Dear All,

Eureka Forbes has become the worst in customer commitment. There Customer care executives are useless chaps, they take customer complaints & sit on it for months. Whenver you call them they say that they are working on it. Even there mumbai office Head dosen't reply to any of the customer complaints. they are sleep on the customer problems. They have Zero value for the customers

Myself is RAJIV MOHAN staying in ANKLESHWER- GUJARAT, 11/2 year back I had purchased DUO MODEL of aqua gauard, but 2 month back its valve stopped working, service ENGG came & told that I will replace the valve with in 2 days, 2 month had passed but not a single response came from your side, I took intiaitive & contact the service station near about 10 times. but the POOREST response I got from your side.
One of the guy who is looking for ANKLESHWER AND BHARUCH, his NAME IS HITRESH VORA, he used such a SLANG LANGUAGE, as an CUSTOMER I felt ashamed that you kept such GUNDA type person, he even dont know how to talk with a customer, see according to my experience your company name is already spoil & above all you are keeping such type of person who is not eligible for this post
so, pl if you cant able to solve the problem, kindly replace the machine with new one, AS IT UNDER 2 YRS GURRANNTE

I had purchased one 'EUROCLEAN WD-WET & DRY VACUUM CLEANER' on July 13, 2013, vide PO No. [protected]. While canvasing for the product, Euroka's Sales person made so many promises i.e. buy the product in the name of my wife. Being a Senior citizen, she will be getting 12 years free maintenance. Accordingly, the form has been filled in her favour and a chque was issued by her. He further stated that he will come and demonstrate the product as soon as the item is delivered. Once the demonstration is over, he will visit another day, how we use the unit. On arrival of the product, I am surprised that it was in my favour. For certain family commitments we returned back to Chennai only two backs. Immediately on arrival I contacted the Sales person a number of times to show the demonstration of the product. He is yet to arrive our home till date. It is a pity that the package containing no instruction manual to operate the product. Nowa days even i[censored] buy a toy, it contains instruction manual, whereas this product costs more than Rs.12, 000.00

On not getting favour response from the Sales Person, I contacted the Eurohelpline two days. The response to my complaint is yet to bear fruit.
A manufacturing Company require Sales and Service more efficient to move the Company forward. It is a pity that EUREKA does not both. They have inefficient sales people. To sell the product or meet the target, they commitment irrelavent promises putting the customer into lot of inconvenience. It appears that the entire Company officials are outsourced who do not have dedication or integrity towards the Company.
I never recommend to buy any product from EUREKA

While canvassing for purchase of 'EUREKA VACUUM CLEANER' in July 2013, The Sales person made many promises i.e. that we buy the Unit in favour of my wife. He further stated that being a Senior Citizen, she will be eligible for 12 years free maintenance of the Unit. On purchase he will come and demonstrate the Unit, followed by another day to check how we use the Unit. Accordingly my wife filled in the form and issued a cheque for purchase of EUROCLEAN WD-WET & DRY VACUUM CLEANER. The Unit was delivered on 15th July 2013, vide PO No. [protected] dated 13th July 2013. Due to family programmes, we returned back to Chennai only in middle of this month. Immediately on arrival, I contact the Sales person to show the demonstration, followed by number of reminders, and he is yet to come to us till date.On not getting favourable response, I used Eurohelpline no. two days back and no body turned up till date. It is a pity that the Carton contained no Instruction Manual

If a company wants to prosper, they require efficient sales and service personnel. It appears that EUREKA does not have both and it appears that they do not require at all Eureka's sales personnel do not have vision, integrity and dedication. They say something to the customer without realizing that they can honour. The complaints speaks volume of the problem of the company. Unless they rectify the company wi8ll be doomed. Before dooming please send your Sales person to show demonstraction or send an Instruction Manual by post, so that I can act myself.
a complaint (attending problem in running Euroair02# AIR PURIFICATION SYSTEM, ITEM CODE GAPDEAINT0000/[protected]) was lodged vide No. 06E4617123 on 26/0/08/2013 is still unattended and remaining non operational. It is often heard that Govt organizations are lagging behind in attending customers' care but now it is seen a renowned private organization like EUREKA FORBES is even worse than Govt. organization. 2(two) calls on 2 consecutive days on 24/08/2013 & 25/08/2013 respectivelywere forwarded to SALES PERSON-9001972, who one and half years ago took every intiative rigorously to sell above product & convinced that there will no disruption of the product, failed to attend the problem on both the days inspite of assurance.

I have purchased two RO last year. This year I have renewed the contract, one for two years and the other for one year. I paid in cash. They said they will register and I will get messages, I have not received any message so far. How can I know that they have remitted the money to your company and my contract is on? The local office is not responding. Please let me know whether my contract is alive or not? Eureka Forbes — servicing not done for two years by authorised service centre

so what is the reason and why company not able to service my system.Pls reply soon as posible.

Eureka Forbes beyond any reasonable doubt, is incapable of providing any service to customers. I have made a complaint on 10 March'14, followed up several times on phone, made another complaint on 24 March, yet again on 1 April, but till data it's not attended to. I did a great mistake in selecting Eureka Forbes for my water filter. Each time I call up their customer center, I loose my temper at their scripted response thay say 'it will be attended to in 24 hrs". They have no process to track customer compliant to resolution. Their service network is absolutely useless.

This is cheating from eureka forbes I have not received any call from eurka forber, nor they have resolve any problem.
I have AG Reviva RO and was under AMC. My AMC expired around 3 months back and now I wanted to renew the AMC. When I called the customer care for renewal of AMC the rep told that the Charges are Rs. 4250/- plus Rs. 425/-. When I asked about the second amount, he said its the reps visiting fees. When I am taking AMC by paying almost 40% of the cost of the unit, why should I pay extra charges for just to hand over the receipt?

When I asked him the Service center address so that I can only visit them to pay AMC charges and get the receipt, I got s shocking reply. They have assigned the service responsibilities to some person by name Raghavendra in our locality, i.e., Kaggadasapura, Bangalore and he will only take care of everything. He was the person who had come last time when I took AMC and he introduced as company employee. But I am seeing him in our locality many times just roaming around in the shops, chit chatting with the customers coming to that shops, etc, etc. Once he had sent a 12-13 year old boy for cleaning the filter during the AMC period.

This kind of pathetic service Eureka forbes is giving.

Guys, be careful about Eureka Forbes. They are the No 1 Cheaters, I really mean CHEATERS.
Customer care is pathetic.. the guy comes to repair the water flow, jus looks at it and says candles and filter needs to be replaced, it will cost upto 1200..I said thats too much, he just walks away without even informing.. and makes the condition of the water flow even worst..really bad. Please do not buy any products from aquaguard.

companys customer care system is totally nonsence. i have entered AMC with the company through their frenchisee at nasik. when i required the technicians help for my acquaguard i was asked to contact call center at pune. pune people are hardly accessible. from morning to evening hours i tried my level best but in vain.their pune lines are not tollfree. I spet some 20-25 rupees on phone calls but customer care persons were not available to listen to my problem. i now feel cheated. i will never recommend for any product of the compny to my friwnds n relatives.
Horrible Customer care and service centre

I had purchased a new box piece Aquaguard enhance water purifier, the technician broke open the tape while the technician was installing the product there was some damaged part in the purifier, it wasn't functioning he said that part has to replaced the service centre people will come and fix it, its been two days and nobody has the courtesy to even respond to the complaint and its an new piece, even when i call them 4 to 5 times a day they will tell half n hour will get back to you, till now they haven't got back inspite we calling them repeated times. Please don't buy anything from them, they are the worst after sales service providers including the installation

I regret to inform that i am using your product duo RO+UV system for the past 3 years V.No:[protected]D[protected] PO.No:tci-[protected] Inv.No:[protected] dated :18.01.2011(Replaced date against the defective product).I am with your company annual contract system after your warrenty period. I have informed your service people during the time of visit and mentioned in log sheet about the eratic behaviour of the sensar which provided for the tank filling I am sure the complaint registered about 6 months back Kindly inform the concern people to attend the problem at the earliest. BAD is not an enough rating for the service being provided. There should be an option for VERY VERY WORST. The AMC of our Aquaguard was renewed on 9th Aug( needless to say after repeated calls/followups), the technician came and chnaged the filters and till date(30th Aug) it is NOT WORKING. Been calling them ever since and the response is pathetic. Every day they say they would come. ONLY I WISH for all the Aquaguard company related people YOU FACE THE SAME TROUBLE AND FEEL THE PAIN that we are going through. Looks like Enemy for life. And no need to go miles, please take few steps to make us not CRY for using your products! Really BAD service. I wish I have not invested my money and time in yours.
