[Resolved] First Flight Courier — Poor service and delivery is delayed every time | |||||
Its an idiotic service. First Flight, the name itself promises the service to be fast as its through flight but this is a ridiculous one.. The courier was dispatched on 15th July,2013 and hasnt yet been delivered . They say it takes 2 days whereas they have taken more than 3days. Pls do not use this service for urgency coz they dont take any responsibility. DTDC and others are better. Was this information helpful? | |||||

i booked a consignment on 17th of september 2011 which was very urgent.The service man gave me delivery date which is 20th of sept.but that consignment wasn't received yet.so please take a necessary and ugrent action regarding this...thank you

We have couriered a consignment on 13/9/12 to various zone in Bangalore and as of 18/09/12 the courier has not been delivered to the said addresses, when we contacted the customer care there was no proper response and a solution to this. I have not received courier with "C991Q3356939". on website it is showing delivered, it is delivered at wrong address. No one is giving me update, i have sent many mails and also one complaint "251227"irresponsible service

my courier no. B55178889 and B55178758 dispatched on 7th sep/11 are still in transit.it contains shopping coupons and if not delivered on time they will get expired.
