The unicorn bike purchased from "Todi Honda" at A.J.C. Bose Rd. Kolkata one month back.
After 1st service the battery given with the bike is dead.
Instead of complaining several times battery has not been changed.
pls. take nessary action immediately.

Hi my name is Rama satyanarayana .Andhra Pradesh.I purchased unicorn from pavan honda tanuku of west dodavari district.purchasing after 1 month battery complaint started.after so many visits they changed battery.after replacement of battery charging problem started.i visited show room so many times but there is no proper response.i am charging battery with 20 rs.cost on every week.

my self swaraj and I am working in ludhiana with MNC as a software engg.. now I tell you my problem actually I have brought a bike .. stunner 125 cc, in oct 2008 it is in full guarantee and I purchased it cash price of 57000/-



Now till today. I have continuously visited cargo Honda dealer due to some of my problems mention bellow



1 Starting problem (self start)

2. Head lamps not working

3. Horn not working

4. Indicator not working



Due to this problem I am unable to even drive my vehicle properly and got risk too. I travel my bike between chandigarh, ludhiana, ropar and nawanshahr. so on highway there is lilbit risky to ride. I have purchased this bike from nawanshahr .



I have visited at the CARGO HONDA Garhshankar Road, Nawanshahr Ph.:[protected], 507828, 329878, in month of October and November for services and for our problems mention above . but they just charge the battery and give it to me.After 15 days same problem came out .

yesterday on 9th march 2009. I visited pioneer Honda ludhiana to solve my problem . with reference of my friend .

They checked the bike and told me to wait for 10days to work out the process in which they will check the battery and if it is not working then .they replace it and give me new battery after 10days ..so now I have suffer with this problem from last six month and the person jaswinder singh at pioneer Honda ludhaina told me to not give any substitute of the battery for the mean time.

I have to travel a lot so in between ludhiana, nawanshahr, ropar my bike horn head lamp and indicators not working I have very much suffered this thing during riding of bike ..

In case any misshaping happened with me then who will be responsible for that... Because I have ride this bike without horn and lights from last 3 months.. some time it works and some time it will stuck but last two months It doesn’t work … kindly help me

I have told mr jaswinder singh to give any substitute for the mean time but he said I didn’t have any substitute.I told them to start my horn at least because I have got problem during riding.. Then said I didn’t do any thing in this case
kindly help me in case I have attached all documents with then mail with job cards of service .If you will be able to do some thing for me I will be very much thank full

    Hi,

    I brought new brand honda from Pune Pashankar Auto.It is still under warranty.We have till date done three services under warranty, but skipped 2nd one.But we have done 3rd service.Currently i am shifted to Mumbai and had major problem in newly purchase Activa.I think it has manufacturing defect.Considering anywhere service scheme, we went OM SAI
    Honda (Authorise service provider of Honda in Borivali) last week.We explained them entire issue and shown them Honda booklet consisting service History.

    It was shocked to found that, dealer is giving excuse and now asking us to Pay for the fault repair.They given estimate of amount Rs.4, 500/- under warranty period.They are saying Warranty got void since we have skiped 2nd free service.But we have done 3rd service(latest) in time and had no trouble.

    I fail to understand why authorise dealer of Honda asking amount
    under warranty by giving silly reason.I understand they might charge for services, since i have purchased this from Pune Dealer.This is good example of cheating by authorise Honda dealer.Has Honda have control over them, it is spoiling Honda Brand and Customer trust.

    Can somebody help me to get ride off this problem.I ready to file

    Hi,
    I have got a Honda Activa from Pasankar Auto and had a problem with the vehicle.There was some issue which was engine related and the activa made some noise from engine after the speed of 40-50 kph.I have reported this problem twice and this is the third time I have given my bike to them with the same problem.My activa is under warranty and is lying there from past 7 days and i still haven't received a phone call from there.Instead I myself have to go and take reports about my vehicle.Now who is incompetent? The Company? or our Indian Management?

    Sir,

    With due regards, I Purchased Honda Activa in 2005. firstly I was very much satisfied with the Service of your Company’s showroom named “Motor Heaven” near J.R. Theater, Kurali Road, Ropar.

    But now I am astonished on the behaviour of Motor Heaven’s employees.

    They forcefully gave me AMC on 2-4-06 and I serviced twice successfully & satisfied from the service & get it serviced on 13-11- 08 also.

    My 3rd Service was due on 1-4-2009. My son suddenly got admitted on February 4, 2009 in DMC due to diagnosing Blood Sugar & lot of money spent on treatment. So due to scarcity of funds I was not able to get it serviced in time. Today I visited for service in the showroom. They refused me very badly & said they will not give free 3rd service & you will say after 2 years to service it. I told that kindly oblige me. The old man & a lady employee told “ ugha gksxk 2nd time”. The question is nothing of Rs. 100/- or Rs. 200/-. The question is such a Company’s name is defamed by such people. Today I got brake lever from there. They took Rs. 91/- from me. Kindly look into matter. Yours is a very good & very-very good vehicle. Everyone likes it.

    Hi,

    I brought new brand Honda activa from lakecity Honda udaipur (raj.) Sub dealer jehra auto. Bhinder (raj.).It is still under warranty.We have till date done three services under warranty, we have done 3rd service.Currently I facing petrol leakage problem from last two months. I am follow up with company regarding this. Company sevice is hopeless & company reprensatative not empowered think. it has manufacturing defect. So I want to change my Honda activa

    I got the same problem with the third service of my honda activa. But there is a mistake from my side also. The service interval is calculated from the date of purchase, no matter how what time or date you did the previous service. The servicing people informed that the warranty is going to void. But I paid the full amount (around 450 Rs) for that service and got the warranty.
    Do we need driving licence for driving honda activa in Orissa?

      I have purchased Honda Shine Bike from Brij Automobiles, Bhuteshwar Road, Mathura on 28-4-08 The details are as follows :
      Chasis No.- ME4JC366A88080492,
      Engine no.- JC36E9151948.
      From the first day i bought the bike i am feeling iritate as a continuous sound is coming from the back light portion.Secondly i came to know that my bike is giving the mileage of 35 kmpl but he company has told me that the average will be of about 65kmpl.Thirdly after driving when i put he bike on stand a sound comes from silencer and after sometime it automaticaly stop.The first service has already been done and i have told al the isuues but none of the issue has been solved today also the bike is giving the same average.Please help me in such a case i am feeling that i have wasted my Rs. 50000 while purchasing this bike.
      Hi this is kartheek kashayp, i buyed my bike from authorised honda show room delier from my negitive place Nalgonda dist(Nalgonda town). The serive of this showroom is very bad, they are not taking minimum care to customers. Even they are not resonding to customer enquires, they are treating customers as very badly n harshly. One bad instant to me and some other customer is they are using absue language towards customers. We people of Nalgonda town are facing so many problems by this showroom and by the managment and another important thing is the serive of workers is also not good n they are not qulified workers. SO, sir please cancle this showroom delarship and give that delarship to good persons. This my only important and sincer request.
      Hey there!
      Dont worry you have bought a good vehicle, i own it since may`07 with self/disc.
      It is a very good bike and a hit model in 125cc section, then only to withstand in the market which even hero honda could not do on a 125 section.

      Find below my explanations for your problems:
      1. Continuous sound from back light portion - this is because the portion between rear danger light and the body - This problem exist in all honda shine bike, its just the rear danger light hitting your rear body of the bike. check if the space between the light and the body portion is as same as the other honda shine - if yes, then request the service centre guy to paste a rubber piece at the bottom of the body that touches the rear light from inside. or if the space is between the rear body and the light is bigger than the other honda shine bikes then request them to change the body or rear light.

      2. The Mileage issue is kind of the one even i faced during early days - but i have to tell you one thing, if you try and drive your vehicle within 40 KMPH for 11 litre of the petrol and then try driving it again you will see the difference, Fill your tank with 11 litre petrol and drive the bike only @ 40 KMPH untill it goes to reserve, then again fill 2 litre and try driving you will find the difference, if you still getting only 35KMPL then talk to you service people or you file a complaint

      3. And finally regarding the sound that you get in the scilencer, that is because the water content in the air hitting a hot body - after driving a long way and parking ur bike you will hear this should but it will very soon go off! as the scilencer cools down quickly.

        I purchased Hero Honda Achiever from Rajwade Auto Kalyan (they purchased it from Aher Auto Pvt. Ltd. Kalyan west, confirmed it from Octroi Receipt) on 9th November 2007.

        Till the date writing this review I have not received the Service Manual containing free service coupons from Hero Honda company.

        The customer care executives at Aher Auto Pvt. Ltd. informed me that Hero Honda has stopped the production of Achiever and they are unable to give the service manual.

        This is suspicious as every vehicle ships with its own service manual, so either the dealer Aher auto has lied or Hero Honda is interested to provide service manuals for Achiever Bike.

        Already complained the same on [protected]@herohonda.com but there is no reply. Phone numbers of offices are always busy.

        HERO HONDA OFFICIALS IF YOU ARE READING THIS PLEASE CONTACT ME ON [protected] OR AHER AUTO PVT. LTD AT KALYAN AND ASK WHY THEY ARE UNABLE TO GIVE ME THE SERVICE MANUAL OF MY BIKE EVEN IF EVERY BIKE SHIPS WITH ITS OWN MANUAL. ALSO I RECEIVED THE INSURANCE OF THE BIKE AFTER 2 MONTHS OF PURCHASE DATE. AHER AUTO PVT. LTD IS PATHETIC. PLEASE TAKE THE DEALERSHIP AWAY FROM THEM.

        Hi folks,

        This is abhijit lele again. I have spoken with both the dealers and they provided me free services without the service manual. HH Achiever production has been stopped and so manual wont be available in future this is what I got as reply from HH.

        Both Rajwade Automobiles and Aher Auto resolved my queries and the matter has been sorted out. Apologies from my side that I am posting this reply very very late.

          I had given my honda activa for repair and service at JAY BHAVANI HONDA, NEAR COLLECTOR OFFICE, RTO CIRCLE, AHMEDABAD. I was charged with a bill of Rs. 5700/-. But i am very sorry to say that the vehicle has a condition that is even worse than what it was when i had given it for service. it has been just 3 to 4 days since i have got my vehicle back after repair. Now when am trying to again contact the same dealer 4 further repairs, he has been rude and ignored my complaints. i am writin this complaint cause i hold great respect and trust for your company but incidents like these spoil the reputation o[censored]r company altogether. i kindly request you to take required action and do the needful. my telephone number is [protected]

          I booked my honda activa two wheeler scooter for servicing at rajpal honda service station, bhopal on 19.07.2013. I got receipt No.8742 for advanced booking. My scooter no.is M.P.04 SC 3898 .On 22.07.2013 At the time of servicing i complained about starting trouble but that problem has not been resolved yet Still i am facing the starting problem. yesterday when i complained they did not give me proper response apart from that at the time of booking . They took 50 rupees for booking amount. I was told that the amount will be refunded at the time of final billing. But they did not given me that amount. please do necessary action.             I have purchased one hero honda glamour on the date 23rd nov 2007 fron sai auto service station from rampur baghelan satna(m.p.)[authorised sub dealer].I have paid all amount in cash including registration charge, but from till today date I have not received my vehicle registration.I have taken insurance of my vehicle for 3 year myself with the help of insurance agent.I have asked daily for my registration, but all time he is telling I'll give tomorrow.without registration I can't go satna or other outside city.so please take necessary action.conact no.is [protected].

              i had given the vehicle for service on 30-05-08 void Job Card No.-08JC06390 at AutoFin Honda Hyderabad
              i had complained for the Following
              a. Vehicle Discharge
              b. Compression problem
              c. Handle Bar Problem
              d. Battery Charging

              on 30-5-08 late evening i had asked u & manoj to get done the compression problem..this decision got delaied to to the reason that i was thinking of selling the vehicle.

              but then i decided to sell it after servicing.

              saturday evening i receive call from Manoj that vehicle was ready i told him clearly that keep the vehicle for another day & take it as a observation & if any thing is found faulty u can do the needful in the front of service of the vehicle this was do to the reason that once the vehicle is out from the service centre it must be perfect & only in case of any major break down the vehicle must come service after the service was done.

              but everybody forgot that the vehicle was given for service

              when i called u up yesterday for the vehicle u said that vehicle will be ready tomorrow morning by 12noon & ur service manager Manoj raised a simple doubt for the change for the Head lamp.

              then i said that u can goahead for the change for the head lamp as it is a compulsary for the vehicle to be driven in the night conditionsd.

              i came to ur service centre for the pick of the vehicle ur people r so arrogant that they repelied that its ur work to can take the docket uo stairs & get the card swipe done. i took the docket for the swipe.

              manoj came & got the other formalities done but when i took the vehicle handover
              i discovered a newe service concept from Autofin Honda sorry its from Honda the caption i Enjoy Honda B'cause they deliver the vehicle without washing the vehicle before delivery...

              on top of it all my problems have not got done rectefied
              i had complained for the Following
              a. Vehicle Discharge ---- battery got charged up
              b. Compression problem ---- i have my own doubt for that
              c. Handle Bar Problem ---- didn't even thought for that
              d. Battery Charging ----battery got charged up

              enjoy the bill for Rs.1007.00/-

              without a wash for the vehicle & have doubts for the service & no rectification for the problems or solutions for the service..


              i hope getting serviced for the vehicle @HONDA is really an enjoyement...

                I have been issued wrong RC book by V J Honda, Ulhasnagar. The mistake is in wrong Chasis No. I have written to them 2 letters (dt. 05.04.08 & 21.05.08). They say that they have sent my RC book for correction. They will not reply my letter as this is not their procedure. [Correct Chasis No. is ME4JF082C78600526]. Please help.

                  Last year i bought honda activa from Pick Up Honda Showroom Faridabad for my sister from last 15 days we are facing problem with battery my sister logged a complaint at showroom, she had given her honda scooter for servicing, 2 days back they had committed to get it resolved or replaced when she had asked for the replacement they said go to any of the exide showroom this is not our job.Even then she had approached the Exide battery showroom they have refused for the same.Now today morning i called up customer care PICK UP HONDA they are not bothered about the inconvenience, they said do what ever you wanna do, the behaviour of the lady at customer care was very harsh[protected]on this no.I believe honda is a brand name i think they dont have that quality showroom to satisfy the customer which results with the bad reputation of the Company who is the sufferer and looses customers.

                  Next month is my second sisters birthday and i was planning to buy one more honda for her but you people have surprised me with this service, i wont buy any Honda in future.

                  Is it possible to Solve my Problem just let me know and kindly take an action against Showroom to save ur Buisness.

                  I[censored] have faced Battery problem, you cannot blame a dealer or the manufacturer of the Product Honda.
                  You must realized that the problem was with the battery manufacturer not with the Honda Scooter. Sorry to say that you must change your attitude against Honda product and also for the dealer.
                  I dont think there is any fault of the respected dealer or the Manufacturer Honda.

                  I had booked Honda Activa on 26/06/2009, Gray in colour at ur dealer who's outlet is at pipli road.
                  Till date they have not delivered the same.
                  I visited their shop with my father (senior citizen) and requested them for delivery but every time i have been told to come after 2 days. today i requested his officer to return my booking amount but he refused to return up to next 4 days and misbehaved with me.

                  This is naveen from tirupur district tamilnadu india. i am really disoppinted with prasanna honda at tirupur, i went to show room for buying activa scooter also we would like to select purple colour at the same time show room people were said colour is not available and will be get in 15days, we are waiting till the date for that colour not yet received

                  Respected Sir,
                  I beg to state you that I, Sri Suvendu Mondal was purchased a bike on 24th Feb 2009 of your branded company from Dhanbad/Jharkhand few weeks ago I have faced an accident and on that accident lots of scratches on the vizer. And on the similar time my bike had the 3rd servicing. So I go to the Honda Show Room at Asansol /West Bemgal, which is nearer to my home. On that date I said staff, that my bike was an accident. One of the staff Mr. Swrup will come and looks my bike, I say him that is there any options to claim the Insurance, Mr. Swrup will say that nothing will happened with your bike.& there is no insurance claimed on the vizer, he said you change it, vizer will available in there show room. According to Mr. Swrup will, I will change the vizer .After completing the servicing & change the vizer, I carefully looks my bike, and there is a disturbance on the handle of the bike, it will not in its exact position, I repeatedly told them the bike handle matter, but one of the staff Mr. Malay diverted & motivated the whole matter and understand me the other objects of the bike for that reason the bike handle will see the disturbance. Depending on servicing staff Mr. Swrup & Mr. Malay’s word. I return from there .When my elder brother ride my bike, he say the handle is not in its exact position .Then I go to a garage, there is a mechanist saw my bike, without touch my bike, he say that the handle, soccer pipe, t & etc will bended. Without depending his word I go to the another Honda Show Room in Mihijam / Jharkhand, there staff also say the similar thing, you may claim the insurance, if you do it from their show room it will take more time to recovery the bikewoner of the show room suggest me to go there from where you change the vizer because it also under the claim of insurance. Then I come back to the Asansol Honda Show Room, and say them to see my bike problem, again that service staff Mr. Malay take a test drive of my bike and said that the Handle, Soccer pipe, T & etc will bended. At that time Mr. Malay say you may claim the insurance for recovery the bike, I say that I have been already changed the vizer, so what will happen now, can you help to add the vizer cost in insurance, he suggest your bike brought from Jharkhand, you may talk with the division office of that insurance company. I will go to the division office of that insurance company, which is located in Asansol, they heard the matter and said that there is NO addition of the cost of new vizer. I reported to the staff of Honda show room Asansol Mr. Malay, he says that who will take the charge of your bike on the 1st day of your bike 3rd servicing, I say, I not know the name of that person, but I identify, he say told body structure how he looks. I say he is little much healthy, then he say that he is Mr. Swrup. They told me come on another day. Again I go there, Mr. Swrup say that he is helpless to make the whole matter. Again Mr. Swrup say come on other day. In this way they rounding me several times. On date 12.09.2009 over telephone Mr. Swrup told come in there show room .he will solve the whole matter, when I reached in Asansol on 15.09.2009, again Mr.Swrup say that he is helpless on claim of insurance on the whole matter i.e he could not solve the vizer problem. Then I told Mr.Swrup that” you say come in show room I will solved the whol matter” and when I come you say that you can nothing to do, again I requesting them many times, but at least not the last they THREATED me & they say that “ you do what you want to do I will see you latter”. Mr Swrup & Mr. Malay HARRASED, HACKLED me many times & both of them are also INSULTING & MISSBEHAVE with me. Then without say any word I just come from there. I’m A State Govt. Employ and my working place is near about 140 km from my home, on behalf of that I will go to Asansol Honda Show Room when they call me, but what I got to go Asansol Honda Show Room several times, nothing but I get lots of HARRASEMENT, HACKLING, INSULTING, MISHEHAVIUOR & THERATNING.

                  I beg to state you that I, Sri Suvendu Mondal was purchased a bike on 24th Feb 2009 of your branded company from Dhanbad/Jharkhand few weeks ago I have faced an accident and on that accident lots of scratches on the vizer. And on the similar time my bike had the 3rd servicing. So I go to the Honda Show Room at Asansol /West Bemgal, which is nearer to my home. On that date I said staff, that my bike was an accident. One of the staff Mr. Swrup will come and looks my bike, I say him that is there any options to claim the Insurance, Mr. Swrup will say that nothing will happened with your bike.& there is no insurance claimed on the vizer, he said you change it, vizer will available in there show room. According to Mr. Swrup will, I will change the vizer .After completing the servicing & change the vizer, I carefully looks my bike, and there is a disturbance on the handle of the bike, it will not in its exact position, I repeatedly told them the bike handle matter, but one of the staff Mr. Malay diverted & motivated the whole matter and understand me the other objects of the bike for that reason the bike handle will see the disturbance. Depending on servicing staff Mr. Swrup & Mr. Malay’s word. I return from there .When my elder brother ride my bike, he say the handle is not in its exact position .Then I go to a garage, there is a mechanist saw my bike, without touch my bike, he say that the handle, soccer pipe, t & etc will bended. Without depending his word I go to the another Honda Show Room in Mihijam / Jharkhand, there staff also say the similar thing, you may claim the insurance, if you do it from their show room it will take more time to recovery the bikewoner of the show room suggest me to go there from where you change the vizer because it also under the claim of insurance. Then I come back to the Asansol Honda Show Room, and say them to see my bike problem, again that service staff Mr. Malay take a test drive of my bike and said that the Handle, Soccer pipe, T & etc will bended. At that time Mr. Malay say you may claim the insurance for recovery the bike, I say that I have been already changed the vizer, so what will happen now, can you help to add the vizer cost in insurance, he suggest your bike brought from Jharkhand, you may talk with the division office of that insurance company. I will go to the division office of that insurance company, which is located in Asansol, they heard the matter and said that there is NO addition of the cost of new vizer. I reported to the staff of Honda show room Asansol Mr. Malay, he says that who will take the charge of your bike on the 1st day of your bike 3rd servicing, I say, I not know the name of that person, but I identify, he say told body structure how he looks. I say he is little much healthy, then he say that he is Mr. Swrup. They told me come on another day. Again I go there, Mr. Swrup say that he is helpless to make the whole matter. Again Mr. Swrup say come on other day. In this way they rounding me several times. In india dealer & manufacturer r BAAP. Consumer to Saala (Sorry for using this word) thenge par. App kiske pas complain lekar jayeenge. Consumer forums jo banane ke saath hi defunct ho gaye. Police, pahle aapse paisa mangegee. Isliye mere bhai india mein janam lene ki galti kar chuke ho to bhugto. Aaj honda wala mughe & aapko pareshan kar raha hai, kal koi software company karegee. parso koi gas supply company karegi. Dikkat hai ki Patna mein bare dealers most of them are from criminal & political background. Isliya tum use jootiya (shoe) bhi nahi sakte. So mera funda hai is mulk mein rahna hai to, Kahe ko hasiye & kahe ko royiye Aaraam bari cheese hai jamkar soyiye.

                  Hi, I have to complain for delay in issuance of vehical no., vehical service kit.
                  I have received vehical on 24th Dec.09, but I got Vehical no. & Serivicing kit, smart card on 2.2.10.
                  It was delayed by our dealer Rushabh Honda, I had called them no. of times for the same but no constructive reply was given.
                  And my servicing was due on 20.01.10, since I got the kit on 2.2.10, I unable to send my vehical for servicing. When I got the kit I came to know about servicing I immediately sent my vehical for servicing today, here again got the slave like treatment from Rushabh Honda.
                  I did mention it to Rushabh's branch manager & he cancelled the fine of Rs.100/-
                  But, I am highly dissatisfied with the treatment given by Rushabh Honda, Nashik. Earlier Rushabh was the only dealer for Honda, so they had monopoly in Nashik & Rushabh consider themselves as a king & customer as a slave.
                  I request you to look into subject matter & act on it.

                  I hope you sincerely take serious action against Rushabh Honda, Nashik.

                  I had honda deo from last 3 years. I am happy with your product. So I want to buy another Honda
                  product so I go for Honda activa. I had booked Honda activa from your showroom {Maitri Motors, Surat}
                  by named Digma Tarun Modh . Receipt no- 407 date: 08/12/2009. Cheque no- 106477 (Dena bank). At the time of booking sales man Mr Jignesh has tell that you will get your vehical after 90 to 100 days.
                  Now at the time of dellivery the showroom staff had telling that you will get your vehical after another 60 days they also said that if you want to purchase activa you must have to wait or cancel your booking.
                  They said that Honda company is not giving us vehical delivery what we do . We have receive only 8 honda activa in month of febuary.
                  So my complain is that your company has not enough effenciancy to product vehical than why the showroom salesman are misguiding the customer . At last Mr. Chairman when will I get my vehical delivery.
                  I repuest to look on the matter and give me respond as early as possible.This type of misguiding will effect to reputation of your company.

                  I bought a Honda Activa in Oct 2008 from Nangal (Punjab). During last free service I had oil change. I asked the mechanic to use cleaning agent too. After he took the old oil into container, another service verbally called me for something to his side. By the time I came back to my vehicle the mechanic had completed oil change and removed the containers from there. I had doubt that he did not put new oil but rather the old one that was removed from the vehicle. I notice that bike gets too hot very soon. There is no mechanism where we can check wrong doing of these big brand cheap practices. Be aware and be present during repair.

                  Another fault in bike was centre stand. Though I never use center stand but for sake of having it corrected, I asked them, they denied.

                  Another thing, they set idling too high.

                  best option is to give some attention to your bike, learn about it and search good mechanics (which are most of the times not in service centers of big brands)

                  Yesterday my father purchased a honda active dlx model from prakash honda, D-2, Sector-10, Noida.The Sales executive had committed many things before delivering the scooter.But at last to my surprise, they had not given me the scooter cover, the person told my father that foot rest is not available in their showroom, will be available after 10 days.And he also promised me that we provide 1 ltr petrol at the time of delivery, but after running the scooter for 10 kms scooter suddenly stopped.And my father had to took the scooter on foot to the showroom.He requested for some petrol in order to reach the pump, he found the behaviour of the sales executive very rude.I suppose the owner of the showroom Mr Devinder Gulati has no control on his employees and his company.I request u to take this matter very seriously and take strict actions against the prakash honda showroom.

                  They are enforcing us . You have to compulsory enrolled in passport programmed
                  You have to compulsory have to enrolled in extended warranty programme .
                  They are not agree to give all information about those all two programme
                  But we got agree to participate in all those programme

                  I have purchased Honda Activa DLX. Model in 05.03.2010 at Sharau Honda at New Panvel Dist Raigad.and the same is sparingly used only 2780.00 k.m. in last one year. From theh past few month till from completed my 4th free service completed 29.02.2011.The byke is not starting on battery regularly. I always kich start in the morning and that too i have to kick long time.Thereafter it will start on battery after running for some time. While keeping the vehicle idie for more than 1-2 hrs again it will not start on self and we have to kick again.My Complent to Sharau Honda New Panvel. has not yieided ant result.Even the service quality is very poor.

                  From purchased Honda Activa Dlx Model. with in one year i was facing the very big problems.

                  I have taken HONDA CITY recently on 1st of Sep. 2011.
                  I felt very bad experience on quality of parts within a week time I found bubble on front side Tyre which is Mechelin make Tyre's.
                  I have claimed complaint against and asked for replacement of Tyre.

                  Three times I have send vehicle to Honda show room from Sinner to Nashik.
                  Today I come to know that as per Michelin this is due to uneven road surface damaged the Tyre.
                  How poor quality is this Tyres which Honda to giving to the customers?

                  I request Honda to help me in replacement of this defective quality Tyre this will help Honda for Future customers relations.

                  Your Executives at the ofiice are delivering all wrong information and do even know how to respect a customer. I does'nt mean that Activa has more demand and your executives speak the way they want to the customer.

                  On 28th of Oct'11 your Sales Executive Mr. Suresh of Prathul Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., Kondapur approached Value Labs Office for sales of Honda Activa that would be delivered in 15 days. When my friend asked him that he doesn't need a vehicle but my friend requires it, the sales executive told my friend that no issue you can book during the delivery of the vechile the name can be changed in the documents. After 21 days on 18 Nov'11 when we went to the showroom for collecting the vehicle, a new sales exective tells that no Sir in Temporary registration the name of the Owner who has booked the vehicle will be appearing and the name cannot be changed now later when going for permanent registration it can be changed which is totally a false statement. When we insisted that I want the name to be changed right from the begining from temporary registration, he and we discussed with his sales manager and finally planned to change with new invoice but needed a clearance from his Branch Manager, Mr. Diwakar. Mr. Diwakar when contacted rejected it and told its not possible. When I and my friend went to discuss with that why his executives and misguided us, he asked me who are you and to go out of the showroom. When I was discussing with him very respectfully, he was simply asking me to go out of the showroom, instead of verifying when his executives have really misguided us. Doesn't this Great Branch Manager even know how to respect a Human or a Customer. Though I was respecting him he was still speaking in his own way and single point asking me to go out the showroom.
                  WHY does Honda recruit such who donot know how to respect a CUSTOMER?... What business will he make for Honda...?
                  WHY is Honda recruiting such a Manager who is spoiling the reputation of the Company ...?
                  I am too a vendor and know well that CUSTOMER IS GOD and HOW TO RESPECT A CUSTOMER.
                  This is the first time I met such a person and felt very embaraced the way he spoke to me - How can any one ask a customer TO GO OUT OF THE SHOWROOM

This solution could have been provided cooly in the begining only. But I have some Self Respect and didn't accept the vehicle and cancelled the booking. This is one loss of sale from one customer may be how many more in Future...
                  Hi, Yesterday I purchased my wife's dream bike Honda Activa from Nawab Honda Gurgaon But had a very strange experience. Bike stopped after running initial 3Km and not starting now. Probably Dealer has not filled 1 liter petrol which he claimed or they delivered bike without initial inspection. I am writing here because I admire brand Honda but this kind of substandard services by Honda's dealer network can badly damage reputation of Honda. I am confidante that Honda will take proper measures to control quality of after sale services and to control corruption prevalent in network.                   dear sir,

                  I am Brijeshkumar Hirubhai Patel (14/A, Pramukh swami nagar no.2, TP-13, Chhani Jakat Naka) from vadodara, Gujarat. i am regularly servicing my Honda Shine Bike No. GJ-06 DL 5597 at Downtown Honda, Chhani Jakat Naka, Service Centre. I have last servicing my bike on 14.12.2013 at the service center.But Aftre service, It was found the steering was very hard and not working properly and bike was sliding on one side after the service, Whcih was not before service. I got the service centre but they have just some adjustment for the same and giving it is corrected.
                  I have again going for complaining the same but the person and in charge Manager Mr. Pandya refused to correct the same. I am now losing my impression with your company HONDA which are giving best of services in the world. Best example was of Honda company also get back the CARS from market for correcting last year.
                  But I am afraid that HONDA DOWNTOWN MOTORS Service Centre, Vadodara don't get it right for your company.
                  I hope some one from the HONDA company get me help for good and correcting my impression.

                    Hi my name is Shagun Dev Jha resident of New Delhi, working with The Times Of India, I own akrizma (oct 2005) model i need to complain about a service station in savitri nagatr new delhi i had gone to give the bike for servicing as there was a little noise from the engine a little noise from the engine which could have been fixed easily being a geniune customer i had taken the bike to the showroom for service and adjustment of the noise. the mechanics just cheked the bike and said that there would be an expence of like around 7500 rs . but till the time i was deciding abt the service and repair the mechanic walked up to me and said that if i will give him 5000 rs he would fix the problem as it was juat a little problem of the timing chain adjustment, i just gave the bike for servicing and refused to give the money to the mechanic the very next day when i came to pick the bike there was immence noise from the engine and as i got it checked in the other showroom they told me that there is a second hand adjuster and teh roker are all broken and they told me that it would cost me a lot of money and they refused to say it in front of the manger of the service station in savitri nagar . now u temme is that right when the menders are destroying the product . how do we trust hero hionda iam a die hard fan of karizma i have been buying and selling karizma since the time it was launched in 2003 but whenever i think of buying a new karizma this incident forces me to take a step back because all the mechanics are trying to make a lot of money and i personally think it is better to go to local mechanics and this incident has costed me a lot of money please look into this matter and revert backi if possible coz i feel helpless after spending a lot of money and stil the noise remains

                    Dear Team,

                    my name is Dev, working with The Airtel, My own CBZ Xtreme Req no-DL3S BE 8249 (Nov 2007) model i need to complain about a service station in Devine Auto Noida Sector 58 OPP Khora Colony, i had gone to give the bike for routine servicing. when i have send my bike for servicing that was 5th service before that there is no problem with my bike. after 5th routine servicing i have found problem with both soccer's & chain also, after 2 days i got a call from Devine Auto for a feedback about my bike sevcing i communicate the same problem msg to the executive who called me for taking a feedback. then executive says that pls come with your bike at Devine auto, when i visited for problem resolution at service station again but they were not able to rectify the problem as on that time there is some senior person Mr Rakesh/Raj kumar was not there, after waiting 2-3 hours they request me to come again 2mrow or any other day on that day the same person was also not availble. i got 3 times the same call from devine auto but never got any resolution regarding my soccer problem in my bike

                    after 4-5 days i again visited at Devine auto but after waiting of 1-2 hours, they again requested that pls come 2mrow. in between this time my 6th routine service also come. then i have again give my bike for servicing at same service station. and give the all feedback regarding my complaint before submit my bike for servicing. but
                    problem not rectify as per hero honda executive my soccer's problem can not be rectify as one soccer has been physically band in an accident. i communicate him that there is no problem related accident as problem was coming only after 5th servicing before that there is no compalint in my bike but the same sr person was not able to rectify the problem then i also meet with showroom manager he commited my that he will called me up with the solution but now 4 days left but i didn't got any call or any resolution from hero honda executive/manager.

                    i want to share one think more in the service register my bike no was also wrong in 5th service the no. was DL3S BE 8743 BUT MY BIKE NUMBER IS DL3S BE- 8249.

                    ITS A VERY BIG MISTAKE BY DIVINE AUTO.

                    pls help me to rectify my problem as the showroom manager was also not able to help me out.
                    i also inform to mr manager that problem was after servcing before that there is no problem with my bike its working very fine.

                    these hero honda service guys are because once i had also given my bike for 3rd service and in that service i had waited for service to complete for 3 to 4 hours after getting my bike it seemed to me that one of my part was replaced and it was very old when i consulted to some senior person he told me its not possible so i haved proved him how can a 2 to 3 months old bike have such an old part, after scolding them even i told that at the place where they were servicing my bike there was another same bike which looks to be very old then they came into action they took my bike again into service centre and replaced it. but tell me one thing to all those who are reading these article i was the one who cared my bike, but there are so many o[censored] who cared for their as i do since i had waited at the service centre for 3 to 4 hours to complete service in front of me the incident was taking place but what if i had given the bike and would come after next day, and not even these most of the bike users will notice problems in their bikes after the 3rd & 4th service.

                      i had given for free service at planet honda-rajkumar road bangalore. i dont think proper service is done as per checkpoints, only cleaning will be done and some time some things will not be working, like last time when i gave for servicing indicator buzzer which was in good condition was not working after service. Like this i and also my friends have faced problems after service at this place.i dont know why free service is neglected here. i hope it is corrected and people get good service.

                        After completed of its three free services it had been found that his battery is not responding properly, after communicated same to the dealers from where I had purchased bike, I got proposed by them to drop it same battery to the respected authorized service center for recharging (received back on 12/06/2007) for this particular process Panjab Honda had coordinated very well.
                        But, even before every free services I launch same complain for the battery but it had not resolved by the dealer / Service center properly.
                        However after competition of warranty now it is a situation that due to their negligence battery had gone totally out of order and due to it I am facing a lot of problem.

                        I would like to comment on the malpractice at this particular showroom -City Honda, Kalyannagar, Bangalore.

                        1. I give the bike for servicing here and find that the bike servicing has to be done as per Honda jobsheet and prices.
                        2. The pricing and job sheet lists the cost of each fix/item/job so no problems with paying for only the job done/item consumed.
                        3. The loophole in the system came to light when I asked how much paid servicewould cost (basic)?
                        The person said Rs 650/-. I asked for breakup and he rambled on for all that he hought would be covered. Plus he mentioned extra 200 for gearbox leakage. totalling Rs 850/-
                        4. Now when I got hold of the service bill. I totalled up the basic cost of service excluding the Rs 200/- but to my surprise it doesn't even cross Rs400/-??
                        5. How the hell then did the service rep/incharge say it's Rs650/-??
                        6. This means to say that he intentionally decides how much the bill amount should add up to and then asks the mechanics to do their part of crime by achieving somehow the TARGET set by this service-in-charge??
                        So folks, beware and ask the service-in-charge exactly how much is just the basic service and why is it not mentioned as per Honda cost sheets?

                          i have purchased a glamour-pgmfi from creative motors in andheri east, mumbai. in an accident i broke both the mirrors and wanted original mirrors in the sales and spares department of creative motors. they said they dont have and to come after 2 weeks. again i went they said to come in a week... like this they went on telling me for 5-6 months. i got irritated and contacted other showrooms in mumbai. they did not either had the matching mirrors. i went on a vaccation and got both the mirrors, one from kerala and other from karnataka...
                          thats one problem of shortage of spares, i went for the service of my bike, instead of making good they made worse and are refusing to admit their problem, i told them to change the main stand, they did not did it, they charged me for engine oil, only after few days i got to know it was not changed, my disc brake was perfect it never made noises and worked perfectly fine and after the service they screwed up the thing, it makes a lot of noises and i am not able to put brakes in the right time. i have a self start model and it can be started in any gear, that also they screwed the mechanism during the service and are blaming me for the cause. i gues HERO HONDA HAVE WORST SALES, SERVICE AND SPARES ALL OVER INDIA.

                          I bought my Hero Honda Splendor NXG bike this January after driving the for about 3 months one day my bike got puncher in an highway so went to a nearby workshop and changed the tube, after changing the tube I felt that my bikes back wheel moves to the left side while driving so I approached the Fort Point Hero Honda Service centre at Mahim Mumbai, the supervisor there told me that It is happening because of the tube so it has to be changed, I told him to change the tube and i asked him to do the powder coating also but in the evening when I collected my bike I found that the tube was not changed and no coating was also done, when I spoke to the senior supervisor (Khan Bhai) he told me that we have changed the tube please trust me.

                          I took my bike back and I experienced the same problem again now my bike has slipped twice and I fell down. Luckily I got no injury as I was driving slowly both the times. Now I am feeling that I have done a mistake by buying a Hero Honda Bike. I don’t know whom to approach.

                          I wanted to purchase a Hero Honda bike. I searched on internet the dealer addresses and found some at GZB and Noida. But most of the phone Nos. given with the addresses not working, still manage to contact Uppal Motors on[protected]. There was a very rude lady picked the phone and didn't give any information. If this is the scene before buying the product U can imagine the post delivery services. Finally I opter for the other brand.

                          I had purchased one herohonda splendor+ vehicle, I am servicing the vehicle regularly as per the schedule at Hero Honda service centre. I always go for service on JK Enterprises east of Kailash, New Delhi. But due to some reason I have went to another Hero Honda Service Centre for the servicing my bike which is situated on Nathupur Gaon, DLF Phase III, Gurgaon, Haryana.
                          1 st Service they done and I found Battery is damaged.
                          2 nd Service they done and I found My indicator flash is not working and my bike average is 30km per litre, I shocked when I checked. Then i talked manager of there, he talked me rudely and said go complaint to Hero Honda.

                          I am very unhappy with the dealer.
                          So I am requesting you that this service centre to be closed,

                          Respected sir, I am the costumor of the hero honda company having three motorcycles in these three bikes one is passionplus module 2006 jko4a 1254. Last three months I am suffring of the service centre in J&K located at highway hyder pora. In Nov. 28 2008 I am going to their for service of passion plus and add the comlaint that my bike have not great pick up & they suggest me to change the spear namely sylender & piston and I go through as they suggest. the service centre charged me Rs. 4500/= dt.1/12/2008. after that my bike has still the same problem again i reach the service centre and again they me Rs.500/= dt.25/12/2008. this process continues at till date  but my bike is not in set condition.
                          FAULTS:
                          1.   Not great Milage.
                          2.   the bike goes auto off  riding on roads.
                          3.   not great pickup.
                          But the limit is that they tell me this is not the engine fault. you may pay some other repair charges . sir, I think they have not so good technical engineer as well as MD Technician( Mr. Farooq ah).Already I have pay nearabout Rs. 7000/= in these three & half months so please may your attention at you authorised service centre. otherwise I have choosen the next way i.e: consumer court. thakyou.

                          My Papa purchased a Hero Honda Splender Plus in the month of March 09 through Army CSD Canteen. After crossing the 700 km my first servicing is due on 12/04/09 on Sunday. During the servicing of my bike I point out two to three times to mechanic. Did You Taken Out the Old Engine Oil ? He replied Yes & saw the oil is on the table. In the Second Servicing the mechanic said that in your bike engine is over filled. He saw me the Jug & the rest of oil over flown on the table.I said to him, What impact will occur on bike Engine ? He says thatengine may be sized at any time and also damaged the packing all over of engine.What I am facing the problem in my bike is the engine getting heat up after driving half a or less than half km.
                          So Kindly Look in this matter very seriously. It will help you also and me also .Everyone need good result.

                          When I got my vehicle, I was not able to even start it then couple of mechanics came and they also could not start it and then again in haste they change the plug and took another hour and then could start it. It means they don't even bother to start the vehicle even once after servicing it.

                          They have made theri website which has a complain section but throws some error and you can't enter your problem.

                          Really troubled to see such unethical and unprofessional behaviour.
                          I too a consumer of Hero Honda and facing the same problem of POOR SERVICE OF VARIOUS SERVICE CENTRE.

                          I advising all my friends, colleagues to NEVER GO FOR HERO HONDA bikes, it just a show of for Big name in automobile industry.
                          how can i purchase splendor plus bike from which shoroom who deals through CSD canteen
                          I am customer of millennium motors for the past 5years.Their service is very professional & the best in bangalore.I[censored] had a issue u could have contacted their customer caremanager/service manager.

                            i purchased the exide battery and that is not working well,

                              After 4 service of new CBZ Xtreme, i am not getting the mileage of even 45km/lt.
                              I am not driving even more than 55km/hr, and the mileage screwed me with the mileage of 35km/lt.
                              Everytime the service station mechanics and their supervisors tell me that they have tunned the mileage but still no luck.

                              Is there some one from Hero Honda to help me.

                              I own a CBZ extreme, the performance is good and i use the bike daily 25 kms with the speed of 50 to 90.
                              The mileage is coming like between 40 to 45.I am giving for service regularly.

                              Some times there is a problem with the petrol pumps and with the petrol also.
                              I user power petrol for my bike and the performance and mileage is very good along with good speed and pick-up.
                              My village name is Gutala. Near Polavaram Mandal, West Godavari District. I am booking One CBZ Xtrime bike in Sai Swarana Motors, Eluru, West Godavari District. In my village my friends 4 numbers are already purchased and maintanance CBZ xtrime bikes. But the bike front Doom is breaks more times. The above members refixed the doom with L clamps. The doom complaint is rectify and furture the doom complaint not repeat for CBZ xtrime. Thank You.

                                I have bought the CBZ Xtreme on 22nd May '07 from Sai Motors Bangalore.

                                This bike is screwing me with the mileage of 35km/lt.
                                I have gone through the 4 free servicing and everytime they promise that they have tunned the mileage still no improvement.

                                Is there anyone from the Hero Honda who can help me.
                                I am totally screwed up.

                                Poor mileage of CBZ Xtreme its impossible

                                Hero Honda CBZ Xtreme — oil leaking from cylinder head cover

                                Oil is leaking from the rubber which cover the cylinder head .After replacement with new cover the oil is still leaking.
                                Can we apply paste in the leaking area .Please mention some of the paste name.

                                Dear Friend,

                                The main reason seems to be teh petrol quality that you are using. Please never use Indian oil petrol, it is sold adulterated and will never give you a good mileage. If you are in bangalore use normal petrol from shell. if not shell use bharat petroleum and if BP is not around use HP but plz dont use indian oil. Use BP or shell and you will see the difference.

                                well who ever has complained about mileage problem i think this is only the excuse for them to put down the image of hero honda company as i have bought new cbz myself i m getting more than 45km/l and i use my bike about 135 km per day well maybe the bike rider's use brake while riding or pull clutch while riding or even rid below 40 kbps so better check this things dude before commenting o.k guy's

                                yes frnds, the suggestion which Ram earlier made r true, to maintain a perfect mileage drive ur bike at a speed b/w 30 to 50 kmph, and i[censored] drive it constantly at a speed of 40 kmph for 30 km, u may feel a change in the beat, u may feel it smoother and the piston works robust, this also improves ur mileage, better not drive ur vehile at a speed ranging more than 60. it is also true that petrol u use should be good, use shell if not go for Bharat petrol

                                1. Always fill the proper air pressure.
                                2.Try to avoid sudden accelaration or braking.
                                3.Always drive in a aerodynamic prosture.
                                4. Your speed is most important. Try to keep your speed between 45-55 kmph.
                                5.Pay load of your bike is a another factor of get poor milleage.
                                Always try to keep weight below 130 kgs(including rider).
                                6.Always check the quality and quantity of petrol.
                                7.Service your bike every 200km.
                                8.Avoid hold half cluch.

                                dear friends don use shell petrol. while using shell petrol u might find that the bike will move softly and get superior mileage, the reason behind it is the petrol was an mixture of some adulterated oil. try to avoid using shell petrol. for superior mileage use a standard petrol. don't change the fuel continuously. i[censored] are using unleaded from Indian oil na try to use the same brand petrol for life time or else using other branded fuel na try to use it regularity.don't change the brand. first check weather ur break level is correct coz this is the first reason for reduction of mileage, next check ur engine oil, check u have the correct Tyre pressure.

                                i am fool, i deserve it. in my first complaint i write cbzxtreme give only 36 km/lit. but it is not, it give above 50 or 58 (km/lit) on straight highway.i tested it... but in city u get only 35 km/lit...
                                dont take unicorn bcoz its average is more than 4 km as compaire to cbz. i am now happy

                                actual avg is of cbz on straight highway= 61 km/lit. (power vehicle)

                                You might be using clutch "a lot" . .. . driving at lower gears and very high speed (consistently), both consumes loads of fuel.

                                So, i[censored] r city traffic is congested, u r bound to have rides in low gears n thus smwat reduced mileage.

                                Also, Check out i[censored]r wheels are smooth (check the bearings) . . .coz they might be offering resistance to ur bike's motion

                                If above all is good, then something wrong with ur Engine, sadly

                                2. Using tooooo much clutch (unnecessarily ) eats petrol .

                                3. Not replacing ur engine oil at correct times . . . . .low levels of engine oil dmages the engine

                                4. Have correct tyre pressures

                                5. Sm 1 might be stealing ur fuel (do u live around thieves ? ) : / Have a lock for knob

                                If all conditions are not applicable to u ...change ur engine ...I guess it under warranty of THREE YEARS

                                It might be that ur wheel bearings r not well lubricated .. .also the rear tyre is fitted with TUFFUP tube

                                So, might be ur tyre is actually puncture n the tube is resisting it . . .It's just a freaky guess

                                I bought my CBZ 7 days ago and I was very upset for it's mileage not exciting 35kmpl. Then I tried my bikes manual, it says " Never use a lead oil ", so i switch engine oil from Indian oil to Bharat Petroleum and believe me It's giving me 45kmpl of mileage even though I used to 1)accelarate my bike quickly. 2)haven't service till now{300km done}. 3)drive on village road. 4)too much clutch!

                                i get mileage 45 km in 50 rs..as petrol price in mumbai is 62.58 rs./lit ..still i get 45...keep the constant speed 50-55 km/hr. so as per the calculation approximately 60km/liter..on highway

                                now price of petrol is 67.58 rs/lit...so the mileage is further going down
                                Aare boyz..CBZ X is always the best option since it is launched... no complain since 2008... works fine with the average of 50-52 km/l... so blindly buy cbzx...

                                Hi, i don't know much about CBZ-x since i have not ridden it, but i would say that the older CBZ Dec 1999 model i have is giving good mileage of 52kmpl in Bangalore city commuting from Vyalikaval to Lavelle road via Windsor manor bridge route. I ride at the max35 to 45 kmph due to traffic and speed limits imposed by traffic police. I maintain engine speed about 2500rpm to 3000rpm in top gear enroute. At traffic signals normally i switch Off engine for fuel saving and to avoid pollution. I recently moved from AP to B'lore on Dec18th so i have used only 200Rs petrol @ 2.71 litres in the first lap for 142kms city riding @ 12kms per day. Now in the second lap i have put 300Rs @ 4.08 lt and ridden 180kms, still around 1 litre fuel in main. I normally ride solo, once i noted tyre pressure to be less when my brother was riding pillion, i checked and found only 14psi in both front and back tyres, but the tyres were very hard. This time i am expecting around 54kmpl. Let me see and put the comments. While coming from Anantapur to B'lore by 4 lane road my bike gave average of 58kmpl at speed of 60-65kmph @4500 to 5500 rpm most of the time. These are very true figures. Earlier at speeds 45 to 50 kmph my bike gave 64kmpl. All these figures are with the TPFC cable connecting accelerator to carburettor removed. This will save fuel by 10%.

                                Hi, i am cbzap to confirm the mileage in the second lap. I got 51.45kmpl in my second lap in B'lore city taffic. From then onwards it is giving between 48 to 52kmpl, this is pure city driving mileage. I suggest the older[protected] version of CBZ owners to remove the TPFC cable connecting the carburettor from the accelerator. This will increase mileage by 10%. Your mechanic should be knowing this. I[censored] dont require the crash bumper, saree guard, chain cover etc the weight of the bike reduces by 6kg and will improve fuel efficiency by another 8 to 10%. I have seen some owners using a 3X18 tyre instead of the original 100X90 one which increases fuel efficiency by another 10%. So overall one can increase the mileage by 30% approx by doing above and this is a huge gain. Of course u have to commute(riding in economy mode of 40-50kmph) in the city with 3X18 tyre rather than going like a racer(above 70kmph). Commuting definitely increases mileage by 30% as above. After all fuel has become very costly and it will ease ur pocket and environment also. All this is apart from keeping ur bike in well maintained condition like regular cleaning and lubrication of chain, cleanng spark plugs, air filter, maintaining air pressure in tyres. Do it and u will be amazed.
                                hi i m tapan mishra bought this bike from Joypore, Odisha in 2009 & after 3rd servicing i checked the mileage was 44km/lt but now
                                this comes to 37km/lt. the total running of vehicle is appx. 17000 kms. .i apply all the suggesion given by service centre but same result.what i do ?

                                  Just one word to say the sales staff of this show room are nonsence person, they dont know how to behave with the customer, In one word we can say its Andhon me Kana Raja.
                                  They are Taking bribes for Registration of the vehicles.
                                  Registration cahrge for Splendor+ Vehicle is 1560 Rs INR as per RTO receipt of Patna.
                                  They have taken 2300 Rs from me towards the Registration of the vehicle an d gave a slip of 1560 Rs of RTO.
                                  When I asked for balance 740 Rs Mr. Sunil Kumar of the ShowRoom has told me rest amount gone in bribe.
                                  I asked plese give me in writtn we will put a complain in consumer form, he angrly refused to give any thing in written.
                                  I asked to talk to his manager, he refused for that.
                                  If any hidden cost is taken by the showroom, why they are not telling to there customers in begining only.
                                  Its the worst show room i have seen.
                                  Please take the action on your showroom staff otherwise i have to give a complaint in the consumerform and TV channels.


                                  Also i booked my vehicle on 25th April for Spoke wheel they told they will be providing it by 5th, but on 5th they provided alloy wheel, for that i have paid unwanted extra money.


                                  Being a responsible Indain i would like Hero Honda Authority to take the appropriate action on the showroom for the same and ask your dealer to return the extra amount they have taken.We belongs to private form and we neither use to take bribe or give bribe.

                                    I Stay in Karkala Which is 35kms far from Udupi...
                                    I Was glad to buy CBZ Xtreme(SILVER COLOR) from the showroom JAIDEV MOTORS which is located in Udupi & i Enquired about this bike in showroom!! The Executive Mr.Harishchandra Kotian Said to me that, if i pay him full amount i.e R.s/-66, 000. He will get the Bike to Showroom Within 9 days from Delhi!!
                                    So i Paid Full amount as i needed the bike Urgent!!

                                    And he, Mr.Harishshchandra (HARI) said me that i will get my bike within thursday, i.e on[protected]..
                                    But today[protected] just to ask him i called him to his cell number, but he dint recieve my call!! So i tried other executives number..
                                    Her name was Latha & she recieved my call, & i asked her to give phone to Harishchandra!!First he refused to speak... he was ignoring me(Customer)& after 2nd call She gave & i spoke to him!! But Harishchandra said me that i will not get my bike on thursday!! So i argued with him!! he told i will get it after a week!!
                                    Please Note this!! i should have got bike on the date he had mentioned... but this executive is not behaving in coutesy!! he is saying me that i will get my bike may be after 4 days!! he is saying "MAY BE", THIS IS UNFAIR!!

                                    Hero Honda - NXG — No value to customers - very poor customer service

                                    I have purchased Hero Honda splendor NXG from Nagshanti automobiles, Belgaum (karnataka) ph:[protected]authorized Hero Honda showroom)
                                    on 23rd october, they have no respect for customers. And my vehicle service book is not yet issued. Its almost 1 month 1 day and I havent issude my vehicle sercvice book. How to resolve this problem. I regret for approaching Hero Honda now.

                                    Greetings of the day…

                                    I bought Hero Honda CBZ Extreme DL 4S AZ 9616 (Color: Black) in the Month of May 2008 from Khanna Automobiles in Ganesh Nagar, New Delhi. The Bike is excellent & doesn’t call for frequent visits to the workshop. But it has encountered a fault which has not been rectified despite my two visits to the Dealer’s Service Center in Mayapuri. Please look into the following problem & take initiate necessary measures without delay:

                                    1. The handle of the bike is excessively noisy due to some fault in it not known to me. When I took it for servicing on 11.12.2008, I comprehensively explained to the Hero Honda’s Certified Mechanic about this problem. He assured me that he will mend the problem and it won’t happen again.
                                    2. But to my disillusionment, I discovered after riding it for almost 2-3 Kilometers (on the same day of servicing) that the handle is still noisy and the problem has further deteriorated. At that time, it was not feasible for me to go back to the Hero Honda’s Workshop because I have just stepped into restaurant business and usually have shortage of time at my disposal. There is no denying the fact that Mr. Narula – The Workshop Manager is an extremely pleasant, accommodating & cooperative person and usually listens to the customers’ complaints with dedication and commitment. He is not aware of this problem but I need him to know this time (THROUGH YOU) that there is a problem in my bike.
                                    3. This Noisy Handle Problem was also there before (MEANING – THE HANDLE WAS LITTLE NOISY NOW AND THEN) which was not fixed as it should be but now it has become very serious & warrants instant attention.

                                    I request you to look into this matter and get my bike fixed without any further intervening loss of time. I hope that you will take the hurried action in this regard and my request to you concerning the aforementioned matter will not fall on deaf years.

                                    Please note very strictly that I don’t need to receive any apologetic calls from the Dealer, all I want is my problem to be worked out.

                                    the dealer's mechanic said its not nessasory &I'll repair the vehicle & he opened engine without inspection of engineer.
                                    Today, I went to dealers workshop .but my m/c was not repaired
                                    I asked to the manager for the bike. he does not respond me & send me to workshop then Iasked to email id of company he straigtly forbade me. for giving to mail id. & cracked joke on me for insulting me.

                                    So I would like to please, before i'm going to consumer forum, Please do something in favoure of me.

                                    No it is not the right way to deal with any customers. I mean we are spending more than 40 thousand rupees, so it is our first right to take trail of any given bike. I recently bought Yahama Crux with help of this site: http://www.infibeam.com/ - they are doing very good stuff. In-fact you can ask for a free trail or contact the dealer new your house. You can also do price comparison as well. Anyways check if it helps you as well and thanks for sharing with us.

                                    I have always been getting my vehicle serviced with your Authorised
                                    Dealer (MAHESH MOTORS of Curchorem, Goa).Subsequently to my mails to you (Ref:03/12/2008)the parts mentioned below keep failing.I am totally dissappointed to say that i have to repeatedly complain of the same and yet find no solution towards getting these problems solved.

                                    1. Front Cowl develops fine Cracks resulting in total damage to the harnessing bolts holes as shown in picture.

                                    2. Head light Clips of Head light are broken.

                                    3. Speedometer Inner Cable has been replaced on many occassions but the problem remains the same.

                                    Kindly adviced me as to what i now have to do to get the above mentioned problems rectified. I would appreciate if you could dispatch a Proffessional Engineer to find out the exact cause of the above problems rather than keep changing said parts which see no solution in the long run.

                                    I would like to inform you that I have given my Hero Honda Splendor+ bike to M/s. Gagan Motors for First Servicing purpose in the month of November ' 2008 and I have found that the Air Cleaner pipe unplugged and Engine Oil removal Nut untighted from Engine oil chambur and Oil leaking from chambur and very poor milage/ average after servicing i.e. 30-35 Km/Ltr. and mileage/ average was good before servicing. I have verbaly complain to Manager (Works), Gagan Motors, Guna on 17.02.2009.
                                     
                                    I am living at Raghogarh which is 30 Kms. away from Guna and I am an Employee of Jaypee Group and not possible to go to Guna in working days in working hours many times.
                                     
                                    I have given my Hero Honda Splendor+ bike to M/s. Gagan Motors for Second Servicing purpose on 17.02.2009 and stand my bike at Raghogarh after servicing. I was on leave from 19.02.2009 to 24.02.2009.
                                     
                                    I have observed on 25.02.2009 that Ignition Switch bolt not found and Ignition Key is not functioning properly.
                                     
                                    The cost of bolt not important for me. I want proper service and support in free service duration otherwise please give me the permission for servicing of my vehicle to another private service center in warranty/ guarentee period my Vehicle No. is MP20/MG 2633.

                                    I agree with the customer complaint. The Dealer is instructed by the Company to Give a Test Ride of any Bike intended to purchase by the customer. As such the Dealer's comments that he can not give a test ride is wrong.

                                    Hero Honda has laid down guidelines for its dealers and any violation is viewed strictly by the concerned Authorities. THE customer may contact the nearest AREA OFFICE for the redressal of his grievance.

It took me a week to convince the dealer ( Ess Aay Agencies ) that the bike had some problem . Eventually he was convinced and I got my bke replaced. However, the 2nd bike which I got again had problem in the break drums and after a week I realised that the handle was not correct. Handle is still not right. On managers advice I got it checked in the service center. They rectified the problem and the very next day again I had the same problem. Again I got it done by the service center and again there was noise in the rear break drums. I am not at all satisfied with the Bike. Ess aay agencies on Faiz Road have once again given me a defected piece of machine... And I dont know what to do.. I am very disappointed with the service center of Hero Honda Ess Aay agencies...I wish there was something called good customer service in HERO HONDA ... And I wish someone from Hero Honda company read this and atleast think about whats happeneing in the service stations which they have provided to the unprofessional Agencies.

I had given 6 times my vechicle to rectify this complaint to workshop (Cherans) but still they are not able to solve the issues, finaly they are telling that its a manufacturing complaint but nothing will happen if you ride with this noise.

                                    Hero Honda is a trusted brand for decades and lots of reasons to for a Hero Honda bike. I bought Hero Honda Pleasure on 23rd Jul 09 from SHAH Mobikes Pvt. Ltd located at Kuvempunagar, Aniketana road, MYsore -23. I bought the vehicle on payment of full cash. The dealer asked for original Secondary School Marks card and original Driving Licence for the registration. I had put both the documents in a file, but to my shock when i received it back both the documents were folded and was tied with a rubber band. The documents are important and that is not the way they are suppose to be handled. I told the dealer that i am not getting proper milage and wanted them to check the vehicle once. However they seem to be least bothered about anything. They just do not care about the customers walking into the show room.

                                    sir, sakshi motor tinsukia (assam) the dealer of herohonda bike has a number of complains in the recent past in print media but it surprises me how the company is taking the risk of contunuing with the hopeless dealer at the risk of company good name.I went to sakshi motor, Tinsukia Assam on 1.11.09 to purchase a "Pleasure".I was shown the model and i selected one to purchase it.The dealer added the sum of Rs.3000.00 as assesscories with the model price.When i refused to purchase all the assesscories the dealer blankly refused me to sell the Herohonda Pleasure .Is this the policy of the company or monopoly of the dealer? On whose interest the company is contuining with the dealer? Does it not effecting the name of world largest selling bike company?

                                    sir, i purchased one passion plus (NoOR01* 5633)from neelam motor, balasore in last Aug'09. after a few days i observed that there is one engine oil leakage in the body NEAR HEAD and immediately reported to the Neelam motors. they tried at least for last one month (7 time) and say manifucting defect & ask to give some money to coriour to delhi that defect engine.                                     as recommended by your mechanic /service person.( all these are paid services ) after agreeing to estimated cost and required time, when I confirmed the job I was told by the service boy and the store incharge Mr Sudipto as well. that I have to buy the Hero Honda recomemded engine oil or else I can not avail the services offered by Hero Honda service centre .

                                    After a prolonged discussion they finally denied to service my motorcycle as I was not agreeing to buy the Hero Honda recomended engine oil.

                                    I was really shocked after seeing this kind of pathetic cutomer service from a brand like Hero Honda as you call it No one brand of India.

                                    My question is that “Is it a fact that I could not avail the services of Hero Honda dervice centre as I am a regular user of some other brand of Engine oil ?????”

                                    This is to inform u that I am Goutam Roy purchased HERO HONDA SPLENDOUR PLUS (NO.DL 5S Y 9703) from R K AUTOMOBILES 45-46/487 ZULFEE BENGAL, MAIN GT ROAD SHAHDARA DELHI-95 on 15th october 2009.After first service i face problem with the bike as my bike is not PICKING UP SPEED(NOT TAKING SPEED ON 4th GEAR) along with continuous NOISE FROM SILENCER(UNUSUAL KNOCKING SOUND) with not giving APPROPRIATE MILEGE.
                                    I here complaine you all the 3 matters to the service centre to WORKSHOP MANAGER of R K AUTOMOBILES verbaly during second service(i.e on 6th Dec 2009).
                                    Still all the problems mentioned above persists in my bike, though i have done 4 services and complained the above problems to the kind notice of WORKSHOP MANAGER continuosly during my rest two services.
                                    So Sir please do the needful action in this matter to solve the problem of the bike.Else Sir i am bound to go Consumer Court to lodge the complain against
                                    R K AUTOMOBILES and the Concerned Authority of HERO HONDA to whom i have written this letter.
                                    Your earliest action in this regards is highly appreciable.

So i contacted the same centre to get it repaired. He tried to correct it for 2 times but still the problem is existing. So i approached him again.But unfortunately the service i got from them is very very poor (He has spoken me in a very bad way and also he said that he has some other job to do). Kindly investigate it and do the needful. So other people who go over there for repairing will not face.

                                    sir, my byke Super splender No :- HR-99 EH 8053 (Temp), I m going on Virendra Automobile, Dharuhera chowk, Rewari (Hr) for first service, that was the free service but they replied me without changing oil.

                                    Note:- Byke par print kiya ha ki oil 2000 km par change hjona chaiya but byke 600km hi chali thi or service karvana ka liya oil ka 175 Rs liya + 44 Rs aur liya.

                                    Manager na misbehave bhi kiya. plz reply me urgently otherwise i m going on consumer court. I m also harrused also for both claim.

                                    I am Vipin, from trivandrum kerala...i bought a bike from hero honda JCT motors in attingal...which is sub dealer of Trivandrum Paruthipara JCT Motors which is a main hero honda dealer in trivandrum...i was satisfied with the services given by JCT motors attingal...but when i given the bike to another subdealer in Kilimanoor, i am not at all satisfied..be cause every time when i given the bike for services he is billing me for large amounts..may some 5000 some time and he says that there are some critical complaints with your bike (even there is no complaints..)..and i should do the replacement of some main parts...if i am asking they all together will shout at me (ignoring that i am customer...)Also they will make some complaints purposefully for next service when they giving me back the bike after servicing...also there servicing is not proper...they are exchanging engine oil from one bike to another and giving bill to both customers telling that they have changed the engine oil properly...I Hope Hero Honda will take necessary action against them... kindly Update me the status when ever you take each and every single action against them..

                                    Purchased a Bike from Shah Mobikes Pvt Ltd Mysore on 5/2/2010. and opted for Gold life insurance and paid the premium also. Received the SMS from Hero Honda company 20 days back but the dealer is not delivering the policy. Giving silly reasons. Never calls back. Visited the dealer for more than 10 times. Look in to the matter.

                                    My self Mayank Gupta purchase a Hero Honda C B Z Extreme bike from ur dealer M/S Jai Kumar Arun Kumar, Meerut, U.P. on Dated- 13/08/2009.
                                    On the first service, they use MAX Engine Oil and said that it is a Hero Honda Recomended Engine oil which produce by the company of Hero Honda.
                                    On second service, They again use that above mention oil in my bike . At that time I will take action and request him to pour with genuine engine oil i.e. Castrol Engine Oil, but they said to me that it is not good oil and they can't give warrenty and guarantee of my bike's engine if I use Another than above mention oil. And when I asked, they said its company rules and regulations. Then they said to go another showroom or service centre to service ur bike.
                                    And when I reach again on third service of my bike, they treat as improper behaviour, and not to enter me to service my bike and when we forced to service my bike on this service centre, they treat as a formality against my bike.
                                    So, I request you To take a necessary action against my complaint and also advice me, what can I do with my bike.

                                    I am working as a proffesor in coimbatore private Arts college i ve bought new hero honda super splender in Suguna Automobile in 2008 at coimbatore. i ve completed all my free services there except one, after that, due to distance i am doing services nearby sub dealer service centre. last week friday 16/4/10 at 5.40 pm i dropped my two wheeler for service GEM MOTORS 1672, TRICHY ROAD.COIMBATORE 45. I ve suggested them to rectify the following complaints.
                                    1. Head light doom adjustment 2. buzzer change 3.battery distlled water filling 4.engine oil change 5.mileage tunning.

                                    instead of all the above i paid Rs 474/-(Four hundred and seventy four rupees only ) even though i informed all the problems properly to the supervisor they did not do anything except water wash and oil change while i am taking delivery on 17/4/10 at 4 pm i verified all and informed to the field supervisor Mr.Geneshan. he agreed and again i took two wheeler inside and informed to some new mechanics they used spanner to remove two wheeler's head light and broken the head lamp bottom screw. then all the people were tried to remove the head lamp side bolt but they could not opened the screw then they said it has jamed now head light not rectified and then i tried all service supervisor and managers by phone till now i could not catch them. Is this coustomer service? also i ve two hero honda vechicles passion TN 37 Y 7018 and TN 37 BA 6151 both vechiles are servicing Gem motors only herafter how the can i beleive good service centre. surely this kind of activities spoil your brand and dealer's service hence, kindly do necessary action against dealer and concern irresponsible workers. i am expecting favourable reply from you to avoid some legal action against dealer.                                     this is bring to your notice that i had purchased a "HERO HONDA PASSION PLUS"(RC NO:PB 56B-6125) Charssis no.99C-21966, ENGINE NO.99C-21991, FROM A.S. AUTOMOBILES NEAR SHERPUR CHOWK G.T. ROAD JAGRAON(LDH.).
                                    Soon after the purchase the certain defects in the model came to my knowledge.These defects are followin as:
                                    1) an engine of the motorcycle produces roar sounds after running some distance&it goes on increases.
                                    2)it starts bubbling at speed of 40-45km/hr.

                                    Then immediately I CONTACTED YOUR AUTHORISED FOR THE CORRECTION OF ABOVE MENTIONED DEFECTS.
                                    But the authority there assured me that there is no such defect and the condition is ok.But as the problem persists& became worse, I again being the same to knowledge of your authorised branch at JAGRAON(LDH.) .Them they assured me that sound was came from pepts &they will correct it on its last service(6th). But this also brings no afeect tharaafter two paid services was provided. then they assured me that the problem will put forward to the company engineer& he will come in some days.
                                    It was april29.2010 that i contacted the company engineer at your agency in JAGRAON(LDH.). who after examination oe the motorcyclegave the answer that he cannot solve this problem ..
                                    After receiving such an answer from the company engineer i became toosetup & frustrated by your servie that i am planning to file a consumer suit for this harassment & ill doing of your authorised &you being tje principle are alsoequally liable & responcible for the doing of your authorised agent.

                                    My wife have books aviator last month, and received delivery late by almost a week. All the payment was done in full in cash. No notification from the dealer "B.U. Bhandari, Nagar Road".

                                    Customer Service office found very adament and failed to answer my questions about the delay.

                                    After following up many times, we have received aviator without number plate. So i hold the papers with me, and till date no one called to collect the same.

                                    Today my wife have received the SMS by the dealer about not completing the formalities.

                                    I am Selvendran, Advocate from Chennai in Tamil Nadu state.

                                    I have bought Hero Honda Splendor Plus (TN22BX 40452) (Engine No.HA10EEA89J44935, Chassis No.MBLHA10EJ89J08802).

                                    I met with an accident on 11th November 2010, the above said vehicle has been given to ADYAR MOTORS PVT. LTD, NEW NO.54, PLOT NO.269, 1ST AVENUE, INDIRA NAGAR, ADYAR, CHENNAI - 20 on 12th November 2010 for service.

                                    The vehicle was delivered on 25th November 2010. After receiving my vehicle, I have found as per the estimate and bill they are not properly replaced the spares of the body and the silencer sound also varied.

                                    Then I immediately compliant to the Service Manager & the Service Supervisor Mr.Thiagarajan. After my compliant, the Manager advised the supervisor and some spares were replaced. The same day I have taken vehicle but the vehicle produces heavy running noise till date.

                                    Central lock & Helmet locks are jammed. but they are not properly examined and they did not issue the estimation. After my compliant they are issuing two supplementary estimate. I have paid as per the Job Card No.P33311 & M12703 dated 25.11.2010 Rupees 11, 130/- (10, 750+380). But they are not given 5% discount for Passport Holder. (My Passport No.MBLHA10EJ89J08802).

I have purchase Karzima ZMR bike On Aug-13-2010, in Niki Motors Sadashiv Nagar.After 10 day i found oil leakage in my bike near engine so i went to show room and ask about that they told leave for 1st service so i left and after service i took my bike again i am facing same problem than i went and left 2nd service than they told that it is solved you can take it, now again same problem i am really scared that my bike engine will get seized so and also now the pick up and mileage have drop due to above reasons i am really unhappy about your service its horrible. i am feeling that we should never by hero honda company bikes. so i am kindly requesting you to solve this problem and help me.

                                      i am dheeraj goyal form agra city. i booked one activa scooter in your dealer peoples automobiles, agra. i am purchases only scooter without assessrieous but dealer not give scooter with out assessrieous.
                                      assess. cost approx rupees 4500.00 charged by delaer and this assess.'s market cost rupees 1200.00 so difference amount is high. so please solve the my problem.

                                      my problem is that fuel is coming out from the over flow vent pipe.I have shown to the dealer many times but they are saying that for all the honda activa scooters the fuel will be coming out.
                                      but as far as my knowledge is concerned it is the mistake of the carburator and the dealers are hiding this.

                                        With reference to the above subject, I am sorry to state that a company like Honda is patronizing sub standard supplies.

                                        I would like to emphasize the said cars rear windshield gasket has deformed from top corners resulting in the glass edge getting exposed, which is very dangerous.

                                        I have taken delivery of the said car from M/s Linkway Honda –Malad Mumbai on 31/3/08 and the first service has been done on 30/4/08 by Linkway –Goregaon (East), even then this problem was not noticed by Linkway, this came to my notice by chance. In case of any total failure of gasket, the rear glass could have collapsed causing damages physically and financially, whom should we hold responsibility.

                                        Further, I had taken my vehicle to M/s Link way Honda Chandivali, they have photographed the same for further action at your end, which could happen not before and weeks time. They have suggested you can drive the car till then, I would like to know from your esteemed organization, who will be responsible and will I get free replacement of the rear windshield glass and gasket in case of any failure.

                                        In view of the above problem, I request you to replace the rear windshield gasket at the earliest and if any breakage / damage occurring the glass, I hold Honda Sail fully responsible and the same will have to be replaced at your cost & risk.

                                        I am using your HONDACITY car. I purchased 2 cars in year 2004. One car is automatic no. DL3CAJ0305 and other car is manual no. DL3CAA9367 in the name of MS.J.K TUBESCO. DELHI. Both the cars after 2 years had problem with their entire locking system but that time i managed and changed locking system for both the cars. Again after a year my automatic car’s locking system had problem but i changed that. Now after 2 years my manual car is facing this problem. I am really upset regarding this problem. Sir this is a technical fault with your locking system in these models and I want to know that is it feasible on a customer part that I pay amount of Rs. 8000-10, 000 after every 2 years on the locking system of your car. Sir I am using other cars also like skoda octavia, mahindra scorpio, maruti zen etc but I never faced such kind of problem in these cars. I[censored] think that I am really insane and don’t know how to operate car locking system so I am ready to pay extra amount to you and you please teach me how to operate a car. I was really not expecting this kind of response/ quality from a brand like HONDA. I want you to look into the matter and take some action as soon as possible and I want that you to change or repair the faulty lock set at your own cost.

                                        Honda City — DEMANDING MONEY FOR ESTIMATE

                                        I SENT MY ACCIDENTAL VEHICLE TO THE ABOVE SERVICE CENTRE FOR INSURANCE CLAIM & REPAIR. SINCE THE VEHICLE WAS INSURED WITH IFFCO TOKIO GENERAL, FOR CLAIM INSURANCE PEOPLE ASKED FOR THE ESTIMATE FROM THE SERVICE CENTRE. SO THE OFFICIALS OF THE ROYAL HONDA ARE ASKING FOR 3% CHARGES OF THE TOTAL ESTIMATE. THAT IS RS.21000.00 APPX. WHICH I FEEL IS NOT LIABLE, HENSE I M COMPLAINING THIS.
                                        Did anyone get a response from Honda after filing a complaint here.

                                        I bought the new Honda City (SATmodel) 15 days back and I have had a very disappointing experience.
                                        I gave my car for first paid servicing today at Linkway Honda, Chandivali. My appointment was at 07:45 am. I reached 15 min. before schedule. Job sheet was prepared by Abdulkadir Shaikh. As I am going to drive my car for long tour which I specifically told to Abdulkadir Shaikh. I told him to check every thing such as brake oil, engine oil, ect., which is normally expected from a service. I even told him my car is just a year old and my car doors started making noise when opening and closing in 7th month itself. Even my daily running is very less i.e., 10km daily. My odometer shows 2400km till date. When I came to take my car at 3:30pm I was surprised to see that my door was untouched. As Abdulkadir Shaikh was off duty before time I was told to contact Wasim for delivery which I did, not before I waited 15min. for him. I took Wasim to my car and made him here the loud door noise which could be heard from 15 foot radius. Wasim blindly told me that they don’t have that door part and asked me to come after 5days. But from my judgment I am sure he was lying full face. I called up Abdulkadir Shaikh on his mobile he told me when he checked the doors it was not making noise. Even Wasim told him doors are making noise. I can’t understand what more Honda staffs will do to save their skin and higher authority not even realizing what is happening behind their back. With all this happening only Honda customers will suffer. They will have to give 2 to 3 visits for their things done. Honda customers are at full mercy of Honda staffs. Now I just have to wait for the door parts to come. God knows how long the wait will be? Higher authorities please make note of this if at all it reaches you all.

                                        Hello friends
                                        I purchased Honda City ZX EXI on 1/10/2008 from Ring Road Honda, Peeragarhi, New Delhi. The car developed corossion on all 6 doors - 4 passenger doors + dicky + bonnet in less than 6 months. The same was brought to the notice of the service people at Peeragarhi. They, as you too have experienced took photographs of the effected areas and promised to get back to me as soon as they hear from Honda Company. This was on the first sunday of april 2009. Till date (3/7/2009) ie approx 3 months after the same, I am yet to hear from them. I have written good number of e-mails to the dealer and company and both of them are silent over the issue.

                                        Before the purchase of the vehicle too my experience was not good. The sales executive at the said outlet never returned a reply in response to our queries eventhough they promised the call back. I was left to repeatedly call back the dealer.

                                        Shocking was the fact that warranty papers were not properly filled or were incomplete or had wrond names filled in.

                                        Shocking was a fact that I received insurance documents with hypothication endorsed on it, whearas, I did not take any loan from the bank or dealer.

                                        The servicing appointments are a mere eyewash at this outlet. Eventhough you book your service appointment well in advance, you are shocked to find that your appointment does not exist / time which you had been confirmed had been changed without your consent.

                                        The Honda company suggests a periodic service at a frequency of 6 months or 5000 kms whichever earlier. But at the said center, they are sending mails after every 3 months. When I called the center asking for clarification, I got a cold reply that the company may recomend anything, but at our center the periodicity is 3 months. I feel that this is leading to an additional expenditure on the customers for no reason.

                                        All this speaks loud about the quality of service being by the dealer and also the company as the company is silent over all the above issues (the company has been informed by e-mails about all of the above).

                                        I request that I may be provided with e-mail id if Honda Japan to enable me to write to them.

                                        Honda City 1.5Exi — Deficient Service

                                        HONDA SIEL FLEECING INDIAN CUSTOMERS ON PARTS
                                        Our Honda City Car No.HR26S4851 was sent to Pearl Honda, Gurgaon on 05/09/2009 for servicing with a complaint of YELLOW LAMP in dash board going on and off frequently. After service, when the car was received the same problem continued. After frequent follow up for about a month, the workshop agreed to rectify the problem on 10/10/2009.

                                        We were shocked to learn that the workshop raised an invoice Rs. 16,300/- (Approx USD 350/-) for rectifying yellow lamp indication problem. We had never agreed to bear such a large cost and charging such a large amount for a small part (exhaust sensor) is simply fleecing Innocent Customers. We discussed the matter with the concerned service manager who blamed to high cost of part charged by the company.

                                        This is nothing but consumer exploitation of by Honda Siel. Providing post sales service at reasonable cost is primary responsibility of the company. Charging such high cost amounts to failure in respecting fairness hence deficient consumer service practice.

                                        By this email, we wish to record my protest to the management to stop such exploitative practices. We also wish to request other consumers to raise their voices for similar other practices on post sales service by Honda Siel

                                        We plan to continue to discuss the matter with Pearl Honda, Gurgaon and if the matter is not resolved amicably, we shall continue to raise this matter in Global Complaint websites, India Consumer Court and other consumer protection forums.

                                        The Dashboard just above the Center AC vents have a "HUMP" which is clearly visible and makes look bad

                                        I have taken delivery of the said car from Ring Road Honda –Gurgaon Haryana on 9th April 09 and the first service has been done by Ring Road Honda –Gurgaon Haryana, even then this problem was not noticed by Ring Road Honda, and after that I got my all my other servises done including the paid ones from either Ring Road Honda Gurgaon or Pearl Honda Gurgaon, this came to my notice by chance.

                                        Further, I had taken my vehicle to Pearl Honda, they have photographed the same for further action at your end, which could happen not before weeks time which never happened as it has been more than a month now still I am told that the part is still not arrived for replacement. They have suggested you can drive the car till then, I would like to know from your esteemed organization, who will be responsible and will I get it replaced or I will have to live with it?

                                        In view of the above problem, I request you to replace the Dashboard at the earliest

So I contacted to Mr.Shrikant, representative of Rushabh motors pvt ltd, Nagpur for this brake pad set.He told me to deposit Rs.3380.When i go through the bill details, it was shocked to see that Rushabh motors pvt ltd, Nagpur has charged the labour charges with service tax on that amount.When this material is only purchased from them and fitted by someone else at amravati, then who Rushabh motors pvt ltd, Nagpur can charge this labour charges on that material.

                                        We bought a Honda City HR 26 BA 9790 on 7th Feb, 2010 from Ring Road Honda, Gurgaon. Regretfully we have to point out that nobody in Ring Road Honda has responded to Gauri Telecommunications Private Limited for the reconciliation of payment made even after a laps of four months.

                                        Reconciliation of the account was not done even after lot of persuasion with Mr.Rahul [protected] of Ring Road Honda in last 4 months. Also Ring Road Honda is giving all type of excuses to avoid reconciliation of payment made against the Honda City purchase. We have explained the transactions from our end and at the same time they are not having any answer of extra payment charged by Rind Road Honda and they are not ready to refund the same.

                                        We would sincerely request you to take up this matter on priority. We hope Honda understands that such kind of dealers spoil the reputation and stains the image of a World Class Company like yours.

                                        Also I want to highlight here that service standard of Ring road Honda is also very poor. I have never experienced such a low standard of car-servicing in my life. This is the feedback pls. Verify the same from your end as well.

                                        I want to make it clear to you how the extent of negligence in Honda Egypt as being an agent since the date of 15112008 since i bought my car (city), I did an incident in the month of July 2009 and even our history this and I go to the status of service attempt to cancel many of the voices in the car due to the accident.
                                        They reply me that is (normal), after car maintenance a hole was found inside the car in the console also the answer was we are not responsible for what happened
                                        Note that the car in guarantee and insured by you.
                                        Want a definitive solution to problems of that arrived in the duration of a full year and this is not expected from a company such as Honda.

I paid full amount through cheque but the invoice was given to me for lesser amount and higher amount charged was not refunded despite my repeated requests. Many a time promises have been made but of no use. There is no co ordination between sales team and the accounts wing. Total amount paid is 9.19 lacs, invoice is of Rs.8.31 lacs. Before delivery of the car the attitude of all the staff was very good. But after the preparation of check the behavior was totally changed. During the delivery they made me mentally harassment. The staff of sales and finance knows nothing about the Indian banking. The deal which was given to me was tried to change at the time of delivery. Me and my family faced a painful experience during my purchasing.

                                        With reference to the above subject, I am sorry to state that a company like Honda - ISO 9001 certified is patronizing sub standard supplies.

                                        I purchased the Honda City VAT bearing registration no. MH-04-EF-3685 on March 2010 from Linkway Honda, Sakivihar Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai. From the day the vehicle was purchased I am having lot of problem with the vehicles. Kindly check the past case history which is there in Andheri Show Room. Even the vehicle which was delivered on the delivery date was in a shabby condition.

                                        Now I am writing this email to you for a very serious problem. From the month of June 2010 the air condition in my car is giving a stinking smell when i switch on the A/C. First I thought that it is a new vehicle may be due to leather seats & floor matt. I waited to 4-5 months & during March 2011 the stinking smell was increasing. I pointed out this to the service advisor of Linkway Honda. They cleaned the A/C pipe with dettol and told me that it has gone. I drew the vehicle for one week continously but again its started. The stinking smell is such that I feels like omitting even my family doesn't sits in the car. After the service in March 2011 when I switch on the A/C there is a bubbling sound inside the car with stinking smell.

                                        I took the vehicle again for servicing to Linkway Honda on 25th July 2011. The same complaint was again explained to Mr. Zahid Husain (Service Advisor) Mobile No. [protected]. He assured me that the problem will be solved i.e. stinking smell & the bubbling sound of water. The vehicle was at the service station for 3 days. A senior technician was called from Delhi to attend my vehicle but even he cannot rectified the problem. I took the deliver of my vehicle on 29th July, 2011 & was informed me that my vehicle is kept under OBSERVATION for one week. But till date the problem is not solved. The stinking smell is increasing & the bubbling sound is not yet resolved.

                                        I request you to kindly look into the matter as this is a very serious issue. I have hardly drown my vehicle for the past 1 year. Its only 3875 kms. What is the use of buying a Honda Vehicle when the company cannot satisfy the customer.

                                        You are requested to kindly take the matter on top prority basis or else you change the vehicle and give me a new Honda City.

                                        we have purchased a car name of Ms.Dada krupa Glass pvt. ltd. in 2009 date on 31 July from Pinkcity honda, Jaipur. we have face many problems regrading this vehicle but dealership is not resolve my vehicle problems in warranty claims, we continued visited there workshop about all, but they always refuse my request according all this matter ...i mentally and physically very troubled about this vehicle. this vehicle is best of world manufacturer company HONDA. but this type activity is not good for this company brand, we already purchased Ex. warranty 2+2 also that time vehicle purchased, please see this matter seriously and help me all this matter so we proudly feel the gud customer of Honda, i have 2 vehicles of Honda city and Honda Zx...
                                        problems are:-

                                        1. Steering noise...
                                        2. All suspension noise and bubbling in driving ..
                                        3.vibrate the bonnet
                                        4. humming noise
                                        5.steering remove all color
                                        6. ABS not working
                                        7. door biding is cut to many palace

                                        Please as soon as resolve all this problems to image of Honda customer, who is the world famous brand, and i m a ed-jesting customer of this company ...

                                        This is with reference to lock of HondaCity of no.UP78BL4300 which was not accepting its own keys and also the steering got locked.I was highly disappointed because in my driving experience of 30 years it was the first time that there was complaint in steering lock.Kindly look into the matter and refund the amount paid for replacement of lock.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I am sorry to say that I am very much upset when I have found my new Honda city car(Registration No-CG10FA-6294) left rear side tyre a hole /cut after getting service in Shubh Honda showroom, Bilaspur(C.G) through pick & drop system. I have send my car for servicing on 29th Nov, 12 but they have not informed me regarding this cut/hole and when I asked for this then they told me that there was a puncture and they have attended this.
                                        I use this car for long drive purpose & purchase this Honda city car for their class & fame, so I don’t want to take any risk on this matter.
                                        Without any compromise, I want this tyre to be replaced with new one ASAP.I request you to kindly instruct your dealer to replace this immediately for the sake of my mental peace.Waiting for your quick postive reply.

                                        SUB : Engine overheating problem of our Honda City-DL 4C-AH-0625

                                        Dear sir,

                                        We are very much sorry to inform you that above mentioned Honda car is registered with Aditya Birla Chemicals India limited – Renukoot (Uttar Pradesh) and last year we had a problem of overheating of Engibe of the car and it was shown to your authorized service center M/s. Surekha Sales Pvt. Ltd Trident Honda - Allahabad on 28.3.2012 and the complain launched for “GADDI CHALTE CHALTE GARAM HO JATI HAI” it was checked by your authorised team and they put the remark on final bill that “CHECKED AND FOUND OK”. Invoice No. 1101859 dated 28.03.12 (for your refrence)

                                        However again during transit from Renukoot to Varanasi on 17.04.2013 again the same problem of overheating was observed and when we contacted M/s. Surekha Sales and Pvt. Ltd Trident Honda - Allahabad over phone they advised us to send the vehicle to service center at Allahabad and as per their advised we send the vehicle by towing to the said place. On checking the vehicle at above service center they given us the estimated cost of repairing is for Rs. 93, 557.00 (Rupees ninety three thousand five hundred fifty seven) which is very much on higher side

                                        Now we are of the opinion that if the engine work is there for the said vehicle then why it was not traced out in a last servicing, when our vehicle went to service center for the overheating problem and we specified the same. It is not expected from Honda city that after the clearance from service center within a year such a major breakdown can take place.
                                        In the light of above, we would like to say as being a one of the leading brand name in four wheelers car segment got a responsibility towards the customer satisfaction at first level and the good customer should not be overloaded due to improper checking by service center and the fault of our vehicle could not be traced-out resulting again break down and heavy repairing cost.
                                        Please look into the matter and do the best needful at your end and please revert back at your earliest with the satisfactory response.

It is been learned from newspapers that the power window control panel will be replaced for 2008 models as they have complaints. but the dealers at coimbatore told that they are not yet received any orders or instructions from the company. Please do the needful as my car having the complaints.
