[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Personal Loan — Misleading and providing false information

I had requested for a personal loan to HDFC customer care. I also received a call from them stating that I allready had an approval of loan amount of Rs.240,000/-. Imran Farooqui was the representative who co-ordinated with me. When I had asked him for a loan amount of Rs. 100,000/- he said atleast you take a loan amount of Rs.150,000/-, then I will be able to give you 1.5% of waiver in intrest rate i.e. from 18% to 16.5%, and after an argument regarding insurance he also promised me for the waiver of insurance. So I agreed to the amount. All this conversation we had on 17th September 2010, and he sent a person to collect my documents on very next day. I called him and asked him whether I still have an offer of 240,000, can I opt for it. He said Yes I can opt for it. then he had applied for the same. and assured me that the amount will get disbursed on thursday i.e. on 23rd September 2010. When I didn't received the amount on Thursday, I called him and asked him for the status of my loan, he said it is still in process. On 25th he called me and confirmed me with the status that My loan amount has been approved by the credit managers and only the verification part is remaining which will be done by Monday i.e. 27th September 2010 and my amount will be disbursed again by thursday 30th September 2010. Today on 28the September I received a call from Mr. Parag Mapankar, He informed me that My loan has been approved for 195,000 instead of 240,000 & for 36 months instead of 60 months with no insurance waiver. When I asked them Why was it done, these people did not have any appropriate answer. Since 17th September 2010 I am asking Mr. Imran that want to talk to his manager Mr. Vivek Gaurav, but it seems that this person is so busy that he is not getting time to speak to his customer or it seems he is not bothered about his customers. The bottom line is I have been cheated & misguided with the false assurance from a reputed organisation like HDFC and nobody amongst the management team is bothered to speak to me atleast or help me out and HDFC has hired such kind of employees in their organisation. I am really very sorry to say about HDFC. I did have a respect for HDFC bank, but because of these people I have lost all the trust with the bank. I have an corporate salary account with HDFC since March 2006 which was opened by tracmail when I had joined. Even today also I am there with the company working as an Executive - Human Resources and We had salary accounts with the bank. I am going to request my company not to have such kind of fraud bankers. I would request you to take strict action aganst the bank and do the justice to me and to the people those who fall prey to this kind of fraud.

HDFC/ Personal Loan — Misleading customer

Hello Sir,

Myself Shatabda Saha, having an account with HDFC applied for personal loan on 24th of November.

I had been contacted by HDFC agent Swati from number[protected].

On 24th they collected all documents and also took 3 blank HDFC cheque from me. I was promised of the loan amount to be transacted to my account on 25th November. After that they never reverted back to me. The person had promised me to give the application number which he didn't give.

Moreover whenever I call them they say either they will call back or they don't receive call or they receive and disconnect the line.

Moreover after following up so much I really got frustrated and and on 28th I called and asked them to return me back my cheques and I had talked to Snehal who had promised me to return the cheques on 29th. But on 29th I got a mail from loan support (as I had put a complaint in HDFC bank for delay) saying that my request for loan has been filed on 28th. They wasted my time and tried to do some wrong thing with my blank cheques.

I am really worried for this incident and want strong action on this.

my name is jayant wagh. and i have a loan in 2006 for 4year to car loan. i have fully settelment paid money in 5/8/2010. and also n.o.c. received bye courier. in 2010. but hdfc bank do not remove my cibil report in his data. so please remove my all bad default data to the cibil. because my family member has to be problem to consume another bank loan. my loan a/c num.10121886 hdfc car bank loan. please remove my default data in cibil. i[censored] not doing then please inform mi bye mail or call mi .this numbers [protected]/[protected].

ALL my bad default list data feed the hdfc bank in cibil. but i have paid my all loan amount in 2010. also i have received final settelment letter in 5/8/2010. my loan a/c num is 10121886 please remove my all data in cibil u have added. pleas request you sir...
