I will like to inform you that Hindustan Times newspaper is giving paid news. On day of election Front page of news paper having news farmers death ratio in Gujrat. Modi saying only 1 death but we made our own investigation and found death number is more".
What make them giving report of their investigation on day of election in Delhi/NCR.
Please take my complaint and have strict action against Hindustan Times.

Even while registration some contacts was given to me for any inconvenience but it was incorrect

Hello, My name is Vishal B, i am from Vashi, Navi Mumbai. I signed up for a HT news paper one year subscription in their special scheme last year in Feb 2013. The cheque i gave them was cleared in Feb 2013 but my subscription started only in the first week of May 2013 that too after many email exchanges and phone calls. Since the subscription started in May 2013 ideally the subscription should end in May 2014, but my subscription was discontinued in Feb 2014. I have not been receiving newspaper since Feb 1st 2014. Despite several phone calls and emails i only get assurances that my subscription would start in 2-3 days and it never happened. I receive calls from HT for my service renewal all the time and also many marketing calls to upgrade my subscription to a higher one. They cant provide a basic service at satisfaction how can they expect upgrades. Even the customer care doesnt seems to respond now to my complaints. These people are simply getting the people to singup for a cheap subscriptions and later discontinuing it and asking them to either renew o[censored]pgrade to a higher value one. This is clearly a startegy to drag people and to make money. I request consumercomplaints to look into this and start help my subscription to resume back and also cover my losses for month of Feb 2014 and March 2014. I booked Hindustan Times and Sunday Hindustan Times for a period of 6 months under HT Golden Offer 6M vide Serial No.1100759 on 02.12.2013 and paid a sum of Rs.400/- in cash to Mr. Varinderjit Singh, representative from Amritsar office. I am a resident of Saket Block, Mandawali (East Delhi). I had subscribed for 1 year HT newspaper through coupon system. To whom it may concern.. I am subscriber of HT+Mint (Gurgaon) since last year. I had horrible experience since the day i have take this subscription. Last year i have taken the combined subscription on 06/11/2012 ( cheque no. 412050, RBS; HT Application serial no. 1550101), and the news paper suppose to start from 1st Dec'2012. And as expected it never got started, i have followed up 50 times with the vendor, HT people and ultimately it started last week of Dec' 12. Now around Jun13/Jul13 the vendor came to me with monthly actual bill, then i have shown him the slip i have from HT and made him understand (after lots of arguments and effort) that its a Yr subscription and can't expire in 6 months. Starting Sep'13 I started getting calls for renewal of my subscription, and i was in no mood to do that, because of two reason bad experience in terms of service and HT database doesn't know when my subscription would be over (HT ppl said it would be over by Oct'13, where my paper started end of Dec'12). Ultimately a lot of conversation i agree to renew the subscription of HT only ( cheque no. 358579, ICICI, Dt. 27/10/13; HT Application serial no. 1657056), and All the HT people promised me that this time the coupon will come to me within next 15 days and i will hand over the coupon to vendor each month (which was my demand since last year, as otherwise i would have any idea what is going on between HT and Vendor). And and and...its the same story this time as well, Dec'13 1st week vendor came with the bill, and ask me they don't get coupons from HT, hence he will continue paper only if i pay him by cash. When the coupon will come he will talk then. With my surprise i called the sales person and the HT call center[protected], and both assured me for resolution. And now as i have not got the resolution I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I really don't have time or interest to continue following up on some silly stuffs after paying money from my pocket. I have subscribed yearly addition of The Hindu paper from 1st September 2013. I provided them with a cheaque from OBC no 576563 in favour of M/s Kasturi & sons ltd. The cheaque is already encashed long back but No newspaper is being delivered . The Free gift of bag as promised under the scheme was also not delivered till date. Today the 1st of October 2013 in Vasai west region at the vendor E.M.Brothers except HT Cafe we were denied the main paper.Earlier too it had happened.It is appreciable that there is no such problem with Times Of India news paper's delivery which has never missed on delivery, My subscriber IC no. is 10035210.Hope you take corrective steps in the matter.Thanking you.

I am a regular customer residing in Rohini,Delhi.The Vendor Mr. Tiwari,Mobile No. [protected] most of the times deliver incomplete Hindustan Times news paper.When asked about the Supplements ,he says that,"पीछे से नहीं आया " Today when I asked him about missing Business News Supplement ,he told me to lodge complaint with Hindustan Times about this and he is not responsible for this. He also charges Service charges Rs.5/- every month along with regular bill.But sometimes,he does not drop news paper at proper place but in the neighbor's stairs. Is he supposed to take service charges?Kindly clarify and instruct him not to misbehave with his customers. Will the concerned authority look into the matter?

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have been given the 699/- offer for HT newspaper subscription and I booked the same on[protected] and for that offer I have handed over an amount of Rs 699/- vide Chq Dated[protected] which also has been credited from my A/C. The executive, who has booked me for this subscription has communicated to me that my subscription will start from 1st of July 2013 and later on it has also been confirmed by HT through SMS to me.

But Till today after so many complaints(My Complaint No-3933), I am not getting my copy, My vendor has denied to give me the paper on the basis of coupon which i got from HT.

When ever I complaint to HT Customer care number., a next date of delivery always given to me and seems helpless in front of thier vendor, They said my vendor is receiving my copy but not giving to me than why not an appropriate action is being taken by HT against that vendor who is spreading negativity in the heart of your subscribed reader.

No body is present to let me know How long it will take to deliver my copy of HT paper to me.

Request and Hope for an expedite action.
