I got a brand new unicorn on feb 2008, i stay in Mumbai, i have done my 1st servicing at 928 km, 2nd on 6161 km, i used to get service my bike at chembur ( Pilot ), they told that your 2nd service due was[protected] so they didnt accept the servicing for bike, they had torn my page and continued my servicing by 4th, now after the 4th service my next service is on[protected] bt till then i dont know the problem regarding oil whether they have put new oil or they have used the oil, my engine crank has been damaged because of this oil matter, if i will get my bike before service time they will not allow and if i will bring my bike on time my engine has been damaged, so this problems occur because of the oil thing ...please contach to honda pilot (chembur) and get my problem done .

My Name is Arnold, I purchased my bike on 27th Dec 2008, From Marikar Motors, Statue, Trivandrum, Kerala. Engine no: KC09E4051903, Chassis no: ME4KC098K78049258. From the day first it is causing problems. Majors complaints are, Irritating engine noise, low pulling power, no engine smoothness, poor milege. I had reported this problems to my dealer, they said that the problem is due to this and that, but they are not able to solve my problem.From 14 months, i am going to service center frequently, two times per week. Finally they changed my bikes piston, valves, crank bearing, cylinder kit, chain tensioner, cam chain, almost majority of engine parts replaced . But the complaints are still there, it is not rectified.I am tolerating this problems for the last 14 months. One thing is sure the mechanics are not able to solve my bike's problems. So according to your warrany, if a complaint is there, you will solve the complaint by changing the complaint part. If complaint is still there, you will definetly change the bike. I want my bike to be replaced with new one. Otherwise i am going to complaint in consumer court. It's your responsibility to solve customer complaints as soon as possible, because of honda's irresponsibility, i am suffering now. contact me soon, i want replacement of my bike.

i purchase honda shine from Gandhidham office on january - 2009. it gives me best performance and milage - 65 km but after 1service it gives me 55 km milage and after 2 services it gives me 51 km milage per liter petrol

I have Motor Bike Honda Shine model Aug.07 purches from Satnam Honda Jaipur I am using this bike from that date and all of my service jobs are done in authorised workshop of Honda work shop at Sikar.
This time i am facing problum that my bike at Thar Honda Service station at Sikar Rajasthan from date 29.07.2009 that day im facing problum in bike some noice in bike in side its engine before it this bike just done its 8 th service from same workshop.Before taken service they are saying that all of its Job of my bike will compelete in under warranty after it reciving now they are saying that there is problum in engine and your warranty is expired now you have to pay for its bill and there is time in expiration of my warranty.
Now pls help me if a branded name Honda Motors delear will do like that what can i do know pls help me

I bought one honda unicorn motor cycle on 4th aug 2009 from the dealer muthoot honda at thiruvalla in kerala. the day i took my vehicle i have noticed that its saree guard was completly rusted and the colour was not black. so i said i dont wand this, kindly change it, they promised me that we will change it with in two days . i approached several times, their reply was we have no stock.at last i demanded i need a new one they said we can not give new one, we will paint it.
i bought a brand new vehicle, and i dont like to have a re painted parts on it.since they promised it otherwice i could have give up the purchase. i have paid rs 65000 and they are showing irresponsibility, so my openion is this type of activities will reduce public faith on honda company.so may i request you kindly help me to have a new part on my new motor cycle.

    I had booked a honda unicorn(black) 1 month ago but I didnot get it till now.They promised me 2 give it within 20 days.I dont know whats the reason behind it.Now I am planning 2 take BAJAJ PULZAR because i am not getting enough response from the HONDA.I[censored] want 2 help me please provide me the bike within 1 week.contactno:[protected](india)

    Even i am facing the same problem . i booked the bike on Aug 5 th 2008 (KUN MOTORS, ADAYAR, CHENNAI). but still i dint get my bike. i think they are deliverin as per the booking orders.. they promised me to deliver beofer 15 th sep and i got a call on the same day tat it will get deliver before this month end . iam really fed up with this. i dono how to proceed as i decided to buy unicorn iam not going for anyother vehicle. wat should i do now?
    Well, that is always the case with Honda. I had booked a Honda Activa on 05 August 2004 at Chandra Honda, Coimbatore. I was told that it would take 30 days for them to deliver it to me. But to my surprise, I received it on 24 August 2004, way too earlier than expressed. I believe, it's on first-come-first-serve basis. I have now booked a Honda Unicorn at Prasanna Honda today, and this time I'm told it will take me 40 days to get my bike in my hands. The wait begins...

    I would like to state you that you have dealer at RATNAGIRI [MAHARASHTRA] whose dealership name is Jagrut Honda, juna mal naka Ratnagiri.There I had enquire about unicorn moter bike[black monogram] .They told me to deposite 1000 rupees to booking .I deposite 1000 rupees dated on05/08/2009…………
    On 12/08/2009 they call me on cell and told me deposite full amount of bike
    On 13/08/09 I deposited full payment amounted rupess 64327/- with recipt no 5556.

    They told me bike will available up to 20 august .

    On 20 August 26, 2009 I approach there they gave me one unicorn moter bike [chasis no kc09e 1086621—me4kc093h**** 98083389] I took and ride out side .then I came to know that the petrol tank of bike is REPAINTED .The colour of tank and panel and vizor colour was looking different so I went back at show room and showed them .they accepted their rude activities.
    and insists that I will give you change back other black tank after fifiteen days but I denied this proposal they use my 65327/- rupees for fifteen days and then did this type of rude behaviour.
    If they gives us this type of chating in future how can we leave the bike for servicing .how can we trust on your distibuter.
    Then they gave me cheaque of rupees 65000 of JANTA SAHAKARI BANK LTD PUNE bearing no 0000000 which I have deposited to clear IN INDIAN BANK .the bank charged 400 rupees to clear and I went Ratnagir two time.
    I got insurance cover note by post after two days by post which no[protected][policy no 161602/31/2010/4574
    I request you to take intrest in this matter otherwise I will go coustomer complaint cell.

      I had purchased a Honda Dio Moto Scooter from Fortune Motors, Ranigunj, Secunderabad, on 11th July 2007. . Vehicle Details are as under:

      The vehicle had some noise from the very initial stage itself. Whever I took it to the Authorized Service Centre (Fortune Motors, Secunderabad) I was told that it would become smooth after 1st service and 2nd service. However after 3 services also the noise is there and now it has increased. It has now run 11400 kms. When I took it to the same service centre again, the service people are now saying that the clutch assembly has got damaged and the noise is coming from clutch plate and that I have to bear the cost.

      I told that the vehicle was under warranty and also the noise has been there from day one. However, the dealers are not accepting that same. I intend to go to the consumer forum for my complaint since I strongly feel that the vehicle had problems from day one and that there is a manufacturing defect.

      Pls forward to the concerned authorities and give justice to me.

I told to GM (Anoop Khanna) sevice center. they committed to me that silancer to be changed within 7days. I called him many time last one month to change the silancer. But silancer is not change till date. So. Plz change silancer imediately other wise i will go to consumer fourm .
      I want to purchase HONDA Eterno Scooter, but M/s Durga Honda, Cuttack showroom people said Honda has STOPED Manufacturing of Honda Eterno Scooter.

      I had booked Shine black with gray disc bike on 13th of May 2009 in Fortune Motors Pvt. Ltd. G01, Lala1 Landmark, MG Road, Secunderabad-05, Ph no-[protected], while booking I was being told that bike will be delivered within 1 month, but unfortunately they did not deliver me bike within time showing different reasons at different times.

      Now after a hard talk on 12th June 2009, they have committed that you pay the full amount and the bike is ready to be delivered within 1 day after full payment. So I did the payment full on 17th June with a condition that I will get the bike on 18th.

      Now today is 19th June, till date I have not got the bike and the most ridiculous and unfortunate thing is nobody has contacted me about the delivery. And whenever I contact them either I get all time user busy tone of 3 persons(point of contact) or operators say they are not in office or if I luckily catch them by dialing from different number they use to say they do not have status on it, they will get back to me in 10mins and that 10mins never comes.

      So I wanted to know what they will prefer now?

      1) Cost reduction as per bank rate, because I have paid almost 57, 000 which if I would have kept in bank for this period I get interest for it.

      2)Delivery of bike within today.

      3)Cancellation of order and refunding the amount with the above said interest.

      If this thing does not happen I will have no other option to go legal.

      I Strongly Say That Honda Etereno Service In the Swarup honda service station in patparganj is really excellant ...costomers are handled as the family members .manager of the branch is really a good person .

      Having starting trouble in my Honda Eterno DL 7SX 5982, and inspite of taking it to "Swaroop Honda" service center Delhi, twice (6-Sept 2010 & 17-Nov 2010)regarding the same complaint, it was not attended successfully and the problem still persists.So kindly look into the matter at the earliest otherwise i will be compelled to take legal action.

      HONDA SCOOTER — Defective

      I replaced my father"s scooter(Bajaj Chetak) with the Honda Activa because of his heart problem and doctor advised him not use kick start scooter. We immediatly replaced the very good conditioned old scooter with the Honda activa because of the reputation of the Honda company worldwide. My father is retired 72 years old and get pension. The problem is the average of the scooter which is 22-25 kms in a litre which is not affordable and company claims much more. I have visited workshop of the company many times but of no use. Kindly help us out.

      HONDA SCOOTER — self & battery and service

      I purchased the activa from Bhasin honda on 612011 titt today i am facing self starting problm from day one and millage is only 30 every time i am told that to come next day. 0n 9th april I gave my activa for sevicing at bhasin Honda ,at the time of delivery i found that the plate on silancer was broken and nothinr was done even that i was told to pay Rs.409 other wise thay dont allow to take me my scooter.
      The behavior of the staff is very rood and no one is satisfy with the sevices I am affaried than why Co. has given him the Agency he is not capable of handelling the agency, he has given the whole work to small contractors who making profits out o[censored]nfair means. my job card no was 40314 dated 9th april 2011.

      HONDA SCOOTER — Surprising Attitude of Honda Dealer

      Dear Honda Team,

      I bought an Aviator 1D(Drum)-Regn No:WB40U-1908 on 3rd February,2011 from Durgapur Honda(West Bengal-Durgapur).

      I was really happy to ride this one.But from the last 20 Days I was facing a problem with Self start and Self Start stopped working at any instance of time like sometimes it works ok and sometime it did not worked and moreover that time the Kick start also not happening leaving me helpless on the road for almost 20-30 Minutes and again started working.

      I contacted the Durgapur Honda Service Centre and they have done 1 more servicing on 2nd August,2011 and reported everything OK, But I faced the same problem on the very next day and onwards everyday till today (6th August also) .Today I took the Aviator to the showroom again and now they told the Battery bacame faulty and needs replacement and that will be done under warranty and they told it will take approx 20-30 days minimum time and took out the battery strongly rejecting to provide a standby battery. Now My 2 Question:

      1. If all your material is quality checked then how Battery bacame faulty within 6 months(With a run 0f 1500 Km in 6 months which is not at all bad for Scooter)

      2. Dealer did not provide me any standby battery and told this reaplcement will take 20-30 Days. So do you suggest to ride the bike without proper horn and Headlight and believes this to be Safe and I require this Scooter on everyday basis???Really Surprised!!!

      HONDA SCOOTER — Laziness of the executives.

      Today i visited GLOBUS HONDA at A-22 Gujranwala Town part I, Main GT karnal road and the behavior of the sales executives were like that they are not at all intrested to attend any customer. The customer himself or herself aaproaches them and ask from them one by one thing and they just even dont anwser that question also properly. I was really shocked to see how lazy and irreaponsible can a sales executive be.. I asked them to book an aviator for me and they just noted in their book and i asked when should i exactly come and take it .. And against this they replied tht you ask from us everytime when you are thinking to come to take..

        I have purchased hero honda cbz xtreme 2 weeks back. from the first date the fuel meter is not working, i give the complaint to the workshop there response is not good. after wasting 2-3 hour they repaired my fuel meter. then after 2 days i found the electric start of my bike is also not working and fuel is leaking from the bike, i again go to workshop and they told me you come on another day or some other time.
        i ask them to give the complaint book but they refuse and giving them some threats they produce and we file the complaint but there is not response at all. i am not happy with performance of the bike and with the agency from where i have purchased the bike.

        they sold me there passport membership by saying that you will get 5% discount on every thing but when ask for discount they we have commit thet we give discount on all things but only on spare parts.

        if any one can help plz help me.

        Hay don't worry,

        Not only in your place In Hyderabad city also all Hero Honda Show rooms like this only. they wont give good service even they feel like that they are doing some volunteer service like. Just go and give complaint on Hero Honda Website probably you will get good service from them then.

          Hello Sir/ Madam,

          We hand over vechile on sat morning at around 7 clock for free service on 04/10/2008 in kun honda vadapalani branch. almost eve 4.30 we got a call frm service center tat they told ur vechile skeltch plate is not gud so u need to change it imm..it may cost around 1500rs..we told tat no need of now we will change it later..we went to take vehcile around at 7.00 clock.. we got the vechile we started and went just within a minute we got huge sound frm engine side..imm we went to serivce center they told tat time over u need to come tomm..so we went tan we came tom.. we said tat wen we left the vechile in morining for free service it is in gud condition without any major problem and without any sound..they also checked it and verified..they told ur skletch plate is broken u need to change it..now how it is happend?we asked them? they not resopnded properly for our answer..than we take back the vechile and came..wat it shows means they taken our new parts and transfered to some other vechile and they put some older parts to our vechile...really it is very bad thing to do they are cheating the people's...really it worrying because some peoples who r doing like tis it in service centre is spolling whole honda unit company..now days most of the peoples r not liking honda vechiles its true...

          we are very much worried for this kind of activities...take some imm actions we request u...

            Dear Sir,
            I am owner of well maintained HH-Splendor of April 2002 model. My vehicle is very well maintained by regular servicing from authorised service centres of HH. Besides this vehicle, I have Maruti car too.
            When I went today morning (about 8.30 AM, dated 7/10/2008)for servicing of aforesaid vehicle to Pratham Motors at Wakadewadi, Pune (it is about 13 KM away from my home), the waiting token was alloted to me (No.39, form No.26126). After waiting of about 1 hour and 15 minutes, the supervisor has denied to accept vehicle for servicing by giving the reason they will not take vehicles today for paid servicing. We take out our precious time from day to day routine.
            This is very absured behaviour of the Pratham Motors staff. Here, HH is giving emphasis on customer satisfaction and on the other hand, these people are pushing us to service our vehicle from unauthorised service centres. It need not be mentioned seperately to owner of service stations that they are getting regular income (without offering any discounts/bargaining) on the servicing of the vehicles.
            Now, I request HH officer that why it was happened? Please resolve at the earliest.

            Dear Sir,

            I the owner of the newest model of Hero Honda Karizma ZMR have bought the bike from Pratibha Motors on 10th December 2009. Till now have serviced my bike 3times from the dealer i had some problem with the bikes throttler as the sound from the engines is been generated after every servicing of the throttler, have asked the service man to clear it every time before service. he clears it but as i reach home driving the bike the sound is regenerated from the engine. Also have shown this to the Customer Service Head Mr. Raghvendra Rao, he says it comes from every bike, but i have a friend who has purchased the same bike the sound is not there. Have complained every one in the Showroom also in the Wakdewadi Office but not getting any answer. My house is 16 KMs away from showroom but still for every reason i have to visit the showroom. Also the customer service head of pune Mr. Raghvendra Rao had promised me some parts to be changed from the company as they were going to be replaced under manufacturing defect. but have received only 3 out of the five parts.
            Request you to kindly look into this and give a positive reply. Also a small request to company to please verify my bike from the company engineer for the engine problem which i had mentioned Mr. Rao but he denied for this.

              sir i purchase hero honda glamour model in may 2008 from MR Auto, Nawansher (Punjab). he charge Rs 200 extra for company passport scheme and ask i give u 50000 accedental insurance plus if any body purchase a new bike from any dealer i give u attractive gift. but till now i dont recived any insurance policy.               model 2005, i want to estimate of the parts but he not gave. he gave only roughly paper the flowing rate details.

              Herohonda — Regarding Wrong billing

              Dear Sir,
              I have purchased a herohonda passion pro Bike form Jasodha Auto (P) Ltd. Gurgaon.
              Due to wrong billing (They mention my name and father's name right but wrong address) i am unable to register my bike. I request him to change that address but they refused to do this. they asking me to provide the address proofs( Address which is mentioned on Bill). But i don't have any proof of that address. I can provide my present and permanent address proofs but they refused.
              Sir, As i am a Indian citizen and have all my ID proofs than why they are trying to cheat me.
              you are my last hope.Please help me and take a action against this fraud.

                I was buy hero honda passion pluse bike in july-08from SAI MOTORS, Bangalore.Reg-no-KA05HF9169.bike wheels are shaking becauce of defected wheels.i was informed on 3rd day of the bike delivery.nothing they done.again i informed in the time of 1st service, but no use.after 15 days after service again i complined regarding this.npthing they done.now 15 days before i given to 2nd service and i complined regarding this.they told me to need to change front wheel.from that day i am calling to service centre.they are telling later...now i am not using my bike because this problem.i want immidiate solution.if not i will go to consumer court.

                Hero Honda — Hero Honda Passion Plus Defect.

                Dear Sir,
                I have taken delivery of Hero Honda Passion Plus on July 2009. Still my free servicing are Balance.
                After delivery I have informed Dealer regarding my bike is pulling to one side. After each servicing from Authorize Hero Honda Service center, I am getting result only for @ 1 week and then again I am facing same problem. It is very difficult to drive such defect bike which is effecting on my Health.
                Please help and suggest me to solve this problem.

                  FIRST FEEDBACK ON 22-07-08 TO HONDA SIEL CAR INDIA

                  Dear Madam/Sir,

                  IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR/FAILURE IN COMMITMENT: M/S Sugoi Motors Pvt Ltd.Delhi

                  HONDA CITY ZX No. DL 4C NC 3045

                  I am to inform you with pain that I booked Honda City ZX with M/S Sugoi Motors (Unit of Ring Road Honda) Najaf Garh Road, Moti Nagar, New delhi with a commitment for the delivery on 18 Jul 2008, being the wedding anniversary day of my son Saket Mangla. But Sugoi Motors failed to deliver the car on that day inspite of my repeated calls to Mr Sheetal Preet singh, The Manager there. He started avoiding my calls, then I had to visit personally to him on 18 Jul 08 and asked him as to why he was avoiding my calls, his reply was that I was not the only customer, he has got so many other customers too.what a polite reply from a show-room manager? On my request to expedite the delivery, his reply was that he would deliver the car only if he gets the SMS from the bank regarding loan approval. When I told him that I wanted the car for this particular occasion why did not he coordinate with the bank well in time, his reply was that bank takes its own time. Then I requested him to take another cheque of Rs Four Lakh from me as a guarantee for the loan, he declined that offer also as if he was adamant not to deliver the car for this occassion. Inspite of my repeated requests, he never bothered to talk to the bank official to check the current status. If Mr Singh was unable to get the things done from the bank, then why did he commit to deliver the car on 18 Jul 08 at the time of booking. So the very purpose of buying this car was defeated by the callous and negative attitude of Mr Sheetal Partap Singh. Next day again I visited the showroom and I found Mr Karan Kapur sitting in Manager's Chair. I narrated my story to him, then he told me that bank's approval has not been recived yet but he would deliver the car without the approval and he deliverd the car on 20 Jul 08. I want only one clarification that when Mr Karan Kapur can deliver the car without bank's approval why Mr sheetal did not show this coutsey when he knew that I want the car very badly for that occassion. Is it not desirable from a manager?

                  After taking the delivery on 20 Jul 08 at 1500 hrs when we reached our place we found that one of the side mirrors was not moving when we tried to move it with some strength, it came out. We brought this thing to the notice of Mr Singh, his immediate response was that we will have to pay Rs. 2500/- for the mirror. On our request that we are not supposed to pay as it was a manufacturing defect, his reply was that why did we not check each and every thing before taking the delivery. Then I requested him that its not possible to check each and every part of the vehicle before taking the delivery. He said that since we did not check before taking the delivery, we will have to bear the cost mentioned by him. Immediately I rang up their VP Mr Jain, On his intervention Mr Abid from their workshop approached my son and taken out the mirror from the car. Mr Abid and Ms Dimple told my son to bring the car other day and mirror would be refixed without any paymnet. But next day we received a message from Mr Singh that we will have to pay the cost of the mirror. I am failed to understand why contradictory statements are given by differnt officials of the same show room. Its sheer harassement to a customer. Then I again contacted Mr Jain, after that I received a call from Ms Jasbir CRM of M/S Sugoi Motors telling me that the mirror will be replaced free of cost.

                  Now comes the question of Transparency. There is no transparency in the allotment of Registration Numbers. These numbers are kept secret from the customers. I requested for two numbers i.e. 3033 or 3060 but Mr Singh declined both the numbers with a plea that both the numbers are on hold by other customers. when I asked him to show me the booking of those cusomers for whom these numbers have been kept on hold he declined that too and alloted me 3045. Had their been transparency I would have got the number of my choice.

                  let us come to the upkeep of the showroom. Air Conditioners of the lobby were not switched on. It was very humid atmosphere inside the lobby. Thay cannot take an excuse that power was not there as power was very much there. Its my suggestion that Honda Car Show rooms should maintain some standards.

                  At last my submission is that the Manager of this show room Mr Sheetal Preet Singh is insulting the dignity of the chair where he is sitting. This chair not only repreasents M/S Sugoi Motors, it represents Honda Siel Cars too. His irrisponsible behaviour brings disrepute to M/S Honda Siel Cars. Could you pl look into the matter and request this gentleman to behave in a responsible manner. Show room officials should be strict to their commitment. There should not be contradictory statements of different officials of the same show room. They must maintain some decorum.

                  SECOND FEEDBACK ON 24-07-08 TO HONDA SIEL CAR INDIA

                  This is in continuation of my complaint posted to you 0n[protected].

                  Its regarding replacement of side mirror. On[protected] at 5pm Ms Jasbir CRM told us that the mirror is not yet ready and we can get it fixed up on 23rd Jul. At 6.15pm we received a message from Mr Sheetal that the mirror is ready and we should visit the showroom immediately to get the mirror fixed. We reconfirmed from Ms Dimple, she reconfirmed from Sheetal and told us that Mr Singh is telling that the mirror is ready and we should come there. Then my son visited the showroom and he was told by Sheetal that the mirror is not yet ready and he should come the other day. Was it not a deliberate attempt on the part of Mr sheetal Singh just to harras us. Who will bear the cost of fuel and time wasted due to his deliberate harassement. He is doing all these mischieves because there is no body check him. Then again we had to visit on 23-07-08 to get the mirror refixed. The job was got done by Ms Jasbir. Then I requested Mr Sheetal Singh to stop playing all these dirty games.His reply was we were "mufatkhors". He shouted on us "Get out from my showroom. I am ashamed of selling a car to ghatia people like you. You go anywhere and report the matter to anybody. Tum mera kya bigad sakte ho. you can not do anything. Yahan se bahar nikal jaaye...etc. etc." THIS IS TRETMENT A CUSTOMER IS GETTING FROM THE SALES MANAGER OF HONDA CAR COMPANY. Has the company apponited this gentleman just to insult the customers. Atleast one will think twice to visit honda car showroom where such managers are sitting.
                  Will the Honda Siel car India Ltd will take some action against the erring officer?

                  I delivered a Honda City from Peninsular Honda, calicut on[protected]. The car was found a problem of missing soon the car is out of showroom, i complained this to the local delear and the reply was to accelerate the car properly and drive.
                  Next day morning the car was completely dead... Sevice person from honda identified that the fuel tank is filled with diesel rather petrol.. I wonder how the showroom people filled the Honda with Diesel.. To the best of my knowledge there is no diesel model from honda in India.. The fuel gague was indicating Quarter tank... unfortunately it was diesel.. They took the car to the service bay on[protected] promising that the car will be delivered in the evening that day itself.. Till now i didnt get the car.. The branch manager was dealing like the mistake is ours.. Peninsular Honda doesnt know how to behave with their customers..

                  on hearing good reviews and performance of honda city car, i shifted from hyundai accent to honda city.i have high respect for the honda brand name which is known world over for it's highest quality services and customer satisfaction.
                  i became a proud owner of honda city zx-exi-mh31.cr.2359 on 6-4-2008 which i purchased form your dealer bafna auto car(i) pvt.ltd aurangabad vide invoice no.897 dated 648 and bearing car engine no.li 5a30146608, chasis no.gd 851c8n404166.
                  unfortunately on 21 aug.08 my car met with an accident and on 22 aug.08 i sent it for repairs to rushab motors pvt'ltd, c-33/a midc, hingna, ngp.my car was having comprehensive insurance by icici lombard vide policy no.-mot00914181.
                  thereafter, on 22aug.08 the said dealer obtained my signatures on blank papers.om my enquiry i was informed it is for claim purposes.
                  i made several calls thereafter to enquire abt the status of my car but unfortunately the response was not very encouraging.iwas informed that the concerned person mr.sudhir, mr.nilesh will call me back, but i'm sorry to say that they never had the courtsey to call me bak.this amply prooves the lack of communication n courtsies extended by rushab motors.
                  however on 29 aug, 08 my car was deliverd to me on payment of rs-36475.vide their receipt no.r/8001985 dated 29-8-08 on delivery.
                  i was shocked to find that the a.c of my car faulty n not workin thereafter i immediately informed the dealer n brought the defect to the notice of the said dealer.i was informed that he will luk into it subsequently.this clrly prooves that wen the car was delivered to me on 29 aug.08 thea.c was defective n the dealer failed to diagnose the defect n cover the same in the insurance claim on the estimate prepared by him highlightin the damages suffered in my car durin the accident.to cover up the incompetency of his own staff the dealer informed me to send the car subsequently n he will a claim for the same at a later date-this clearly prooves lak of qualified technicians n staff with rushab motors.
                  takin a gentleman word, bein a lady i had to drive the car withouta.c for few days and i kept callin the dealer but did nt ne positive response-this again prooves the poor quality of customer services offered by rushab motors.
                  howevre gettin fed up on 5 sep 08 i sent my vehicle again to the dealer to get the a.c defect recitified, thereafter i was informed that the a.c condenser of my car had a hole n needs replacement.the dealer carried out the repairs n saddled me with a bill of rs-12910 dated 14-10-08 which i had to pay to take delivery of my car.i was assured that i will agt a claim for the same frm d insurace company.
                  the point to note here is that the invoice dated 27-8-08 of rushab motors bearin no.801698 very specificly state in the first line itself 'FRONT PORTION DAMAGED' the said dealer failed to identify the problem of d damaged a.c n it's part includin condenser while inspectin my vehicle after the accident on 22 aug-08 n includin it the claim form therafter.this action of the dealer highlites the improper n inefficient management in the wrkshop area fr ur information in our city there's a strong rumour that ' wrkshop of rushab motors is given 'theka' basis' in this cenario we think customer has to suffer.
                  on 22 oct.08 i received i a letter frm my insurance com.ms-icici lombard insurance com., copy enclosed herewith ur persual.they have informed me vide this letter that the said claim is nt maintainable n it's indismissible, n have accused me of misrepresentin the claim n wrongful disclosures whereas the daeler had obtained signatures on blank forms n cuz of his incompetency my claim has been rejected.
                  my reputation has been affected n lowered before the insurace com. apart from the fianancial loss, mental trauma, agaony n stress i've experienced all these days.all this thanks to the incompetency n inefficiency of rushab honda.
                  i always held honda brand name in high esteem n trusted them to offer best efficient customer care n aftersale services thru their dealer netwrk but i'm srry to say that the same move stands breached.
                  thru this letter i call upon u to immediately luk into my complain as under
                  a) ask the dealer to refund the said amt of rs-12910 i had to pay on 14-10-08 due to his imcompetency.
                  b)have proper courteous well-mannered staff to attend the customers visitin honda wrkshop n front office.
                  c)ask the dealer to discontinue the practice of takin signature on blank forms
                  d)just for ur information they charge rs-150 fr pik-up n drop facility without ne receipt.we reqyest u to have a free pik-up n drop facility.
                  i hope u will luk into my complaints sympathetically n keep me informed o[censored]r action failin which i shall be constrained to move proper forms like consumer courts n print media...

                  when i bout it the sales man told me everything is ok you will take your car after one week its ok when i went to the agency to handle it they told me that the navigation system and camera not available and it needs one week to be delivered to Kuwait I told them it’s ok too when I take the car they gave it to me without cleaning and polish the stickers still on it I told them about it they were very rude and aggressive. I bout the car from 2 months ago and until now they didn't install the navigation system and the stickers still on it so please I want to solve the problem the client servicing here is very bad and they don't answer their phone they ignoring me and I’m so shocked and angry so please as soon as possible solve the problem with them. and when I went to make the 1000 km service the client services called hany he was very aggressive I told him that the your service is very bad he told me that it will be more bad in 5000 km service then i called the manager of service mohamad Ramadan he was very nice person I told him about everything but until now there is no action he ignored me too.
                  The car has more than 5 problems in wheels, driving .. I sent it 2 times and the problems still as it was
                  I will write a complaint for Consumer Protection in Kuwait government.
                  If the issue not solved I don’t need the car any more
                  my hondacity car met with an accident on 13 th oct and was brouht to sudaram hoonda service center at vijayawada in running condition.after inspection by the techinical people of that service center the estimate was prepaired and submitted to insurence company representative after that the day the car completed and while taking delivery it is observed that the water pump was getting noise and it is not in the early day of accident thesame is confirmed by the techinical staff and not giving any concerned reason for that even the service manager was not acting properly with costomer ignoring in giving proper explination to costomer overthat he is blaming his owncompany badly, above all we found that labour charges for repairs are very high to confirm the original rates we asked the shedule ratesof honda for that he refused and stated that the shedule rates are confidential matter which are not possible to display with our enquiry we found that the parts of shutdown vcle are replacing to another vc'le and it became common practice to that service manager, the same is happened to me

                  YES, HONDA CAR INDIA DEALERS ARE ON LOOTING FESTIVALS, BECAUSE I HAVE HONDA V6 AND JUST 5000KM DRIVEN, BUT AT DEALER'S SERVICE CENTRE AT PRESTIGE HONDA JALANDHAR HAS THEMSELVES CHANGED THE BREAKPAD AND THAT TOO DISCLOSING WITHOUT ANY FAULT AND NIETHER HANDOVER OLD BREAKPAD, WHICH COST ME RS 6300/ LATER ON I CAME TO KNOE FROM FOREMAN THAT WE HAVE TO ACHIEVE THE TARGET SET BY COMPANY TO SELL THE SPARE PARTS, THIS THE THE MATTER OF GREAT CONCERN REGARDING THE REPUTATION OF HONDA CARS INDIA, OR COMPANY USING LOW STANDARD /QUALITY CAR PARTS .

                    We already have two Hero Honda Passion Plus, One Hero Honda Passion and recently I have purchased Hero Honda Pleasure.(In fel08)

                    I am a big fan of Hero HOnda bike, But this time I had very bad experience with Plasure.

                    The accessories which i bought for my Pleasure from my dealer, the steel of that accessories started rusting within a month.
                    My bike is just 5 months old, and it looks like 1 or 2 years old. And it also started firing and making diffrent different noised within a month. I have already done two servicings within 4 months.

                    Running of my Pleasure is near about 45 km per day, And thats why I have choosen Hero Honda bike. But now it looking like I have mistaken.

                      R/ Sir, As i purchased hero honda passion plus from chhattisgarh automobiles, on 25 april 2008, from the very next day the bike started giving problem like bubbling, automatically stops anywhere, which makes 100 percent guarantee of accidents, handel goes left side problem in pickup in fourth gear it runs like in second gear. i went to the dealer thrice but just they make fool now i changed dealer for servecing that one too just washed the bike and when i went he said servecing is over no oiling no greasing in short just washing that too with bad water . still my handel goes to left side and no smooth running very soon i am going to consumer form.

                        I had purchaed a herohonda hunk from an authorized dealer named Manik motors Bhopal, before the first service am fully satisfied by the bike, but after the service the complains are started. Mainly complaints in front disc, millege shortage, etc...

                        I reported this problem in second service but they told me that they have checked the dsk plate and it is ok it is due to water which comes in plate it is making a sound and nothing else.

                        But the problem was not that the disk was damaged and they are not admitting the fact because they do not want to change it as it is in warranty period. During third service I insisted them to change the disk plate then they told me that it is damaged, and in case of accident we will not going to change it but you can settle through insurance.

                        From last three months when I was registering the same complaint then the service supervisor was not getting this fault but when I forced them to change they told me it is accidental how this is possible.
                        After many discussions and queries they were ready to change it but it is almost 2 months they are not showing any interest in changing the disk plate of mike and always assure me next week we will definately do it for you.
                        Kindly look in to the matter and help me in this regard.

Service guarrenty and shrotouting any problem in the product is their liability during the warranty period, ofcoz later on also but on payment, first off all just giv them a simple threat to go to District Consumer foram otherwise what all you have to do with these idots is, to file a simple consumer complaint by mentioning all their misguidings, ignorances, delay and all problems you have faced.Now a days consumer foram is very helpfull in such matters and imposes havey penalty on companies.

During third service I insisted them to change the disk plate then they told me that it is damaged, and in case of accident we will not going to change it but you can settle through insurance.

                        From last three months when I was registering the same complaint then the service supervisor was not getting this fault but when I forced them to change they told me it is accidental how this is possible.
                        After many discussions and queries they were ready to change it but it is almost 2 months they are not showing any interest in changing the disk plate of mike and always assure me next week we will definately do it for you.
                        Kindly look in to the matter and help me in this regard.

                        I am an Advocate my suggetion is - you are a customer of hero honda as you have purchased a bike already. Service guarrenty and shrotouting any problem in the product is their liability during the warranty period, ofcoz later on also but on payment, first off all just giv them a simple threat to go to District Consumer foram otherwise what all you have to do with these idots is, to file a simple consumer complaint by mentioning all their misguidings, ignorances, delay and all problems you have faced.Now a days consumer foram is very helpfull in such matters and imposes havey penalty on companies.

                          Sai Point is the worst automobile dealer I have across in my life. It is my humble advice that no one should ever book a vehicle from Sai point, Thane. I have encountered numerous problems right from the booking of my vehicle to getting the delivery & even now the story continues while dealing with them for after sales service. They offer the poorest service to their customers. Sai Point puts Honda to shame.

                          Whenever I give my vehicle for servicing, it comes back to me in a worse condition than it was earlier.

                          Buying a vehicle from Sai Point, Thane is the biggest mistake of my life.

                            i have purchased hero honda hunk las year december fromSHINGLA AUTOMOBILES, SECTOR 7, DWARKA .NEW DELHI.From the very first ride i found difficulty in changing the gears. i told the dealear bout this. he told me that with some km of ride this will go normal. wen i went 4 my first servicing i noted down this complaint they told me ok we will look in to it. but aftr servicing the problem was the same. i told the service station incharge he told me no its ok. i again went 2 dealer, he told me u go 2 service station n i will tell them 2 rectify it. i went there but wat that service station incharge told me the way u apply gear is not correct, neither of there foreman nor he himself are cooperative . and teling me unnessary arguments

                            I totally agree with Pankaj. Even i purchased Hero Honda Hunk two months ago at Charita Auto Mobiles at New Nallakunta Hyderabad. The day one i felt that the Gears are very hard. They told me that all problems will be cleared in first service I kept on complaining on the Gears & even there were sounds coming from the shock absorbs but there is no use. Moreover the dealer said that they are receiving the frequent complaints on Gears. I sold my Bajaj Pulsar and bought Hero Honda Hunk but Now iam regretting for this as even there is no pick up it is like driving a 100 cc bike
                            I HAVE PURCHASE HERO HONDA HUNK ON FEB. 2008, AND AFTER 1 MONTH I FACE PROBLEMS IN BATTERY, GEARS.
                            GEARS ARE SO HARD, I FACE PROBLEMS THAT BATTERY IS SO WEAK, AFTER SEVERAL TIMES ASK TO SERVICE PROVIDER THEY IGNOR BATTERY PROBLEMS.

                            i had also purchased 2 brand new hero honda hunk<normal edition> one in 2008 and another in 2009.both bikes go 65 to 70 km with one litre petrol with economy speed of 45 to 50km/hour.when i drive them to 80 to 85km/hour then both gives me 48 to 50/litre.gears are also too smooth.pickup is also too gud.no other noises are found from self etc.balancing is also too gud.if you apply both brakes togather than you will just drop the speed from 120-125 to 60-70 in just a very few seconds.
                            the only problem in one bike<purchased in 2009> is its top speed.its real but its only 102 to 107/hour.my another bike goes 130 to 135km/h.

                            I purchased hh hunk on 13 march 2007 at shimoga(Mythri motors), Karnataka. after the 2nd service engine started to do more sound than normal. when i took it to the same service station they told " crank shaft has to be changed" and took 20 days to replace it. then after it started gear shifting problom. and the problom is not solved yet.

                            I have Hunk since last more then 2 yrs... I have started facing issue from the first day with the Millage... was getting 25 kmph I complaint as well at the service station and they replied that it will get fixed by 1-2 services. I waited for 4 services and problem remained same, I again did complaint and they said, u dont know how to ride a Bike. (21, 000 km Total )Till date i have been to the service station 12 times for service and 13 times for complaint.. They have changed everything.. Chainset, Covers, Coin set. Handle. Something in engine too and asking for Rear tyre change as well.. Still same issue and now Handling issue is there too.. Is there any support from the Hero Honda Guys.. Wat should i do...?????????

                            I was using Hero Honda Splendor for 5 yrs... I use to get high body vibrations & resistance when riding in range of 50-65 kmph. I used to complain about this issue on every service. Everytime I use to get an answer that it's solved, but the fact was problem continued... Finally I sold HH splendor thinking the engine is of low capacity & hence these problem...

                            Today I am owning Hero Honda Hunk - Anniversay Edition... Now I am having problems in gear shifting, poor average, poor pick-up.. When I starting complaining about all these in every service... Answers were it is a known issue otherwise it is is fixed this time.. but the outcome was zero... I am still facing same issues...Guess it's time we come together (Here, I'm calling every Hero Honda owner having issues in servicing) & fight to get justice...

                                Hi,
                                I have Hero Honda Splender+ which i purchased from Prakash Motors, Bangalore.
                                As i feel that getting service done from hero honda service center is better than getting it done
                                from some private service stations.
                                But i have experienced problem always related to time and the quality of service.

                                6 months back i complaint to the person named Ravindra (which is manager )regarding the time taken more then the
                                promised one. Because they took 2 extra hours then the promised one. But he answered that its ok, 1-2 hours
                                deviation in the promised time is fine.

                                Today, i called to service center at 5.00 PM and they asked that it will take another 1/2 an hour and i can come at
                                5.:30, but till 6:45 my bike was not ready. Even i was pushing them to do the service.

                                And the biggest problem was that they did not wash it before the service and were claiming that its already done.
                                When i confimed with the technician he checked and told that washing is not done.
                                Without washing they were ready to give delivery of my bike.
                                I complaint it to the supervisior of the service ( Suresh and Srinivas) but i got all the silly reasons.
                                I even checked with Ravindra(who i think is the manager of the Prakash Motors) and his answer was also
                                not satisfactory.
                                Something need to be done urgently and their process needs a checklist before delivery a vehichle.

                                Another important thing that customer take hell lot of pain to come to the service center for the service
                                and they are required to wait for 1 - 2 hours even after the confirmation.

SIR U TELL ME I[censored] R THE OWNER OF THIS BIKE THEN WHAT WOULD BE YOUR REACTION AFTER THIS CURRENT SOLUTION. AGAIN THEY ARE SAYING ME TO BRING MY BIKE TO THE SHOWROOM SO THAT THEY WILL COLOUR THE ROSTED PATCH OF CHASIS. IF THIS IS THE SOLUTION THEN NO NEED FOR COMPLAIN.BECAUSE I CAN DO THIS IN MY HOME. SO WHY I AM REPEATEDLY GOING TO SHOWROOM EXPENDING LOTS OF MONEY & IF YOU MANAGE PROBLEMS IN THIS WAY THEN THINK WHAT WILL BE THE REACTION & IMPRESSION OF THE COSTMER FOR YOUR COMPANY.

                                    i pranshu garg want to complain obout rithala service station i have given my activa to them for service and reaparing and they broke my rear view mirror and said lie that it was like this only but when enquired it was to be that they have replaced and the mechenic even confess but i did not get the replacement of the mirror and the service even was too poor that my activa is not working properly and i have told that my activa is giving very low average so they said filter would be replace but after replacement of air filter even my aciva insteed of giving more millage have became less drastically and i want urgent solution for further contact undersigned

                                      I have purchased my bike(Herohonda Glamour) in Jan 20 from TARUN MOTERS, Bangalore located at Rammurty Nagar. It came with Sports wheel instade of normal cast wheel.
                                      But now due to inproper fitting my rear wheel is creating sound. When i chaecked i found something broken inside Berak pannel. For that i need to change whole wheel. So mechanic from tarun moters told me that i should change both the wheel.
                                      But thay asked me to pay for that.
                                      After discussion with MD, Tarun Moters thay agree to change that without paying.
                                      But from last 2 week are keep on draging me by saying that parts are not available.
                                      Can some one help me how to complain to Herohonda regarding this.

                                      Now i m facing a big problem in my bike which is colour defect problem, now so many red colour spot came on fuel tank, and some on other parts. On 7th of June i was submitted my complaint in Vasant Automobiles, Yesterday(24.06.09) one of your service engineer Mr. Rohit Nigam came to Vasant Automobiles & he saw my bike then he told me that it is not manufacturing defect, i want to know if it is not manufacturing defect then wthat is this, why it is being defect of colour on my bike, Mr. Rohit Nigam is not able for the post of Service Engineer/Inspection Engineer/Observer according to me, because he told me that it is other colour from above side, then i told him that i[censored] r right then prove it that it red colour spots are from above side & then Mr. Rohit Nigam was quite. Company is responsible for it & Now I want replacement of some these parts which is defected.
                                      In this regard your earliest action will be highly appreciate.

                                        Dear viewers i brought a honda activa from citi honda lingarajapuram hrbr layout bangalore but i am repenting why i brought it they tell you free service but when you take it to them they charge you money for oil and extra lubrication for smooth running but these fraudsters they cheat u like hell please after the service please open the oil cap and please check weather they is oil inside or not before leaving and please do not buy any extra Assoceries like seat cover or crash guard because it is much cheeper in the market they sell it very costly inside the show room i had given it for free service twice once at hrbr layout and once at lingarajpuram bangalore but these people they never did not do any thing except washing the veichle my went under a toss in two months thanks to my mechinic whom i showed and when he open the oil cap and saw i was shocked to see no oil inside atall and when he drained the oil and saw it was fully black if i had left it for more time my veichle would have ceased so please i request you to please take legal action against the service centre people and please check before leaving and another advice is please do not go to the hond activa autharised service station for free service instead please go to any mechinic he will do a better job then they people

I given my Honda Activa for the Repairing it on[protected] at Eternal Motors' work shop, Bhavnagar.Saurashtra, Gujarat, and commitment was given back my vehicle after 1 week it means about 03/12 or 04/12/2011, but till on date I did'nt got my vehicle and they told me that we have no spare parts with us,
