[Resolved]  H T Media Ltd (Hindustan Times Mumbai Daily News Paper) — Non receipt of 2nd yr coupons on my residence for Daily paper till date , already 3(Three) months has passed, and vendor is supply the paper.

I have submitted a cheque of Rs. 195/- in the first week of august for annual subscription of the paper hindustan times. Despite repeated reminders by phone calls & E-mails sent to them I get the same reply "your coupon booklet is under process & you will get it shortly". Vendor is getting restless as he had told me that he will stop delivering newspaper if he won't get the coupons for three months due. It is shame on one of the nations largest newspapers.

Hindustan times daily — Non receipt of coupons

I have deposited cheque No.321946 dt 04/06/2007(SBI) for Rs.350/-towards two year subscription in response to your ad. The cheque was collected by you on 18/09/2007 as per my pass book. Since I was getting news paper daily I was under the impression that my news paper agent would have received coupons . Now the Agent told me that he also has not received the coupons and has asked me to remit cost of the news paper for the past 15 months. I do not have any number with me other than cheque number. I request you to look into the matter and arrange to send the coupons urgently. Do not punnish me for having chosen Hindustan Times as my daily news paper. My address is given below

Sir, I have not received the renewal form. I am enjoying your 2 year coupon, but it expired on jan 2010,

I Bipin kumar Singh and my address is Flat No 504, 1A-Wing, Shankheshwer Palms, kumbharkanpada, Dombivli (W) have not received coupons till date. My vendor is every day complaints that i will stop the daily paper. I informed him that office of H T Media had send my coupons booklet sharply pl wait.
But due to un-availability of coupon vender stopped supplying the paper.

I request to ur goodself please send the paper coupon booklet on my residence as early as possible.

hindustan times (ht media) — non receipt of paper

i am a subscriber of hindustan times newspaper but my paper vendor (Mr.)Pravin has stopped delivering the said paper for the year 2011 from february even if i have already handed him the coupons for the current year as he claims that the company has not paid him for the last year (2010). i dont remember whether i have given the coupons of the last year to him but i have given the company and the vendor the following details to issue the duplicate coupons/ make payment to him. cheque no 348210 for rs 199 drawn on karnataka bank savings a/c no 22845 kalyan west branch cleared on 1st jan 2010. there is no response from the company/ vendor despite repetitive complaints. it seems the company is not interested in maintaining its loyal customers.

Hindustan Times News paper Daily — Non receipt of coupon

I had subscribed to Hindustan Times Rs 249 plan on 11th February 2011 and had Hindustan Time Representative visit TechMahindra office premises on the same day.
After many follow-ups with Rajesh Konde: [protected], there is some reply always saying need to speak to other people(bosses). When I tried calling the numbers[protected], it always comes engaged and people not contactable till 02-Jun-2011.

The subscription is made via IDBI Bank, Khar(W) Branch chq# 163412 dt.[protected].

To respect everyone's time, I need a reply from the authorities of HT.

After many follow-ups, got a call from Mr.Omkar and mentioned that the already despatched coupon will be blocked and they will send me fresh coupons in 3 days time.

I finally got the coupons yesterday (15-Jun-2011) for 1 year (out of 2 years subscription), and said to me by Mr.Omkar that after utilizing the 10th(approx) first year coupons, their system will identify the 2nd year subscription pending coupons and send to us. Thanks to Mr.Omkar.
