Since Three Days no body is attending the compaints.

i bring new aquaguard total intima before 2 month...i call for follow up service for 1 month...i call for 3 times every time told that they are coming, , , , but they never came...right now call at service centre no single one pick up my phone number ...so very poor service from eureka forbers...when i bought for new ones they came early but after purchase they never came or pick my phone...so help me...

AquaGuard — Poor after sales service

After sales services are very poor. You have to call for many a times to get the service done of the product. The executives ignore the complaints, as nothing has been happened & the customer can bare it on its own.

I have bought an aqua guard of the above company on 21.10.09. The Sales Rep. Mr .Anil & Mr.Abhishek have virtually befoolled us by assuring proper installation, a free gift, and a life time warranty on the product. We are constantly calling them for its proper installation and to fulfill other promises, but in vein.Every morning they assure us to to resolvie our problem but they do'nt turn up. We are afraid whether we have purchased the genuine product. Please help us in the matter.
