Sir/Madam, I have subscribed for the yearly scheme of Rs.499/- for HT NewsPaper, which has to start from Ist of March'2014 but not on my several complaints it got started after 28th March, and stopped from 25 July. On complaning several times in Gurgoan HT office, they were misguiding for the last 3 months that "Your coupons are going to provide you within two days". But till date I have not received neither of the coupons nor Newspaper. I had called several times to Mr. Aman your area manager of Gurgoan. He Misled all the time and now he said put your request on customer care service for return of money. Are these type of official you have appointed who are misleading the customers. Hi I have Subscribed the Scheme 699 & Got the Coupons on Time. But my coupons get lost. I called on your no. & registered my request for duplicate coupons . I gave a cheque to HINDUSTAN TIMES executive Mr. Ganaga Ram ON 2ND AUGUST And he said me that i will get my coupens in 15-20 days but yet i did not receive coupens, When i call in customer care, every time they say u will get your coupens in 7 days, and also they are not responding y mails, phone calls .I am very much fed up of their services., I want my money back or coupens as soon as possible.last year also i subscribed for hindustan times news paper and they sent coupens after 1 year of giving money .Their services are very very slow and i get angry when they do not reply of my mails, calls . I subscribe HT newspaper yearly subscription through your executive Mr.Ram Singh(contact no. [protected], [protected] ), vide form no. 4659206, who came to our school, (M.B.D.A.V School, Yusuf Sarai, New Delhi) on 10 july, 2014.I paid the requisite amount of Rs.699 through cheque.Then on the last week of july he (Ram Singh) contact me to tell that by mistake he put wrong details on the cheque because of which the cheque got invalid so he came to my home(vasundhara enclave, delhi) to collect another cheque (chq. no.890798) .Now after one and a half a month of waiting I contact him and came to know that his only job is to collect the chq. only.On contacting HT[protected] I was told that my cheque again was rejected and they are unable to furnish any details.Now my question to HT is 1)Why you outsource the collection of chq. job to uncompetent people who are even unable to fill the chq details 2) When the the cheque got rejected why it is not returned to the subscriber with details 3)Even if the chq. amount is small it is the responsibility on your part to inform the subscriber with details 4) In the above case why I should suffer and wasted my 2 cheques without the fault of mine 5)After seeing so many complaints in your site I feel that if you can't handle the issue competently then stop the offer scheme rather than harassing the customer Hoping that you will resolve the above issues soon. Hi, I had subscibed HT newspaper for 1 year wef 1st November 2013 to 31st October 2014 vide Coupon No. HT 2554874 and booking date 25.09.2013.I had made payment of Rs 699/-. I live in Thane & I have not received your coupons due to which I am not getting the newspaper from my vendor. I have renewed the subscription and given the cheque of rs.599 dated 02/07/2014 (cheque no: 690859) to HT MEDIA LTD MUMBAI. So plz provide the coupons because money has been taken & we have not received your coupons due to which the vendor has stopped giving the newspaper. Its not done from such a well known & reputed newspaper media company. my mobile number is [protected] & [protected] . So plz solve this problem.

I have already submtitted 500 rupees on 5 th august to Mr Ravi Pawar executive of ht under the vendor name gulab pandey and i t its was being promised to deliver the paper by 7 TH august, but its 22 august and i have not yet recieved my paper and whenever i tried to reach them they did not respond properly .I want strict action to be taken against this and i want my paper to get deliverd asap

I subscribed for Hindustan Times newspaper yearly subscription on 04 May 2014 through your executive Priyanka (Contact Number [protected]) vide form number 4600531 and paid the desired amount through cheque. I am yet to receive the subscription coupons and every month we are unnecessarily embarrassed by the newspaper vendor. I have raised the issue with Priyanka many times but her standard reply is "Sir, don't worry your problem will be resolved in half an hour and I will give you a confirmation call". She has neither resolved the problem nor ever had the courtesy of returning the call. I don't want to face any more embarrassments. Therefore, you are requested to refund my amount with interest. I subscribed for HT NEWS PAPER and coupons were to be given to me till 15 July 2014, but coupons not received by me.On enquiry from Jalandhar/Chandigarh office of HT media, they are telling that coupons issued to me already encashed, but vendor is asking me the coupon or payment of Rs 560/- Kly resolve the issue. So I want to know that is there any such scheme is going on..??

I am a resident of Sector 15 Rohini New Delhi.News paper vendor of this area is TAMAR BHARAT NEWS PAPER AGENCY.Since 4-5 months, paper supply is irregular and more money is charged than the actual paper bills every time.When protested to pay enhanced bill, agency has stopped giving the paper.You are requested to take action against the agency & change the vendor.
