[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Customer care

Dear All,

Eureka Forbes has become the worst in customer commitment. There Customer care executives are useless chaps, they take customer complaints & sit on it for months. Whenver you call them they say that they are working on it. Even there mumbai office Head dosen't reply to any of the customer complaints. they are sleep on the customer problems. They have Zero value for the customers

I am Arjun Singh, purchased EUROCLEAN WET & DRY vacuum cleaner on date 16 Feb 2014. Transaction id is : 77655074 Customer id: [protected] Till now I have not received Warranty card, Bill and Eurodiya till now Arjun Singh [protected].

I had complained for water purifier service at Mahak Enterprise Ulhasnagar on 23/02/2012 My complaint No- is 223226 but to my surprise the same is not yet attended even after so many reminders.

The Customer care executives are useless chaps, call their cus, care no. only two thing their IVR will ask you to do, dail 1 for sale, 2 for servicing and after that nothing you are in limbo...
Poor Maintenance Service
Rupees 1850 has been deposited by self for 2 years maintenance of Aqua Guard classic w.e.f from 4/05/2009 to 3/05/2011 but the company didn't do it in the above period, now they are asking for service charges for the maintenance of Aqua Guard, which is against the agreement so the company is loosing its credibility .

It is completely true. They have no more customer care service. I have an AMC with Eureka Forbes for my Aqua Guard. They have outsourced their AMC Service to some some one else who is not at all technically competent.

After the fist stage service One new problem was generated in my Aqua Guard( Water Leakage) which was not previously there in my machine. I lodged a complaint, their out sourced agent visited again could not solve
this problem and they generated another problem in my machine for which I contacted Eureka Office of Kharagpur
directly and told them to send their own competent engineer, not attended. Sent email tho thier email ID given on the AMC form "[protected]@eurekaforbes.com", it bounced back and I think this email ID has no existance.
It is just to misguide Customer. After that I lodged complaint through Eureka Forbes Website but not yet got
any response and my complaint still remain not attended.

While saling their product these people come very fast even approach on Sunday & holidays but for Service
they don't respond even on working days.

I would advice not to go for any Eureka product due to thier detriorating after sales service.

Dear Sir
I have been purchased an RO Green enhance model three months back. Its not working properly. I have been complained many times and three times different mechanics have visited and struggled with the machine but still its not working.One of them say that the peace is defective but the official are denied to replace. I am highly disappointed please make some solution.

i vimal prakash gupta taken amc on dt, 19/5/2012 vide cheque no. 523974 for rs. 3800/-in agra and i transplant my kidney so i am urgent need of pure drinking water but your service centre in raja ki mandi, agra never listen complains while i am complaining last 10 days.today i contact on mobile of your senior staff mr. agarwal on m.n.[protected] but still he has not given any satisfactory response while your local incharge mr. manish is not responding on m.n. [protected]. i am really very much sad to see the working of your service centre.kindly instruct immidiately to make service by skilled staff and inform me on m.n. [protected] other wise i have no option to take legal action upon you. this is most urgent.

Eureka Forbes — Aquasure is not working

The Aquasure is within warrenty period. The complaint lodged 10 to 15 days back , the technician attended today could not rectified, but the machine is not at all working, please attend. complaint no: 87401960
i request to everyone never buy any product from eureka forbes.
there product are just 3rd class and also there services.
very very bad service in spite of several reminders no body from eureka bothers to solve the problem.
they convience you by saying many advantages but the reality is there all products are very very bad so don't waste your money by purchasing there products..

I AGREE. The people in the TNagar office try to aggressively push new products, and say that spares are not available. They say office timings are 8 to 8 when asked over the phone, but are on the way home by 5 on Saturday. In fact I have decided to switch base to either LG or Jaipan
I purchased the vaccum cleaner on 23-10-11in the festival offer of lifetime service with scratch card and travel bag.they promised so. i have received none from their side.
next i filed a complaint on june13 of over noise, they came checked and confirmed motor has to changed but till date no action was taken even not attending phone call from hosur centre.

Eureka Forbes — Poor service, service rep threatening

I was called by the service rep. He informed me that it was the last service. I was glad he informed me. But i got a call from my Mother saying that the service was actually very poor and they never came after the first service. It was peculiar. The service guy came over to our house cleaned the unit. It was unsatisfactory. I told him that i wont renew his AMC and he started abusing and told his superior on phone that we were the actual ones who were abusing. He told him to leave leaving the job card with us. He said that we were lying and he told me that he was bringing guys. Hats off for a horrible service.
eureka forbes is a renowned company. so i bought anwater purifier from the 5/1 barasat road, indralok.opp to sbi hb town sodepur..kol 110.
but since its inception its going malundtioning every now and then.. it got defunct just the dat after it was repaired, , and for last 3 days... we are sufferring immensely for the water purifying machine. i got it from mr gopal saha code no 992605..after repeated requestes its not getting attended. my mob no is [protected] e mail id is [protected]@g mail .com any one pl help

I had purchased one Aqua guard Enhance UV in month of JANUARY 2012. After one month of PURCHASE i AM SUFFERING TO USE THIS ENHANCE UV. I have several complain to your complain No but every time your persons came and next two days again problem. Pl replace this Aqua guard and give me another model to use freely.

Dear sir,

We have purchased the above said water purifier AQUASURE RO+UV on 18-10-12 in the name of . P. Surekha from BajaJ Electronics, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. The service / installation person came and installed on 20-10-12 . At the time of installation/ at the time of opening machine from packing Box the glass rest was in broken condition. He managed and convinced me to manage with that. I said Ok.

Now today on 24-10-12 when we want to have water from the outlet of the machine ( Tap with curved lever) found it is not working and not delivering the water. It is surprised for us the machine has started not functioning, we are very much to note your machine is so substandard . This outflow water lever is supposed to withstand for thousands/ lacks of operations with out out any trouble.

Even not crossed 4 days from the date of Installation if the machine has started troubling, I am sure that there may be many more complaints we have to face.

please look into the defective parts 1) Glass rest 2) Water outlet tap ( tap with lever ) and change immediately .

wish that there will not be any other complaints in nearing future. Other wise I may have to approach the CONSUMER FORM for justice and for a claim of refund the money, expenses, damages and compensation towards the mental tension caused with the supplied machine installed with us.

Wish you attend immediately to solve the problems and replacement of defective parts.

Eureka Forbes — Not providing service complaint of tap replacement from 15 days

Hello Consumer Complaint,
I an owning Eureka Forbes water filter and model is Protec Plus. I have logged a service request for the replacement of water tap on[protected] and the complaint id is 68618412. Till today no one has turned up to provide service. I made several calls to service number of Eureka Forbes 39883333 and each time I call them they only apologise for the inconvenience but actually do not rectify the complaint. Each time I am given false promise from Eureka Forbes that in next one hour service technician would attend the complaint. I am still waiting for technician to attend my complaint.
Services of Eureka Forbes is reticulus and they are seriously not concerned about their customer though it is a matter of drinking water.
As a company Eureka Forbes should understand the importance of drinking water and should address the complaint at high priority.
Please consider my complaint against Eureka Forbes and take necessary action so that consumers do not suffer.

i purchased a water purifier on 04/09/2010 that is RIVIVA NF, after the completion of one year of service, my purifier remains in breakdown almost in 20 days in a month, after the lots of complaints the distributor sends his illiterate technician and result is big zero, can somebody help me in this matter .
Never buy this Fking company products. bluddy ppl.
