A parcel was couriered on 05 Sep 2011 from Jodhpur to Bangalore by First Flight Courier Service vide Booking No R26240174 from First Flight Booking Centre, Raja Book Corner, Jodhpur. Courier — Non receipt of courier
My courier despatched by ICICI Bank vide your receipt No. [protected] dt. 24.09.2009, not received till date (03.10.2009). Please tell me the reason for late. Yes. They are totally useless. Even I'm yet to receive a consignment and they are not co-operating at all. The customer care does not pick any calls. When they pick, they say that they'll check the 'Hub' and will call us back regarding the status. They never call back and they do not even pick the call when we try calling them again. Looks like they note our number.
my courier was booked from lucknow office on 4/8/12 docket no j85669006, but it is not delivered status shown delivered.

I (MAHESH JANGID A.S.M. North) booked some most urgent documents with address label as mentioned below for timely delivery as desired through the most trusted courier services from First Flight Courier Limited New Power House Road booking outlet Docket No. R[protected] .on Wednesday, March, 05, 2014.
As per the track report mentioned the courier was dispatched to Karnal Haryana instead of KICHHA Rudrapur. It was priorly confirmed by your concern person that KICHHA is serviciable destination for First Filght Courier Services and listed in your service book also.
Today after 3 (Three) days my Consignee not receive the awaited courier and contact me telephonically to trace the current status of the consignment. It was unexpected and disheartening for me for the non co operation and no satisfactory response by the First Filght Courier Services officials, even they also unable to trace my most urgent and awaited consignment.
