Dear All,

Eureka Forbes has become the worst in customer commitment. There Customer care executives are useless chaps, they take customer complaints & sit on it for months. Whenver you call them they say that they are working on it. Even there mumbai office Head dosen't reply to any of the customer complaints. they are sleep on the customer problems. They have Zero value for the customers

I have Eureka forbes RO water purifies under AMC, getting service from them is herculean task, poor commitments and not reliable.

Eureka Forbes — Trolley wheels of Vacuum Cleaner (Wet & Dry) not working

I have bought one vacume cleaner (Wet & Dry ) from Eurka Forbes aprrroximate 5 months back. Its trolly wheels are not working and Jammed. I made complaint lot of time but no one is getting solution for me.

dear sir, we hv purchase Aquamall make water purifier system sr. no.D[protected] model REVIVA in march, our RO system not working from last 10 Days, We call to Ureka forbs before 8 days after 2 days his rep. come to our home he says to me RO Kit is foulty we replaced it in 2-3 days but complaint is still pending. We call to ureka forbs many times but we found not proper response and services, my children are use water without filteration it is dengers to health, i dont suggest to any person purchase RIVEVA RO and its services was very poor.

Eureka Forbes Ltd / RO System Water Purifier — Non Replacement of Faulty parts

Ref. Eureka Forbes Limited No. 002166 Receipt No. 304 Sales Man- Ashok Kumar CSS code 9024842, Date of purchase: 30.09.2010

With this letter I wish to register my complaint against Eureka Forbes Limited for showing completely negligent attitude towards fixing the problem in the RO system Water purifier which I purchased last year on 30.09.2009. The warranty period is for two years which includes periodical servicing/maintenance and replacement of faulty parts, if any.

After my repeated complaints, they sent their service engineer at my residence on 30.10.2010 who said that filters need replacement as it has completed one year. When I agreed for the same, the gentleman replaced the same and charges Rs. 1100.0 for the same. So far so good. But the filter stopped working completely after the Engineer left. The same was informed to the service centre. After 5 days another gentleman was sent, who on inspection discovered that its adapter/adopter is not working and needs replacement. When I said to do it he showed his inability to do it as new adapter is not available. Now I need your intervention to kindly instruct the person concerned to do the needful or else suggest me what other action can be taken in this regard. The warranty of the product is upto 30.09.2011.

according to sales executive of your company in Pune he will come with adpter in between 2 to 10 days
but from last 20 day no one comes
when we call to service center service reply that some one come today up 4:pm but when call on 4:30 no one recive the call
this happens every day

This company has the worst customer care.At the time of buying they made promises about services and after buying they had never gone with the commitment they made.we asked them for service many times but they didn't respond and ignored.Their sales person even quarrel with customers and engaged in to scrimmage with customers.Not even i many customers are unsatisfied with the rude behaviour of their sales person.company does not have the guts to stand in international market.this is the worst company i have ever met.Don't ever buy their product.one of their sales person ravindra deshpande (ref. code[protected] engaged in to scrimmage on 28.10.10 around 9:00pm on sfs ground at their company stall ,aurangabad and many people observed ravindra and his attitude and made comments about him and the company. we have the record of whole incidence and this shows how are the roots of the company.if roots are so deteriorated then the whole plant has to be deteriorated.

Absolutely right and fully agree with others non receiving service complain, I am trying to get the ID and contact No.since last three month, only help line live, they send people for false commitment, there are no contact us option in the site, if found you can jolly well reach to another site where there is no connection with your purpose So beautiful site is ! ! ?? * * # #, spent hours to get the contact ID of any officials but failed.

I had bought a Aquaguard Reviva from Eureka forbes.The great mistake i had made in my life. I really agree with others complaints.I think it is better eureka forbes to wind up there unit rather than giving such a lowsy product to customer.one of the worlds worst service they have .they doesn't honour there commitment.
YES THEY ARE THE WORST IN THE SERVICE FIELD. THEY DONT HAVE ANY RESPONSIBILITY
TO THEIR COMMITMENT. I GOT VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR EUREKA FORBES WATER

Eureka Forbes worst company specially they dont give serve. My complaint is still pending since August ie 4 months. Beware of Eureka Forbes
Eureka Forbes aqua guard is the worst product in India. No one should be deceived by this product.
We had bought aquaguard reviva reverse osmosis water purification system (SL No: D[protected], code: AG NF Reviva) from the company on 2nd November this year.

The company advised us that we should fix the machine to a wall with a stand that they had provided.

Within 10 days the stand broke and the machine fell down breaking into pieces.

Since then we have been requesting the company to replace the machine with a new one.

However repeated requests have gone unheeded. Today we were supplied by an old machine and told that it would be fitted later on.

Having lost patience we are now asking for refund of the money we had paid. But the company has so far refused to do so.

Eureka Forbes / Total Sensa — invoice and service details not received

I have bought Total Sensa eureka forbes product in last week of october 2010.

I have yet not received my invoice and free service details as on 30th november 2010.

Mr Rohit Arora was account manager. I have registered my complain with complain number 1362 at least 3 times but there is no solution to the problem.
even i spoke to Ms Sweta but there is no resolution of the problem.

Till date i have never experienced such a worst customer care for any products i bought. I bought RO in 2009 and after one year in spite of AMC, there service is very poor. Every time I have to make a complaint for servicing. After 3rd servicing which is made by Eureka Fobres after a lpse of 10 months the RO stopped working. Even after power cut position water is filling in the RO and overflowing. Despite complaint made to customer care and their servicing center they are not solving the problem. I discourage all person who want to purchase any Eureka Forbes products.

i bought aquasure water filter model springfresh of Rs. 13990 on 17th may and within 2 month its 3rd time that i am calling the company persons for the same problm and nobaody is taking care of this.
the problm in water filter is that it stop working means despite of power and proper water suppy it does't work.
I am from a small town named patna city in bihar,
in 2005 i have purchaged a purifier from euraka forbes .
They convienced me that we have got the best service in your town.
but after 2 years, i am not really satisfied by the service.
i think that the company persons, distibotors and service centers in patna are spoilling the goodwill of company.
1. I Had taken AMC for 3 years from 06 Feb2008 to 05 Feb 2011 vide RR Enterprise, 14/911, Indira Nagar, Lucknow- 226016 Contract Receipt No[protected] for Rs 2, 550/-.
2. I was told that the carbon tube will be now replaced Once a Year and normal servicing Twice a Year.
3. The Carbon tube has been replaced only TWICE, once in 2008 at the time of AMC renewal and thereafter in Dec 2009.
4. I asked RR Enterprise on the 24t Dec 2010 to change the Carbon Tube as the third replacement is due, but have REFUSED saying that it will be replaced only after renewing the AMC in Jan 2011.
5. This is NOT right as in 3 years contract the tube must be logically replaced TRICE.
6. Please instruct the RR Enterprise to replace my Carbon Tube.
