[Resolved]  Hero Honda — poor customer service

I had bought CBX Xtreme from Mallu Motors (Kolkata, Park Street)
I have given my bike for service in their own service station. My bike number is WB-07 Y3959. It's been over 2 months and I still haven't got my bike back. It's been a very horrible experience as I keep calling them every week and they always tend to extend the time without taking any initiative. I have not bought my bike for the service station people to use it. I going to file a case in the consumer forum to ask for compenstaion. I do hope for your early reply as I have'nt got any feedback from your side till now. Thanks

i am a ownner of herohonda cd delux bike and i have a passport.but i when i fist passport expire and after some days i renuwed passport then my first point add in new passport but no no answer in my gift.
my vehical no. is DL 3S BQ 6183 given for service at ARC motors pvt. ltd. f 25/4 okhla phase -2 new delhi on 18/2/2010 . They added some parts without informed me & the mechanic Neeraz kumar argued with me at time when i got to release my bike .I am not satified with the services of arc motors . Pls reply it .

its common problem in HH BIKES WHICH THE COMPANY HAS STOPPED IN MANUFACTURING THAT WE CAN NOT GET THE PARTS IN TIME FOR THESE BIKES AND EVEN THE SOME OF SERVICE CENTER ARE NOT HAVING QUALIFIED SERVICE ENGINEER OR TECHNICIAN SO CAN A BIKE CAN BE HEALTHY FOR A LONG TYM

Hero Honda — unfair trade

Sir, i booked a hero honda CD DELUX CCR from Regent Auto Points Pvt Ltd. Office Chandanpuri Shewar, 38 Kilometer Stone, Malegaon Nasik Highway, Malegaon-423203 on 30/01/2010 and paid the full payment of rupees 42083/- in advance. Dealer promised me to deliver the vehicle within 8 to 10 days that means till 9th feb 2010.

But till today i have not got my booked vehicle and the dealer is saying that prices are hiked after budget so they are demanding me 2% of Rs.42083 more to deliver the vehicle.

So why should I pay more? I have already paid the full amount two month ago.

I Debabrata Mondal purchased a CBZ XTREME from Rudra Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., Burdwan on 19th September, 2009. On the time of delivery the R.R. Break was creating a very bad noise when I pressed the break liver, I told it to work shop supervisor and he replied me that the problem will be solved in the first free servicing. I report it to the work shop on the date of first free servicing and they were solved the problem temporaryly. After taking delivery of the byke I faced the same problem. Then I brought my byke to the work shop after the day but they were not able to solve the problem. Then they told me that the problem will solve in the second free servicing. But unfortunately the problem is not solved till now. Second free servicing date was 2nd March, 2010.
I have one question to you that the defective bykes selling is your business policy ? if not, please take necessary action in this regard otherwise I will take necessary legal steps against your company.

Hero Honda Plus — irregula supply of parts

I am owners of a splender plus motorcycle, Reg No WB 54 F 0920 brought iin 02/03/2009 from International Auto Mobile, Suri Birbhum, West Bengalwhich was accident on 21/02/2010, The chasis of this motor cycle was cracked and insurance valuer advice to change this chasis, But yet not deliverd my motorcycle till now. and they told of company's shortage of supply of the parts,
But I am very hopless about your Customer serves, Please give a fruitful reply and take necessary positive step as soon as possible

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have Hero Honda Hunk purchased in April 2008 - reg No : KA 41 K 3297, and its neutral light switch is broken due to which engine oil is leaking like any thing from past 1 year.
I am not able get this spare any where in Bangalore. My dealer SS Motors, Kengeri Satellite town, Bangalore(Authorized Hero Honda Show room) is not ready to take my request and asking me to go for some other show room.
Each time when i gave for service, he had bluffed me by saying, this time the problem is resolved. I got tired visiting that show room. Its worst than Government organizations.

Finally I went to Prakash Motors(Authorised Hero Honda Show room) Subbhaiya Circle, Bangalore.
Each time I go there he keeps on telling spare is there, but he is very busy to make the bill.
Please kindly consider my issue and get my bike problem resolved. I am in trouble.

Herohonda — not given service by dealer

hero honda dealer "Arundhati mmotors" bolangir not giving service to my Glamour FI, and reaplies that he don't have proper tool's from last 15 day's.
i have purchased a splendor plus motorcycle on 14 mar. 2008 from NORTH BIHAR AGRO AGENCIES, MUZAFFARPUR and that motorcycle bears registration no.-BR-06-Q-641, chasis no.-MBLHA10EE89C19315, engine no.- HA10EA89c22934, Battery no.-011837 and i have been provided passport no.- BLHA10EE89C19315.
i have attained free service and now i am availing paid service of my above said motorcycle.
i have a complain regarding poor pickup, poor mileage, and poor battery since first servicing of the above said motorcycle which i have also entered on the job card made during the above said servicing.
the aforesaid problem could not be resolved and ignored to next servicing by the authorised workshop mechanic as well as supervisors.
i want the abovesaid problem of my motorcylcle should be resolved at your level as soon as possible.

Bought motor cycle agnst attched docoment warranty provided for two yrs but so for 5 months completed engine was faound fault but hero honda company deler situated at Bharatpur Rajasthan says that in the motor cycle insite the gear box lock was not found from the company thats why engine produce noise and vibrations and motorcycle wheel spoke was broken even in the four month use of motor cycle on the highway (5400 Km run up till now) I humblly request ur good self to take necessary action in this regard and do the needful as earlier as possible
