I have approached the company twice on their telephone number & email address but I have not received any response. Would you please help me. Thanks/Davy

    HT held stall this summer at Amity University (Pachgaon village, Manesar, dist. Gurgaon) to provide HT to students and faculty for about 9 months at concessional rates. The delivery man does not supply FULL paper regularly. At least 4 times a month, HT newspaper is not delivered. Whenever it is delivered, some part is always missing from the newspaper. The missing parts from the newspaper are: Brunch, Sunday classifieds, HT City, and many times the main newspaper is missing only HT City delivered. This fellow does it even when we buy newspaper on full charges. We have started hating HT due to its bad management. Why can't HT employ right person to deliver it newspaper? He has been ding it for last more than 3 years. He should be changed. Or else, my money be given to some charity so that I do not go through this uncertainty and bad service. Please STOP my torture.       Below content of email i sent to HT regarding my complaint.Already 13 days gone but till date no action from Hindustan Times.What a shameful company and Shameful customer care. I have taken a 14 months subscription from HT. For this i have given my cheque to your representative on 5th of September-15 which was encashed by HT in the month of Oct-14. My subscription was supposed to be started from 3rd Nov-14 but till date i have not got even a single newspaper from HT despite my several complaints to your customer care department. Find below details of my complaint record: Date: Complain No. Customer Care Representative. 1st Oct-14 257 Hemani 12 Nov-14 257 Smithi 18 Nov-14 428 Sheetal 19 Nov-14 428 Sandeep 20 Nov-14 428 Sandeep 27 Nov-14 428 Smithi Your representative who sold this fraud scheme to me, his mobile number is continuously swithced off from the day my cheque was enchased. His Name: Manish Kumar as mentioned by him over my receipt and Mobile No is [protected]. This is the worst kind of customer service i have ever come across. Despite several calls no action from Hindustan Times. No wonder why subscription of Hindustan Times is declining compare to Times of India. If my subscription does not start within this week, i will launch a complaint to consumer forum about kind of fraud services Hindustan Times is giving. Thanks and Regards

Infact every now and then he stops delivering the Newspaper and when I call him he says that return the coupon to HT, " I am not interested in delivering the Newspaper for Coupons ".           MY SUBSCRIBER COUPON NO IS 8724154 SOUTH MY CONSUMER ID IS R0028828 DEPOT NAME; BYCULLA VENDOR NAME: SABAN ALI THE VENDOR HAS STOPPED DELIVERING HINDUSTAN TIMES SINCE 08-DEC-2014 EVEN THOUGH THE COUPON HAS BEEN HANDED OVER TO HIM FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER.             I Dr k k jethani would like to state that I have been promoted 3 years less than otherwise I would have been in seniority.the fact is due to sheer negligence on part of the then additional director CGHS South zone r k Puram sector 8 New Delhi Dr Rekha Aggarwal.i have worked as a chief medical officer under said officer.the additional director without giving a prior thought had assigned my annual confidential report standing from good to satisfactory, even not commenting a word about her judgement.this all lead to a break in promotion for a period of 3 years.i would therefore like to get back my seniority of 3 lost years.i am working as a doctor under CGHS additional director South zone r k Puram sector 8 New Delhi and am due to retire next December.                 Sir I booked HT paper for two years via cheque no. 462953 of S.B..I dated 22/09/13. All of sudden vendor has stopped giving me the paper, on asking he told me that coupan for second year were not given. Even after paying in advance I have to face such an issue. I contacted your customer care I am told that it would take them 7 to 8 days for despatching the coupns .My issue is that I would not be receiving the paper for no mistake of mine.                   As per your discount scheme, I paid a sum of Rs.699 in OCt 2014 for one year's subscription At the end of October, I received 12 discount coupons and handed over to The vendor S . K. Mishra in My Area. However 2 months before he said that i have not received teh coupons of both the months, refused to cooperate stopped the news paper. Now as per Hindustan times coupons has already redeemed. I have made complaint 10 times in customer care but no one is now responding, I am really losing the patience to keep on following up.                     With reference to my Form No. [protected] I have made payment of Rs 599/- vide cheque no. 540050 dated 11/01/2014 for 1 year of subscription. It was communicated by executive Mr. Umesh Chander (+91 865N2526380) that delivery of newspaper will start after clearance of cheque and shall be valid for 1 year but my distributor has stopped delivering newspaper stating that my subscription is over on 31st Oct 2014. Though he was delivering till 5th Nov 2014 and later gave for 2 days also in between. I have been trying to speak to executive for last 2 days on +[protected] also but failed to reach them.                       Dear Sir, As per your discount scheme, I paid a sum of Rs.699 on 25.9.2014 for one year's subscription (Copy attached.) At the end of October, I received 12 discount coupons No 40107280 to be started from the month of November 2014. The coupons were supposed to be handed over to the vendor of our area Mr. Shigvan month on month. However, he refused to cooperate and wanted all the coupons to be handed over to him at one time. When we resisted saying we would hand over the coupons only after one month finishes, he became very arrogant and threatened that he would not start the paper unless we hand over all the coupons to him. This happened on 11 Nov 2014. On this we immediately called up Mr. Surendra Pal (HT executive), but there was no response. So we called up Miss.Neelam who had come to collect the cheque, however, even she did not entertain my call saying that she was on a picnic, nor did Surendra Pal cared to call back. We immediately called up HT call center on 67764242 but were only holding the line for 15 minutes. Later in the day when I again called up this number, one lady took my complaint against the local vendor -- complaint number -- 65. Also she assured that she had taken the request to change my vendor and the request number is 3451 and I would get my news paper in the next 4-5 days. Today i was expecting the news paper, so i thought to follow up. I called on your call center number and spoke to a lady my the name of "lory". To my surprise she couldn't trace any details of mine even with my registered phone number, or subscription number or cheque number, nor could she find my complaint number 65. Have you guys deleted all my data? may be to get riddance of the complaints? Following up so much only to get started the newspaper is like testing our patience, just because you have many other people (without complaints)to cater to and so you don't care about such complaints, because may be its not manageable? I am really losing the patience to keep on following up. Please arrange for a refund of Rs 699/- ASAP. arvind d tapkire

                        This is just to bring to your kind notice that i have purchased 12 months ubscription on my name from Hindustan time which was sent to my local distributor by the name of R, P. Singh. My subscription started from August'14. On Monthly basis he is getting coupons redeemed from HT and at the same time he is asking money form me on the pretext of coupons not getting redeemed. Please help me in solving my problem.

                            Hi, I had submitted a CitiBank cheque no. 625050 dated, 18 Sep 2014, for Rs.599/- against a subscription payment for Hindustan Times newspaper for a period of 14 months offer(HT Gurgaon ONE offer) to Mr Vinod Kumar([protected]). Serial no. of receipt is 1314608. Inspite of several telephonic and email complaints to Hindustan Times customer care, I did not get any substantial response from HT. There is no reply to any of my email (sent to [protected]@hindustantimes.com) and the customer care representatives are generally clueless and tell me the same thing every time that their system shows that my Newspaper has started from 15th Oct. Is this a joke?? How can they update this in their systems without verifying from the customer. Till date I did not receive either any coupon or newspaper. They told me to contact 'Chahat news Agency' to which my coupons have been sent. Further than this, HT has no responsibility. They just told me the coupons have been sent to this agency. They have no contact details, no further information on my case. My Rs 599 is just a number for them? I took the number for Chahat news agency from the Internet and tried calling the agency representative 'Mahesh' (Ph no. [protected]) many many times but he never picked up the phone. Today he picked up the phone and told me that "I have several coupons, I can't go on and start finding yours. I can't do anything in your case. If HT asks me to deliver the newspaper to you, I will". No this has gone into a loop with the HT customer care and the newspaper agency and I feel helpless. Whom to escalate this issue? I haven't received the coupons or the newspaper till date. This is not the service I expect from a leading newspaper of India, Hindustan Times. I am highly disappointed. Please either refund my money so that I can opt for a better newspaper service or start the subscribed service for me as soon as possible with the revised subscription date.                             I have still not received the newspaper. My issue is still not resolved. Its been 2.5 months now. Its still going in a loop with HT representatives asking me to call one another.

                              september. i have given Rs.699/- to my vendor/hawker by cheque in early septermber 2014. for a scheme of Rs.699/- for one year newespaper. cheque was cleared on 11/10/2014 from my account but the scheme has not started by hindustan times. the vender is saying it will take another two months. How it can be? the vendor is neither giving his phone no. nor person who collected the cheque. there is something wrong going on by hindustan times.

                                      sir/madam i have subscribed the HT scheme of Rs.499/- on 13 aug, 2014 by mr.jai prakash singh ([protected]) but till now (sep, 27)i am not receiving any copy. i contacted mr. jai prakash, he gave me a no. i contacted there he gave me another no. i contacted there he again give me another no. then he said to call on HT customer care. in between mr. jai prakash said that your subscription has been cancelled and u will receive the money in a week. but nothing happened. then i contacted customer care but they did not receive. then one week ago i got a call from your customer care she told me that your subscription has not been cancelled and you will start receiving the newspaper from the day after tomorrow. and also she assured me that you will get a message just after the call. but the message did not come.sir/madam, its sure that your service is very very poor.you dont have any respect for the customer. its getting very irritated. my final request is that please start my newspaper or return my money (if it is cancelled) by the beginning of the next month i.e. october, 2014. if you dont then i am going to file the complaint at the CONSUMER FORUM because there are many students who are facing the same problem.                                         sir/madam i have subscribed the HT scheme of Rs.499/- on 13 aug by mr.jai prakash singh ([protected]) but till now (sep, 27)i am not receiving any copy. i contacted mr. jai prakash, he gave me a no. i contacted there he gave me another no. i contacted there he again give me another no. then he said to call on HT customer care. in between mr. jai prakash said that your subscription has been cancelled and u will receive the money in a week. but nothing happened. then i contacted customer care but they did not receive. then one week ago i got a call from your customer care she told me that your subscription has not been cancelled and you will start receiving the newspaper from the day after tomorrow. and also she assured me that you will get a message just after the call. but the message did not come.sir/madam, its sure that your service is very very poor.you dont have any respect for the customer. its getting very irritated. my final request is that please start my newspaper or return my money (if it is cancelled) by the beginning of the next month i.e. october, 2014. if you dont then i am going to file the complaint at the CONSUMER FORUM.
