Dear All,

Eureka Forbes has become the worst in customer commitment. There Customer care executives are useless chaps, they take customer complaints & sit on it for months. Whenver you call them they say that they are working on it. Even there mumbai office Head dosen't reply to any of the customer complaints. they are sleep on the customer problems. They have Zero value for the customers

Eureka Forbes — Lack of service

I had purchased water pirifier from Euake in Dec'2011 and it stopped working ater few months.Inspite of repeated complaint nobody is attending from there service dept other than a false assurance that one of our engineer will attend in next 48 hrs.

Eureka Forbes — Defective product and poor after sales service

I purchased an Eureka Forbes vaccum cleaner named TRENDY NANO for the price Rs.3000/- from Croma retail outlet. When I began to use it for the first time , its Dust bag indicator was showing full ( how can that be possible when I am using it for the first time) . I lodged an complaint regarding the same on May14,2011and i got the response as the issue will be resolved within a day's time. But till today i have not received any service from the company.
I didn't expected this from a reputed company like Eureka Forbes. These guys are cheat, first they will sell you the product by convincing about the company and later they deny your very existence.
I have called the customer care number n number of times and I am getting the same response everytime that the problem will be resolved next day , but tomorrow never comes for them.
I am going to sue them in the consumer court ..
After sales service of Eureka Forbes is actually horrible...I have an AMC for water purifier system & have lodged complaint snce last week, bt still nobody has bothered to fix it!!
I am an user of aquaguard water purifier. The AMC was taken in Udhampur through 'variety stores ph[protected],[protected], in Jammu area in Mar 11. About 10 days back the purifier stopped working. on telephonic complaint the technician visited after two days and informed that the circuit board needs replacement. For the last one week the response from the service centre (Variety stores) is that the company is not supplying the board to them from Jammu.

Drinking un-purified water may lead to health problems to the whole family, including children
Pl intervene and get the purifier repaired at the earliest.

Eureka Forbes — irresponsible-uncompleted service in warranty

I bought protec+ in march 2011. Now in May, it failured. When i called, after 3 working days, an unskilled service man attended and handled machine rudely. He taken adapter with him for replacement. Spares are spreaded, uncovered - till now after 16 days they do not replied back.

I am following with them, simply telling 'no spare - adapter, you can complaint anywhere'. Worst service from chennai Ramapuram office. And complaing in the general no.39883333, they are taking complaint only - no actions. No responsible person to contact in Aquaguard. You are losing 2-3 sales enquiry by this.

I am using eureka forbes product at Madurai, trichy and chennai. Now in chennai only we face worst service. Now buying forbes product is waste of time/money. Aquaguard losing thier integrity.

I am going to write this in all leading consumers online review/survey forum.

So kindly take back machine back and refund us our money. OR I will suit in consumer forum.

Eureka Forbes — Non honouring of AMC

Customer details: Mrs Minu Thommen / Address: A 405, Vasundhara, Plot 16, Sector 6, Dwarka, New Delhi - 75 / No.[protected]the no. on the Invoice cum Receipt of the COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE CONTRACT) Contract Receipt No. 45

The details of the complaint are:

- We had our service contract with Eureka Forbes from 25 Apr 2009 to 24 Apr 2010. Whilst this contract was in existence, Eureka provided us only two servicing vis-a-vis the agreed 4 servicing. On Mr Goklaney's (Executive Vice Chairman, Eureka Forbes) intervention through the regional team, the service company agreed to give us two additional services in the next year.

- Accordingly we entered into agreement again with Eureka for a period of one year from on 25 Apr 2010 to 24 Apr 2011.

- What was agreed under the above agreement is : 4 services (under this contract) + the 2 pending services from the previous contract.

- The actual servicing dates under the current contract are : 25 April, 21st Oct, march, 10 April. You will note that the the services were not regular. And two services were bundled together in March and April, without providing any service for six months.

- The service engineer (Basant) when questioned about this irregularity, said that he was away on "chhutti".

- Also the tank cleaning solution was requested for in October, march and April. They never provided the same and always escaped saying they will deliver it the next day. Till date no cleaning solution provided.

- In second week of April, the service rep came back to renew the contract. When reminded of the two pending services and the cleaning solution, he insisted on us signing another AMC yet again and said he will come back with the cleaning solution and news on the pending servicing the next day.

- Till date the engineer has not reported back, seeing our firm stance on getting the "two unrendered servicing" from them and sensing that we are not interested in entering into another AMC, till the time they delivered the goods that they promised in presence of the company representatives.

We continue to feel that the company management has no control over these bunch of outsourced service providers and you leave the hapless customers entirely at the mercy of the unscrupulous thugs who have no interest in honouring any contract - as soon as they get the cheque.

This is a request to you to ensure that such MNCs have a better control over their franchisees / contract service providers, etc. And also to ensure that we get whatever is pending and is due to us from the company.

agreed absolutely.I had a sevice contract receipt no.[protected] for 2 years from 19.06.2009 18.06.2011 and during this period nobody turned up and no service was provided.The service centre had closed and shifted without any info 2 the customers so there was no way to contact locally.

Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard not working properly and there is no action after so many complaints

i have aquguard water purifier it was not working properly from 3 months. I approached to eureka forbes to whom i had gives the service contract.i complained for that on 18th april coplaint no . was[protected] but there is not hearing. After followingup for 50days i called them atleast 20 times den their service men came but he was not so efficient and the purifier again stop working.I again complained. complaint no is[protected] and there is no hearing till now. and when we call on [protected] they talk very rudely to us.Request your suggestion on this.

I have purchased a RO system from Meerut sales person Mr. Ravikant Tyagi,
on 16 June 2011. I paied the amount at the time or instalation.and Mr.ravikant tyagi told me i will give you all original paper like bill and life time free service card tomorrow.he didnot give me even i call him he disconect my call and never replay.i havenot seen this type of lie person in my life.fortunatly one day he attand my call and say i will give you receipt at evening but I could not get receipt of the product and warrantycard and life time free service card.whenever I didn't purchase Mr.tyagi call me 8 to 10 time after saleing Ro system .He didn't recive my call.i will share to all my peer's and never suggest to purchase
product to this type of guy.realy this person degrade youe eureka forbs goodwill.no responsible officer take responce to my latter.i realy feal it is worst company.I really sorry to bring it to your notice that such reputed company working like a government offices. I request to please help me out.

Eureka Forbes — product not working

sir, we purchased an storage aqua sure purifier in February 2010, unit serial no is 6024587. now this purifier is not working . and we complaint to the city service center than he is demanding 1100 rs with only six month guaranty. and the purchase price of machine was 3500 rs. hence we are not satisfy with his answer.

This is to inform you that we entered into an Annual Maintenance Contract with you vide contract receipt number[protected] for our water purifier Reviva (RO), unit SI No 3001868. In spite of the written contact with you your representative did not pay visits for the maintenance of the machine. In the meantime we had tried several times to your local service centre as well as on the all available phone numbers with this contract letter, but my all efforts went in vain. As a result not only the machine stopped working but we faced lots of problem, physical and mental harassment.

You are therefore requested to refund the payment of Rs.3660.00 (three thousand six hundred and sixty only) as well as pay the damages made due to the negligence on your part within 7 days of receipt of this letter failing which we will be compelled to take all appropriate action including legal.

Eureka Forbes — Bill not received yet

Hi Sir/Ma'am

I am Shrenik Shah, Bhavnagar
I have purchased Aquaguard water purifier classic model on[protected].The salesman assured us that the company will deliver the bill within 15 days of purchase. But till now we have not received any bill.When we ask him about the bill status,he gives excuses that company has not issued yet.So I think that company's policy about bill is too bad.

Eureka Forbes — very bad customer service

The sales representative of your company were Mr.Abhinav srivastava (mobile number[protected]and Mr. sudeep sachan( mobile number [protected]).on that day they told us today is the last day for scheme of life time free service card ,i brought and then they said we will come tomorrow and give this card and give demo of the machine.
But after buying the vacuum cleaner i have called them several times and told plz come after 6 pm any day but they have given very bad response and always given some excuses.
Plz do the needful so that my faith on this company will remain.

Eureka Forbes — Not servicing

I had purchased water filter from Eureka forbes 2 months ago for 11,000/- but after installation it is leaking from top and water is not getting filtered. I have called their customer care for at least 15 times for repair but surprisingly no one came for repair. at the same time, complained through website also but to my disgust, there has been no action and I feel cheated. Dear Sir,

We purchased AQUA GUARD TOTAL PROTEC + WATER PURIFIER on INVOICE NO[protected] 26.07.2010 since then we have complaints on water leaking we replaced three new taps.

On 11.08.2011 your service engineer Mr naresh from chengalpet sent two technicians on our repeated same complaint.They have done service when total power shut down was thier on 11.0.2011 and they left our home.

When power resumed back we have observe cracked developed on front body same was reported to him.

On 12.08.2011 Mr Naresh came and done the same story + he managed to get AMC FOR THE SAME Rs 3660.CONTRACT RECIEPT :[protected] DATED13.08.2011

Problem exists same.

My house people were trying the mobile no of Mr Naresh [protected] no response to my house no.

Today i tried 14.08.2011 at 0830pm to him from diferent no he lifted the phone and telling me lot of stories .

My age is 70yrs .

Our total family got frustated with your product and behaviour of your staff.

This coplaint is written by my brother in law on behalf of me.

HE IS PROCEDING FOR LEGAL ACTION FOR CHEATING AND LYING TO US.

THIS IS SERIOUS MATTER OF DRINKING WATER.

This is regarding apoor service of Eureka Forbes. I bought a Eureka Forbes water purifier in the year 2008., during the one of call service I had booked for service contract Vide Receipt No 17865710 dt 16 Feb 10. I had paid Rs 2050/- in advance for the Annual Maintenance . I had booked for a service with the Sangam Hotel (behind) customer care on 22 Aug 11 giving my address and tele no personally. But so far no action has so far been taken. Inspite of my repeated visit to the customer care everything gone vain.

I am now realised that no one should pay advance money in the name of AMC whoever may be even if a reputed company.

Kindly take necessary action please.

Eureka Forbes — playing around with our time and money

We wanted a new water filter and zeroed in on the one from eureka forbes and called their customer care. The company sent home a sales executive by the name Byra Reddy who on agreeing to install the water filter the next day, took a full payment of ten thousand rupees from us on 28th of August 2011. He did not even give a receipt for the payment and on demanding one said would give it the next day as he had forgotten to get the receipt book. He wrote about the payment done on a piece of paper along with his phone number for confirmation. He deliberately misses to include the date of payment which we too did not catch at that movement. Without full payment he said the booking would not be done and anyway since he would install it the next day would get the receipt book along with him. He did not turn up the next day and since that was a festival week we thought he would do it the following week. Our worry began when he did not turn up on the first two days of the following week too and on calling him would not pick our call. On contacting their customer care and scolding them we got hold of his managers number and he kept making false promises everyday for a week that he would definitely install it the very next day.
Finally a new sales person by the name Subramani ([protected]) comes to our house asking if we required a water filter. On giving him the entire background which he pretended to have not know earlier verifies with his office and says that the person by the name Byra Reddy is not authorised to take sales orders from Rajarajeshwari Nagar and is in charge of Vijayanagar area. The new sales person asks for the hand written receipt given by Byra Reddy and says he would need a copy of it to proceed further and sends his assistant for photo copying. After a few minutes the assistant comes back saying that the receipt flew off from his pocket while riding before he could take a copy of it. The sales person said he too does not have a receipt book to give a different receipt. When we asked him to leave his assistant behind and get the receipt book he magically takes out the receipt book from his bag.
He gave us a new receipt saying that the filter will be installed with in the next 24 Hrs. Its been two days since and on calling him makes false promises of delivering in the evening... the next morning so on and so forth. Theirs managers have also stopped picking our calls.
