[Resolved]  Hero Honda — poor customer service

I had bought CBX Xtreme from Mallu Motors (Kolkata, Park Street)
I have given my bike for service in their own service station. My bike number is WB-07 Y3959. It's been over 2 months and I still haven't got my bike back. It's been a very horrible experience as I keep calling them every week and they always tend to extend the time without taking any initiative. I have not bought my bike for the service station people to use it. I going to file a case in the consumer forum to ask for compenstaion. I do hope for your early reply as I have'nt got any feedback from your side till now. Thanks

Dear Sir,

I has purchased Hero honda Splendor Plus Cast PBK in the 31 Jully 2009 from Pratibha motors, Dange Chowk, Pune. aginst there invoice no.001161 / 31.07.09.
Bike Registration No. MH 14 BV 5914, and Envine No. HA10EA9HF88209

I have complited the 5 free servicing at the pratibha's service station and every time I face the repeted problem like fork noise engine oil leakage, vibration, low average, abnormal noise in engine, back firing (silencer Noise like fhataka footna), worker are excepted this poor service. but management are not good. There is very poor service and talking langauge both are Sales & Service mananger behave badly You has apointed there mananger from TVS they told me (hamare yaha aisa hi hota hai) also superviser have don't give any satisfaction to me for my bike problems.

Please confirm comments and suggest.

Hi, Iam also facing the same problem. these Hero Honda Showrooms do take extra money for Registration & unnececerily harass customers.It also causes a loss to the govt. revenue. Such Delears should be penalised.

m/ s ananad Auto mobile, Ambikapur se mene passion plus 2009 modal kharida hai, dusre servicing ke bad hi oil over hone laga aur over pipe se fuel girne laga oil band karne ke bad bhi oil risne laga, tab mene ananad automobile ambikapur ko lagatar five bar chequp card banawaya, lekin koi sudar nahi hua, unhone bola ki byke over hone & fuil girne ka karan hai ki oil pin change karna padega, meri byke - 7080 km one year me chala hai.

pls, mujhe kya karna chahie, change hone wale pin ki price ka bhugtan me wahan karunga / ya company. degi.

I was purchase new hero honda karizma bike in march 2010, And this is very big and shocking for me that after first service my bike performance and riding totally change,
Now the pickup become so down if two person sit on the bike and use the bike then the riding of the bike so poor and mileage is so bad just 25 KPL can you believe and when i ask and complaint to the service center on that time they react your bike have no issues... and other guises say sir there is not good mechanic, You just go and find other service center... I used only my bike for 1600 Km only till now and now i m going to consumer court ...

Hero Honda — poor warranty policy

The Rohan Auto Rider, Bhubaneswar (Authorised dealer of Hero Honda) refuge to give the warranty.He told me ur not doing servicing here, that is why we will not you give the warranty.
hero honda is not fullfiling the customer need.

Bike not delivered against Advance from more than one month

Till the date today daler can not manage this bike, and told that company not supplling the same. should I change the dealer or company for bike because I need it urgently

Sub: Complaint against Hero Honda service centre
Re : Passport no: 07J05C11028

My bike was given for services on May 12, 2010 in "City Works - Milap Service Station" at 14, Ashutosh Mukherjee Road, Kolkata 700020. But the service was very poor, I had complaint and give the bike again on May 17, 2010. They had delivered my bike on May 19, 2010 after complete servicing. Now they had fitted the Clutch plate and brake loosely, which I didn’t understand at the time of delivery. In the evening the loosely fitted clutch opens and I was to meet with an accident. Since there was no vehicle I was saved.
Now I went to the service station again on May 20, 2010, the manager of the service station scolded on the service engineer and asks me to repair my bike.

I cannot ride my bike properly, my riding is not smooth as it was earlier. I find it several problems now. I cannot understand what I should do now. Please advice.

Hero Honda is panelizing me because I had done regular servicing of my bike from your authorised service center. Please take the necessary actions on them and do the needful at the earliest.

splendor + — Poor service

want to complaint about Hero Honda splender Bike. I have purchased Hero Honda splender in August-2009. After 1st servicing, i faced pickup problem with my bike that i am not able to explain in this mail thread.the frustration i faced was unbelievable as after 2nd servicing, my bike was at service point to sort out technical problems. I thought that HeroHonda launched that product without any performance testing and then they played with customers bikes to resolve technical defects. This is a very bad experience from Hero Honda.
i informed at honda's show-room last four service but nobody listen this complain and solwe that so pls help me to solwe this

Hero Honda — worst Customer Service

Dear Sir,

I had left my vehicle-Hero Honda CBZ Xtreme for service on 10.06.2010 At milenium motors located in Kormangala intermediate ring road for engine work,and so far I have not received my vehicle Its been 37 days and I have not yet received my vehicle.

The reason they say in non availability of spares, and they have been procuring the same from last 37 days, I am an marketing engineer and without vehicle it is huge problem for me and lot of problems I face.

As i little understand the law, but i have heard somewhere that the spares should be available even if the particular model is not being manbufactured for next 20 years, I kindly request the authority to take some action and see that other people dont suffer like me.

I am also attaching the copy of the slip that commits to deliver the vehicle by 14.06.10.Please kindly look at the same.

My Vehicycel No DL4S-AZ6526, (Splender +) we facing Starting Probale, we time to time service of this Vehicyel from Hero honda authorised service Centre K.S.Automobile -Udyog Vihar gurgaon but this service centre in unavailbity of Spare parts, this time proble is Starting electric chock, 3 moth before this part alredy change but this time thsi part not avalnbe in service centre .

AVNI service centre (Hero Honda) — Bad service and damage in bike

I have CBZ extreme and i went to AVNI Service center located in NAJAFGARH NEW DELHI for servicing my bike but no improvement in bike condition they charged Rs 3000 and did not repair my bike and said "this service centre is running only by name of Hero Honda company. they are charging money for every work bou not doing nay thing. THEY ARE REALLY BAD.
