[Resolved]  Hero Honda — poor customer service

I had bought CBX Xtreme from Mallu Motors (Kolkata, Park Street)
I have given my bike for service in their own service station. My bike number is WB-07 Y3959. It's been over 2 months and I still haven't got my bike back. It's been a very horrible experience as I keep calling them every week and they always tend to extend the time without taking any initiative. I have not bought my bike for the service station people to use it. I going to file a case in the consumer forum to ask for compenstaion. I do hope for your early reply as I have'nt got any feedback from your side till now. Thanks

I Madhu sudhan rao having hero honda passion plus given for paid servicing in Panchakula regent automibiles, they donot have the time to note the problem we are facing and after servicing the motor bike I was wonder by seeing the bikew it looks unserviced
1. No water service done
Reason : their machine is not working

2. At least no manual cleaning or jet cleaning
Reason : they do no have man power

3.No Battery is working
Reason : Battery is dried and erlier the bike was serviced by the same service centre, they do not have the stock of battery

4. seat cover is changed but the service person is hurry to go home and he replaced as normal person can do while asked to tightend he replaied
come some other time i will do

5. No brake is adjusted

they charged Rs 190 for engine oil

All the complients are explained to Manager servive but casually replaid we donot have spareparts and the problem we rae facing with all customers if you want to compalint you can do .
I have bought Hero Honda Passion Pro on 16.09.2010 and it gives me problems after 10 days i.e. Self is not working. I have given first service on 12.10.2010 and made a complaint. But Your Executive i.e. Mr. Venkat, Servicing Supervisor of SRI SIVA SANKAR AUTO MOBILES, TSN COLONY, VISAKHAPATNAM-16 had given rash reply and could not undeerstand our problem and using unparliamentary language and lastly he said that your vehicle kept here for one month atleast then I will do otherwise you get back your vehicle. At last I have hand over the vehicle. My Vehicle T/R No.2557, Engine No. HA 10EDAGJ 33591and Chasis No. MBLHA10AHAJ38606. I REQUEST TO TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION ON MR. VENKAT AND GUIDE HIM HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS PROPERLY.

Hero Honda — Poor Service By Dealers

the Behavior of Sales Person with customers are vary rough and rude.
they thinks that Hero Honda products are superior than other make, therefore they think themself in great position,
the dealars are adopting malpractices, the are forcing customers to take extanded warranty as awell as Membership of Goodlife Programme and the vehicle insurance from them only otherwise the refuses to sell the products
More over the dealers are not maintaining the facilities upto date like public utilities.

I think that the Company should take proper care of Customers

i have purchased a hero honda hunk in 2008feb from M.R.G. motors coimbatore
that bike trip metr is problem. i complaint in first service.service engg told me not possible for service. so i claim warranty till now that warranty meter not get. show Room people told me stack is not there hero honda not sending any material to me.
to worst for hero honda product. here after i dont suggest the hero honda bike.

Hero Honda — Negligence work

I have purchased a motorcycle model Splender Plus dated[protected] from Unique Motors, Madhepura. After one month, I went to service centre for first servicing.They only change the lubricant, but did not wash my bike.This bike is belong to M/s Birla Corporation Ltd. subjected to Patna jurisdiction. I complain to the service centre staff but he refuse to help any more. Please take necessary action........Regards

Hero Honda — Poor-Ghatiya Servicing

The technicians at the bathinda hero honda service ceneter are just bloddy hell. They dont know the proper servicing.They just made a count of bike serviced.Even the small tiny problems are not rectified by them up to the satisfaction level. The superviser is just their BAAP. He does not listen the problems nor check the bike after service wether it is proper service done or not. They know only one thing how to change the oil,,This is the only thing they know..They dont ask the problem in bike,they dont listen the problem. The quality score of this agency people is 1/10. This one mark is for the washing of bike. Haraamjaade bloody hell...

I am with hero honda motor as a trust since long time . In april 2010 i purchased bike (hero honda splender +) from singla agency new delhi.But getting more suffering due to inferior service by agency at six service .
Before service bike fuel take was O.K. but after service it gets pitch.there were some of damage by the service, Discription are given below.

1) Dust cover torned out
2)Paid extra charge while it disscussed at the time of delivery .
3) A nut, installed on heat sink, was so loose .

sii i purchase herohanda pleasure in hyderabad A.P DELEAR NAME PHONIX MOTOR HUBSEGUDA NEAR UPPAL SECUNDERBAD last 4month back .from that day there is complaint in vech that front wheel vibration in 30-40 speed steering shake found .before 1ST serivce i went nearest to delear sri lakshmi motor .he trailed they said book for 1st service we slove the problem even though date or kms .i book 1st free service but problem not solved again i went to there.vech had some probelm. better you go to phonix motor where the vech purchase. i went phonix motor 3time but prblem not rectified.No one able to identified the problem and NO resposes frm delear what happening wat problem even though i met manager service but no response.some technican said that wheel disc problem, another techincian say tyre prblem. another tech say fork problem in that show room only wat to do now .service adivsor gave me letter for tyre replacement MRF TYRE. the y will replace tyre ..for replace the take 100 rs charges.this only one way of solution .i ask one qestion why should i go to replacemet. why should i give money. for ever service or complaint my vech stay there 2day minimum .i loss attending duty

how can i avail free services and other benefits.
so wat shold i doat the time of service bcz service centers are asking for

I just want to know the meaning of warranty and frees service for a year,

i hav purchased the hero honda- splendor plus , KA 03 EH 5155, 6 months ago, And I given service to above address, incharge MR .JAGADISH , after 2nd service my bike on 05/10/2010, with in one day My bikes handles T is not working properly, if i turn right side while driving its full vibration, so next day 06/10/2010 i given to same service-c, the problem is resolved,

my 1st question is before servicing if i get handle problem, its ok , but after service why they get handle problem ? ,
< so my bike handle rode is stolen right >

and

the next service after 2000 km, again i given service to same hero hond s-c , before giving my bike is good condition but after serviceing by bike back tube air is automatic down and some engine sound. Again next day i given to same service-c engine problem is resolved, , but tube condition is same, mr jagadish told its not a our problem, u can do what ever u like,
but after 4 days again i getting same engine problem and sudden suddenly engine off while driving,

my 2nd question is b4 giving to service my bike engine and tubes r good condition but after servicing i getting problem ?

what ? u r giving service to customers or trouble to the customer, this is the way to giving service to the customer. i[censored] dont no how to give service to the cust.. pls close ur service center, bee in home ok.

I give my bike for the Servicing at the Dhar Hero Honda Showroom at morning 9:30 AM and my bike is returned to me on 07:30 PM in the night when i Call her Manager. With servicing like Wash and oil change only no fillter are checked and nothing is done in the serviving remaining the wash and oil change

Hero Honda — Wrong Commitments on Delivery and Poor Customer Care

Dear Sir/Madam,

With pain and agony of non care attitude for a customer order; i feel pitty and sad in writing a mail again and again to make notice of this.

I have placed an order for a Hero Honda Passion Pro (Self Start+Disc Brake Option) at your sales point at vyttila, 'Hitech Honda' on an advance payment of Rs.5000 dated 13/11/2010 (Receipt No: 1622). As intimated by them I'v not even chosen a color option as it might get delay again (But said sorry on Green and Blue option).

Following up this case; I have given a minimum of 10-12 calls to the sales point, and they said they have no clue about when or what is the despatch status !!!
So as to get support from your local office, i 've called up the cochin office and had an interraction with your Territory Manager; where in he promised to return back to me in 2days time; but agian unfortunate that it has been 20days...and..ABSOLTE NO RESPONSE !!!

Do not commit on delivery where in you cant take in consideration. Understand I've better choices in market and better point of services. This has been and extreme level of tollerance to which i can wait for just a bike.

Absolute poor and non professional attitude is been seen in handling your customer. Take care of them....now Hero Honda is not only the player inside...customer do owe choices.

I need a clear clarification from the authorized about this, why my values and time is not considered in your space ? Where is the bike and booking status ?

Feeling Ive' picked a wrong choice of purchase !!!
