Sir/Madam,

I, B Venkatesh resident of malkajgiri owener of HH Passion plus Reg No AP 29K 4275 dated 12/2005 from Phoenix motors Uppal Hubsiguda, since than I insist on showroom servicing only to get good service. But now with deep heartedly I am forced to complaint to lodge against your prime motors ECIL branch the complaint is as under :-

- I gave my bike for serciveing on 08 Mar Job card no 7070 and explained all the minor works to be carried out in it, including to top up the bty level and the routine check although it was working and giving good performance(Horn and indicators were good).

- At the time of delivery we noticed that the horn and indicators were not working so we were told that they have changed the distilled water and filled it with new water so it will take some time & should run few kms to hold charge and also told that the show room is not having the facility to charge the bty. This has happened at about 1900 Hrs on 08 Mar. On the faith of the manager and the mechanic we took the bike to house and the next ie on 09 Mar (sunday) morning we noticed that the bty of my bike was changed. I reported to the the showroom immediately they (works manager ) told me to get the bty deposited in the showroom for testing and clarification I deposited it on 10 Mar at 1800 hrs (works manager) told that he will send the bty to Exide showroom and get it tested. On the next day ie 11 Mar at 1900 Hrs when we went for the bty the works manager was not present and moreover he has not even handed over the bty to his soubordinate. No one on the reception counter was aware of my bty and also they delt roughly with us( his words were we do not know where is your bty and my manager has not briefed anything about your bty) then after a small argument he trace it out and found it in the stores upstairs near the bty charger. and got it fitted to my bike. They denied there statement they haven't got it tested with any of the Exide dealer and gave me the same bty charged. I am not satisfied with the dealling of your staff and I am sorry to say that I will think 100 times to give my bike for servicing in your show room or to recommend your showroom to any of my friend. So please look into the matter and do the needful to me and see that in future such thing never repeats.

Note :- Sir, please see that the bty charging facility is established in your showroom / Exide showroom.

I have purchased hero honda motorcycle from the market due to the good reputation of the company ,
but after some time i feel shameful due the poor service response from the authorized dealer M/S VENUS AUTOMOTER , THANDI SARAK , MALERKOTLA {PUNJAB).

They always neglect the customer ,and misbehaver on the spot , which is shamefully we always keep in mind the reputation of the company in the international market and always support to increase the sale of your motorcycle by points system made 57000 points which is so important in the market for the company reputation.

They charges extra money of spare parts of the motorcycle which is the bluff with the customer and dangers for the company reputation in the market.

Please check and reply soon. We also informed to your Chandigarh office ,but they ignore , I don't know why they are not taking care from the customer.

Not satisfied with service and behavior of the staff

I, Uttam Kumar Verma resident of 16/1298 Indira Nagar Lucknow owener of HH super splendor Reg No UP 32 BJ 7840 29K dated 14/03/2005 from Sun Motors Faizabad Road, Lucknow since than I insist on showroom servicing only to get good service. But now with deep heartedly I am forced to complaint to lodge against your Sun Motors Service Center Faizabad road Lucknow the complaint is as under-
1-my bike was suffering from excess smoking because cylinder STD kit was not working properly.
2-the staff of the service center was said whreas you make your free services there you claim for warranty.
3-at the 3rd day they agree for claim of warranty for my bike a amount of Rs.400.00 as extra charge[Suvidha shulk ] and make claim for my bike. they fill warranty card with wrong details
like date and Kms as 6th free service coupon No.011215was not used for service that is attached with my service book till now.

I have bought hunk on 15-02-08, i didn't ride before so i don't know about the hunk bike, i trust hero honda thats why i bought that bike.. i am really happy to ride that bike. because the mileage is more than 50/litre and more smoother than other bikes.after 670 kilometers i gave the bike for first service . when i gave my bike for service afterthat it cause more trubble and mileage is very low(less than 40)and noise was came .. so again i went to service and told everything about that but no use i am really very upset . service is not good. i asked the service supervisor, he told again give your vehicle for service. is this good answer, i lose my trust about hero honda. hereafter i wont give the service to herohonda totally waste. if you are not fix this problem please return my money or fix it properly and quickly, two times i told . again and again same problem .i will tell this matter to all my friends those who all willing to buy hunk, kindly take the action immediately.

Dear Sir/madam,
i have a hero hoda hunk engine no. 3EA7GL03787.I have taken it from RAYMON MOTORS, 4-Yeshwant Niwas Road, Near Rani Sati Gate, INDORE-3, M.P.
I have given it for service there but there attitude and behavior is very harsh and service is done very poor and after service i have checked my bike they have broken the side cover near tank and when i told them about this they said it was as it is. Sir please see in matter otherwise i think hero honda will lose there consumer belive soon.because of this i am thinking that i have done mistake after taking this bike after giving preference over other companies bike in this segment.

    Dear manager,

    My bike was services couple of days ago in "ACE MOTORS" at Sri Krishna Nagar, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.

    They didnt do the service neatly even poor water servcing, and normal servicing.

    They have different charges are mentioned on bill. some of things are "consumables" and etc. i asked what is the "consumables". they told that they used kirosine for cleaning the bike. is it correct do the authorized servcing center. if you continue this the things noboday goes do the servicing at authorized centers. please take the necessary actions on them and do the needful.

    HERO HONDA PASSION PLUS ALLOY — NOT SATISFIED

    Dear Sir,

    Sub: Complaint about the Hero Honda Passion plus Alloy.
    Ref: Vehicle No: TN 22 BA 4276

    I wish to bring to your kind attention the problems, mental pressure and expenses
    I faced only because of the bike I have purchased from you.

    I wish to explain briefly about the incidents happened:

    I have purchased this vehicle on 13th February 2008 through your dealer Sri Srinivasa Automobiles, Chromepet, Chennai – 600 047.

    When I started driving this vehicle I faced the following problems:

    1. Fork bend
    2. Struck in the engine
    3. Gear shifting problem
    4. Engine Noise
    5. No pick up
    6. No mileage.

    So I gave vehicle for service at 500km as on now the vehicle reached 2900 km, during this period I gave the vehicle for service 5 times. Every time they are changing the parts in warranty. The detail list is enclosed. If we are buying the second hand vehicle also we will not be facing the problems like this.

    Regarding this problem I have spoken to Mr. Amarnath of Hero Honda Motors, Zonal office Chennai (PH: 28111600 /[protected]. He asked me to meet Mr. Sridhar Rao in the dealers place and they said they will check the bike and rectify all the problems. Again I am facing the same problems. In the last service also they have changed the two parts.

    I want to know whether I have purchased the new vehicle?. Or I am cheated with rejected one.

    I am enclosing all the papers for your consideration, kindly replace my bike with new one, if not I will move this problem to Consumer Court and also inform the press.

    Kindly take necessary action to resolve this problem at the earliest.

    I have Hero Honda super Spender (Bike), i purchased from shiva shankar motors, nad kotha road, vizag.
    As I feel servicing center gives good service that getting service done from Hero Honda service center.
    But I have experienced problem always related to the quality of service.

    4 months back I complaint to service station for Bike pickup, he said bore has got a problem. He charged for RS 5300 ( Five thousand three hundered rupees ) but again I got same problem in a few days, I went to service station he changed bore rings, but my bike mileage has been gone down, Actually my Bike was giving 70 km/pl, but now I am getting 35 to 40 km only. That is why iam phasing problems, what should I do?

    I purchased on Splendor NXG from SHIV AUTO MOBILES G-1/A Kalka ji on[protected]. its almost Five Month completed but I did not received my Registration Certification till data. I visited at Shiv Auto Mobile more then 45 time (after every three day) and more then 100 time I called on landline. I talked with Mr. sunil also Owner of Shiv Auto but I always got bad response (aap ka kaam ho raha hai, ho jaye ga, hum kar rahe hai) This time I m help less I don’t have my RC that’s why I m not able to drive my bike from last two months.


    Today I surprise that he lost my certificate which I given to him for RC. It’s really making me irritating and I m loosing my trust on the company.

    Today I don’t have any other option I need your good response to done my work on urgent basis..

    i have puchased HERO HONDA SPLENDOR PLUS REG NO, UP-70 AY 3891 DATED 4 MAR 2009 from KANHA MOTORS ALLAHABAD, after 7 month i meet an accident and my fuel tank is higly dented due to insurance the kanha motor replace my fuel tank with another old one which is refinished and it can be easily looks thats and and charged me the full new tank price of 5% due to insurance now its a very poor service in KANHA MOTORS they have not look attention towards bike problem at service time i complain the average is fall down from 70 kmpl to 40 kmpl but after service the problem is still same and again n again complain but nobody care about it all the mechanics & supervisors r highly irresposibile, m fully unsatisfied about the KANHA MOTORS ALLAHABAD, and all its mechanical staff, , sir please help me and tell me now what i do about these problems and what action i take against KANHA MOTORS, ,

    With refrence to my purchase of a HH-Splender + on 23 December.2009, from Authorised Dealer in Jaipur named Morani Motors. Just after one day on 24 December what I observed that the gap between Battery compartment/pannel is more than the other vehicles as usual in normal vehicle. I reported the same to the same dealer, they tried their best but without ultimate genuine satisfaction telling that when the HH-engineer/company engineer will come then oly this problem can be rectified/you will be satisfied.
    Sir, this way HH-company may get bad name due to lack of personal diagnostic skill at the authorised HH-show room.
    Please rectify my problem immeditely as far as possible so that my trust on HH can remain ontouched.

    मैंने दिनांक ५-११-२००९ को एक मोटर साइकिल हीरो होंडा ग्लौमौर जवाहर मोटरडेल्ही रोड मुरादाबाद से मैं रेगिस्त्रतिओन ४६८६२ रुपीस की खरीदी थी जिसके अगले पहिये के मदगार्ड का रंग फेट था जिस की मैंने दिनांक ११-११-२००९ को agiency पर शिकायत की थी agency के सलेमनेगेर दुँरा भरोसा दिलाया गया था की पहली सर्विस मैं tefcoat कत्वादिया जायेगा और आपकी गाढ़ी के madguard का रंग सही हो जायेगा जिसके लिए उन्होंने ५-११-२००९ को ही ४०० रूपए की रसीद काटी थी जिसका रसीद no ८८४ है दिनांक २४-१२-२००९ को पहली सर्विस के बाद भी madguard सही नहीं हुआ agency से टोलफ्री no लाकर बात करने पर आपके कार्यालय का no ०५२२२७२१२१९ दिया गया जिस पर बात करने पर ४ घंटे बाद जवाब देने को कहा गया लकिन उसके बाद से आज तक न तो कोई जवाब दिया गया और न ही मेरा फ़ोन रेसिएवे किया जा रहा है मेरे दुआरा हीरो होंडा सर्विस इंजिनियर मिस्टर जावेद के मोबाइल नो ९९२७००२८७१ पर फ़ोन किया गया उनके दुआरा संतोषजनक उत्तर नहीं दिया गया और मुझसे ये पुछा गया की तुम्हे मेरा नो कहा से मिला बिना किसी वजह के क्यों फ़ोन कर रहे हो और कहा गया के पहले आप ये बताये के आपके पास मेरा नो कहा से आया और मेरी बात भी नहीं सुनी गयी मैं जब से लाकर अभी तक बोहत परेशान हूँ अगर आपके दुआरा मेरी समस्या का समाधान ३ दिन के अंदर नहीं किया जाता है तो मैं consumerforum मुकदमा डालने पर मजबूर हूँगा .

    Sub: Complaint against Hero Honda service centre
    Re : Passport no: 07J05C11028

    My bike was given for services on May 12, 2010 in "City Works - Milap Service Station" at 14, Ashutosh Mukherjee Road, Kolkata 700020. But the service was very poor, I had complaint and give the bike again on May 17, 2010. They had delivered my bike on May 19, 2010 after complete servicing. Now they had fitted the Clutch plate and brake loosely, which I didn’t understand at the time of delivery. In the evening the loosely fitted clutch opens and I was to meet with an accident. Since there was no vehicle I was saved.
    Now I went to the service station again on May 20, 2010, the manager of the service station scolded on the service engineer and asks me to repair my bike.

    I cannot ride my bike properly, my riding is not smooth as it was earlier. I find it several problems now. I cannot understand what I should do now. Please advice.

    Hero Honda is panelizing me because I had done regular servicing of my bike from your authorised service center. Please take the necessary actions on them and do the needful at the earliest.

    I have purchased a CD Delux powerstart from DASARATH MOTORS, Vijayawada on[protected]. As I wish to avail my first service on[protected], I handed over my vehicle. At about 4 p.m. I went there to take my bike and I was asked to pay Rs. 572/- as they have done polishing my new vehicle without my consent and change of oil. I argued with them why did I pay for polishing without my permission. As they insisted I paid as they said. I need not get polished my bike as it was a new only. Further they are insisting to pay much amount for the mean quality accessories such as seat covers, rear view mirrors etc. .

    Dealer give prize 45300 but after 3 day price 505 extra dealer said hero Honda 505 price add in bike.
    I am said ok they give me bike at 45805 Rs + 600 accrues I want bike but they give me 600 rs extra.
    I am not buy accreioces delar said we not give you bike without accreicoces .

    this is gourav from sgnr. i have 4 hero honda bikes. i have purchased a hero honda pleasure on 3-9-10. when i reached to the service station for first free service the sevice incharge make my entry n keep bike with him. after 4 hours when i hv reached back i saw my bike ws not touched. when i ask for the service they said this is a free service and it will b done after all paid service. and can take a hole day. so m not satesfied with them behavior. i request all the people do not buy any hero honda bike.. for any confermation company can contact me on [protected]
    The service of M/S sadguru automobile (hero honda service center), katargam, surat, gujarat is very poor. I have motorcycle of cd dawn modle.I am servicing my bike regularly at above mentioned service station since last 3 yrs.During last servicing dated 3-2-2011 the oil chamber thread for draing oil damaged during the oil change.I have complained the staff, they advice me for thread repair at out side source.Kindly do needful action and revert to e-mail id [protected]@essar.com

    PHOENIX HERO HONDA MOTORS — poor quality of battery and poor response from the dealers

    I recently purchased passion pro with self start in the month of December, 2010, from the PEONEX motors, Beside Genpact, Habsiguda, Hyderabad. I got self start problem after the first service. I went to the workshop and informed them about the problem. After they checked it, I was told that battery is low and asked to get the battery recharged outside. As they suggested, I went to EXIDE battery service shop outside and gave the battery to get it recharged. After one day, that person from EXIDE service said, battery is not getting recharged, as the second cell from +point is failed. I was informed that the battery has to be replaced. I came back to the herohonda workshop and inofrmed the problem and gave it to them. After 25 days, I was called to collect the battery. They fixed same battery. Then I thought that the problem might be solved. But after I went outside, I came to know that the problem remains same and not rectified. on 11the feb, I again came back to workshop. After he checked the responce form in which the statement was given that lying battery for long period was the problem, he said, the code of the statement was not matching with this battery code. I was asked to give the battery again, He takes care of it, he said. It has been 15 days over, I didnt get any response from them. presently I am riding the bike without battery from the date of first serivce. It is so horrible in the city. I am not satisfied with the bike and service. I am complaining as I lost patience in waiting for the battery. I think I can expect your reply.

    Hero Honda — regarding poor servicing

    I gave my scooty hero honda pleasure to the service centre in nagda named as KANTHED AUTOMOBILES. I gave my vehicle on date 29 october. My vehicle silencer had broken and dealer says that the parts will come in 5-6 days and and they will handover the vehicle to me in 2-3 days. But now it is one month over and I have not got my vehicle. All the time they are just making excuses. Sometimes they just said that they are waiting for the parts to come from city and sometime they are saying that this sort of problem they faced first time. It is not that also that my payment is due. I had given them the entire payment as a cash at the time of purchasing itself. The manager of the showroom also talked rudely with me.

    I have recently purchase a bike(Glamour) from Hero honda showroom i.e. Ms. Pashupati Motors, Devil Road, Khanpur New delhi on 19.02.2012 till i have purchased it "Self Start" not working due to battery problem. I have gone three times in Hero Honda workshop they have charged it and said now it is ok finally they told to replace battery. I have gone to showroom from where i have purchased this bike they told to go direct exide battery showroom and change it.I want to know whether this is my responsibilty to go again and again to Hero Honda people. Workshop employees have not even manner to talk. If this is customer support of Hero Honda then I am really unsatisfied from Hero Honda Services.

    iam prakash from chennai, am using the hero honda cbz extreme 2012 model. i came to know about that the service centers are mis use the customers property like changing the new parts and replaced the old parts, in make is like that i have a problem in suspension in shock absorber is not good when i riding my bike in up&downs means (speed breaker) i feel the suspension is not good then am not realize at the time i think it of the air pressure is not good after my 6 free service is complete now am going to give my bike for paid service the service center people said about the expiry of my shock absorber so within a year the need of change the shock absorber need to change means the quality of the shock absorber is up to the product value is not good i think so the option is either the product is not good or the replace the new parts to old parts by service center people illegally, to solve the problem in future in the hands of hero honda manufacturers are trying to take necessary action like specific indentification numbers in (battery) all important spares like shock absorbers of every vechiles

    Myself is Keya Saraswati, purchased one Brio No. WB06 AB 7050 registered at Kolkata Motor Vehicles on 27th November, 2012 (Tax Token date) but sorry to write I did not get till now my SMART CARD for the said vehicle in spite of several following up.
    This car is self driven and as almost 6 months crossing (with a few days) I have to get pollution certificate but without smart Card
    it's not possible and without Pollution certificate to run the vehicle on road it's a offense.

    I don't know what to do to get my smart card.

    Nobody is telling the fact for this delay from your Dealer's Office "Chandrani Enterprise Pvt Ltd" Kolkata.

    I'm fed up with such a bad after sell service.

    I am br.Shinto Chalil from mumbai, Vasai, I have given Our Unicorn Bike for the Servicing in Aditdya Honda Service Center in Vasai West. Last time I have given for Servicing in the Honda service center in Range office, Vasai East.But I am not Satisfied at all with their Service.Only for the name sake they did Something.I am using Honda bike from many years. And I use two honda bikes still and still I was advicing to my friends & relative to use Honda Bikes. But Hereafter I have to think about it.Because I am not satisfied at all the dealings & the services of the above mentioned service Centers.Some of them even ill-treated me when I approch for Servicing. Last week I approched them for servicing 4 times.and today[protected]they recived my vechicle for servicing & they promised me to give me my bike at 5.30 pm . but they not even could finish half of the work. So kindly take A favourable action . And teach them to behave to the customers in a polite manner.

    yesterday I have given by to wheeler HH splendor + for service in Sri Gopal, Automobiles, Tirupathi of Chittoor district, of Andhra Pradesh, they are simply collecting the amount but service is very very bad, I requested to change Lock, Change of Oil, and Side Stand
    they changed oil, and side stand, and collected Rs.990/- they are not changed the lock or fixed new one.

    After findout by myself, I asked them for changing of lock at the time of 7.45pm they are giving simply there is no stock in their
    spare parts shops, what I am asking eventhough they delivering the vehicles of service they should not tell the customer, which part
    is changed or which spare parts are not available with them, simply delivering the vehicle to customers.

    A customer why should coming to Hero Honda dealer for service purpose, they are doing neat and clean work, but it is not in Tirupathi
    branch. I request you please advise concerned staff to treat the customer by giving full information at the time of delivery of serviced
    vehicles.

      i have this problem from the date of purchase. my bike stop any time while running and whe i try to start again its got start but when i give accelerator its got off. To remove that problem that time i have to switch off of ignition switch than re switch on the service center's manager this time advice to me for changing of battery i alredy change it but after change the battery this problem not remove .       I have purchased cd deluxe in October 2007 from Northern motors kanpur (vide engine no.07H25F53582). earlier it was giving a fine average of 50 but the proble, wsa engine got heated too much. I contacted the service centre of above stated showroom. they rectified the prob.at that time. but after the first average also degraded and engine gets heated early not as previous. Now i have used my third free service but prob of engine heating and average is still there. Is it crucial to engine them what should i do?

        Poor responce at the service center. even the delear do not know about the vehicle parts life. this the 3rd time iam facing this problem at the service center. the front wheel ther is some noise in the disc brake.. i changes the pads also .. it is not rectified properly.

        there are no efficient service people who could solve the problem.
        ther are not serious about the customer complaints

        The service center is Mody Motors,New bowenpally,secunderabad.
        the delear Name is Mehta.
        He is so stupid that he dont know the life of parts.
        he tells everything is ther in the book. after checking i could not found the solution

          I have the same problem on my bike even after giving it for service. So far, not even once I saw the fuel indicator reading to be correct. All the time, the Reserved point keeps blinking.

            I have had the most horrid of experience today which left me thinking is it only me who has to face this situation or is this the story of every unlucky person who has bought a Honda bike. At time of buying my bike I was thinking about the legendary Japanese technology & customer focus. But the technology can be imported not the customer focus this I have learnt the hard way.

            My Sad Story:-

            In the first week of Dec 07 I sent my friend to service the bike as I was facing some problems with my fuse. The officer at the Honda service center in Thane (Sai point Honda pvt. Ltd.) Gave a talk off that as my service date is 25th of December I will not be able to service this bike now. Thinking this to be true coming from a officer on duty I had no option but to have my problem corrected at road side mechanic. How found a lose wire causing the fuse to burn-out. He did this in 2 mints flat. The BIG Honda service technician was not fit to diagnose a small problem.

            As I was not able to come back on the 25th Dec 07 & because of some family problems I took the bike in today for a service (5th Feb 08). To my utter surprise they refused to honor the 4th free service. When I pointed out the fact that you had refused to take the bike in 1st week of Dec 07 they refused to hear me out. The Manager was rude and to the point this was a take it or leave it situation. He also said go and complain to any one go even to Japan & no body will hear you.

            WHY should I have to lose one free service? I have first approached Honda within the time frame. They should take responsibility of same.

            I would like to say out of the 3 joys Honda philosophy is based on Joy of buying is some thing I have lost.

            The advice to all my friends is you can have a good bike but it is no good without proper service & that is Customer Service. We should be sure the company is not out to robe us from our rightful dues.

            I would like to register a strong protest against the pathetic service given to me by the Honda service center and forcing me to lose one free service which was my right.

              I purchased Hero Honda Cbz Extreme on 29'Jan'2007 (NOIDA) and that time i received an Insurance OVER NOTE NO from the dealer, It supposed to be expired on 28'Jan'2008. I visited ICCLOMBARD to renew my Bike insurance, but there i got to know that my policy was not generated, I had a long discussion with them and they told me the dealer is responsible for this, I visited the HERO HONDA also they said we can not give u your previous policy but we can renew ur policy without the previous policy. I asked him to renew the policy he renewed it and asked the payment to be done in cash, I said i can only give you cheque as a proof you give the cash receipt. He denied. I have been charged for my bike insurance policy but did not received any kind of document from ICCLOMBARD. So now if i do not receive any documents the HERO HONDA i will sue the hero Honda center for cheating me, Plz do something about this problem.

                Dear sir/madam
                I purchased the Bike Hero Honda Extreme on 5/3/2007 from Pasupati Motros, Adchini, New Delhi ,and after two days i complaint that the rear break is givig KAT KAT sound and front brake was not working properly.After repeated complaints the front breaks were changed from some other used bike and rear is still same.
                from 2nd service i am regularly complaining that Bike is giving smoke but you service engineer is ignoring and giving excuses that the petrol is not proper.After regular complaints they opened the engine on 5th service and they changed some engine parts and since then other kind of sound is coming from the engine and i am regularly complaining about the same and your service engineer kept on ignoring the issue.
                Today also service engineer say some of the engine parts are damaged / faulty.
                After these problems I do not want to have the same bike because it is giving problem since the day one and i can not go to service center every now and then.
                I have left the bike at service center of Pasupati Motors at Devli road, Khanpur and i want it replaced.

                  I have purchased hero honda cbz extreme on march 2007 it is just 10 months old and 7000 km done . I am facing serious problems with my bike right from begining of my purchase and I have been telling the people in bhanu automobiles kukatpally about the problems and they are least bothered. In the forth service {free} he changes the engine head parts now the engine has lost its bore due to that change my bike is having warranty and they refuse to give new one and moreover whenever i go I only see the workers available and the manager invisible . they give me a phone no and that mobile is always switched off his name is ravi shankar (sales manager) bhanu automobiles kukatpally hyderabad . I think the hero honda cbz extremes have come out with major manufacturing defects and the managers are hiding themselves from the customers since they do not have any answers for the customers questions . I would also like to thank the hero honda manufacturers for having such a great idea of putting used sedcond hand spare parts into one mass and produce avehicle naming hero honda cbz extreme. the show room guys are unable to deal with my bike and are hiding themselves to face me because it is a major defect and they do not have any answer so friends be carefull with hero honda cbz extreme . I expect the managers to contact me atleast after seeing this complaint (BHANU AUTOMOBILES KUKATPALLY HYDERABAD) is one authorised show room to cheat people so friends please be carefull before they steal 66,5000 (price of cbz extreme ) from your valuable earnings . for any comments you can contact me with the information provided above.

                    I bought a Honda City last year.
                    Honda City VTec last year. My experience with the car and service has been very disappointing.
                    In the new car, there was a problem with the window. It would often not go up completely. Obviously, it was extremely inconvenient to drive a car and park it when I was not sure if the window would close or not. I took it to Windsor Honda, in Kolkata and the lady told me flatly “This is a common problem with the car. These automatic windows are designed for other countries. Not for humid and polluted environments like India.” Subsequently I went to her boss, the service manager. He rubbished her claims and promised that the problem would be taken care of.
                    Since then, every time I have sent the car for service, the window has had to be “repaired”. The problem persists.
                    So bad has been the service that once I had to wait for a month to get my car back from Windsor Honda. I spoke to everyone from the mechanic to the GM Mr. Varun Khanna. And Mr. Khanna told me “Imagine, there are only 2 hospitals in the city and many patients. There is bound to be delays!” I couldn’t believe that Honda compares itself with failed municipal medical care system. I sent letters to all the available Honda contacts in India and in Japan and filed a complain with Honda 121. But I did not receive and reasonable response.

                    hellow, my car is honda city-s ivtec new model from peninsular honda and i fitted the alloy wheel which i brought from outside (make HRS) .Now i found that the rear suspension is not working properly the passengers sitting behind getting jerk on their spine but there is no problem with the front suspension.
                    The honda dealers says that this is due to alloy wheel which u brought and there is no problem with the suspension, which is very hard to believe
                    Do you think what the dealers says is right? or from where i can get an answer

                    My honda car driving become very uncomfortable and the passengers sitting behind gets lifted up even though you through a small hump,
                    pls someone give me any address i mean honda service engineer where i can get an answer about the cars defects.

                      Iam owning a HONDA SHINE bike which is giving less maileage of 40 km/lit .Now my bikes third servicing also over till now also it is giving less maileage . I contacted with the concerned department but there is no good response from HONDA DEALERS.
                      I buyed it at ADHI HONDA malakpet .Now what i have to do i dont know plz help me.

                      At first i made many complaints vai mail n in personal.They responded, but never admited my claim.
                      they said its common with all honda shines' as the bike is meant only for city drives and they with see to it after the completion of 3000 kms.
                      but i didnt let them ease off like that.i complainted many times more. but that too didnt find it's way.So with the help of an advocate i filed a
                      case against them together with producing a medical certificate proving the ill effects caused to health by such irregular shaky drives. As soon as
                      they got the court notice,took immediate action, called me up to solve the issue,by settling my amt and taking back the bike.
                      settlement was made up for Rs 50000. only deducting a sum of Rs 1218 from my purchase price of Rs 51218.)
                      Attaching here withthe complaints i mailed to Honda shine.
                      I have got the millage of 50 klm/lt after 2nd service oil change after 3rd time service i got below 40 klm/lt. Now what to do please guide me properly.

                      what i heard and what i got is completely different the day i purchased the honda shine. it delivers only 40kml in normal highway even if i drive in 40-50km speed. Moreover it looks like the bike is in 3rd gear even if it is in 4th gear. its speed is like 100 cc bike though the pickup is good.
                      Please buy a new TVS Flame which increases the more milage.you can get 100kl/l and also the price is too low which is at 50K
                      Honda SHINE bike is perfectly ok, but the fitting of Head Light DOOM is very delicate, please observe this problem, and kindly send me an reply

                      I have a Honda Shine for 23 months (just less than 2 years). I am very much satisfied with it with power, pickup, mileage, comfort, etc. I get a mileage of 70 kmpl in Bangalore. I drive at 40 kmph and the traffic is less (on Mysore Road where my office is). Narasimhan R.
                      I have booked a honda shine bike 2 days back.they said that the product will get deliver within 75 days, why they are taking that much of time

                      i had buy a honda shine exactly one year ago which giving chain sporcket problems severly. this not only my complaint, even also my friends who are using same honda shine are also getting same problem and also shine is giving more trouble in morning to start.
                      I brought Honda shine last November and i find there's no problem till date.Mileage is around 53-55km/litre, in the city.

                      Though i had some initial hiccups with the dealers who are not all reponsive otherwise the Bike has no problem and I'm much satisfied.It' better than buying Splendour or passion plus, would recommend this bike who are planning to buy.

                      I agree in toto. Honda is a bakwaz company which is playing frauds on the poor buyers by claiming big features like mileage which does not come with the bike. I purchased the bike about one year ago and the mileage I got from it was just 40-43 km/lt at a constant speed without change of gear and brakes at the prescribed speed at a stretch of 43 km which I used to undertake twice a day one year ago. All consumers should file a case of fraud against the company and deposit their bikes and demand for a a full refund. These companies should be taught a lessons.

                      Hey there!
                      this is a standard problem in Honda Shine, there are few things to check if it is driver's prooblem

                      1. Full tank petrol
                      2. Drive the vehicle only @ 40KMPH not beyond that
                      3. Avoid changing the gear very often.

                      Do this untill your petrol gets over, then again fill your tank with 2 liter petrol and test the mileage, if the vehicle is still giving you the same problem reach out to the service centre else you its yours always.

                      I have given my bike on monday (02/02/2009) to Honda showroom (kukatpally) for servicing and headlight changing purpose, I have claimed insurance also. The insurance dept also approved on 03/02/2009, But till today i have not received the bike. Today morning, i have asked the service personnel, they said it takes one week. This type of worst show room services i never seen in other products. Headlight changing is the one hour job, but they are taking one week for headlight change.


                      The servicing also not providing completely. They are not done proper cleaning also.

                      I own honda shine, its been 2 months now. Everything is fine but only problem is with its gear shifting, it makes huge sound while shifting the gear.

                      also it becomes neutral many times unexpectedly, i mean the gear remains in intermediate position, this makes me iritating in driving the same, if any body have similar problem please reply me, i request advise on this. thanks in advance

                      It is regret to say that I am an unfortunate customer of Honda. Unfortunately I bought one Hond Shine from Marikkar Motors, Trivandrum, Kerala on[protected]. Now almost 23, 000 kms had been over.

                      From the begining itself I am getting only 40-45 Kilometers per litre. I complaint it so many times to this irresponsible service centre. First they told me that it would be solved after 10, 000kilometers. Then they told It would be alright after 20, 000kms. Still the problem persists. Two times they forced me to change the chain and sprocket and break pad of rear wheel. Now they are telling it is the problem with the jet or something and they changed the low spead jet. The e high speed the jet is not available with them, they told

                      When I approached them to buy the vehicle, they told me to get 60-65KMs. I think it really cheating.
                      Last month when I gave the vehicle for tightening the chain, I lost the lower part of chair cover. Now they are telling they are not responsible fot that. It is too horrible I think.

                      Last month One Mr.Ravi from Banglore(Service Engineer) came over Trivandrum and after hearing my problem from the Service Manager of Marikkar, even hesitant to inspect my vehicle. Hero Honda Spelnder or passion is far better than Shine in terms of pick up and Milage.The gear is big headche, even if I am at 4 th gear also will feel as if it is still at Third Gear it self.

                      I dont know the fault is with the Hond Company or Marikkar. Unless you take initiative to solve my proble, I will be forced to take legal actions against your company and Marikkar. It is my humble request to appoint technically known persons in your Service Centres.

                      I think it is the problem of almost all the honda shine customer. You either stop this rubbish model or the rectified version. I am really fed up with this bike.

                      I have purchased Honda Shine in October 2007. Bike is good in terms of PickUp and Mileage.
                      Even the Engine sound is also very less. Giving mileage of 60 while driving singly. In case of double riding, mileage will be around 55-58 kms. The only problem i observed after completing 12000 kms is the sound in chain sprocket. Except the above, i dont have any problems. It came to my notice that this
                      problem is with all Honda Shine Bikes. The company has to keep a check on this.

                      I have purchased a honda shine in[protected] it is now 42000KM about, first it need to replace chainset at 15K after around 1 year at 32000KM, chainset starts again sound problem. I replaced it now after 8-10 months at 42000KM it starts again sound problem, Its really a big problem even after till date all services taken from Authorized Service Center(G.S. Honda - Football Chowk - Jalandhar).

                      Yes. It's true. Service at Adi Honda, Malakpet, Hyd is worst. There is no one to supervise over there. Don't know what they will do in servising. It's big question mark. When we go take delivery they will say it is ready. When we check the bike dust will be as it is. If this is the case with the physical appearance, then hope there will not be any servicing. After servicing problems start. It would be better if Honda management India looks in to this. Hope they are already aware of this. I got astonished when I saw above comment. It means Adi Honda servicing has a black mark already. It's time to take action.

                      hii im francis its been one and half years i buyed the bike, , , and honda service centers are one of the worst i never saw in other service station and the bike has got chain spracket problem not only mine but also other who buyed, , , i want to know is there any other parts which will get repaired soon, if yes pls suggest earlier, , , ,
                      I own Shine from last 8 months and the bike has given me total unsatisfaction. Its pricing is too high (ridiculus) for the quality what they are supplying. I think Bajaj or conventional Hero Honda would have been much better choice. On the top of that the dealers and service centres are bunch of Arrogant people who belives only in selling, billing and not concerned at all about after-sales service.
                      i buyed honda shine 15 days back, while riding i had severe pain in my right shoulder, ankle and upper arm. the handle was little bit tight. when i asked at the dealer shop he told that all the bikes are comming with little bend in fork. we will check it while in 1st service only. even in 1st service also no service given to my byke. it is still giving severe pain to my hand.
                      very poor performance of trained service technicians at service show rooms. i purchased at Guntakal show room, Anantapur district, AP state.
                      AP 02 T/R AB 8822 is my vehicle temporary registration number. kindly advice me what to do and whom to consult and where to get proper service.

                      I own blue colour Shine purchased in feb 2008.
                      Very good pickup millage i have so for driven 12000 kms no problem at all.
                      Only problem i face is that chain spraket od giving some sound when we ride it in hard uneven surface.

                      Otherwise i recommend honda sine very good veichle.

                      This is the mail regarding the complaint about the mileage of the bike. I have purchased HONDA SHINE on the dated 10/02/2009. At the time of purchasing mileage was 75kmpl. However, after third servicing it is 50kmpl.
                      I have made complaint to the dealer, but I am not satisfied yet.

                      however, i am not in possession of this bike, but desire to have one, seeing the mileage and head lamp problem, whether these have been ractified, also the rear tyre does not go with the size of the bike, i think the company now should think of new version, it seems that old bike is being despatched to india, new bike with digital meter, 5 gear transmission, executive smart look may be 110 to 125 cc with average of 50-60 kmps, engine is ok, but vibration after 60 is unberable, which needs 5th gear response. please take care of name of HONDA.
                      You said that u feel like you are in 3rd gear even if it is in 4th. this is because honda shine has very short gearing. To rectify this problem, you have to fit the front sprocket of the unicorn on your bike. You will need to make the sprocket a little thinner as the shine has a thinner chain. This will also help you on the milege front.
                      october 23 i purchase a shine, when drive my vehicle a small noise in engine and silence ejecting white smoke morning session, then after day i asked showroom mechanic they tell to me no problem sir when you come 1st service the problem will we solve it, but i done my service[protected] the problem is not solved, i asked another time, the mechanic say the connecting problem, and that day i discussed to ur service engineer, he tell to me no problem if it is engine side problem we will change the problematic item (begin or something else) .
                      then thirdday the mechanics change my vehicle begin and bore pistin setup, but still im facing same problem the showroom persons not resolving the problem, what will i do, already mailed (13/11/09) to honda customer care, the customer care doesn't giving reply for the problem, if the problem ur not solved i will go to consumer court. pls. give reply as soon as possible, Dealer Name : SAMRAT MOTORS

                      I have booked Honda shine on Dec 2nd, 09. just now while browsing i have read many complaints raised by many disheartants all over india.
                      By reading all these comments i am into an understanding that the bike is not giving a proper milleage, which it supposed to give nd have some defects in body parts.

                      A straight question to the Honda, am completely into state of confusion whether to go for this or not. so plz be open in ur response.

                      I Have purchased a Honda Shine Bike in August'2008 at Dealer "Noble Honda" Tiruchengode, Namakkal Dt, Tamil Nadu,
                      In my vehicle, there is problem in clerch, gear box or other parts vehicle, when reliving the axilater, the vehivcle totally goes did slow or stop, there is no freeness in riding. I told them to retify the problem from the biging, they could not be retified the problem still now.
                      How to retify the this problem?
                      If you need the vehicle to make test drive or retification, where and when will I give it?
                      Threr is no satisfaction to drive the vehicle
                      So kindly retify the problem through your dealer & any your skilled personnal or make the replacement if any. Even if you not take actions about it, I surrender the vehicle with out any consideration where it has purchased

                      i have purchased a new honda shine in pavan honda, eluru on 9-9-2009 after first servicing no milage was come the milage betweer 45-49 only
                      I have a shine and I am facing similar problems. I feel that the engine is too powerful for the gears and rest of the bike. The bike / handbar vibrates above 60 km. Honda should take up the responsibility and correct bikes that are facing problems. Regarding service, I stopped taking it to the Honda service centre. My friend's TVS starcity gives 70kmpl and is low on maintenance. I should have bought a TVS bike.
                      Honda Shine is great value for money. My Shine has done 1000+ kms. It gives u a good pick up and still a decent mileage of 50+/ltr in city conditions. I truely "Enjoy the Quality".

I have current changed my hero honda passion and bought your brand honda shine 4 months before from your LAKSMI HONDA MADURAI. I have driven 6961kms. From the time of 2 nd service I have experinced these complaints i.e. OVER EMMISION OF SMOKE, TIMING PROBLEM, DROP IN MILAGE & PICKUP. in spite of repeated complaint to the above dealer even during my last 4 th service they never even bothered to rectify the complaint it remains the same. In all these years of driving I never experienced such a worst sevices from the Company like this.I need a remedy for the same failing which i may be forced to go to consumer forum to get the problem solved. expecting your immediate action.

                      Honda vehicles look very good until you start using them. After you purchase a Honda shine indeed it is horrible getting good service. Unfortunately I bought a Honda shine vehicle from Pratul Honda. Everytime getting service done is so painful. I never felt satisfaction with Pratul Honda service. It stops in middle of traffic without any reason. Pickup and mileage is pathetic!!

                      I strongly recommend people not to buy vehicle from Pratul Honda. Their service men are very inexperience and irresponsible. I recommend going to any roadside mechanic shop, they will charge you less.

                      don't go for HONDA SHINE.it's really ugly bike with vibration above 50km/hr.The dealers told that they can't make mi bike vibration free & explain that vibration s gud 4 health.i'm so worried being owned this bike.so don't b get cheated.i'm also confused that whether dis bike s fitted with speed limiter bcse it's acceleration s not good above 50km/hr.

                      At the time of servicing of honda shine from ganpati honda gurgaon they recomanded me to take extended warranty. I opted for 3 years extended warranty but now dealer says that it is ony for the engine.
                      Could you please tell/suggest me if it is extended warranty then why not the dealer is taking care of the other parts of the bike.

                      my shine wheel alinmant is not proper & during the runing bike contorl goes at one side
                      i have bought honda shine on[protected]. First day i observed - in reserve position, eventhough there is petrol in the tank the byke was not moving. From the day onwards the byke is stopping during slowing down, pressing clutch while changing the gear . Milage is only 30. Gear moment is alos not good . I am not satisfied with the byke.

They charged me Rs.400 for Carbon servicing as my bike running 2400 km at time servicing & they not mention in the bill. i complaint to Honda for this; I must say that the response was quick & they assure me that they will look in to this. After 10 days from servicing date Pratik Honda call me & gave Rs.400 return which they earlier charged for carbon servicing

                      Yes. No doubt you can go for Shine.

                      I purchased it on Mar 2010. Now its running 5th month.
                      Its a decent looking Bike & pickup is ultimate in which its comparable with other 125 cc bikes .

                      Its completed 5600 Kms in which I daily rode 25+25 Kms, i.e Totally 50 Kms. Until now only 2 services done. No other maintainence charge I made.

                      But Honda dealer - Silicon Honda, RV ROad, Bangalore are not at all giving proper service for the customers. I'm not satisfied with them & their Services. Honda has to look at this if they wanted to grow & retain their brand.


                      However some Negatives which I feel bad is:
                      1) Lack of 5th Gear as a result some noise when it is above 60km.
                      2) Rear tyre width is too small which lacks a lot from road grip.
                      Solution: We can change it by our own cost.
                      3) Cost is more compared to other 125 cc bikes.

                      I bought honda shine bike 10 months before from VINAYAK HONDA, G.S.ROAD, GUWAHATI.The dealer said that it will give mileage for around 60 to 65 km, but for me initially it gave 55kmpl, but now the condition is very worst it gives only 40 to 45 kmpl, i gave my bike for service at VINAYAK HONDA, GUWAHATI .

                      during gear shifting unexpected neutral come means the gear remains in intermediate position.

                      there is another problem of accelerator as it could not raise full means when we raise it to full level

                      I Own a Honda CB Shine in Bangalore (HET Engine) of 2015 Model, covered 12, 350 K.M. Performance of the bike is very good, but i am getting initial Starting problem, every day in the Morning. I have to keep it in choke for 2 Minutes to reach working temperature, else engine will not take load, (it will stop if i am accelerating even in neutral condition). Any good Suggestion from experts to over come this problem.

                        The servicing from EVM Honda (Trivandrum) is Poor
                        My Sad Story:-

                        In the first week of Dec 07 I sent my friend to service the bike as I was facing some problems with my fuse. The officer at the Honda service center in Thane (Sai point Honda pvt. Ltd.) Gave a talk off that as my service date is 25th of December I will not be able to service this bike now. Thinking this to be true coming from a officer on duty I had no option but to have my problem corrected at road side mechanic. How found a lose wire causing the fuse to burn-out. He did this in 2 mints flat. The BIG Honda service technician was not fit to diagnose a small problem.

                        As I was not able to come back on the 25th Dec 07 & because of some family problems I took the bike in today for a service (5th Feb 08). To my utter surprise they refused to honor the 4th free service. When I pointed out the fact that you had refused to take the bike in 1st week of Dec 07 they refused to hear me out. The Manager was rude and to the point this was a take it or leave it situation. He also said go and complain to any one go even to Japan & no body will hear you.

                        WHY should I have to lose one free service? I have first approached Honda within the time frame. They should take responsibility of same.

                        I would like to say out of the 3 joys Honda philosophy is based on Joy of buying is some thing I have lost.

                        The advice to all my friends is you can have a good bike but it is no good without proper service & that is Customer Service. We should be sure the company is not out to robe us from our rightful dues.

                        I would like to register a strong protest against the pathetic service given to me by the Honda service center and forcing me to lose one free service which was my right.

But why they don't keep stocks and how much time bond required if the material comes from Gurgaon max. one week a sufficient time.

                        I am a holder of HONDA UNICORN (Reg No KL-32-61, Engine No.KC09E9045119, chassis No.[protected] which I bought from EVM Honda, Vyttila, Ernakulam with an extended warranty of 5 years on[protected]. I did all my 6 free services there in time. Since I was not satisfied by their service, (the bike was not properly washed and the complaints which I told were not cleared), I complained to the Customer Relationship Manager . This was during the fifth and I didn’t get a positive reply. The same thing happened for the sixth one. So I decided to do all my services in a near by workshop at Cherthala, Alappuzha (Dist) Now almost all nuts and chain box of my bike is rusting, I complained to EVM Honda, Vyttila, Ernakulam .They are telling that I have to pay for it since I am not doing all services in their workshop .This is absolutely cheating .What should I do to clear my problems and continue with the extended warranty.

                        Service Centre Horrible Experience (Unicorn): After paying Rs 285 only for servicing - without tyre alignment or any significant contribution, m/s Pratik motors @ Vashi, Navi Mumbai did not even wash the vehicle properly (completed servicing with wash in 20 min). When queried for Honda motor engineer, i was told that he visits once in 15 days.
                        also paid rs 300 for speedometer cable. too much.
                        Why should one consider the official Service centres & help these bugger to mint money from our pocket ??

                        stay away from EVM-Honda or any other honda service people. Even if you go to Japan with the complaint, you are not going to get you problem solved.

                        Better go the American way. Learn all stuff yourself (DIY) way.
                        i have brougt the honda unicorn in november and have serviced the bike at AMMA MOTORS(Authorised sales and service providers for honda), . at my second service i have notice that my exhaust pipe was damage by the worker washing the bike . i made a notice of that to the concern personnal, but he instead blame me for the damage done saying that i have done the damage, instead i told him to change the exhaust damage pipe which i will not pay for.

                        my question here is why the authorised dealer can make such a mistake and take his hands-off it?

                        The Services and the attitude of the staff at the Sai Point - Thane authorised service center of Honda is pathetic, no co operation at all to the customers, if a customer has logged in the bike or the scooter with a complaint and has requested to rectify the problem, with any work done the vehicle is handed over to him, and he has to shout on the service manager and the staff, still the service manager tries to make his attempt to clarify his side which actually pisses more.

                        Wanted to know what is the use of the authorised service dealers if the same work can be done with a local mechanic without any complaints on the delivery of the vehicle.
                        Honda Service for two wheelers is extremely poor and the attitude of the staff in Gurgaon India, so pathetic that I have stopped going there for service. Strangely, they refused to take my bike for servicing saying we did not ask you to come. We do service only when we call you. Amazing!! I thought we get servicing done when the bike needs it or within the stipulated time. These guys makes trusting a brand like Honda really difficult. I regret bying the bike. I am definitely never going be a Honda customer again.

                        I am facing similar problem in Pune. None of the Honda dealers are having visor with them. Their behavior is very rude. They say Honda is not producing visor anymore... what does that suppose to mean?? How can they just stop producing part of a vehicle which they launched just 4 years back !!??

                        This is really frustrating. Please take action and get a Honda representative to answer this.
                        For the Free service the honda service centre is charging for the Engine Oil but not changing the Engine oil, This applicable for all the Honda service centre Except one or two good service centre.
                        This is not in the case of ernakulam EVM Honda...

                        so company warranty will not cover it.. So you foolish customer Pay for the parts. you shoud spend another 70000 within the 5 year warrant period..

                          I have been encountering this problem with my Karizma. The bike keeps jerking while 1st gear take off as well as while decelerating. I approached the service center, Fortpoint at Mahim. They made me change a number of parts ensuring that it will solve the problem but to no avail. Now after spending approx. 16000 Rs. on a complete service, the bike still jerks. What am i supposed to do now??? It is very annoying to ride a bike in such condition. Can a solution be provided for this?

                            Dear Sir,

                            It is to inform you that Honda City GXI was booked by me on 24th November 2007with your dealer M/S Sugoi Motors Pvt. Ltd., Moti Nagar New Delhi through their sales representative Vipin Pandey (Ref: Receipt no 20349 on 24112007 for Rs 25,000/- ) against their commitment to deliver the car on the 2 nd December 2007. But the company failed to keep its commitment .

                            Then they committed to deliver the car on the 5th December 2007 on which also they failed. At the time of booking, they were very well infomed that I wanted the car in the first week of December itself as my marriage anniversary falls on the 7 th of December.

                            The matter was brought to the notice of Mr. Tanuj (Area Head NCR). After having consulted with each other, the 3rd promise came that the car shall be delivered to me positively by the 8 th Dec. They failed once again.

                            It is very sad that no standard , inter alia, of transparancy was seen during my talks with various executives of the company. Mr Karan Kapoor refused to give contact number of Mr. Tanuj. Also Mr. Tanuj (Phone no. [protected]) refused to give the contact number of his senior. However, I received a call from Mr Vinay Jain (Phone no. [protected], Claiming to be VP sales NCR) on 5 th December evening. He informed that the car has been dispatched by the company and that he will ensure that I am delivered the car on 8th.But the company failed yet again. I called on Mr. Jain, 3-4 times but he proved helpless.

                            Today it is the 16th Dec 2007, I am yet to receive the car. Even your staff did not have the courtesy to give a call about the status. The last word I had, was with Mr.Jain on 8th Dec 2007.He had informed that he'll call back at 4:30 pm to inform me that whether they will give the car on 8th itself or the next day. But no call from him or anybody else till time.



                            All this has not caused me financial loss only but has caused mental agony and emotional damage for their having failed to deliver car before or even on my marriage anniversary.

                            I may painfully place it on a record that such a deficiency of service, non commitment, non transparency and irresponsible attitude was never expected by me from the company which seemingly sounded to have some minimum standards.

                            Would anybody from the company give a word on such a poor state of affairs of the company that I have experienced and the mental agony and the financial loss that I have suffered.

                            honda motors,bhopal — failure of commitment and delivery

                            i am dr.saurabh sharma.my dad booked a 1.5 smt honda city at bhopal on 21/09/09.the attending person-harish chandra singh promised to deliver the car by month end..or in the 1st week of october max after some time..he is now saying that it is expected in the 3rd week.he never once bothered to call or inform about the delivery..we only keep calling him..he is also quoting rs 3000 extra than what is written on the official website of honda motors..Also in the last 2 days the Government has increased the road tax by 2%..so now we have to pay almost 10-12 thousand exgtra..because of the honda motors.looking at this,we have made the greatest mistake by choosing honda..please look into this matter as soon as possible and take strict action..my no.is [protected].Is this the sort of customer satisfaction should I expect from a company as elite as Honda.

                              I want to complaint about the Hero Honda Showroom SPEEDWAYS AMRITSAR PUNJAB.I have purchased Hero Honda HUNK in 26.10.2007. After 1 days, i faced REAR WHEEL SOUND PROBLEM with my bike.After every two days, my bike was at service point to sort out
                              problem. In city Amritsar I am the first person who purchase this bike very first day without any test ride. I own Bajaj Bike Pulsar I have never face any problem in that bike. Because HERO HONDA is very good company, So when i saw Advertisemnt of HUNK in newspaper i sold my bike PULSAR and purchase this bike. But in that showroom no one give me any response. Every time they told that Spare Part is not available with them. They give order but they donot send spare part. Sir, According to your goodwill please solve my problem.I am a salaried person. I have no time to visit service point every after two day. With this hope your company will solve my problem as early as possible.

                              Please note my Serious Complaint about Hero Honda Service Station and the recent event happened to me. Please post it to your portal.

                              I have all proofs with me if any where required.

                              actually my brother has hero honda glamour...we got it on march-2006 only.....

                              he met with accident and after claimimng the insurance, he went to service station in ahmedabad...that fellow told him to leave bike for 5 days..., and he left that bike over there only...aftr that day...my brother found that bike on the road with someone else....

                              that means someone was using his bike....when he went to the service station, bike was not there for 3 days....he went twice there....

                              and when we complained to the owner of that service station,he told com in evening and take ur bike...and he was finding excuses that..parts are not there in ahmedabad...

                              it would take time because, it will come from gurgaon.......and when my brother recognised the person who was on the bike....he told that he was in training.....

                              but it is nt true.....

                              is'nt it a responsibility of service station that if a customer has given bike there for the service......

                              sir,pls tell me the legal procedure that i can take on that service station...

                              i have purchased a glamour bike in 2007, up to 2 years i have no complaint in bike exept of millage which is giving 45 kmpl but now a days my bike while in 4th gear it will not moving in effective speed (averagely 45KMPH) and some rubbing noise is coming. i have given in showroom for servicing but problem still is there

                              herohonda, glamour — no spare part availability since 5 months

                              Sir,
                              I S.V. Krishna Rao have purchased a heroHonda Glamour in 05/2007. Since the time of purchase ia have faced many problems in getting the spare parts of the bike. The perormance of the bike has been very bad and recently i have given the bike for servicing at RATNA MOTORS, MVP Colony , visakhapatnam and the bike bears the number AP5BB 8552 for replacing the Magnetic coil. The response have been that they are not having the spare part since the last 5 months and this has been the same situation since then. Please
                              see to this and arrange for the rightful to be done.

                                I had forwarded this complaint to honda service head,but nothing has been done till yet.

                                Dear Honda Manager,

                                I would like open your eyes and want to highlight the kind of fraud practice which is being regularly done by your service agency and sales staff, please go through my mail and try to understand the kind of pain which you people are giving in terms of service, I am writing it on point wise.

                                1. I had purchased one Honda Eterno from your delear named DAKSH HONDA in Ghaziabad, my pain start from that day itself, first your sales executive( Mr Yogender Kumar ) has charged me Rs 500 extra without giving me any bifurcation of my total(Rs 39,350) amount, and assured me that you will get a printed receipt after a period of 1 month, which is quite amazing, and the best part is the receipt which I had got after 1 month was having a lesser amount ( Rs 37192), and when I had visited your delear outlet to clarify the same, they said very politely ,Sir we are suppose to charge Rs 500 extra as a registration fee, this is simply a fraud which DAKSH HONDA is doing it with every customer, when I asked for senior authorities contact number and started shouting on them, then they said sir we will return you Rs 300,WHAT IS THIS TELL ME ?
                                2. Now after that I thought every thing will run smoothly, but how can it be possible because I am a HONDA customer, after running it around 2700 km, it has started giving me some problems, at the time of running it has started giving lot of smoke and consuming more Engine oil ,which was obviously not normal, then I had approached to your service center( DAKSH HONDA ) on 12/10/2007 and after keeping it for 8 days, I suddenly got a call on 19th from your service executive Mr Mahipal Chaudhary with a strange question that, what is the problem in your vehicle, WHAT IS THIS ?
                                3. Now what is the surety that your agency who has kept it for 8 days not changed the parts of my scooter, now Mr Mahipal chaudhary said your piston got damage because of bad fuel, do you have any certified HONDA petrol pump, now just after 2700 km its start giving me such a big problems, now your service people are asking me Rs 2000 to replace my piston, and behaving like anything, , what do you think about your customer, are they fools.


                                I will tell you the HARD FACT in HONDA ETERNO is that, it has some manufacturing problem, which comes because your paper filter get choked just after 1000 to 1200 kms,
                                After doing lot of market analysis I came to know about it, and your daksh Honda is having some financial problem also which DAKSH executive itself discussed with me.


                                Now my points are very simple to understand, I want my problem should be resolved with in 24 hours time frame, and issue me a apology letter ASAP.

                                My Father went for the 4th service of his Honda Scooter ( Activa ) at M/s Malwa Motors, Okhla, New Delhi on 17.11.2008. But without his consideration they added some additive to it and charged in total Rs 352 including the mobil cost.
                                As per my understanding and knowledge no such additives are recommended by the renowned company, and it is just the way of earning money by few of the dealers
                                I would like the dealer to refund the amount taken for the additive and in future confirm if some additional expenses are to be borne by the customer while opening the job card

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  Reference to my earlier complaint of 1st November, 2007, your zonal office representative Sh. Mahajan had attended it. Thereafter, the bike was given in the Workshop for resolving the issue. The bike was after some R & D, given to me and a letter was got signed by me that it is procedure to do it saying that the vehicle working satisfactorily without my riding and running the required KMs. I was told that there would not be any problem now, and it would be roused by running 3-400 kms. I observed that from the engine head oil is leaking from the stud after this R&D. Noise still exists. Changing of gear is very hard.

                                  I am extremely sorry to put on record that I am not at all SATISFIED by the bike as well as your people. I am taking a last chance to bring this fact to your notice and thereafter I shall have no other alternative but to go to public media as well as grievance handling Court to resolve this issue as your tall talks could not satisfied me.

                                  Now this is my last request to earnestly get me REPLACED THE BIKE and release me from this every day mental tourcher.

                                  i have visited many times but your service people are not able to remove my complaints ,
                                  i am filling every day 50 gm oil , which is very typical.

                                  I am going to CONSUMER FORUM in this regards otherwise you are requested to KINDLY RESOLVE MY COMPLAINTS or provide new vehicle and take my defective bike.This is really a limit.

                                    I have honda activa. I facing oil leakage problem from last eight month. I am continously follow up with company regarding this. Company service is hopeless & company reprensatative are not empowered.

                                    I had bought a HONDA scooter from ghaziabad agency called DAKSH HONDA,and now just after 2900 KMs running it has started giving me some problem,after that when i had contacted agency for service i got surprised with there silly responses, which they have given it after keeping it 12 days in there service center,they said because of bad fuel your piston got damaged and we will not consider the same in warranty, I am owning one bike and one 4 wheeler also and always feeling my petrol from that petrol pump only (bharat petroleum vivek vihar).

                                    And now he is asking for Rs 2000 to repair it, this is simply a manufacturing problem nothing else, I have some personal contact in HONDA, and i am really surprise by knowing the fact from a company person that in Honda this is kind of problem which is coming in every 3rd Honda scooter, now why should customer suffer.
