Dear All,

Eureka Forbes has become the worst in customer commitment. There Customer care executives are useless chaps, they take customer complaints & sit on it for months. Whenver you call them they say that they are working on it. Even there mumbai office Head dosen't reply to any of the customer complaints. they are sleep on the customer problems. They have Zero value for the customers

Eureka Forbes / RO Installation — RO installation messed up

Sir

We ordered an Eureka forbes RO purifier which was delivered after several reminder calls.Finally when the mechanic / plumber who came to install the purifier he did not check the valve opening / closing. He broke the water pipe and the nearby electrical sockets, resulting in spillage of water all over the place. Our microwave, just adjacent to the valve has been filled with water. The whole kitchen area, the living area has turned into a swimming pool. The water seaping into the cupboard area and messing up the entire house.

I would request you to take immediate action, ironically this happend on the national consumer day, 23rd oct.

I have purchased an Aquasure nano ro water purifier at Riliance CMR Visakhapatnam AP in the month of September 4- 2011. But till date it is not installed. I have contact to the local dealer for the installation. But they are unable to install the said machine. I also contact costomor care but they are not sending technician I request once again please send a tech, for installation, . Hence our family couldn't get the benefits of water purifier of your company. So please send one of your specialist person for the proper installation of the Aquasure nano ro water purefier at an early date.

Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard 25LPH — Non functioning since last three months

The machine purchased from WATERSOLUTIONS Bhagalpur Bihar in November 2010 for the school children of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sahibganj It stooped working in August 2011 As its still in warranty period Numerous calls letters and E Mails have been sent to the seller service supervisor Divisional head But till date not a single person has arrived for a single repairing work The children are suffering in absence of drinking water

TODAY I HAVE CALLED TONDIARPET, CHENNAI - 600 081, OFFICES AND WAS TOLD THE SERVICE TEAM IS IN A MEETING AND NO ONE IS THERE TO TAKE EVEN A MESSAGE.

REVIVA R.O. — LEAKAGE IN TANK

I HAVE BEEN RENEWING MY SERVICE CONTRACT FOR REVIVA R. O FROM TIME TO TIME. THE LAST RENEWAL WAS ON 30.6.2011 FOR 2 YEARS PERIOD VIDE RECEIPT NO.20742055 FOR RS 6520/- ( CONSUMER CODE NO.[protected]). THERE HAS BEEN A LEAKAGE AT THE TIME OF SERVICING IN SEPT AND COMPLAINT WAS LODGED ( NO IS [protected]). WHENEVER A REMINDER IS GIVEN TO 39383333 THE NEXT DAY SOME BODY COMES AND GOES AWAY AFTER GIVING A FALSE PROMISE SAHIB IT WILL BE DONE IN NEXT 4-5 DAYS. AND THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON WITHOUT ANY RESULT. SERVICE CENTER REPLY IS SAHIB KAL ZAROOR HO JAI GA, WITH NO RESULT. SINCE I HAVE PAID FULL AMOUNT FOR 2 YEARS CONTRACT I CANNOT GET IT REPAIRED BY AN OUTSIDER.

YOUR COMPANY HAS SUCH A GOOD REPUTATION AND I AM SURE YOU WILL HAVE MY COMPLAINT ATTENDED TO URGENTLY AND SEE THAT IN FUTURE THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN WITH ANY CUSTOMER.

Eureka Forbes / Reviva — Very poor service

I have purchased RO Reviva water pruifier from Eureka forbes a year and half back. The filters are getting wasted in 8 months and there is no warranty for filters. we have taken AMC for two years just 3-4 months back. During the time they have come and changed the filter. Within 3 months of changing the filter, there is again a problem of low water in flow. we have logged a complaint. Some service engineer came and the problem is not resolved. We logged another complaint by last week and there is no person attended so far. I have talked to their manager ( Vasanth) in chennai. Their service is very bad.

When I talk to the manager, he said that need to clean the filter and can add one more filter in front of the system so that it will filter the sediments. The service engineer would have suggested this option some time back.

Service engineers are not user friendly and soft. Very very poor service. So, please think twice before purchasing the product. Now similar products are available from other vendors also.
The service and quality of Eureka Forbes is very bad.All their certification need to be removed.

Eureka Forbes — false promise and delay in returning money

I have purchased water purifier from Eureka Forbs in 2010 , during the time of purchase company gave me rs 1000 off for the old water purifier . The old purifier was not with me at the time of purchase so the salesman of Eureka Forbs Bhandup office came and took cash rs 1000 from me telling me false stories as if he will not give rs 1000 to his office his job will be terminated . He also promised me to return the money the day i will give him old water purifier . I have been chasing them for last one year for this money but in vain . there is no one to take responsibility ans answer me on this issue . Mr. Rohit Kusha was very arrogant and abused me over phone when i asked for my money back.Pls someone help me to resolve the issue . Its not only about money but about taking consumers for granted .

Eureka Forbes — Non Servicing

Hi ,

I have a Aquaguard e-boiling compact model water purifier installed in my house. My customer ID is [protected]. I had entered into a AMC contract with Yoash Services. I was supposed to get a free candle replacement in Nov-Dec 2011.
It has not happened till now. I keep on hearing that the replacement candles are not forthcoming from Eureka Forbes to Yoash Services and therefore the servicing is held up.

Can I know when this problem is going to be resolved?

i purchased Aquaguard total infinity from your salesman Pawan Rathee on 20 october 2011but surprisingly i haven't received the original bill till today .During the purchase your salesman told us that we will get the bill by post with in 15 days. we called him so many times in november and december but he never gave a satisfactory answer and he always make excuses.. i think this kind of service you should not provide your customer and i am furious to take your other products because your company didn't give us the original bill and i think after this complaint i should get a positive response from your side and i get the original bill as soon as possible.

Eureka Forbes — ro purifier is not working

i got a eureka Forbes ro purifier .this ecs scheme. enhance model.two month back purchase for this item. purifier is not working. water [tds] taste is normal bore water. once complaint that , came and just machine opened. but is not clear about that.what can i do, this problem again please solve my [consumer ] product satisfaction
