Water purifier is not working properly. Complaint has been raised 16 days back (30/July/2009). Till date (17/August/2009), no action is taken on the complaint.

eureka forbes is a company going to the c the worst fall in reputation over next years, non-sense, the complaints are not addressed, their company personal are rude and misguided about the machines.
i have told my friends not to take eureka machines in future.

I HAD PURCHASED AQUAGUARD TOTAL SENSA IN DEC 2009 FROM A-29 NIRALA NAGAR LUCKNOW, THROUGH MR KAILASH CHANDRA GOEL. IWAS GIVEN LIFE TIME FREE SERVICING OFFER.IWAS GIVEN CELL NO OF MR AJAY VAISHYA [protected]FOR ANY SERVICE COMPLAINT.
FROM LAST THREE MONTHS MYSET IS NOT WORKING.IHAD MADE COMPLAINT AT LOCAL SERVICE CENTRE, ROHIT AGENCY AND ALSO INFORMED MR AJAY VAISHYA.
KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND EXPEDITE .

My Service request 84049129 logged on 18th Dec 2010, still not attended as on 21st Dec. Appointments fixed have not been attended by the service men, who are very slack on their approach and service. Complaining on the ccustomer care no is also of no help.. they want me to wait until the guy obliges me with his visit!!! Surprised such a big brand has such kind of people representing them and ruining the customer image. Not sure if this will ever be addressed.

i had purchased sensa model indec 2009. it is not working from last three months, inspite of several complaints lodged at rohit associates(local service centre) . mr a.k.shukla propriter of the shopadvised me to purchase any old model from his shopas this model is having anumber of complaints and is planning to with draw this model from the market in near future.contact no of mr a.k shukla[protected], [protected].

I agree with the complaints.Eureka Forbes has so many agents who do not work properly.They are incompetent and good for nothing people.I had purchased the RO REVIVA on the 17th of may 2011.I have paid for the stand also but the agent D.Patva has not delivered the stand yet.The installation guy came and went back coz there was no stand.I am facing so much problem of drinking water.I have complained 4 times but to my dismay no one responds.
I repent on my choice of Aquaguard.Istead I should have gone for KENT or Whirlpool water purifier.
Eureka Forbes should look after these agents of theirs and check their movements.And these people at the corporate office also do not listen.They donot understand our problem.
I live in Mumbai.If Eureka Forbes continues to behave like this then one person like me will spread bad words about them amongst my friends and family and they in turn will continue the same.
WE HAVE A NOVA WATER PURIFIER WHICH HAD BEEN BOUGHT IN THE YR 2002 AT BAREILLY. WE HAD BEEN REGULARLY GETTING THE AMC DONE THROUGH THE AUTH DEALER. SINCE I HAVE BEEN STAYING IN PUNE FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS, THE AMC WAS BEEN DONE BY "SAMIKSHA ENTERPRISES, SHOP NO A1/7 SAINAGAR, SATAVWADI, HADAPSAR, PUNE. ON 26 MAY THE REP OF THE FIRM CAME FOR AMC AND CHANGED THE FILTERS BUT COULD NOT FIT THE M/C AND SAID THAT HE WOULD AGAIN COME ON 27 MAY. THE NEXT DAY HE CAME WITH ANOTHER REP ANN TOOK THE M/C. TILL DATE THERE HAS BEEN NO CONTACT WITH THE FIRM O THE REP. I WOULD REQUEST THAT THE M/C IS DEL IMDTLY OR ELSE THE REPUTATION OF EUREKA FORBES WILL BE AT STAKE.

dear sir,
we have complaint for this to the dealer before 7 days. their mechanic told us to come on monday 26-sept-2011 but he has not come and on his complaint list he has written complaint OK. now we talk with the dealer that he told to us that you can put the complaint against us. kindly inquire and do the needful as early as possible .the of the dealer noted below-
