[Resolved]  Hero Honda — poor customer service

I had bought CBX Xtreme from Mallu Motors (Kolkata, Park Street)
I have given my bike for service in their own service station. My bike number is WB-07 Y3959. It's been over 2 months and I still haven't got my bike back. It's been a very horrible experience as I keep calling them every week and they always tend to extend the time without taking any initiative. I have not bought my bike for the service station people to use it. I going to file a case in the consumer forum to ask for compenstaion. I do hope for your early reply as I have'nt got any feedback from your side till now. Thanks

Dear Sir,
I purchased a bike CBZ-Xtreme (CG 13H 4617) from raigarh (Chhatisgarh).
Its float pin got damaged and now it is not available.
I lodged a complaint and gave the order for a new one. But still after 25 days, they have not placed an order for the same and saying that come and place another order. My bike is standing idle for more than a month.
When i call them for line up, either they dont pick the call or cut the phone and switch it off in the middle of call.
This is the worst service of any company i've encountered.

Please sort out the problem for god sake goodwill of your company.

i bought 2 hero pleasure just 7months back and to my surprise the front portion of the scooter became loose and started rattling. on 3rd servicing this was pointed out the service center ( nikhi moters, bangalore) Without even looking at the assembly his reply was that it needs replacement. this clearly indicates this promblem is known and common in most of the Hero pleasure . further after 3rd servicing the `horn and blinker sound vanished.To be very frank this is 3rd scooter i bought and found it to be the worst as far as mileage, reliabiltyof components and servicing is concerned .My advice to potential customers of heropleasure is Go for any other scooter but donot go in for Hero pleasure.you shall repent the day u buy this scooter

I purchased a Passion-Pro on May 2010 number is UP-15AN 6766. My motorcycle was damaged from front side at a road accident & Wiser & front mar-gad was broke. I went to Shree Shyam Jee Honda, Meerut for insurance claim. From last 5 week I went to there & did not get the parts of my bike.

I just want to know that " Is it a Hero Moto Crop Best customer service...? Is this my mistake that I show my trust on Hero comparatively others...? Should I drive my damage motorcycle...?

I have taken a Honda Pleasure on 25th may 2012, from day one it has got the starting problem and wheel was not alignment properly. And fuel consumption is too much, now after three month I am facing the problem with bikes, its silences have got broken and the crank have got crack, service center is not so co-operative, there are only up to sell the bike, they are not consultant with customer care, please do not by such worst product.

Seems simply washed and given to me. Even that cleaning also not that much good.

Two workshop manager do misbehave with my Sister, Customer Satisifcation is not there . Both of them charge me extra 200 rupees. They do forgery in Service Amount . When i already gave the pick up charge why they charge me . After that they also don't know how to talk with customers specially girls. They Charge me extra minimum 200 rupees in Service Amount, They also both of them not strict on his work

I have a HERO Passion Expro bike. I went your Reliable Hero, Matkuria, Dhanbad for service, pickup, sound in back wheel issue. After two days servecing my bike have same problem. I go your showroom your mechanic Mr. Gope said don't worry sir I immediate solve your problem, but after two days the same problem again arise. This is continuing two or three times my bike have same problem.
After some month I again went your showroom for same problem your official said your bike is due for servicing, after servecing your problem is shortcut. I agreed for her suggestions.
But after servecing my bike have same problem.
It is too poor and irretate service for me.

Please shortcut my problem.
