Dear All,

Eureka Forbes has become the worst in customer commitment. There Customer care executives are useless chaps, they take customer complaints & sit on it for months. Whenver you call them they say that they are working on it. Even there mumbai office Head dosen't reply to any of the customer complaints. they are sleep on the customer problems. They have Zero value for the customers

I am Arjun Singh, purchased EUROCLEAN WET & DRY vacuum cleaner on date 16 Feb 2014. Transaction id is : 77655074 Customer id: [protected] Till now I have not received Warranty card, Bill and Eurodiya till now Arjun Singh [protected].

I habe bought Aquasure water purifier on 07 may 2001 which became unserviceable twice. I have made complaint on 09 nov 2012 vide complain no./docket no. 69970309 that water is not cuming from water purifier. I have been complaining for unserviceability of water purifier since same day.There is no one in urekeforbes to listen to costumer complain. There by my family members has become sick due to unavailability or purified water. Everytime they ensure but they do not meet the comittments. Again and Again I am calling them but they are not sending any person to rectify the problem.Please rectify the fault of Aqasure before I take further nessesary steps

I have purchased aquaguard on 28.08.12 and from the last 10days the water purifier is not working and my mother have complained around 10 times on their main branch at kalyan and spoken with their senior executive. But till now they have not taken any action and we purchased this product because of their quick service but we are extremely unhappy with there worst service.

we have one Aquaflow water filter which has been put under extended service contract valid till[protected].when we had problem with our unit we called their service centre and was promissed that theirr service eingineer would visit our house within next 12hrs.unfortunately we have two complain docket nos like 70417575 and 70418654 since 1-3-2013 and going without good quality water and are forced to procure watwer from marketsince 1st of this month, my mail tothem has gone unanswered.

aqua guard machine not working for 2 months 5 complaints given no response. annual maintenance taken still no response . very bad service

Eureka Forbes is not even worth wasting my words. World's first third grade company where all the bosses are warming their seats and least bothered about their customers. Correctly said " True friend for life" because it will never let you part with bad memories.
I am a customer of aqua guard Reviva from past 8 years .I am taking AMC every year after purchasing the machine.I want to inform you that your co. service is so poor. I am having problem continuously this year after taking AMC this year. I have ever seen this type of poor service from any co..The behaviour of your recognized person is so bad. Till last year your service was tolerable .But this year I have been harassed by your co.. From Sep. I was having much problem & they have cleared it partly somehow after 4 months. Again the same problem came within 1 month &till now it has not been solved. The new problems are arising because of your late service I want to know who is responsible for all these problems .Now I want compensation of Rs. 20000/- for my mentally harassment& taking my precious time even after taken AMC .So please take steps to fulfill my requirements as soon as possible . Don’t force me to take any legal steps against your co..In my area the manager &the area manager Mr. VASANT & Mr.HEMANTH both are irresponsible as per my view .If they are treating like this to old customer how will they treat to new customer .Even they are not interested to take my machine AMC this year


DONT BUY REVIVA PRODUCTS.
I have bought a vaccum cleaner (X-Force) of eureka Forbes not even a year back from a dealer. That man (his name is MILAN of Ruby, Kolkata office), had promised to give a EF bag for keeping the vaccum cleaner. But once his product was sold he never bothered neither to deliver the bag nor the invoice. More so, the lock was found to be defective. With numerous complain to the helpline customer care, they visited only once and did found the lock to be stubborn. It appears that I have been cheated. They have given me a faulty equipment. I demand a change in the equipment as it is still in the warranty period.

Now it is the time for change of Filter carbon and ultra-filter cartridge. your representative came 3 days back with above articles, but except one none has any seal. Please answer me whether I shall allow him to replace old filter and cartridges by the unsealed articles?I want to do a 3 years AMC at the same time. Anser me in my email ID
This is the time to change filter cartridge and carbon candles. your representative brought the same to my house 3 days back. But except one none has any seal. Now answer me whether I allow him to replace the old cartridges by those unsealed cartridges? Unseald Cartridges may cause health hazards who will take the responsibilities?

Model:- Euroclean wet & dry.
So many times i have registered complaints. At the time of purchase the sales executive told me that we will provide the service door to door. But now when the problems creates the customer service provider tell me that in your area we are unable to provide service, why this happens? Currently my vaccume cleaner has a overheating stoped in running.I went in koregaon park pune head
office. I ask them, that i have to purchase motor, & hose pipe, but they told me that you have to given old motor back to us.If i purchasing the new one in 1900 Rs then why i will give back the same.

I have been using Eureka Forbes water purifier RO model for the last five years, as I have no other option due to my ignorance of such products. From the day of its installation it was giving me pain, as the machine, the salesman gave me, was defective. The water from the purifier was seeping down the filter. After prolonged requests, they replaced a new one. Their franchisees' works also is not up to the mark. They are going on incresing the AMC charges, but is always infrequent to attend the customer on its own. You have to go through a long follow up to get the work done. Recently, they have changed their franchisee. This new franchisee did not disclose how many services they will provide under AMC. Usually, previous franchisee had been giving four services in a year under AMC. But the new one told me that the yearly service will reduce to three from four. When I told them why did not you tell me at the time of renewal of AMC. They could not reply. They even avoid to attend your call by engaging their phone or something else. I am now in a fix, investing so much money in this machine and getting poor AMC services and do not know what to do and where to complain to get rid of this no-ending problems. I only want to caution all gullible future customers from this writing to avoid at least Eureka Forbes products.
hello, i m ak diwakar, purchased ur aquaguard ro system, at the time of purchasing ur people saying that u will be getting 4 free service but till now no body came 4 service. its more than 9 months. ur service is very poor. pl arrange 4 my aquagard get service soon.

The customer care of eureka forbes sucks. the guys in pune are a terrible lot and are not bothered about the repeated calls you make and and even a call to the bangolore service head quarters has not helped. despite perodically paying for amc of the product nobody turns up and the call helpline nos 39883333 and [protected] is defunct. i strongly suggest that people stop buying anything from eureka forbes. i hope the top guys at tatas read this and wake up.

THRUE -Mr Panda (SR) have promised me given one nos stand & extra outside filter assy
But after purchased from company`s representative`s didnot given any item on with this RO Mr pandey (Mob. No [protected] ) of so many reminders on phone and personal visits. Every time he told me that i will give, but not responding back.
I have tried to contact other phone nos given on bill but every body says talk on other nos
Or talk to other person; In this process seven months has been passed and I am feeling harassed at the hands of your officials without any fault of mine.

After that inbuilt filter assy chocked as per service tech.in 7 month period .he demanding Rs- 4200/-.

You are requested to register my complaint and get replace my filters in warranty and compensate
me, harassment and wastage of my precious time.

very ppor responce from complainy westing time of customer.
I bought Aqua Sure Crystal in January till date am waiting for installation. Twice the technical guy came he could not instal and it did not work after installation so they said the board has to be replaced (after couple of more visits to rectify the issue). Poor response against my complaint I have register a complaint before one month but there is no response from customer care executives . I have registered my complaint at my nearest service center in Brahmand, Thane west

Though I have a annual service contract with Eureca Forbes, service engineer comes for schedule servicing. When we call the engineer in case of a problem with the RO, they come only after 3 days that too after repeated calling. The service engineers come and solve one problem and create another problem and quietly go without telling us what has happened. all the service engineers are under qualified and under trained. They are not sure of their work. This is putting the Eureca Forbes name down. After this experience I have told atleast 2 of my relatives and 5 of my friends not to buy Eureca Forbe's products.
It is a shame on the company's part.
