First Flight Couriers Limited — Regarding different Service Charges

I am a regular customer of This courier service but now I am un-satisfied with their service charges within the region. I am regularly sending daily consignments to Jaipur/ Gurgaon/ Delhi/ Mumbai from various locations of Rajasthan. I have recently send a consignment from Sri Ganganagar (Rajasthan) to Jaipur and they have charged Rs. 20/- for that consignment. The consignment No. of above shipment No. was R15276193. I have sent another consignment from Bikaner (Rajasthan) to Jaipur through consignment No. R15379611 and they have charged Rs. 40/- from me. What is this? Would they like to brief about this that how can differ the both charges with in the same state/ region. Now I am shifting to Overnite Express till their reply.

Ref: Defective delivery of courier packet – Reliability of your brand in question

I had sent a shirt, a Trouser and a 100 gm packet of special processed peas in a courier consignment no. W16899590 on 31.05.2011. Your staff promised delivery on 02.06.2011 but it was delivered on 03.06.2011 in torn condition with packet of peas was missing.

Please advise the reasons why the part of contents went missing. The cost of peas was Rs.100 only but the sentimental value was Rs.1 lakh as it was brought from Singapore by me as his birthday gift for my son who liked it most.

Please treat this as urgent as your reliability is under question Early reply is expected before I proceed to consumer court.

First Flight Couriers Limited — Non delivery of Parcel of committed time

Dear Sir,

On date 16th September 2011 I send a documents packet through first flight couriers limited vide docket number B 23472543 from Kurla (West) to New Delhi on around 16.45 hrs.

As per commitment from first flight officials the document (Parcel) have to be delivered on saturday dated 17th September 2011 but neither the documents packet has delivered on till Monday at 20.18 hrs nor any proper response given by customer care on their phone number of Andheri office vide number[protected].

Now my Delhi party has continusely follow up for the documents but I am unable to do any thin from my side because the documents are in transit with M/S First flight courier.

Kindly look in the matter and help in this connection as I am very frustrait eith their services.

I have booked courier on 2 Feb 2012 Evening Ref No M18150729, As per Their tracking record, It has reached to rajkot on 3rd Feb 2012. but they kept pending delivery of same till date, without mentioning any considerable reason.

the company should keep its brand value and a better customer care deptt. and most importantly timely delivery
