Dear All,

Eureka Forbes has become the worst in customer commitment. There Customer care executives are useless chaps, they take customer complaints & sit on it for months. Whenver you call them they say that they are working on it. Even there mumbai office Head dosen't reply to any of the customer complaints. they are sleep on the customer problems. They have Zero value for the customers

Hai I am Sundaresan, Centre Head, Indian Express Group, Madurai. I have renewed my AMC for aqua guard on[protected] with Eureka forbes ltd. at chennai. Till now no body has come for service. Worst fellows. 1000 calls made. no response. I request all the general public not to purchase any eureka forbes products. I am going to throw my product in the dust pin. My mobile no is [protected].
I need service center in bhopal.I will not provide free service in under warranty.
These are foolish people, they only know to cheet customers.
They are bunch of cheeters.

Eureka Forbes — purifier not working properly

I purchased aquasure ivory DX from antriksh enterprises pathankot on 22/8/10 . My family is consuming unhealthy water since then.The reasons are as follows -
1-The purifier is not working since ,installation even after complaining twice.
2-Both times the company officials visited and set right the water purifier but the problem persists.
3-The request for replacement of the product fell on deaf ears.

Is tap water the only solution?
The service peoples of Eureka Forbes are not skilled one. They don't know the actual problem and also remeady. The representatives for selling their products are cheating people. The customer care at Madurai Branch is very worst one and irresponsible persons.

Eureka Forbes — cheating in AMC of Aquaguard

I, Kaberi Ghosh had purchased an aqua guard of your company and this is well maintained by AMC. But last year we have shifted our residence for which this was not put under AMC (renewal) for few months. Now we have given a call to your service man (KANCHAN DAS[protected].He has sent Mr. Rahim Mandal (ph. [protected]) for this renewal of AMC.He has taken Rs. 1550/ for this renewal of AMC. Is this amount required for AMC or they have cheated us? Please enquire the matter and reply.

I am Dr.j.durgalakshmi residing in thillai nagar trichy. i had entered into an amc with top line agencies. by august top line agencies had got relieved. till today we were not intimated about the new agency.when my machine got repaired nobody responded after continuous complaint in raja colony office at cantonment. then i found the ph. no. of mr. jayaprakash who attended to the problem in 2nd week of january. but yesterday (3rd feb 2011) i received a phone call to my mobile no at 5.21 pm from a no. [protected] who never disclosed their details like who they are except they are from eureka forbes and asked for my iccr no.since i was not familiar with ur tech.details i asked them what it was. they were neither polite nor giving their details. they yelled at me saying it was there mistake to have attended to the complaint because mr. jayaprakash had asked them. even then i was asking them to say their agency name and the concerned person whom i should talk. the lady very rudely said it is not necessary for her to disclose details.iasked her how will i know if she was a genuine person without knowing the agency name and how i can disclose my personal details without knowing their details. i also told them that the service depy. depends on the customers whom u will have to be polite. she arrogantly said it is not necessary for me to be polite to u and cut the conversation. i[censored]r company doesnt need customers what is ur stake a reputed company like urs cannot have such harsh service agents who are not customer oriented. i hope ur good office takes necessary action to take care o[censored]r valuable customers and not to put them under such agencies (i still do not know the agency name) till today we do not know whom to contact for service complaints thank u [protected]@gmail.com

Eureka Forbes — SERVICE CENTRE FAKE

I bought a vaccuum cleaner in 2009 .It went out of order after one & half year .contacting service centre they kept on giving me another no's but of no use after that I myself searched their office & lodged complain 3 days after that serviceman appeared but with not any preparation so called me to office.going to office revealed another fact that they dont repair vaccuum cleaner.So they sent me another place where under the banner of LG SERVICE CENTRE eureka was running its service centre .To my problem staff told me to come another day to see engineer because he doesnt comes daily.
i havnt seen such a bad service
These people at Eureka have no idea what they talk.This is a standard at all levels.they hound you once you make an inquiry and keep bugging you.But when it comes to service they are nowhere to be found.
After sales is hopeless and disgusting.They just try protecting their kind and ensure that we do not get the services that they are supposed to give.
Never trust these people.

Eureka Forbes / AG Classic Water Filter — CHEATING BY SERVICE MANAGER AS THAKUR

I AM HAVING AG CLASSSIC AQUA GUARD WAER FILTER BOUGHT FROM FIRST FLOOR SCO 14 SECTOR 7C MADHYA MARG CHANDIGARH(UT) HAVING LIFE LONG FREE SERVICE GUARANTEE.TJE SYSTEM AND EQUIMENT WAS WORKING SATISFACTORILY BUT FOR THE CENSOR WHICH HAD LOOSE SOLDERING,THUS AT TIMES GAVE TROUBLE FOR START UP.I TOOK THE EQPT TO COMPANYS ABOVE OFFICE AND AND THEU TOLS ME TO CHANGE THE CENSOR WHICH WAS COTING ONLY FEW RUPEES.I AGREED AND THEY CHANGED THE SAME.THEN I REQUESTED THE MECHANIC TO CHECK IT FOR FUNCTIONING AS CENSOR WAS REPAIRED.THE MECHANIC MR HARBIR SINGH TOLD ME THAT IT WAS OK.I WAS NOT SATISFIED AND COMPLAINED TO THESERVICE MANAGER MR AS THAKUR TO GET IT TESTED.HE TOLD ME TO WAIT OUTSIDE.AFTER SOMETIME HE CAME OUT AND TOLD ME THAT MY ELECTRONIC PANEL HAD GONE DEFECTIVE DURING THEIR HANDLINGAND REQUIRED REPLACEMENT AND WOULD COST MERs 650.HE TOLD ME TO GO IN FOR YEARLY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT BY PAYING RS 1000.I AGREED AND TOLD HIM TO DO THE FORMALITIES BUT DO THE NEEDFUL.HE TOLD ME THAT IT WILL BE DONE BY THEIR REP AT MY RESIDENCE.AFTER 3 HRS A PERSON NAMED ANIL THAKUR CAME TO ME AND ASKED ME TO GO IN FOR 2/3 YEARS AGREEMENT AND ONLY THEN ITWOULD ME MADE FUNCTIONAL.I TALKED TO MR ASTHAKUR ,WHO ALSO SPOKE IN SAME TUNE AND TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO GO IN FOR MIN 2 YEARS AGREEMTNT.LEFT WITH NO CHICE AND PAID CHEQUE FOR 1850 FOR 2 YRS.MY COMPLAINT IS AGAINST THE SERVICE MANAGER FOR CHEATING ME FIRSTLT THE PANEL HAD GO NE NONFUNCTIONAL DUE TO THEIR MISHANDLING AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPAIRED/REPLACED FREE BY THEM AND SECONDLY GAINST 1 YEAR CONTRACT HE MADE ME TO GOIN FOR 2 YRS CONTRACT.MOREOVER THEIR ARE MANY SUCH COMPALINT GAIAST THEM IM A SENIOR CITIZEN AND SENIOR RETIRED DEFENCE OFFICER,IF THEY CAN DO IT WITH ME,WHAT WILL BE THE POLITE OF OTHERS.MY REQUEST IS THAT IS SHOULD BE REFUNDED THE EXTRA CHARGED AMOUNT OF RS 850 FORCIBLY CHARGED FROM ME OTHERWISE I WILL BE FORCED TO LODGE FIR AGAINST THE SERVICE MANAGER FOR CHEATING ME----COLONEL(Er) RAJ KUMAR #1421 SEC 42B CHANDIGARH MOB [protected] EMAIL colonel.[protected]@gmail.com
I wank to draw your attention to the complete sense of apathy and disregard
towards customer service by so called esteemed co. Eureka Forbes I have an RO system and
i have registered a complaint on 12/3/11 for that .The complaint no. is
84497131. The complaint is still unattended inspite of numerous reminders (twice a day) and false promises by incompetent staff of the co.

Simply they just wanted money without providing any service

There is no system in the co. to escalate the problem to senior officials

As a customer i am feeling helpless and cheated.I strongly recommend not to buy the products of this lier co.

Such a pathetic and deplorable state of affairs

Eureka Forbes — bad service and doing fraud with customers

In the city Eureka Forbes co. (Guman tower , Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur .302021) doing fraud with customers by giving warranty of their products and using old parts instead of new parts and misguide the customers and they don't providing good services.

Eureka Forbes — Unit not delivered after payment

I purchased eureka forbes waterfilter (Reviva - NF) on April 7th 2011.

Person called Manju (ph.No. [protected]) from Indira Nagar Branch came to book the order. He asked me to make the complete payment towards the order (Rs 9990/-) as he said without the advance payment order cannot be processed. Order number[protected]. He said that it would be installed within 2 days. But no one came to install it. I started checking the status of the order from Manju, through their call center (Ph. No.[protected], Manju's Manger, and their Indira Nagar office, Bangalore. Any day I call, and anyone I call I have the same reply, it would be positively installed within 2 days from now. 2 days are not finished as yet.

I wanted to install the water filter urgently as I have too many guest at my house and I purchase bottled water for drinking purpose. Since installation of this water purifier has been delayed I am purchasing water worth Rs 120/- everyday. Adding this for 6 days, I have already lost Rs 720 due to Eureka Forbes.

Can anything be done about this installation and the loss I am incurring.

I would prefer that they return my money and I will choose some other water filter from other company.

If Eureka Forbes are so bad during the sales, I am frightened that if I call them for service they will take 5 years to come.

Eureka Forbes — DELAY IN RE-INSTALLING WATER PURIFIER

Reinstallment request given for Water Purifier by me after my posting from Gwalior to Babina (near Jhansi) has not been attended till date, approx two weeks now. My complaint was noted at docket number 35.

Initially they said that the delay was due to their holiday to Shirdi.... strange for an essential services franchisee.

The franchisee at Jhansi says that it will be done soon...but has no parameters for soon. I am under an annual maintainence contract but even that has not been regarded. My Customer Id is [protected].

Eureka Forbes — EXHAUSTED

I have purchased a Eureka forbes vaccum cleaner, wet and dry model, from the day one it has started giving problems, every time we required atleast 20 to 25 follow ups, guess what for every thing they have easy solution.

1) While selling they told it has a automatice wire cord if a button is pressed and true to their word when ever we plug it, without even pressing the button it automatically rewinds - well they told a rubber is gone and rectified after a good one month.

2) while selling they told the machine i[censored]sed for more than 20 minutes it will automatically switches off and to our surprise from day one when we used it got switched off every 2 minutes - After speaking to everyone from call centre executive to the service head of the branch, the simple soultion is they have removed the option of Auto cut off (Which is their selling point) now even if its one hour the machine runs.

I HAVE ASKED FOR A NEW MAHCINE THAN ITSELF AS IT WAS NEW, BUT I WAS POLITELY REFUSED.

NOW - Again the power cord is rewinding automatically - Complaint made on 12/04/2011 - Complaint number[protected] today 26/4/2011 when again called the call centre the reply is they have not got the revert from the branch. And none of the numbers they have given are reachable or they are not picking the call.(As its their personal mobile numbers, am not sharing the numbers of names)

STILL WAITING FOR SOME ACTION BASED ON THE COMPLAINT NUMBER GIVEN
The franchisees are callous in nature in attending to complaints. The company is also not keen enough to oversee the functioning of the franchisees.In spite of having AMC for Water Purifier(classic) the mechanic did not turn up even after repeated requests over phone. This is the standard of Eureka Forbes in attending to complaints at Bhubaneswar.

Eureka Forbes — abusive language by customer care executive

i had complaint them on 14th may for overflow of water from their water purifier, due to no response i called up the customer care executive of euro helpline i shouted on him for the same and asked him to let me talk to his senior person, instead of giving him the call he called me up from his mobile and used abusive language for the same.what should i do
