WHEN I HAVE NOT SIGNED UR AUTO DEBIT & DON'T GIVING U ANY AUTHORITY FOR DEBIT MONEY FROM MY A/C THEN HOW DARE U WITHDRAW MONEY FROM MY A/C. ON 27st JANUARY 2008 U ARE WITHDRAW RS.500/- FROM MY A/C. This is to inform you that I was the a/c holder of a/c no. [protected] with HDFC bank (greater Kailash - 1), you have charge me of Rs. 1968 for Quaterly and debit card charges.

1. I was using this a/c as salary a/c with my previous company which I have already left and now after 2 yrs you send me debit without my request and when I confirm from the customer care about this a/c they said this is dormat a/c and you need reactivate from your home branch by giving application.

2. And when I have given the application and I clearly mention in my application that this was my salary a/c and again I like to use this a/c as salary a/c with my current company (aspireindia). They have not informed that if you reactivate this a/c you will be charge of Rs. 1968 as quaterly maintain and debit card charges.

3. if you guys atleast inform me that I will be charged for Rs. 1968 towards quaterly maintain and debit card. I will never open this a/c, even I have spoken with your greivence redressl customer care also they said make mail to greveince redsl.

So I just my money to refund. Please make a DD for Rs. 1968 and send it at my home address J-4/83A DDA Flats Kalkaji New Delhi - 110019. and I have already close this a/c. on saturday and within a week you guys debit an amt of Rs. 1968. This is rediculous hopeless bank.

HDFC Bank — Not aloowing to withdraw money in account

Dear Sir / Madam

I hold an account with HDFC Mahim Branch (Mumbai),
Saturday morning I recieved an SMS from the bank stating that my acoouct balance is Rs0.00, where as the Ledeger balance was Rs 10000, after having a conversation with the Bank Branch manager I found out that all my funds on hold and this has been done by the HDFC Bank credit card department.

On my questioning them who has authorized them to do so, their reply is that the HDFC bank credit card team can do so on their will, where as I had never authorised any one to use my account on my behalf.

One talking to the HDFC Credit card department they transffered me to the collections department, as per the collections team they have put a hold on my funds as I have not mad my credit card payments and will release the funds only if I pay the money, I have told them that I had spoken to one of the collection agents in November and he had told that I can settle my account on Payment of Rs 11000/- against a amount of Rs 23000/-, I even made a payment of Rs 5380 /- so that he can process my settlement and then make the rest payment of Rs 6000/-, to prove this I have the complete conversation recording on my cell phone.

Now the collections team says how can I believe someone who says that he is settling the account and are technically blackmailing me to pay up or they wont release my funds.

Issue : Address Change





I am visiting HDFC Bank Branch Located at Banngargatta Road, Opp Sagar Hospitals, Bangalore – 560 029 from past 3 days and always a very long Queue at counter number 1, where I can get the address change form.



Some how, I am very lucky after standing for 30 min in Queue I got the form on last Saturday and I was told to submit the address proof. Your Website also says, I need to visit the bank along with address proof.



Today, when I visited the same branch below is my experience.



Initially the person at counter Number 1 asked me to fill the form and submit the PAN card Xerox after standing in the queue for more than 20 minutes. I was not aware this as your website says I have to visited with address proof and I did the same. I ran to my home and took the Xerox copy of my PAN Card and again visited the same branch. Again a very big queue and when I requested them to just accept the form which is duly filled, she asked me to stand in the Queue. Again I was in Queue for more than 15 minutes and queue is not at all moving. I do not know what she is doing there. I fed up standing in the queue and left the premises and again visited after 1 Hr. Again the sitation is same and this time I was standing in the queue for more than 30 minutes and my turn has come finally.





When I submitted the form, I filled only Account ID and not the account number as I remember only my Account Id. She insisted me to fill the Account number as well. Agreed for the same and requested her to provide the Account number based on my Account ID for which she refused and asked me to go back to the ATM and with the help of Debit Card asked me to fill the Account number. This time I fed up as the Queue at the ATM is also long. When I explained my problem and requested her to provide the account number, she started interrogation.



Asked me to provide my OLD Address. Keeping the Long process of HDFC Bank address change in my mind, from past 3 years I have not changed my address. Same I conveyed her and asked to provide the city name so that I can give the old address details for which she refused. (In last 3 years I was in difference Cities and I could not remember my old Address) Finally I told All my last 3 years address and one of the address is matched with the Registered address.



Then She asked me to show the Original PAN Card. Same I was not carrying and I have Laminated Color Xerox of my PAN card which she refused to accept and thrown the forms.



My Questions to HDFC:



1) When competition doing the address change over phone/mail, why HDFC only has this typical process of visiting the branch

2) In this era of E-age Banking, why bank is wasting customers as well employees time ? Waste of Valuable Bank Resources?

3) Still why bank is depending on Physical Papers (one side bank spends money for E-paper, E-banking, E-Statements etc)

4) Why Bank Website is not updated stating I need to visit the Branch with Original as well Xerox Copy of my PAN CARD?

5) When banks are processing Cheques for lakhs of Rupees based on Customer Signature, why same cannot be replicated for address change? Can’t the bank verify the signature and update without Xerox Copies & Original of PAN Card when customer PAN details are available with the Bank?

6) When Customer already fulfilled KYC (Know your Customer) guidelines, why all these things are required.

7) Why corporate banks asking corporate customers to stand in the queue till their turn comes? Why can’t you implement the token system like others?

8) Why people at the counter is not giving complete and right information at the first instance itself?

9) When people are standing only in one Queue does bank manager do not have empowerment to assist that person by providing additional manpower or adjusting others who is sitting Idle in the same premises in the next 7 counters?

10) Why Payee registration will take 24 Hrs of time for new additions? When competition is doing immediately? Competition sends SMS Code for Payee confirmation or I can call the competition netbanking for payee confirmation. But in HDFC, I must wait for 24 Hrs to transfer the funds after payee registration.





Finally HDFC has to do lot many customer Friendly processes for better customer experience in this competitive world.



I expect someone will take this feedback and suggestions and make customers life earlier. Then only your Quote of “We Understand your World” is complete.



As for as my issue of address change is concerned, I fed up with this process and requesting the branch to arrange a person to my residence and collect the necessary docs and complete address verification formalities and update the bank records.

what is the terms and conditions on hdfc bank. he told me sir the account will 0 balance and only maintain 3months once 10.000rs and no other charges if non maintain quartaly maintain 10.000rs 750rs will be charge ok that.s fine
last quarter aim maintain the account another quarter starting on 18/03/2010 but there debited 850rs on this month how is possible sir pleas suggest me i request to you if you not done then close my account

HDFC Bank — ATM not working, Bank Denial of refund

I tried withdrawing an amount of 5000 from HDFC ATM located at Preet Vihar Laxmi Nagar through my ICICI debit card dated[protected] amount was debited from my account but cash was not dispensed screen showed that the transaction was successful. Than i tried withdrawing a 100/- note this time transaction was successfull but the note came out with some cables along with it. I Showed the same to the Security gurad at the ATM. Few other people tried to with draw money but the faced the same problem. I called up ICIC and registered the complaint about the same the SR number given to me was SR[protected]. Now ICICI is saying that HDFC has revert with a decline to return the money because as per their records amount was withdrawn successfully. Please look into the matter and take appropriate action. I am sure if HDFC look into the video recording they'll come to know that the amount was not dispensed at all and the problem was with the machine.My contact number is [protected].

ICICI Bank — Withdrawal of money from Saving Bank Account without approval of Account Holder

Sequence of event is as below:

1. Jetairways ticket for RS 3,290 was booked on 2nd March, 2007 through ICICI Bank Credit Card No[protected] and same was cancelled on 3rd March, 2007 but ICICI bank refused to credit any amount to my credit card account. Reverse swipe slip of Jetairways was also submitted to the bank through fax and e-mail and falso ollowed up several times without any result from Bank.

2. Stopped payment to the credit card due to above unjustified action of the bank.

3. Had a meeting at Lok Adalat, Bangalore with ICICI Bank's representative Mr Jayabharata Reddy on 8th April, 2008 and it was agreed that ICICI Bank will revert back to me on the final amount of settlement. Sent the complete detail for full & final settlement on 8th April,'08 after the meeting at Lok Adalat. I had proposed to pay RS 40,750 which is the actual money spent through the card for full & final settlement of the card.

4. Instead of reverting back, bank debited RS 64,351 from my savings bank account (No.[protected] on 16th April, 2008 against the actual due amount of RS 40,750.

5. Inspite repeated reminders through mail and phone bank has refused to pay my excess recovery back i.e. RS 23,601.

6. Had a meeting with ICICI, Bank Malleswaram, Bangalore Branch Manager Mr Jayanth Kamath. He also understood the case and agreed that their Bank's action was unjustified.

7. I have been writing to Ms Chanda Kochar for a meeting on above issue but havn't got any response.

Excess recovery of RS 23,601 must be credited to my ICICI Bank savings bank account (No.[protected] immediately.

I have done complain for a transactions message in my hdfc branch in feb. because I don't get any transaction message on my new mobile number.I contact in my branch many times but I don't get any response till now . I am very irritate on your service.I hope that you will solve this problem as soon as possible.
Can anybody from HDFC senior customer service person help me . I am really shocked & I am waiting for the positive reply from HDFC customer service.

i am having a savings account with hdfc bank in greater kailash new delhi. my account number is [protected]. On 14th of this month without any intimation HDFC people blocked my account due to some KYC norms.On 15th i visited the branch submitted all the documents they asked for for. but its more than a week now and i have not got any proper response from bank people.
i am in constant touch with Branch manager mr. Akash Seth but now he does not return my calls.
I have written to griviense redressal of HDFC but they have asked me for saven more days.
i dont understand whats taking so long. And when i call up HDFC phone banking they just say that they will arrange a call back in 24 hours. And the call never comes.
I am so frustrated that if dont get reply from them in couple of days i am going to report it banking Obudsman.

hi i am ritesh jain. I have a savings account with hdfc bank in their GK 1 branch A/C no. is [protected].I shifted my office last month to a new address. These people sent some letters to my office which got returned.Becuz of that without any proper intimation they blocked my account for KYC.I visited the branch on 15th may and got all the documents submitted(voter ID, Drivers License, pan Card and my landline bill). i waited till 16th my account was still blocked, i called the branch manager Akash Seth, he told me that they need some clarification on few transaction.I provided all the details about the transactions as well.Till now my account is blocked and i am not able to use it.
my question is if you have to hassle the customer why approch them to open the account at first place.
i am trying branch managers number for last 2 days but he is not returning my calls. Some sub-ordinate is anwering his call and saying that he is busy in a meeting.

all the people who have accounts in hdfc or thinking of opening a account beware!!!

Make Credit Card with 50, 000 Limit 2. one gift to customer with new account. 3. open account nearest to residence. all the contentment is vain and wrong, Mr. Roy had signature on Credit card Form. in month of march I visited HDFC Branch Kalkaji met a PRO he promise me today Manager will call me but till today no one can contact me and they refuse to making about credit card and also I had not received any gift from HDFC Bank ( promised by the Bank employ Mr, Roy ) I am living in East of Kailash, New Delhi 110065, and very near two Bank Branches of HDFC Bank in east of kailash. It is my corprate account which account no is [protected] kindly check as too much funds got deducted from my account Balance i cant under stand why the account balance got deducted while i chek it on net banking I found that balance got deducted for ECS Return deducting day by day so i Request you kindly check and Revert as i am facing lot of inconvience due to this . The balance got deducted day by day first time you have deducted Rupees 103.46 and the second time deducted Rupees 33.02 and the third time Rs 14.30 fourth time 185.70 Rupees deducted . I required why balance you are deducting as I have already pay cash to BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE LIMITED . You have deducted Rupees 336 may i know why . If is this time i didnt got any satisfaction from your side defently i will be go to the consumer forum and launch a complaints against to you . It is not a warrning i will be do which iam saying . BRANCH ATM .but there is one fake note of 500/-in that at the same time i went to the branch and met tthe PB authoriser Vipandeep Bajaj and she simply denied and said its not possible not only this when i asked about Branch Head she said I Don't know.

Some how when I able to contact the Banch Head Mr.Sachin Garg he said "your liyig" it's not possible.

BIG BRAND NAME SHAME FULL nd totally UNPROFFISIONAL BEHOVIOUR.

My name is Mansingh Dhami.I Have an Account in HDFC Bank .my account no. is [protected] . I transfered some amount to Bank of baroda at vijaypur branch (uttrakhand) on 5 Aug 2010 from HDFC through netbanking.The amount is debited from my account but not credited in bank of baroda even after 16 days passed.
I alredy spoke to HDFC bank they ask me to check with bank of baroda then again i called Bank of Baroda (at vijaypur branch) they told me to check with HDFC bank.

I had already sent money through netbanking manier times in bank of baroda in same a/c earlier. but it works smoothly. But for the first time I am facing such problem.
kindly give me proper solution at the earliest.
