[Resolved]  Hero Honda — poor customer service

I had bought CBX Xtreme from Mallu Motors (Kolkata, Park Street)
I have given my bike for service in their own service station. My bike number is WB-07 Y3959. It's been over 2 months and I still haven't got my bike back. It's been a very horrible experience as I keep calling them every week and they always tend to extend the time without taking any initiative. I have not bought my bike for the service station people to use it. I going to file a case in the consumer forum to ask for compenstaion. I do hope for your early reply as I have'nt got any feedback from your side till now. Thanks

I have taken a new vehicle CD delux in the month of september 2008 and now it is 7-8 months old and it is under warranty for the last 4-5 months i am facing some problem at the left-side of the engine when first time i went to service center they kept me vehicle for 3 days at the service center but no use and second time for one day and third time again one day but no use, can u solve my problem i[censored] can please let me know on my mobile and my mobile no is [protected]. Otherwise, please give me the correct person to whon i may concern for my vehicle problem because i trust in herohond.
I have purchased Hero honda Pleasure in the last month from Pratham motors, Pune.
As per your schdule I have completed 800 kms running and now I go for first servicing, but I found that they are charging me Rs.350 for oil changing and servicing.

I want to ask you is it ok to charge me this amount of Rs.350 for first servicing when your six servicing are free for your custormer as per your schdule.

Please comment and suggest.

I have purchased Hero Honda Splendor Plus (KA 04 3990) on 6.8.2008 at Swastik Motors in Mattikere, Bangalore.
After repeated service also vehicle is giving continuous jerks during initial running upto 3 to 4 kms. This happens every time the vehicle is started after and stopping (kept off) for 5 to 6 hours.
If the vehicle runs below 50/55 kms/hr engine noise is observd and the vehicle vibration is very high.
I regret to inform that I have already complained at the seller (swastik Motors but no action has been taken till now.
Kindly look into it immediately without any delay and do the necessary action to solve the problem.

Complaint for Bike

This is to bring into your notice that I have purchased a bike (Splender+) from Samta Automobiles, Sonepat, Haryana, whose number is HR10L9258. I always take my bike for servicing to Samta Automobiles for regular service but I am sorry to inform that the services I receive are not up to the mark. Every time most of the things are left unattended like engine & chain set noise, vibration and low average and I have to follow up again and again for the same things many time, which is not acceptable.

I would appreciate if you could personally look into the matter seriously, and please be ensure that all the problems I am facing should be attended at the time of service itself.

If you ask for spare parts, they will ask you to go to Gurgaon to get it yourself.
I don't know how these Herohonda [censored]s! survived so long in this field with such poor service!!

Hero Honda/Motor Bike — Poor servicing and misbehaviour of authorised service centre

Hi,

I have given my bike for servicing at INDIAN MOTORS authorized service centre at angamaly, Kerala. I am a regular customer at this work station and this time also i have given my bike for servicing and they charged me Rs.530/- which i dont have any complaints. from that time my battery is not working and they done something to correct at that time. within 3 days, my full battery charge has gone and i made a complaint to the service centre. which they said the battery is good and need to recharge it and they charged Rs.30/. after one hour the same complaint has come again. when as i asked the supervisor, he said the battery has gone and need to buy new one. if any complaint i need to file case in court.

later i checked the same in another service centre, they said the battery has gone because the water has gone inside while servicing.it is purely the mistake of the service centre and am expecting a proper action on this.

Please take serious action otherwise no body will trust the authorized dealars.

I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT THE DEALER OF HERO HONDA IN KOLKATA THEY ARE VERY IMPROPER & DON'T HAVE THE PROPER INFORMATION REGARDING THE STOCK AVAILAIBILITY OF HERO HONDA KARIZMA ALTHOUGH THE BOOKING HAS BEEN DONE BEFORE EIGHT DAYS BY PAYING A TOKEN AMOUNT OF RS.5000/-...SO NOW I HAVE DECIDED THAT I WILL WAIT FOR ANOTHER 2 TO 3 DAYS IF NO FEEDBACK WOULD BE GIVEN FROM THE DEALER END THEN DEFINITELY I"LL CANCEL THE BOOKING...

Just send me your name and vehicle registration number and the date of purchase and name of the dealer from whom you had purchased.

I will see that the people at Hero Honda are kept at tenterhooks.

Also i experienced some problem with Hero Honda and i found that it was the people who were meddling with records and telling uncomfortable prices, then I contacted Hero Honda and submitted my claim and the reply that i got was a good one.

glamour — Servicing not provided by dealer

I have bought hero honda bike "Glamour" from patna.
And your dealer doesn't provide free servicing which is left within time period
I have purched new passion plus bike from ess aay agencies, karol bag, new delhi on 26.09.2004, engine no.-04J08M50029.I am facing bike engine heating problem from starting the day of purched.too many repaired history regarding smae. and i have also informed to Mrs. Vijaya, The chairmen, Mr. Ajeet Dixit and Mr. Ajeet Partho Dutta, Dipak Mahendaru, Manish, Anand, but action was taken by your pepole, is not upto mark.and still i am facing same problem although bike was serviced at regular interval.and netural light not working, wheel alignment problem and battery problem also.since i am suffering from last four year.given me proper solution otherwise i will go to consumer court.

Hero Honda — manupilation with records and complaint register

have made complaints twice but no action has been taken accept pressurising on phone to withdraw the complaint.main culprit is manager of the service station who stappled and hide my complaint, now making goat of others to sacrifice.

Hero Honda — disorder of spare parts

they have not changed my bike's chain spoket as per in the bill they have genereted &also not created the assured bill as per the service of the bike, , and now they are not taking action to satisfy me.

But After that day we have been calling and visiting Service Centre regularly, But vehicle is yet not ready..
We really don’t know…what to do & how and when we can our HERO HONDA PLEASURE in ready condition back from the service center….Please suggest.
1----SHOULD we knock the door of court or we should take a help of any Media to get repair our vehicle ASAP?
2----Doest it take ages / so many month to repair a vehicle at HERO HONDA Service Center?
How long it will take more to repair our vehicle?
3-----Is this Hero Honda’s Service after sales service?
4-----Is this Hero Honda’s customer delight way ?

Hero Honda — bike parts not available to delivger the bike on given to customer

I had brought my CBZ extreme bike to Max Hero Honda showroom, nahur, Mumbai for showing some weired engine sound so they told me its crank and piston might have gone so they opened whole engine and then they said we dont have crank and will be arranged within 10-15 days and then only we can give you bike so I told them to reassemble my bike engine and give it back now so that I can go to other Service center as they had this crank so they asked labour chargees and packing charges for reassembling engine which I refused so they are not giving my bike and asking me to wait for some time.

So pl take some hard actions against them as this is no way fair to tell customer later on that we dont have such parts etc.
