARVINDER SINGH.
secondly, i ordered one veg taco's which despite of the fact that i dine-in to have it, it was served to me after 35 mins where as your delivery is of 30 mins at home but i was a dine-in customer. . your people have baked things and kept on a side and serve the same to rest of the people. and my taco was such pathetic one i hardly have words to describe how i felt. not creating scene there i thought to write it here on your complaint forum . i would love it if you really answer me back to this on [protected]@gmail.com as soon as possible . being a regular customer i dont deserved to be served in a such a manner. !!!

Went to Dominos in Amritsar in November 2012. Pizza wasn't that great and the washrooms were filthy.
Even after asking the staff to check/clean the washrooms. They looked in there few times but nobody cleaned it.
Will never go to any Dominos ever. For me Dominos = poor food, unfriendly staff and filthy washrooms!

My son ordered a pizza at 9.04 pm.After 4 calls pizza was finally delivered at 10.17 pm by anand niketan outlet.It was very cold .Mr GAURAV on phone kept on promising that fresh Pizza will be delivered with in next 20 minutes.Finally the pizza was delivered at 11.00 pm when my son fell asleep without food. This is purely in human practice and against the business ethics and against consumers right. I therefore demand a compensation of Rs 5 LAKH from the company otherwise being a layer myself I will seek legal remedy.

Hello Domioes, Im prasad sawant and my no. is [protected], i had ordered pizzas today as i always do from the kothrud outlet of Domioes. The pizzas were more than 45min late???? Now obviously we will have to get the pizza for free but more importantly, we order from dominoes because it is alwayz delivered in time, less than 30min. if that is not the case then why will we order from dominoes from now on, and not some other retaurant?
Also I just got the order delivered. I asked the delivery man for 300rs off on it as it was more than 45min but he said it is not valid today as it is 31st... Now today is NOT 31st december, it is 1st january...but he said 31st starts from yesterday night to today morning. I dint want to sit arguing with him as my whole family was waiting for the food and we were all hungry, But i expect a clarification on this from you. If '30min or free' is not valid on 1st january then why is it not mentioned in the menu or on the website?
Also i paid the delivery guy the full amount, 641...i gave him 700 but he dint hav change...so firstly he comes late and on top of everything he doesnt have change...this is the worst service in any restaurant i have experienced ever. Finally we found 50rs in the house so paid him 651rs, but he still dint even have 10rs to give us back. So i want a clarification from you on two things, wether 30mins or free is not valid is mentioned on the menu, but the fact that you people consider 31st to extend to 1st january day is valid or not...i dont know if that is retaurant policy or the delivery guy was just lying to me!
Secondly, how can you send delivery guys with no change at all...are we expected to always have change with us.

I am grieved to tell you that your store at Vasundhra Enclave, Delhi-96 is not par to the standards as of many stores. Guys, forget to provide fork many a times while delivering pasta along with Pizza. They are lazy and always complaining about rush. Do we really qualify to listen to this excuse in the running era. It is said to know that Dominos has outlets where customer's satisfaction stands no where... i feel said inspite of so many calls when we are able to contact them they are dropping calls. we have just ordered pizzas worth Rs. 1500 my husband doesnt know that i have coupons and when i called them they are nt ready to redeem them... why are u giving coupans i[censored] r nt going to give any benefit to the customer now as my kids wanted to have dominos pizza i am paying tht money bt infuture i will make sure tht i will never order pizza from dominos...

Sir, I am Jitendra and a ordering regularly on telephone for you tasty Pizzas and others and never asked for free delivery even the delivery became late with more than 30 minutes. But this instance really dishearten me and my children. Your Krishan Nagar Outlet is not taking proper care of customers. I ordered at Krishan nagar Delhi last Sunday on 17.05.2013 for a Medium Peppy Paneer with cheese burst and a white pasta on phone from my landline No[protected] at nearly 8.00 P.M and waited up to 8.40 P.M. and again phoned to outlet and they said that boy has already gone for delivery. When I haven't recd my order till 9.00 P.M. I again phoned and I was surprised that they said there is no order of me with them. What a fool-making of customer and playing sentiments of my children who were waiting for 1 hour. Such type of instances takes away our types of customers who are sentimental.

I want to register complaint against the Thakur village out let, We had ordered pizzas for my sons birthday on 9th June, we placed the order around 7.45 pm at the out let, as the credit card swipe facility was not working, they offered us to deliver at home and collect the bill in cash. Till about 9.30 pm the pizza was not delivered, when called the dominos outlet, they said its on the way, (our house is just less than a kilometre). Frustrated My husband went to the out let at 10.00 pm to inquire, the answer we got is they had not started even making our order, and if we cud wait for another 10 mins they wud give the pizzas. My sons birthday was ruined becoz of the lax attitude of the staff. And this is not the stray incident, in the past also the services have been very poor, and the pizzas offered are substandard, especially the cheese burst pizza, with no cheese in it (compared to other outlets) . In the past we have complained to the incharge of the outlet but to no avail, as we r fond of dominos pizzas, we keep on coming back, but its high time, I wud request u to take some action.

Yesterday I ordered a pizza, Lebanese roll and a coke at 8:20 p.m. thinking that it would take maximum of 1 hour as my home was not very far or located in a congested area. I as proved wrong and despite the fact it was not raining it reached at 10:30 p.m. The food quality was very bad. Cheese burst pizza was absolutely dry and tasteless. They forgot to bring coke and wanted me to pay in advance for the promise of delivering it in another 10-15 minutes. No one brought the coke later. It was a very annoying and unethical experience. I am parth from jammu city. I had ordered a four pack pizzas. I called around 5.30 in the evening and i still not received it yet. The Dominos jammu never answer phone calls. They are never concerned about the customer convenience. It's almost 2.30 hours are over wrt time i ordered the pizza. There is a total mismanagement in Jammu Dominos. I stay in Khirki, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi and I ordered dominos pizza by dialing no [protected]. Chose One plus one free offer and ordered two cheese burst pizzas(Order No 318, Date . I received Pizza 7 minutes before the 30 mins standard TAT. All was good however post that apathy started. The quality of Pizza was not good at all. Especially the Crust. I was not properly baked(half cooked). We had to throw both the Pizzas.

Thought of putting my feedback somewhere and have keept my fingers crossed for better service next time.

Dominos Two things for you:-

- Have your own feedback portal available for all means it shall come in top search in Google search engine as dominos australia portal pops up.

Hi ! We had ordered a Medium Cheese Burst Pizza on 11.40 AM today - 21/08/13 with your Kidwai Nagar outlet in Kanpur - U.P. . The Pizza was delivered at 1.25 PM & the order no. was 24 & it was ready at 11.49 as per the Invoice . Since the Pizza delivered was late we asked the delivery boy for free delivery which he refused then I asked him to connect me to the store manager, Mr.Rohit who came on line refused to accept our late delivery complain in between we opened the package to check the Pizza and found it to be cold & Soggy . When we confronted Mr.Rohit about the quality of Pizza delivered he said that if you are not happy with quality return the Pizza, very rudely .

In disgust we returned the Pizza & had to go out for unscheduled Lunch causing a lot of delay in work .

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment meted by your staff in India & would like to specify that my experience of Dominos in USA was Awesome . The staff needs to be trained a lot better than the current standard .

Further we want strong action to be taken against the person concerned & an apology or else we shall never come back to ordering Pizza with Dominos .

AS IF THIS WAS MOT ENOUGH THEY KEPT CHANGING THE PERSON OVER PHONE FOR NEXT 20 MIN AND THE LAST PERSON ON PHONE REFUSED TO TAKE THE ORDER SAYING ITS 11.00 PM AND WE CANT PLACE AN ORDER...IT WAS CLEAR THAT THEY MADE KEPT ME BUSY OVER PHONE JUST TO PASS TIME TILL 11.00.AND WHEN I INSISTED THAT I CALLED AT 10.40...ITS YOUR FAULT NOT TO PLACE THE ORDER THEY CUT THE PHONE SAYING U CAN FILE THE COMPLAIN AGAINST US, WE DONT BOTHER.
THIS KIND OFF ATTITUDE IS UNTOLERABLE AND TOTALLY UNPROFFESSIONAL...DOMINOS HAS SURELY LOST A CUSTOMER FOREVER!!

I am writing this mail to complain against the horrendous home delivery service of your pizza chain’s center at the Rave Moti, Kanpur, UP, India. I had ordered the pizza at 9:10pm on 18th of September, 2013 but it arrived at 10:30pm. We had some guests and we had specially ordered Domino’s Pizza, but our guests had to leave without eating because of your late delivery. When we complained, they talked with us in an inappropriate language. Moreover the quality of the pizza was also third grade. The preparation of the pizzas was like street side food thelas, no, it was even worse than that. The pizza was cheese less and was burnt at the sides; I am even sending an attachment in which you can see your third class preparation. If renowned brands like yours do this then what will be the condition of two star restaurants. This is not the first time that this has happened with us. First time you crashed my B’day party with your poor preparation and as usual your late delivery. Your delivery and preparation is poor even at your center at Rave Moti. At first we were big fans of Domino’s Pizza and your pizzas were present at each one of our lives’ happy moments but in light of recent events we have decided to exclude dominos from our menu. If you guys cannot even make and deliver pizzas on time then why do you boast so much about your 30 minutes delivery? We don’t want free pizzas after you read this, we want some action to be taken against this.

Hope your are doing well. This is to bring to your notice an unexpected and unpleasant experience I recently encountered with Dominos.

I had ordered a Peppy Paneer cheese burst pizza on 9th Oct 2013 at 9:25 pm through the telephone at Dominos Koramangala in Bangalore, India. A lady attended the call and I was promised a delivery as soon as possible. In this regard, I would like to mention that the order was placed from Hotel Gangothri in Koramangala itself which is hardly 100-200 meters from the Dominos outlet. Thus, I would daresay that delivering a pizza in such a short distance should not be of much inconvenience.
However, I kept waiting till midnight and unfortunately had to go to sleep on an empty stomach since the snacks outlets and restaurants are seldom open on such late hours.

A response from a brand with a reputation such as yours is anything but acceptable. So, I would like to take this opportunity to bring this to your notice. This has significantly affected my impression towards Dominos and I would think twice before ordering next time. I sincerely request you to keep an eye towards a competitive delivery service rather than providing excess discounts on second visit. I can humbly suggest that customers would be more than happy in paying extra for the delivery rather than starving overnight.

it is my experience that always pizza is delivered late than claimed. it takes one hour appox. upon asking reason is given that multiple order i.e. one +free does not have time limit.
yesterday i ordered medium pan pizza sp del and pan country vide order no 165 at 8.43 pm at fuala. i received it late. also pizza base was not cooked properly in middle.

Its really pathetic that a brand domino's is serving rotted pizza.. Today i was coming from my office and at kharghar i bought a pizza. Firstly it was not fresh and also smells like it was not made today.

My concern is that the server Ashwani was very RUDE to interact .. He was rude with all the Guests...
Mall Road Shimla is a Tourist Place Where there Are Tourists from all over Specially in summers, Therefore the Staff at the counter should be polite enough, as they represent a brand, such attitude has left a very distasteful experience in our mind .I perceive that you can understand my state of mind that i waited for 5 days so that i reach home and forward my displeasure to the concerned department of the company.

Hope you will fire Ashwani as he is not worth off...

I can assume this as i am also from the Hospitality Industry.

Bad service and Cleanliness problem.

I personally visit a dominos store.. There service is poor and the most thig is that the table and the floors are uncleaned and bad smell there is no such thing i like that i will go another time in dominos.

Somebody misled you alright. The 30 minute guarantee was stopped in 93 because some driver killed a woman trying to beat 30 minutes and dominos got sued.

On 24th Nov I called Dominos outlet at Baner Road, Pune and ordered pizza to be delivered. Dominos outlet is just opposite to my house. They recognised me from my mobile number and said it will be delivered soon. I waited for 45 minutes and asked for status. They replied its on the way. I just asked since it is above 30 minutes since I placed the order, will it be free as per your scheme? The guy over the phone started discussing with someone which I wasnt able to hear on the phone. He then handed over to another guy who again asked for my details. He then said I havent placed the order at all. This was shocking! He said I was just lying. I argued with him for quite a few while. He then says do whatever you want to do.
This incident has given me such a bad impression that I think I will never order from Dominos. I have also come to know that it has happened to many others as well. Please take some strenous actions against the services guys at this outlet.

My sisters ordered and took away a cheese burst pizza from the: Unit No 6D, Block 17, Phoenix Mills

On reaching home, we found that the cheese that was to be found as advertised as cheese burst was missing completely. It was only a lump of flat pizza base with sparsley filled toppings.

After spending more than the price of a normal lunch/dinner, if you get only a lump of lard, what is the use of ever buying a Dominos pizza again? Are we paying for your company salary or to have a pizza? Had we been in USA, you would have had to dole out loads of money in return but since this is India, you wont even give a damn but i'll make sure to tell other Indians specially through social networks and discourage people from ever eating a dominos.

I live in the Thakurdwar area of mumbai.I ordered a pizza on 27-7-09 (monday) at 8.00 pm, person taking my order assured me it would reach in 30 minutes, (ie.8.30pm )or it would be free, pizza was delivered at 8.45pm. I called up their office located at opera house at 8.45, but they refused to give it free(they have a scheme that if they dont deliver a pizza within 30 minutes of the order it is free), i spoke to their manager MR. ROHIT, he was very arrogant, he first lied that they dont deliver in my area, but i proved to him that i was their regular customer, then he said it was raining, but actully it was not raining at all, he had to agree he lied again.Then he went on to tell me, there is traffic on the roads, and asked me if i expected my order to come in a plane.According to their promise i should have had the pizza for free because it was 15 minutes late, instead i had to talk to an arrogant manager...i want you to deal strictly with them and show them that they have to respect what they promise and that the customers should get his right.
