[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Customer care

Dear All,

Eureka Forbes has become the worst in customer commitment. There Customer care executives are useless chaps, they take customer complaints & sit on it for months. Whenver you call them they say that they are working on it. Even there mumbai office Head dosen't reply to any of the customer complaints. they are sleep on the customer problems. They have Zero value for the customers

I am Arjun Singh, purchased EUROCLEAN WET & DRY vacuum cleaner on date 16 Feb 2014. Transaction id is : 77655074 Customer id: [protected] Till now I have not received Warranty card, Bill and Eurodiya till now Arjun Singh [protected].

I am also one of the unfortunate customer, who fell in trap for buying their Domestic RO plant with RV. The customer call service is awfully bad. Have been complaining since May and till now body has solved the problem. The unit does not deliver any water. Have lodged many complaints and call centre make promise that it will be attended, but never. The unit was installed in Nov09 and it is under break down since May10. Loosing time on warranty period. Is ther any forum where we can take them to consumer court and claim damages.

Recommend to every customer who has aspiration to buy any product like vaccuum cleaner or water purifier, PL DO NOT BUY OPR RECOMMEND TO EVEN UR ENEMIES.

Third class Product & Maha third class Service .... need to ban to sell such prroduct to customer .
The quality & features of this company is to make fool to customer & just make money from the poor, needy & ill persons , patients who are facing health problem....... i am requesting to all the customers to come together and take strict action against these type of product .... please dont buy this problem to your home...dont play with your health ... inform others about this third class instrument ... just log ur complaints ... let us close & throw out this company together...... Jai Maharashtra.!!!

Eureka Forbes / RO Reviva Model — IMPROPER SERVICE AND FALSE COMMITMENT

i had taken reviva model ro from amritsar on 09/10/2009 , at the time to sales i was promised all the part are under amc and you wont have to pay any money under warranty now when i complained for RO not working properly your service person (PRAVEEN) is saying membrane is faulty and we will charge you Rs 2300 for it , which is completely unfair and fraud , after writing number of mail and making many calls now person has come to change membrane and he has installed faulty membrane which is not working properly.

Yes, I totally agree that eureka forbes is cheating its customers. We are also facing a lot of problems with regard to their service and the worst part is that these guys are least bothered about people complaining against them. Tell me how many have got any kind of reply from this company. There are loads of complaints that I see in this forum, but don't see any kind of reply from them.

And if you check their website too, there is no provision for complaints by customers. I think these guys will slowly lose out to other competing companies one day.

Worst Product, Filter membrane will get damage within TWO months , that costs you Rs 1000/-
Even they don't attend your phone call when you want to lodge complaint.

I highly advice you all not to buy HI-Tech RO System.

Eureka Forbes — Bill not received since 8 months

I purchased a Aquaguard NF, from Eureka Forbe on January , 2010. During the purchase the sales person took the DD and delivered the Aquaguard after 3-4 dyas. Unfortunatley, that Aquaguard was a company defect piece. After so many complaints to Head office Mumbai, they replaced it. When I asked about the bill the sales person told me that it will come in courier service. To my surprise I have not recieved the bill till today. I suspect the the local dealer or sales person did some cheating to me.

Eureka Forbes / RO Aquaguard Reviva — Free Service not done in Warranty

Dear Sir,

I had purchased a RO system, model Aquguard Reviva Under Serial Number 6076202 dated 07th January, 2010. As per the booklet, it says that in warranty period, the RO system would be serviced four times free.

However, regretfully I would like to inform you that eight months have gone by, but still no one has called from the Eureka Forbes office to check for the machine nor is anyone bothered to check whether the company obligations to the customer is fulfilled.

This is totally unacceptable on the part of Eureka Forbes who boast about there service before the sale of the product and document the same in the booklet when the same is installed. However, when it comes to fulfilling the commitment of free service, there is no show on the part of the company Eureka Forbes.

I look forward to hearing from you with a most early and a favorable response.

I am Savitha im working for a company called Tirumala Seven Hills Pvt Ltd M.G Road, Bangalore

In our company we are using a water purifier which was purchased from Eureka Forbes its been 4 months from the purchase now its not working, i had called customer care & logged a compliant its been past 3days nobody came & nobody bothered about it

Then when i called again after 3days customer care representative had came with bull answers which can not be justified here we are suffring for drinking water try resolve this issue

Eureka Forbes — Non Attendance of Complaint even after 72 hrs

I recently got registered for AMC service provided for Aquaguard water purifier. The circuit plate was broken by the mechanic while opening the water filter and as a result the aquagauard is not working. I followed up with the agency but to no respite. Everytime they say the circuit plate is out of stock.It's more than two weeks now. I logged a complaint with helpline dated 14 Sep 2010 with complaint number 83551821. The person who received the complaint assured me that within 24 hrs this would be addressed. It has been 3 days since i logged the complaint but no call or information provided to me. This is a sheer harrassment of customers. Firstly the money is charged and then customer is left at the mercy of God.

Eureka Forbes — Service denied for an AMC customer

Dear Sir,

I registered a complaint (complaiant number[protected] on 10/09/10 that my water purifier is dead. For 5 days no response despite my multiple followups. Finally a technician named Surender came on 15/09/10. He removed the anti-drip part and said that by 20/09/10, he will replace the part. The purifier worked for 1 day and then again it went dead.
After waiting for 3 days after the committed date, i made another complaint on 23/09/10 (complaint number[protected] and was committed that someone will call me which never happenned. Next day on 24/09/10 again I called up and spoke to customer care and she was not even able to speak properly and when asked to register a follow up complaint, she said she has done it but gave me a old complaint number[protected]. Again I spoke to Suman Raj on 24/09/10 and he gave me a follow up complaint number[protected] and committed that the problem will be rectified and that the technician will call me in immediately. This never happened. Ultimately I lodged a new follow up complaint today with Suman Raj[protected] and he committed me again that the 'anti drip' part will be replaced and the purifier will be rectified after he spoke with his floor manager-Deepak A.

Subsequently, I have registered the entire complaint and the sequence of activity in the Eureka Forbes website today (25/09/10).

I am an AMC customer (Permanent ID [protected]) and would like to bring this case in the consumer complaint forum where each customer would come to know of the serious lapses that Eureka Forbes is doing in customer servicing.

I would look forward to a resolution of my problem asap and also see if the harrassment that was caused to me is compensated.

Eureka Forbes Ltd / Water Purifier — EXECUTION NO. 855/2007 DATED 4/12/2007, CUSTOMER COMPLAINT NO. 80 DATED 2/4/2002 - PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED

The product sold was found defected within the warranty period. The complaint was made against the firm on complaint no. 80 dated 2/4/2002 in the consumer court Thane. The Hon.'able additional District consumer court oder to the firm to refund the cost of water purifier Rs.7590 plus 8% inerest with effect from 3/6/2001 and Rs. 2000/- court expense with 8% inerest vide execution No. 855/2007 dated 04 December 2007. I personally handed order court order on 14/8/2008 to the firm office at 101, Goplan Tower Opp. Mafco Market, Sector - 24, Vashi, Navi Mumbai - 400705. Till date I have not yet received any reponse from the company nor my compensation as per the court order Please take necessary action on this subject.
