Dear Sir,

With reference to the above subject, I am sorry to state that a company like Honda is patronizing sub standard supplies.

I would like to emphasize the said cars rear windshield gasket has deformed from top corners resulting in the glass edge getting exposed, which is very dangerous.

I have taken delivery of the said car from M/s Linkway Honda –Malad Mumbai on 31/3/08 and the first service has been done on 30/4/08 by Linkway –Goregaon (East), even then this problem was not noticed by Linkway, this came to my notice by chance. In case of any total failure of gasket, the rear glass could have collapsed causing damages physically and financially, whom should we hold responsibility.

Further, I had taken my vehicle to M/s Link way Honda Chandivali, they have photographed the same for further action at your end, which could happen not before and weeks time. They have suggested you can drive the car till then, I would like to know from your esteemed organization, who will be responsible and will I get free replacement of the rear windshield glass and gasket in case of any failure.

In view of the above problem, I request you to replace the rear windshield gasket at the earliest and if any breakage / damage occurring the glass, I hold Honda Sail fully responsible and the same will have to be replaced at your cost & risk.

Even i am facing the same problem in my car too
RESPECTED SIR/ MADAM,

I am using your HONDACITY car. I purchased 2 cars in year 2004. One car is automatic no. DL3CAJ0305 and other car is manual no. DL3CAA9367 in the name of MS.J.K TUBESCO. DELHI. Both the cars after 2 years had problem with their entire locking system but that time i managed and changed locking system for both the cars. Again after a year my automatic car’s locking system had problem but i changed that. Now after 2 years my manual car is facing this problem. I am really upset regarding this problem. Sir this is a technical fault with your locking system in these models and I want to know that is it feasible on a customer part that I pay amount of Rs. 8000-10, 000 after every 2 years on the locking system of your car. Sir I am using other cars also like skoda octavia, mahindra scorpio, maruti zen etc but I never faced such kind of problem in these cars. I[censored] think that I am really insane and don’t know how to operate car locking system so I am ready to pay extra amount to you and you please teach me how to operate a car. I was really not expecting this kind of response/ quality from a brand like HONDA. I want you to look into the matter and take some action as soon as possible and I want that you to change or repair the faulty lock set at your own cost.

I was said to dealer My cars left side window is not doing work properly so plz check my car window but they dont do nothing. After 2 service my cd player is hang . i was said to dealer abt cd player but he dont listen my complaint

so plz sir think abt my complain and take action of against ur dealer

Honda City — DEMANDING MONEY FOR ESTIMATE

I SENT MY ACCIDENTAL VEHICLE TO THE ABOVE SERVICE CENTRE FOR INSURANCE CLAIM & REPAIR. SINCE THE VEHICLE WAS INSURED WITH IFFCO TOKIO GENERAL, FOR CLAIM INSURANCE PEOPLE ASKED FOR THE ESTIMATE FROM THE SERVICE CENTRE. SO THE OFFICIALS OF THE ROYAL HONDA ARE ASKING FOR 3% CHARGES OF THE TOTAL ESTIMATE. THAT IS RS.21000.00 APPX. WHICH I FEEL IS NOT LIABLE, HENSE I M COMPLAINING THIS.
Did anyone get a response from Honda after filing a complaint here.

I bought the new Honda City (SATmodel) 15 days back and I have had a very disappointing experience.
I gave my car for first paid servicing today at Linkway Honda, Chandivali. My appointment was at 07:45 am. I reached 15 min. before schedule. Job sheet was prepared by Abdulkadir Shaikh. As I am going to drive my car for long tour which I specifically told to Abdulkadir Shaikh. I told him to check every thing such as brake oil, engine oil, ect., which is normally expected from a service. I even told him my car is just a year old and my car doors started making noise when opening and closing in 7th month itself. Even my daily running is very less i.e., 10km daily. My odometer shows 2400km till date. When I came to take my car at 3:30pm I was surprised to see that my door was untouched. As Abdulkadir Shaikh was off duty before time I was told to contact Wasim for delivery which I did, not before I waited 15min. for him. I took Wasim to my car and made him here the loud door noise which could be heard from 15 foot radius. Wasim blindly told me that they don’t have that door part and asked me to come after 5days. But from my judgment I am sure he was lying full face. I called up Abdulkadir Shaikh on his mobile he told me when he checked the doors it was not making noise. Even Wasim told him doors are making noise. I can’t understand what more Honda staffs will do to save their skin and higher authority not even realizing what is happening behind their back. With all this happening only Honda customers will suffer. They will have to give 2 to 3 visits for their things done. Honda customers are at full mercy of Honda staffs. Now I just have to wait for the door parts to come. God knows how long the wait will be? Higher authorities please make note of this if at all it reaches you all.

Hello friends
I purchased Honda City ZX EXI on 1/10/2008 from Ring Road Honda, Peeragarhi, New Delhi. The car developed corossion on all 6 doors - 4 passenger doors + dicky + bonnet in less than 6 months. The same was brought to the notice of the service people at Peeragarhi. They, as you too have experienced took photographs of the effected areas and promised to get back to me as soon as they hear from Honda Company. This was on the first sunday of april 2009. Till date (3/7/2009) ie approx 3 months after the same, I am yet to hear from them. I have written good number of e-mails to the dealer and company and both of them are silent over the issue.

Before the purchase of the vehicle too my experience was not good. The sales executive at the said outlet never returned a reply in response to our queries eventhough they promised the call back. I was left to repeatedly call back the dealer.

Shocking was the fact that warranty papers were not properly filled or were incomplete or had wrond names filled in.

Shocking was a fact that I received insurance documents with hypothication endorsed on it, whearas, I did not take any loan from the bank or dealer.

The servicing appointments are a mere eyewash at this outlet. Eventhough you book your service appointment well in advance, you are shocked to find that your appointment does not exist / time which you had been confirmed had been changed without your consent.

The Honda company suggests a periodic service at a frequency of 6 months or 5000 kms whichever earlier. But at the said center, they are sending mails after every 3 months. When I called the center asking for clarification, I got a cold reply that the company may recomend anything, but at our center the periodicity is 3 months. I feel that this is leading to an additional expenditure on the customers for no reason.

All this speaks loud about the quality of service being by the dealer and also the company as the company is silent over all the above issues (the company has been informed by e-mails about all of the above).

I request that I may be provided with e-mail id if Honda Japan to enable me to write to them.

Honda City 1.5Exi — Deficient Service

HONDA SIEL FLEECING INDIAN CUSTOMERS ON PARTS
Our Honda City Car No.HR26S4851 was sent to Pearl Honda, Gurgaon on 05/09/2009 for servicing with a complaint of YELLOW LAMP in dash board going on and off frequently. After service, when the car was received the same problem continued. After frequent follow up for about a month, the workshop agreed to rectify the problem on 10/10/2009.

We were shocked to learn that the workshop raised an invoice Rs. 16,300/- (Approx USD 350/-) for rectifying yellow lamp indication problem. We had never agreed to bear such a large cost and charging such a large amount for a small part (exhaust sensor) is simply fleecing Innocent Customers. We discussed the matter with the concerned service manager who blamed to high cost of part charged by the company.

This is nothing but consumer exploitation of by Honda Siel. Providing post sales service at reasonable cost is primary responsibility of the company. Charging such high cost amounts to failure in respecting fairness hence deficient consumer service practice.

By this email, we wish to record my protest to the management to stop such exploitative practices. We also wish to request other consumers to raise their voices for similar other practices on post sales service by Honda Siel

We plan to continue to discuss the matter with Pearl Honda, Gurgaon and if the matter is not resolved amicably, we shall continue to raise this matter in Global Complaint websites, India Consumer Court and other consumer protection forums.

I agree 100%. I too am facing a similar kinda situation as Mr.R.Subramanian had faced.

Here is my part of the story :

The Dashboard just above the Center AC vents have a "HUMP" which is clearly visible and makes look bad

I have taken delivery of the said car from Ring Road Honda –Gurgaon Haryana on 9th April 09 and the first service has been done by Ring Road Honda –Gurgaon Haryana, even then this problem was not noticed by Ring Road Honda, and after that I got my all my other servises done including the paid ones from either Ring Road Honda Gurgaon or Pearl Honda Gurgaon, this came to my notice by chance.

Further, I had taken my vehicle to Pearl Honda, they have photographed the same for further action at your end, which could happen not before weeks time which never happened as it has been more than a month now still I am told that the part is still not arrived for replacement. They have suggested you can drive the car till then, I would like to know from your esteemed organization, who will be responsible and will I get it replaced or I will have to live with it?

In view of the above problem, I request you to replace the Dashboard at the earliest

We bought City in Nov 09. Get our second service around 2500km(Its chamber was having some crack so we leave car at service centre for 7 days for replacement of that) and after recieving the car it had reached 2900Km only and its clutch plate break down(not in moving condition) and the dealer said that it is because of rash driving how is it possible that within 400km something happen and it is only driven by one person and its clutch plate is gone. i have doubt on dealer service dept side that they have either replace that from some one or they have not serviced well.As there was no complaint before an within 400km this has happened.Please help me the car is still at service centre because i have faith on honda customer relationship.

I have owned one new honda city on 27.04.2009.This vehicle is lying at Amravati on 07.04.10 due to brake pad problem. So I contacted to Mr.Shrikant, representative of Rushabh motors pvt ltd, Nagpur for this brake pad set.He told me to deposit Rs.3380.When i go through the bill details, it was shocked to see that Rushabh motors pvt ltd, Nagpur has charged the labour charges with service tax on that amount.When this material is only purchased from them and fitted by someone else at amravati, then who Rushabh motors pvt ltd, Nagpur can charge this labour charges on that material.

We bought a Honda City HR 26 BA 9790 on 7th Feb, 2010 from Ring Road Honda, Gurgaon. Regretfully we have to point out that nobody in Ring Road Honda has responded to Gauri Telecommunications Private Limited for the reconciliation of payment made even after a laps of four months.

Reconciliation of the account was not done even after lot of persuasion with Mr.Rahul [protected] of Ring Road Honda in last 4 months. Also Ring Road Honda is giving all type of excuses to avoid reconciliation of payment made against the Honda City purchase. We have explained the transactions from our end and at the same time they are not having any answer of extra payment charged by Rind Road Honda and they are not ready to refund the same.

We would sincerely request you to take up this matter on priority. We hope Honda understands that such kind of dealers spoil the reputation and stains the image of a World Class Company like yours.

Also I want to highlight here that service standard of Ring road Honda is also very poor. I have never experienced such a low standard of car-servicing in my life. This is the feedback pls. Verify the same from your end as well.

I want to make it clear to you how the extent of negligence in Honda Egypt as being an agent since the date of 15112008 since i bought my car (city), I did an incident in the month of July 2009 and even our history this and I go to the status of service attempt to cancel many of the voices in the car due to the accident.
They reply me that is (normal), after car maintenance a hole was found inside the car in the console also the answer was we are not responsible for what happened
Note that the car in guarantee and insured by you.
Want a definitive solution to problems of that arrived in the duration of a full year and this is not expected from a company such as Honda.

This is to inform you that we had some problem with the braking system of our above car.The same was sent to your authorized service center around 15 days back. Your authorized service centre could not repair the same due to non avaibility of spares. Is this the kind of after sale service Honda provides its customers? Please look into the matter .
I'm completely satisfied with the resolution provided to me for the complaint regitered by me dated Oct 2, 2010.As the things have been sorted out I consider this now closed and would recommend using them in the future.

I purchased Honda City Car from M/S Pushp Honda, Kanpur on 06/05/2011. I paid full amount through cheque but the invoice was given to me for lesser amount and higher amount charged was not refunded despite my repeated requests. Many a time promises have been made but of no use. There is no co ordination between sales team and the accounts wing. Total amount paid is 9.19 lacs, invoice is of Rs.8.31 lacs. Dealer has to refund me Rs.0.88 lacs. Please do something to avoid further action.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above subject, I am sorry to state that a company like Honda - ISO 9001 certified is patronizing sub standard supplies.

I purchased the Honda City VAT bearing registration no. MH-04-EF-3685 on March 2010 from Linkway Honda, Sakivihar Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai. From the day the vehicle was purchased I am having lot of problem with the vehicles. Kindly check the past case history which is there in Andheri Show Room. Even the vehicle which was delivered on the delivery date was in a shabby condition.

Now I am writing this email to you for a very serious problem. From the month of June 2010 the air condition in my car is giving a stinking smell when i switch on the A/C. First I thought that it is a new vehicle may be due to leather seats & floor matt. I waited to 4-5 months & during March 2011 the stinking smell was increasing. I pointed out this to the service advisor of Linkway Honda. They cleaned the A/C pipe with dettol and told me that it has gone. I drew the vehicle for one week continously but again its started. The stinking smell is such that I feels like omitting even my family doesn't sits in the car. After the service in March 2011 when I switch on the A/C there is a bubbling sound inside the car with stinking smell.

I took the vehicle again for servicing to Linkway Honda on 25th July 2011. The same complaint was again explained to Mr. Zahid Husain (Service Advisor) Mobile No. [protected]. He assured me that the problem will be solved i.e. stinking smell & the bubbling sound of water. The vehicle was at the service station for 3 days. A senior technician was called from Delhi to attend my vehicle but even he cannot rectified the problem. I took the deliver of my vehicle on 29th July, 2011 & was informed me that my vehicle is kept under OBSERVATION for one week. But till date the problem is not solved. The stinking smell is increasing & the bubbling sound is not yet resolved.

I request you to kindly look into the matter as this is a very serious issue. I have hardly drown my vehicle for the past 1 year. Its only 3875 kms. What is the use of buying a Honda Vehicle when the company cannot satisfy the customer.

You are requested to kindly take the matter on top prority basis or else you change the vehicle and give me a new Honda City.

we have purchased a car name of Ms.Dada krupa Glass pvt. ltd. in 2009 date on 31 July from Pinkcity honda, Jaipur. we have face many problems regrading this vehicle but dealership is not resolve my vehicle problems in warranty claims, we continued visited there workshop about all, but they always refuse my request according all this matter ...i mentally and physically very troubled about this vehicle. this vehicle is best of world manufacturer company HONDA. but this type activity is not good for this company brand, we already purchased Ex. warranty 2+2 also that time vehicle purchased, please see this matter seriously and help me all this matter so we proudly feel the gud customer of Honda, i have 2 vehicles of Honda city and Honda Zx...
problems are:-

1. Steering noise...
2. All suspension noise and bubbling in driving ..
3.vibrate the bonnet
4. humming noise
5.steering remove all color
6. ABS not working
7. door biding is cut to many palace

Please as soon as resolve all this problems to image of Honda customer, who is the world famous brand, and i m a ed-jesting customer of this company ...

This is with reference to lock of HondaCity of no.UP78BL4300 which was not accepting its own keys and also the steering got locked.I was highly disappointed because in my driving experience of 30 years it was the first time that there was complaint in steering lock.Kindly look into the matter and refund the amount paid for replacement of lock.

Dear Sir,
I am sorry to say that I am very much upset when I have found my new Honda city car(Registration No-CG10FA-6294) left rear side tyre a hole /cut after getting service in Shubh Honda showroom, Bilaspur(C.G) through pick & drop system. I have send my car for servicing on 29th Nov, 12 but they have not informed me regarding this cut/hole and when I asked for this then they told me that there was a puncture and they have attended this.
I use this car for long drive purpose & purchase this Honda city car for their class & fame, so I don’t want to take any risk on this matter.
Without any compromise, I want this tyre to be replaced with new one ASAP.I request you to kindly instruct your dealer to replace this immediately for the sake of my mental peace.Waiting for your quick postive reply.

SUB : Engine overheating problem of our Honda City-DL 4C-AH-0625

Dear sir,

We are very much sorry to inform you that above mentioned Honda car is registered with Aditya Birla Chemicals India limited – Renukoot (Uttar Pradesh) and last year we had a problem of overheating of Engibe of the car and it was shown to your authorized service center M/s. Surekha Sales Pvt. Ltd Trident Honda - Allahabad on 28.3.2012 and the complain launched for “GADDI CHALTE CHALTE GARAM HO JATI HAI” it was checked by your authorised team and they put the remark on final bill that “CHECKED AND FOUND OK”. Invoice No. 1101859 dated 28.03.12 (for your refrence)

However again during transit from Renukoot to Varanasi on 17.04.2013 again the same problem of overheating was observed and when we contacted M/s. Surekha Sales and Pvt. Ltd Trident Honda - Allahabad over phone they advised us to send the vehicle to service center at Allahabad and as per their advised we send the vehicle by towing to the said place. On checking the vehicle at above service center they given us the estimated cost of repairing is for Rs. 93, 557.00 (Rupees ninety three thousand five hundred fifty seven) which is very much on higher side

Now we are of the opinion that if the engine work is there for the said vehicle then why it was not traced out in a last servicing, when our vehicle went to service center for the overheating problem and we specified the same. It is not expected from Honda city that after the clearance from service center within a year such a major breakdown can take place.
In the light of above, we would like to say as being a one of the leading brand name in four wheelers car segment got a responsibility towards the customer satisfaction at first level and the good customer should not be overloaded due to improper checking by service center and the fault of our vehicle could not be traced-out resulting again break down and heavy repairing cost.
Please look into the matter and do the best needful at your end and please revert back at your earliest with the satisfactory response.

I am from coimbatore. It is been learned from newspapers that the power window control panel will be replaced for 2008 models as they have complaints. but the dealers at coimbatore told that they are not yet received any orders or instructions from the company. Please do the needful as my car having the complaints.

    I am from Chennai, Born, educated from Mysore.I happened to get a vehicle for my Daughter studying in mysore, I got it too with great difficulty as my bonafide docket were all from Chennai and was refused loan from Banks, atlast I had an Insurance policy carrying valid address of my origin and could get a loan from Corpn Bank.
    Though My kid was after Pep+ but i initiated for Activa and now I put to lot of inconvenience,
    Vehicle was bought in Jan-08 at Palace honda showroom, Saraswatipuram Mysore.The Complaint lodged on the grinding sound coming while riding was not attended on both Occasion of free servicing, inspite of repeated plea they are acting too smart and just giving reason that things are fine, They just oiled the shock absorber and force us to take it.
    Still the sound is coming and I want an immediate action to be taken on the vehicle as well the staff in rectifying or replace a vehicle, We cannot be taken fopr a ride as we have paid our hard earned money. Registration No is KA 09 EM 2729.

      Activa Self Start Problem

      My father is a heart patient and he bought Honda's Activa in October 2007. Since the day we bought it, we are facing problems with its self start. Even the Service Centre is not responding properly. they ask us to keep the Activa standing in its start mode for arnd half hour daily...This is the worst remedy for a technical issue.

      This is regarding my worse experience from Hero Honda Authorised service center LAKSHMI MOTORS, Valiyasala, Trivandrum. I have given my bike for replace the sticker and do the needfull in fuel tank damaged when it fall down. After service i got it back worse the condition than when i given for service. They sticked the sticker which cost Rs.276/- with lot of bubles in it and in proper sticking. They charged Rs. 1405/- as service charge for the same also. When i complainted this to a concerned person in the service center they habaved me very arogently. I here by requesting you to note it as a serious complaint from my side and others those who facing such a neglegency from this service center.

      Now I am thinking bad of Hero honda due to the bad behaviour of such persons in this service center.

      If no action will not taken in this complaint I will force to go for consumer court against this service cemter.

      I hope positive action will taken in this regards.

      I too agree with your experience in this service center. My brother also faced lot of sme issues from this service center Lakshmy motors, valiasala, trivandrum. Now he stop giving service to this particular service center.

      I hope they will take some action with respect your complaint.

        I have purchased my "hero Honda CBZ EXTREME" bike last year in janauary 07 And before 10, 000 KMs it shockers settle down although i never did trippling after that i saw it mobil oil level decreses up to half of it and now it engine creates problem to me and it ride is also going to heavy continiously so suggest me what should i do.         hero honda had not developed the engine internals. Perhaps it should try a vertical cylinder position engine. Engine noise, engine getting chised, valve damage, valve leakage, oil pump malfunctioning and stiff gear problems have not been sorted out
        sir. i purchased hero honda passion in jan2008.from 1st day of purchase ther was a problem in gear. at that time dealer assure me it will remove latter when you will use it. but still it remain same. i made so many time coplaint to dealer, but he is not taking care of this matter.

        what should i do...

        customer service and dealers behaviour about MSK motors Erode, Tamilnadu. Before one month I given my

        bike to service and Engine Complaint to MSK motors. At the time I told engine valve complaint to service

        people. After my service they didn't do proper service and rectify the engine complaint. Then I will go the

        MSK motors manager he doesn't properly answers to my problem. ATLAST I DISAPPOINTED by MSK

        motors and HERO HONDA. Then I went to other Hero Honda Dealers I rectified my problem. Atlast MSK

        manger speech disappoints on my confidence of HERO HONDA company. I didn't expect this kind of

        irrespective speech from MSKmotor manager. Note this problem.

          It was told to me in the month of January by the service engineer of Bhubaneswar, Orissa of Hero Honda Motors Ltd that he will revert back to me by 15th of february for changing my back shock absorb of my bike.But till date he is yet to respond to me for my earlier problem.If customer from Bhubaneswar are getting responses from company like Hero Honda this sort of responses then think of the customer living in other parts of Orissa.Please look into this matter at an urgent basis.

          I had got my bike serviced on 30 Dec-08 by R.S. Automobile, Alambag. I had complaints about some oil leakage below the gear assy and oil meter was intermittently working. I had visited three times to that service center for same problem every time they did something & but could not rectify the problem to my satisfaction & root cause of the problem is still very much there.
          Due to which I am not able to drive my bike smoothly.


          Hero Honda being a very reputed brand all over the India, we can not expect such kind of sub standard services from them.

          You are therefore requested to look into the matter & instruct your said service provider to get the problem rectified up to the satisfactory Level.

          Customer Like me have felt..that the staff of this centre need to have improvement in their Technical Competency & How to interact with customers as they were very rude to us most of the time.

            when i took the bike and after 4 months use the speed and the comfort was good .Now it is 8 months over i forced to dislike the bike because non smoothness, over enginee speed for the low ride and very huge sound while riding above 40KM .

            Never give service your bike to DIDAR MOTORS, KUN MOTORS chennai, They definitely make you to thing like why should i serviced here?, I could have retained originality of the bike if i had not serviced in this bike sender?

            i have problems with honda shine.last year only i brought and its giving problems.still its not well serviced for engine problem even i ihave made many complaints to several service centres.but none repaired the defect
            and its going very hard and with bad sound and problems with front part of the vehicle
            i borught from prathul honda showroom at hyderbad, somajiguda please suggest me

            Never give service your bike to planet Honda rajajinagar rajkumar road.
            I also have the same complaint of Engine sound... My bike is 13 months old and the sound is now abnormal when starting the bike itself and it makes me more worried. Getting bike for Rs. 70, 000 and feeling like this, really put's me in a stressful state.. :(

              Hi.

              I am Prashant.Yadav, I have booked Hero Honda Hunk before one month, while booking they have taken down payment and assured me that i will get my bike with number within 5 days, Its been more then a month now, I have not yet received the number, They gave me the bike telling that i will soon get the number within 2 days.They bike is still lying dead in my parking, whats the USE??, without number i cant use it.

              I still dont have any status of my number, I have called thoushand of times to A. M .Motors(Mumbai) but always get a fake promise, They keeps changing their statement every now and then.Is this the way your all authorized delars act.

              I can understand there may be some delay due to certain problem but delay by a month cant undesrstand it. even today i called them, again i got the same reply that will give my number next week .They dont have sense in talking with people.

              Whats the use of it, If you cant server people inspite of taking money in advance ???


              Please revert back with the answer atleast i can expect that. I am also planning to send this mail on a chain group so every one should be aware of your dealers act and your company.

                I had bought CBX Xtreme from Mallu Motors (Kolkata, Park Street)
                I have given my bike for service in their own service station. My bike number is WB-07 Y3959. It's been over 2 months and I still haven't got my bike back. It's been a very horrible experience as I keep calling them every week and they always tend to extend the time without taking any initiative. I have not bought my bike for the service station people to use it. I going to file a case in the consumer forum to ask for compenstaion. I do hope for your early reply as I have'nt got any feedback from your side till now. Thanks

                Hero Honda/Glamour — Poor Servicing

                Dear sir,
                I regret to inform the extremely poor service provided by one of your dealers. I am a proud owner of a Hero Honda Glamour motor cycle. The most appealing factor for choosing a Hero Honda M/c was the fact that i would be provided with the best servicing facility around the country. I,being an officer in the Indian Navy, am very much dependent on the widespread servicing network provided by your company. But the latest experience has changed my opinion to some extent.
                I purchased my M/c from Sree Shiva Sankar Automobiles,T.S.N Colony, Visakhapatnam on 22/05/07. I had landed my bike on 19/02/08 for the 'fourth free service' and had complained about a disturbing sound from the rear wheel assembly( sounded like Loose Chain). I had requested for a detailed check for this. The attendant made an entry on the worksheet as "chain" even before checking it. I received my bike later that evening,but after driving few Kilo meters, the sound developed again and this time it was worse than earlier. As i was away from the service station, i had to take it to a local H/H authorised workshop and it was found that Two bearings from the rear wheel were damaged. I had to leave my bike at the workshop for that night and needless to say faced a lot of Hardship because of that. It is also pertinent to mention that during the second free service(on 1/07/07) the water wash was not properly carried out and when I pointed out the same to the attendant,he made an entry "Water wash due"(which i haven't availed yet due to my busy schedule) on the counter foil.
                It is really sad that a dealer of such a reputed company is so irresponsible towards its customers. I wish such experiences may not repeat in future and our faith in your company remain intact. Looking forward to your association.

                Malu Motors Pvt Ltd/CBZ Xtreme — poor service

                Hi, my name is Sheikh Feroze. I recently bought a CBZ Extreme bike reg no. WB-07 A3959 from Malu Motors, Kolkata, Park Street. I had given it to Malu motors service station for its first service. It's been over 2 months and still my bike hasn't been delivered to me. I have to call them almost everyday and they always tend to delay the time without taking any initiative. I don't even know what they have done to my bike. I doubt whether the service station people are using my bike. I have written many times to Hero Honda but nothing has been done so far. I am a lawyer by profession and going to file a complaint in the consumer forum to sue the company and ask for compensation. Hope to get an early reply and action. Thanks...

                Today I Put my Bike Passion-Plus, Bike Registration No. RJ-25-6996, Engine No. 07Mo5M52699 to M/s Moorani Motors Pvt. Ltd., Opp. sitabari, Tonk Road, Jaipur for Bike Servicing at 11:15 am & time given by Mr. Anuj superivsor for servicing was 4:00 PM, I went There at 4;30 to take Bike, I was shocked to see that time Bike servicing not yet started. when I contacted to Supervisor head Mr. Manoj to get help in this matter, He told me Bike will be return at 6:00PM, I asked him why, your man has written wrong time on me receipt, He was not able to give satisfied answer.

                when i started to complain, He told me i will Kick you & your Bike out of the servicing center. He Misbehaved continously by seeing that i am halpless because i was single & he was with his team.

                sir this second time i am getting helpless due to service of this hero honda dealer & I am vey sorry to announce that i will never in my life will purchase anything related to Hero Honda & Hero & Honda & Never will advice to anyone to go for this Company.

                i am felling extreme humility & in my life i am going first time to consumer Court for this nuisance behaviour of dealer Supervisor.

                I PURCHASED A NEW SPLENDOR nxg BIKE FROM DELHI ON 14/04/08.i HAVE CHECKED SO MANY TIMES BUT THIS BIKE IS GIVING AN AVERAGE OF 58 kM.PER LITRE ONLY.
                PL.TELL WHAT YOU CAN DO, AS I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS AVERAGE AT ALL.
                I purchase a new hero honda glammer byke from STANDARD MOTORES perumbavoor in Ernakulam district on 18-6-08(wednesday).(Engine NO JAO6EB8GE14789) I start riding the byke after 8 km a rubbing sound is produced inside of the engine and over heated the engine at same time a burning smell is produced. Next day (19-6-08 Thursaday) I reported this complaint on the dealers then they said to me "I have no time, you come next day".
                Then next day (20-6-08, Friday) they are check the byke and the service man said the problem is only chain spokets but I strongly recommended this problem only inside the engine. But he is not caring my words. He is tited the chain and return to the byke. This byke riding only 50 meter the previous sound is produced in side of the engine. I return to the service station and repeat my complaint. Then the manager of STANDARD MOTORS perumbavoor, is said to me "You come next day I will finish the work"
                So next day(21-6-08 Saturday) I came the STANDARD MOTORS, they said to me, we are hand over the byke our main dealers of MS&N ERNAKULAM. The manager told me the byke at return 6:pm. But he is not returning. Next day[protected] is sunday. The showroom is holiday and I come 23-6-08 Monday and I asked my byke this time the manager is(STANDARD MOTORS PERUMBAVOOR) shouted.
                I am a filed staff. I using byke every day. so in this condition I call the manger and request, what trouble in my byke. He is not replay and misbehave me. At last i meet the mnager of STANDARD MOTORS and I asked a new byke. He is shouted and said to me " You go and file the case in consumer caurt " I heard this words and I totally shocked. Because I pay the Rs 52000, but I have no byke.
                At last in this day 24-6-08(Tuesday) ny byke is not return. I will compalint the consumer court because your company is (HERO HONDA) cheat me to celling damaged byke. So only one conditon, you replace my byke.Because the damaged byke is to make more losses. I absence the duties during this days (17-6-08 to 24-6-08) So I want compensation on this periods. I don't accept the damaged byke I warnt a new byke because this byke is not used me. My condition you are not agree, I will complaint the consumer court

                Eight month ago, I had given my bike to J.K Enter prises East of Kailash for repairing due to oil ( Smoking problem). I had inform him bike is under warranty & they had not change any parts. I am getting same problem on Sunday, this time I had not inform my bike is under warranty & they had changed so many parts & make the bill INR 2817/-. After bill I had inform this is under warranty.

                But they are charging due to bill is ready.

                Hero Honda — Service not properly done

                I gave my Two wheeler for general service at hosur Hero honda showroom yesterday morning.They charged me 1300/- and evening I got a message that my vehicle is ready and i can take it.so i went and took the same, but while driving after few seconds i felt it is woggling & i am unable to drive, immediately i went to the showroom and asked them.i asked how it will be, when i am giving to u these problems where not there and how come, they told the service centre was closed and to come tomorrow.
                I told ok, u keep the vehicle with u, i'll come and meet the manager tomorrw, they told it is not possible and i have to take the vehicle back.I was much irritated and i asked them how can i take back its woggling & if something happens in the way, who is responsible, still they are adament in their stand and asked me to take back.
                Today morning I went again to the showroom, they told it is to be asked to the mechaninc only, i waited for half an hour and nobody answered me properly.The mamger was also not available.
                I want to register the compliant against the showroom and to take necessary action against the irresponsible persons.
                I have been looking for a second hand Enfield Bullet for quite some time. While searching for a Bullet on the net i came across a classified website called www.baajaa.com. They have over 100 Bullets listed for sale. I was spoilt for choices. I finally bought one from a guy in Delhi. Can't wait to get my hands on it...you should check out www.baajaa.com.

                I have purchased one Hero Honda CD Deluxe vide Bill No. 2963 Dated 07.11.07 from M/s Kalsi Motors, Ludhiana.
                I have made the regular checkup of my bike from him but in September-08 there is a problem in fuel meter and Horn and I bring this into the notice of Kalsi Motors. In September month service they assured me that they will check the fault and correct it. During service they told us that their engineer is not present that day so I shall came for another day that I do. Engineer (Name not Known) checked and corrected it. But after some day it continues again. I again approach to Kalsi Motors and again they call me some another day. I come again & again but only assurance I have been given by Kalsi Motors.
                Now these days they says that warranty period is over and they are unable to replace any parts without cost.

                I request your good selves to look into the matter and repair or replace any defected part which I have been requested from September 2008.

                I had bought Hero Honda Hunk on 10 Jan 2009. On Monday I observed that my bike is throwing excessive smoke from the exhaust. When I went to the showroom the Work Shop Incharge observed the problem and he opened the piston head and replaced some parts from it. He told that was some block in it. When I asked that it is a major problem and I need the replacement of the bike he told that we cannot replace even it was the second day of the bike. And still its giving the smoke. So please suggest me what shall I do or whom shall I complain for this issue so that I get a replacement of my bike. I think its a valid reason because on the second day of the bike I have never seen any bike's piston head being opened.
                Please help me for this.

                I have purchased Hero Honda Splendor Plus (KA 04 3990) on 6.8.2008 at Swastik Motors in Mattikere, Bangalore.
                After repeated service also vehicle is giving continuous jerks during initial running upto 3 to 4 kms. This happens every time the vehicle is started after and stopping (kept off) for 5 to 6 hours.
                If the vehicle runs below 50/55 kms/hr engine noise is observd and the vehicle vibration is very high.
                I regret to inform that I have already complained at the seller (swastik Motors but no action has been taken till now.
                Kindly look into it immediately without any delay and do the necessary action to solve the problem.

                This is to bring into your notice that I have purchased a bike (Splender+) from Samta Automobiles, Sonepat, Haryana, whose number is HR10L9258. I always take my bike for servicing to Samta Automobiles for regular service but I am sorry to inform that the services I receive are not up to the mark. Every time most of the things are left unattended like engine & chain set noise, vibration and low average and I have to follow up again and again for the same things many time, which is not acceptable.

                Hero Honda/Motor Bike — Poor servicing and misbehaviour of authorised service centre

                Hi,

                I have given my bike for servicing at INDIAN MOTORS authorized service centre at angamaly, Kerala. I am a regular customer at this work station and this time also i have given my bike for servicing and they charged me Rs.530/- which i dont have any complaints. from that time my battery is not working and they done something to correct at that time. within 3 days, my full battery charge has gone and i made a complaint to the service centre. which they said the battery is good and need to recharge it and they charged Rs.30/. after one hour the same complaint has come again. when as i asked the supervisor, he said the battery has gone and need to buy new one. if any complaint i need to file case in court.

                later i checked the same in another service centre, they said the battery has gone because the water has gone inside while servicing.it is purely the mistake of the service centre and am expecting a proper action on this.

                Please take serious action otherwise no body will trust the authorized dealars.

                I had brought my CBZ extreme bike to Max Hero Honda showroom, nahur, Mumbai for showing some weired engine sound so they told me its crank and piston might have gone so they opened whole engine and then they said we dont have crank and will be arranged within 10-15 days and then only we can give you bike so I told them to reassemble my bike engine and give it back now so that I can go to other Service center as they had this crank so they asked labour chargees and packing charges for reassembling engine which I refused so they are not giving my bike and asking me to wait for some time.

                So pl take some hard actions against them as this is no way fair to tell customer later on that we dont have such parts etc.

                I purchased new CBZ extreme two months back. After running it less than 400 kms it is giving some unexpected noises form front wheel bearing and disc brakes. Last month its break shoes of rear wheel drum brakes was replaced. They was faulty by default.

                The refered vehicle was purchased on 20/06/2009 from SAI MOTORS, # 218, 100
                Ft., Ring Road, BSK 3rd Stage, Brd Phase, 2nd Block, Bangalore-560085.

                The problem started from the very next day with the vehicle not getting started
                and help was sought on 24th of june from the dealer to attend, who in turn
                coordinated with a dealer closer to my residence, who took more than 6 hrs to
                attend .
                It was given to understand by the attending technician that the plug was
                cleaned, as there was concentration of oil .
                But the problem persisted and there also was drop in the mileage .
                As far as my knowledge, this is due to back compression and following are the
                probable attributes for the same :
                1. Mismatch of piston rings
                2. Scoring of cylinder bore.
                3. Overlapping of valve guides
                The vehicle was taken to the the dealership on 10/07/2009 for first free
                service and
                the problem was asked to address.
                Now the service team suspect carbon deposition and wants to remove the head of
                the engine which they communicated orally and not ready to put it in writing.
                I am terribly disappointed, dismayed and disgusted with the experience with the
                new vehicle . I least expected a brand new vehicle to have rolled out from the
                plant with such a major fault being Unnoticed and during PDI at the dealers
                end.
                I do not want the brand new vehicle to be tampered and demand an new vehicle as
                a replacement for the faulty one.
                My first experience with the Hero Honda Product is terrible and obviously would
                not recommend others.
                Redress my grievance.

                i have purchased a new cbz extream dated-11/02/2009 in the name of amit deb, engine no-kc12eb9gb01751.ch.no-mblkc12ec9gb01658 & regn no-DL13SD 3123.I will service regurly in shedule, just five month later bikes front brake pads are end & clutch wire was broken, avrage is near about 25-30 k.m.i have complain to service time they will put some lubricant & told me you will ride the vehicle avrage is improved they will charged me 150/-rs extra from service.hero honda is the no one bike company in the world & they will supplied no lasting parts, just five month ago i will pay RS-60000/-cash why i faced the trubbled.

                I had purchased a Hero Honda Passion plus on Novmeber 2008 from DUA MOTORS, Rourkela.Time since I have purchased the Engine oil level of the byke get vanished very quickly within 2 to 3 month time gap. I have complaint the matter so many time to Kedia Motors, Rajgangpur.They just do the servicing with a promise of not happening ever. After 3 servicing when the same problem continued then the Manager of Kedia Motors, Rajgangpur gave a letter mentioning the problem and suggested me to take the bike to Dua Motors Rourkela for 4th servicing.The Dua motors replaced the piston ring and block and delivered the byke to me by charging a bill of Rs334/-.
                Now the same problem of Engine being decreased is continuing. Now what to do.My warranty form same may get expired.
                Suggest me and advice
                Hero Honda Service Center is the worst one. They don't do proper servicing of our bike. They just clean it with water and gave us. . .

                I am having a hero honda splender plus bike.In my 1st service i feel very dis-satisfaction due to poor service of Bharat Motors Ltd., bhubaneswar, orissa(hero honda authorised service station).
                I just reasently bought a new accord, the sales man lied to me by telling me i had 72 hours to take the car and bring it back. When i did bring it back they tell that no thats not tru and i had to keep the car. I spoke with the manager who said he could do nothing about but said he will give me some free car seats.Its been a week no seat covers when i call hin he said hes busy and im stuck with a honda that i dint choose the color and they said they cant change it.
                i Have purchased Hero Honda cbzStar i like very much that Bike now iam not getting the spares parts please release the spare parts of that bike iam very much love at that bike why the hero honda stopped that bike i dont no So many are to purchase that new bikes...so please do get available the spare parts at every showrooms with out waiting for one month please do needful to the customers wating for your reply...

                Hero Honda Glamour — POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

                Mahershwari moter has very poor customer services, there is no facilities like Ac, tv, reception counter, and most of the time they sign on the service book of the bike where customer should do it.

                my self kishor s warudakar. i have purchased herohonda hunk bike in april 2008, from navandar motors amravati. after five months free servicings were over.1) in sixth month ie in month of octember'08 chain cover of hunk break during normal bike riding. after that i asked for new chain cover but till now chain cover of hunk is not available in amavati.
                2) in month of april'09 i observed that there was leakage of oil from engine, but servicing person and manager of navandar motors told that no problem of oil leakage. but problem of oil leakage was same. then in month of may'09 they replace head packing of engine, but probleme of oil leakage was not solved. after that in month of june'09 i have gave bike to shreyas motors amravati for servicing that time also they replace head packing of engine. but problem not solved then in july09 they told about problem of bolt sliping of engine. then they told that problem solved. but till now problem of oil leakage is not solved
                because of oil leakage average of bike falls down below 30km/lit. from last five month.
                3)and overall shock up problem is not solved .
                for all above problems i had go to authorised servicing centre ie shreyas motors amravati, but still my problems not take care by hero honda. i have all bills of every servicing in that some servicings were between 10 days. reading of my bike 27000 kms. bike no -MH-27, AE-5470.
                now u people please help me and guide me that what action i could take againest hero honda or could i go to consumer court, for my hero honda hunk so that we can proudly say hero honda- desh ki dhadkan.

                Honda dealer/ ganapati autos — Poor customer service

                My father has purchased honda dio from Ganapati auto sector 14 gurgaon on 07 august 2009 HR 99 J 3426 with full down payment of 38315, and since that day it has been a absolutely nightmare dealing with the so called "professional" staffs and management of Ganapati autos , T o start with since i handle most of the dealings for the vechicles for my father i gave all the doucuments pertaining to the registration after 4 days of delivery , the lady at the reception looked into it and mentioned that only the photocopy of the electricity bill of the owner is missing , so i went to the dealers after 2 days with that document , there was another lady and she mentioned its fine but we need the original from the employer where your father is working, so againg there was delay and after 2 days i took all the documents to them , this time the lady at the reception mentioned that everything is fine and she filed it in front of me and she took only the last page of my fathers retired offiers service booklet which showed his permanent addess( He is Indian Air Force retiree), i specifically told the lady to take all the photocopies of the service booklet , she mentioned that it wont be neccesary since the address is mentioned . After one month on 6 th september imagine my surprise when my father received a call from Ganapati autos ( From the phone # [protected]) stating that they want the photocopies of the rest of the service booklet and by that time the temp registration certificate was over , The lady on the phone also mentioned that we have not submitted any doucment for temp adress ( Then at the time of submitting the address proof from the employer why they have accepted that as Temp address proof).
                Next day my father sended someone from his office to submit the photocopies of that doucment and imagine to my horror when i heard that the lady at the reception expressed her "feelings "for submiiting the documents late. This has been the most dissatisfying , the most horrid , the most pathetic , the most torturous sale and service from anyone in our entire lifetime, looks like we have commited a crime by purchasing the two wheeler from honda ganapati autos , we have recently purchased two cars one from safdarganj hyundia and another from Apra autos and we have never faced any issues like this.The honda dio is now parked at the garage since the Temp certificate is over thanks to the excellent and marvelous customer service through Ganapati autos , please dont let the brand name of such company like honda to take a beating at the hands of these incompetent , Moronic fools dealers like Ganapati autos , they need a searious lesson in some basic customer service like not being rude to customers , and not passing the buck .

                Hero Honda — manufacturing defect in the bike

                i had bought hero honda passion pro on 22nd may from bright motors , lucknow. but after 15 to 20 days i observed that its engine leaks. when i complained to the dealer about this problem, he told me that engine would have to be opened . i imagine what would happen if a new bike's enginw would be opened . its a total company's manufacturing defect . so do the needful

                Hero Honda — Non delivery of Bike as committed

                Dear Team,

                This is Milind Waghmare, i had registered for HeroHonda motor bike (Pleasure) on 01/10/2009 which was suppose to get delivered today i.e. 17/10/2009 (as per commitment). However, due to non avaliability of the chosen colour by us Sales Manager Mr. Atin Tambat (Shubhyan Motors, Magarpatta Hadapsar) informed cannot be delivered till 24/10/2009. He stated to write a complaint to customer complaint forum saying nothing will happen do whatever you want to. He gave an explation that, bikes were not delivered in time due to workers STRIKE. Why customer has to suffer because of their workers strike. I need an compensation from HeroHonda for the harrasment and rude behaviour of the Sales Manager Mr. Atin Tambat (Shubhyan Motors, Magarpatta Hadapsar).
                This is to informe you that I have purchased a Hero Honda ACHIVER bike in jan.2006 From M/s.H.M.Motors located in Panvel - Navi Mumbai area.(contact nos.of H.M.Motors =[protected],[protected].Very sorry to let you know that There is some problem in rear wheel drum in my Bike and accordingly I have ordered the same to the same dealer one month back, But till date I could not get the same for which I am facing problem in day to day activity.                 I Purchase Passion pro on 1-7-09 at JAYARAM AUTOMOBILES, sarpavaram jn pithapuram road KAKINADA 533006, A.P .First free service has completed 8-8-09 at 738 km, and second was on 26-9-09 at2008 km, .At the time of second service the above bike was giving milage 65 to 75 km per ltr and there was some starting trouble. I told for supervaisor that the bike is not giving perfect milage and they took my bike at morning and returned at evining, now the bike is giving 50 km per ltr

                I want to complaint against Samta Automobiles at Sonipat in Haryana. They don't fix appointment with customer for serviceing. I don't have time to sit whole day for service of my bike. It should be 60mins service on appointment.
                I put my bike (Splender +) to take service last week in NAGAPPA AUTO (Hero Honda authorised service centre) in ANNA NAGAR WEST, CHENNAI (Land Mark : Near THIRUMANGALAM JN). I paid Rs : 4, 697, since changed many parts including, a tyre, springs, break shoe.

                After taking from service, it seen not cleaned. but it was not problem for me that time, they agreed and to give Water Wash on next day. but the real shock is when i was driving i founf a lot of problems : No HORN SOUND, No PROPER INDICATOE DUE TO THE BATTERY CHARGE IS VERY LOW. I asked them they are pending and adjusting but compelling to buy a new battery. but when i put the bike service i was very well. I am not able to give more money


                PLEASE I CAN'T FIND ANY CUSTOMER FEEDBACK IN HEROHONDA WEB SITE EVEN ALL COMPANIES HAVE THE SUPPORT ENTRY

                Previously the bike got serviced on July 2008 in the same service centre and i have bought new battery from the same service centre for the first time since My bike was purchased on JAN 2005.

                maine unke kahe anusar scooter 22/11/09 ko unke authorised service centre jhilmil industrial area mein de diya,scooter ke jon card mein maine main problem avergae ka kam hona hi batya tha,sevice centre mein mujhe kaha gaya ki service ke baad avergae thik ho jayegi.lekin jab maine service ke baad scooter liye usme mujhe 4 kamiyan aur kar di gai:-

                maine dusre din 23/11/09 ko service centre mein phone karke service supervisor mr.goldi ko scooter .ki compalints ke bare mein bataya ,unhone mujhe scooter lane ko kaha sath maine mr.goldi se kaha ki main naukri pesha hu,aur mera scooter time lekar ek hi bar mein sahi kiya karein,kyonki main bar-bar office se chhutti lekar scooter sahi karane nahi aa sakti.

                  Sir please me with a service manual for conducting the after sales servic myself. I am fed-up with the after sales service of Hero Honda. Bikes are not serviced properly at your service centers.                     Hi,
                    My name Arun Kumar and I bought a HONDA Unicorn from Didar Motors Chennai (#340 (old # 654), Anna Salai, Chennai – 600006) on 18th Feb 2008. The bike was good, until I found out this defect. This Unicorn Bike in allergic to water, the moment it gets wet the engine cools down and bike turns off. When I visited some websites to figure out what has gone wrong, I got replies from forum members saying it’s a common defect in UNICORN and I need to get this fixed. Being an Engineer I accept a defect can occur in a product, and I don’t blame HONDA for this. But what followed was even more surprising. First I went to Didar motors saying I have this problem, the guy had a look at the bike, looked at spark plug and then gave it back to me saying “Now it’s fine…” Four days after this had happened, we had rain in Chennai, and the same old problem reappeared. This time after completely getting myself drenched in rainwater I somehow managed to push my bike to a nearest service center JSP Honda Vepery. An authorized service center in charge gave me this reply “Sir. I understand your problem, but I suggest you to take it to Didar, we will have problems servicing it here”. Next day I went to Didar again, this time the person in charge of that service station said to a mechanic “Same problem which we had in the Black one, look into this…” I was finally happy; some one has recognized my bike’s problem. He got the bike back in 10 mins. I got even more excited thinking they have super mechanics who can fix such problems in matter of minutes. But I had doubts in my mind so finally decided to give it for First Service on 27th March (again in Didar). This time, I asked him to retest this problem. Next day I got the bike saying “It’s all fine….” Today 31st march again we had rain in Chennai, and again the problem reappeared. Again I took my bike to Didar at 6.15PM saying I have this problem, the attitude with which the person in charge replied to me has actually got me upset. The guy replied “Get the Bike tomorrow when it is raining, we will test drive the Bike in rain and then see what can be done….” in a manner, as if I am asking him for some HELP. I literally pleaded to him, to have my mike there and have a closer look at it. HONDA Company did not gift me this bike, I bought this Bike with my hard earned money for Rs 62, 160.00 + Rs 868.00 (accessories) and I expect only things which a person normally expects out of his Bike and nothing more. For all along I was quite, but now I feel things are going above a tolerable level. Consumer’s right should be protected, and it is not only the responsibility of a Company but also (Dealers, Sub dealers) every single person associated with it. I don’t know whom I should report this to, so I send this mail to every single mail ID of persons whom I think can really help me.                     I had bought the bike at the month of Sept, 2007. As such the bike has no compliant and i am satisfied with its performance also. But my reason of concern is the poor customer service at the service center...

                    I was guaranteed 6 free services.. I have used three of them ..
                    but for all the three services i had to pay money to the service centers... They would always have a long bill...

                    When asked, they would answer that service is free but you will have to pay for the engine oil...

                    i would like to know if this is a natural strategy followed in the market or is it that the service centers are burdening us with bills according to their wish.

                    Please get back to me regarding this atleast before my 4th free service...

                    I m Anand Suri from aligarh u.p. i hve bought my unicorn in 2006 from R.S.honda. From the very 1st day my bike had started giving me troubles. Only after couple of weeks my bikes handle started jamming and the balance was also not equal. I made it changed but the centre hadn't changed it and was charged. Again after few weeks it stated giving me troubles. Again they charged me but this time i don't knw they have changed or not. But my problem is not solved till now. They don't have a gud attitude towards customers they show a very rude attitude towards us. At last i m just fed up of the service provided by the honda bikes. The service is just like a DAMM they don't even look over customers problems instead they charge us fees, what for?
                    At the last i just want my bike to get good any how. If this time i'll be ignored then i would only have the consumer's forum option. But i want my bike to be fixed as soon as possible.

                    I have booked a Unicorn Premium black colour bike on 23 June 2008 from EVM Motors Trivandrum, Kerala. Now its nearly two months since i bookd the vehicle and i have not yet recieved the bike. Whenever i call up the dealer they are telling that it will take another 15 days. While booking the vehicle they said that the vehicle will be delivered within 20 days. I have gone through a lot of trouble had a loss of nearly 1000 Rs by booking this vehicle. Please help me.
                    Me too booke the bike (black) on 18th july from EVM Motors, Kazhakuttom, Trivandrum, Kerala. They told i will get the bike within 1 month. After 1 month, I called up the dealer; they told they dont know when I can get my bike. Now they say that it may take upto 3 months!!! Currently they are delivering bikes booked in June!
                    I have a problem with my Honda unicorn the bike. The bike starts but the moment I accelerate the engine stops. In the rainy season, this gets worst. Some time during travel if I change the gears the moment I leave the clutch the engine stops and jump-starts. The service center does not seem to have an answer to the problem. I have tried changing the spark plug, cleaning the tank, cleaning the carburetor, changing the diaphragm in the carburetor. Engine de-carb. Nothing seams to work. The worst thing is the problem is not consistent. Does not happen all the time, which makes me look like a fool at the service center.

                    Can any one advice.

                    I too am facing a similar problem with my Honda Unicorn bike (kick-start, Mar 2005 model). I never ever seemed to have had this problem in the beginning but recently there have been many issues.
                    1. My bike's engine would stop after I kick start it and idle run it for 5 mins and then accelerate

                    2. This seems to have been noticed especially during rainy season (monsoons) and especially after I have been through roads filled with water or water filled potholes?

                    3. Earlier once when this had happened I had shown it to the local mechanic instead of authorized Honda mechanic. Local mechanic said that carburetor needs cleaning. Following this I approached Honda authorized service centre and gave bike for servcing. The bike did well for 3 months but when the rains happened again, the problem resurfaced!

                    Basically, what I gather from my own experience and posts written by others is that there is a flaw in design of the bike - eletrical or carburetor or god knows what...
                    What I don't understand is - what the service centre guys do to quick fix this problem? and Isn't Honda looking at or aware of a permanent solution for such bike functioning?

                    ps : For few of the posts above, I think the services part is dependent on training by Honda so different dealers/service centre have different skilled workers. But atleast the spare parts should not be an issue if Honda is looking at true customer satisfaction!

                    I have claimed my honda unicorn on july 2007 in 'ARYABANGI HONDA'- aluva, kerala. They informed me that they replaced the parts such as alloy wheels, front shocks, front visor, sylencer, brake pedal etc. even the surveyor, has passsed all the parts, they delayed my vehicled for arround 3 weeks for delivery. after some months when i inspected the vehicle, it was found that the 'T- Stem' has also complaint. when i reported it to the dealership, they told me that it should replaced in paid. My question is why they dont replaced the above part at the time of claim?. Is it neccessary that i should replaced the part in paid? my vehicle is now in the same dealership. pls look forward to the matter.

                    I bought a vehicle Bajaj discover 110 CC.

                    During rainy seasons, I am finding it very difficult to drive. The vehicle stops then and there and I will have to start again.

                    I have struggled a lot in many occasions due to this problem due to this design problem.

                    In summer seasons, the vehicle is okay. I request Bajaj to take up this issue and act immediately. I have purchase the vehicle by paying Rs.43500.00 and not happy with the vehicle performance.

                    I have given to many service centres but the problem is continuing.

                    I have not got the good vehicle for the money I have paid to Bajaj.

                    Hence I am seling the vehicle since Balaj is not going to do anythining for its customers. Their concentration is only on selling.

                    First of all i will start from the beginning.. when i wanted to buy a bike.i had so much confidence in honda thinking that its a foreigh make and so on...even now i dont blame honda...its a good bike ... but the bike becomes the worst one because of the " SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE CENTERS...": i am afraid that i am losing m respect for HONDA.one thing i found is that the have something called JOB CARD... in hospitals when a patient gets admitted and gets dischaged, the hospitals maintains something called as PATIENT RECOED SHEET... this will be used again when the patient come there., .But these maintain the JOB CARD only till the service is done and through it off.i recommend that these keep a complaint record of ll the bkes which they sold in their HARD DRIVES as files of atlest in paper files... everytime we need to start fresh about the prob faced in our bikes .if they could refer the previous prob they could do the sevice welll...

                    1) my unicorn 150 cc Black and grey .self start model.. bought on april 2008 was giving a mileage of 56-58 p/l in traffice conditons in chennai... amazing na...i had my first service done ...Those did somehting and this time it was only 35-40.what can i do with 35-40...

                    before the service the bike was so smooth and noise free.even when i ride in 50km(before 1 st service so didnt cross 50 km) there was absolute silence.. after service i heard the engines pumping noise ( whcih is common in bikes), but it must not have been in the case o[censored]nicorn...


                    2) My tripmeter was bad and all digits used to rotate at the same time... i have finished 4 services by now ... NOV 2008... every time i tell the serveice guy ...they look into the problem and reset the tripmeter to 0000 as if they have serviced, but the problem starts again.dont they have sense to ride the bike for a distance and check it...


                    3)i need to appriciate in one thing, or call it my luck i got the bike in 4 days after booking...the person said sir we had a new load of bikes delivered today...i think its my LUCK and not the dealers initiative, , , , , , ,

                    4) As russell said when i change gears( this happens sometimes) the bike ROARS like any thing and with a cracking sound the gear gets changed...

                    5)AS Anand Suri said i had the same handle bar jammimg problem when i bought the bike..told them once they didnt do it... shouted during the 2nd services .they did it . the reason is because the wires found near the front suspension block the handle bar and front part from turning to full extent...

                    5 )As arun kumar of chennai said i too have the engine problem when riding in rainy conditions... during the last week 20--25 of october 2008 .rains were heavy in chennai .i had driven my bike in water in T.nagar area...( water only splashed on my engine, engine didnt get submergerd .ok )... after this my engines sound was very bad... pickup was not very good...i felt something like the bike had engine misfiring and though i raise the accelerator the bike was not accelerating as it used to do...




                    I could recommend on e thing.dont go for authorised service center after ur FREE SERVICE COUPONS are over, ... find a god local mechanic guy and service ur bike with him...i still now believe the proverb... A GARLAND IN THE HANDS OF MONKEYS...A nice JAPANESE technology bike be it UNICORN/SHINE/ACTIVA is being RAPED in the hands of INDIAN SERVICE GUYS( THESE DONT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE A JAPANESE BIKES, where do the dealers recruit them and train them on japanese bikes...its same going to ur local services guy and authorised services guy...

I many times reported problems regarding Vibrating of vehicle 2- 3 Times but they neglected and i have to solve this problem from an out sider not only this but also many. We are really enjoying technology but the service managers at service centers are not showing attentiveness on the vehicle at the time of servicing . If this happens what about our problems !.

                    29-11-07: I was feeling satisfied for having purchased a Unicorn bike with my own earned money in JSP motors, Chennai. The bike was doing good and I appreciated myself for my choice till i came to service my bike. The first service was acceptable(Bike had no problems then). I was denied the 2nd service for delay in service by 10 days instead it would be considered 3rd service. I too agreed.
                    For each service they had changed the time for taking the bike for servicing but there was no prior intimation. For each service i had to reach the service centre for a minimum of 4 times before i can get the bike serviced. They dont have concern on customers at all. I thought i was one among thousands who experienced bad servicing before i came across this page.
                    I myself dint suggest this product for 2 of my friends, and they chose others product.
                    Honda is losing its value coz of such complaints.

                    Myself Patel Ravindrakumar from VALSAD (Gujarat) had brought my UNICORN on 1/11/07 and have many problems regarding the bike.

                    My last service was a on 4/3/09 at Valsad. My problem is that there is knocking in Engine so i complained about it to the service station Imperial Auto, VAPI (Gujarat). They told me to keep the bike for a week i.e. from 13/3/09. After doing the service they delivered me my bike on 18/3/09. They had replaced the various parts like Chain. Cam, Guide. Chain, Liftterasssy.Tensione, Tensioner Assy.C. for which they took labour charge 330/- Rs.

                    But on the very next day i had the same problem, so i again called them and again they replaced some parts like Cylinder, Gasket, Piston, Valve stick, Valve hex. on 24/3/09.

                    But today i.e. 25/3/09 while driving the bike it again suddenly stopped by making some noise.

                    After not satisfied with the services, i had to take this method of mailing.

                    Sir i dont know what to do.

                    Honda service centres in Hyderabad ( Ranigunj, autofin [protected]@himayatnagar) are very bad, poor response, pathetic, hopeless, noword to explain their treatment...

                    Service(Workshop)Incharges at AUTOFIN HIMAYATNAGAR SHOW ROOM, HIS NAME Mallikarjun and another fellow Manoj both are very useless guys, sorry to use these owrds but i had to use it because they always bother about the money but not my problem, they didnt even check the bike and asked me to take my bike. wherein i had to go back to them again with the same complaints what i given in the log sheet yesterday... but still no use... very poor response from them... i had to sit 2-3 hours with them to recheck the bike's problem thet said no they cant do naything it seems and they charged 300 rs for not doing anything... great guys.. shame on thier part..

                    please ask them to shut down thier service centres or else replace them with the skilled labour..

Some body told me, this dealer takes some %(2.5) for commission like I have given 34000/-down payment then for rest amt (market price*2.5%), the dealer deducts from my down payment for it's commission which will not shown in bank statment, that means this distributor is cheating to customers.It decreases your goodwill.Perhaps they will give me this bike 23.05.09.

                    Sir pls.confirm me what should actual amount they will take from me for purchase cost including road tax & insurance by which I will show them this reply.

                    The above statements about Sapphire Honda, Bangalore seem to be true.

                    I also a bought a honda Unicorn, not because of the showroom but becos I likd the bike and this showroom was near my house.

                    After paying the amount in full also, the reps gave me the feeling that they are doing some kind of social service. As though they are giving away the bike for free. no courtesy, friendliness.

                    Also, Sapphire Honda showroom process is all run by OLD FOOLS. no understanding between each other and we have to be at the receiveing end even after paying so much of cash.

                    Next, i went for my first free service. On the day of delivery - bike wouldnt start self. They said battery has drained. OOPs!!!. A new bike which had run only around 300kms and Battery drained!!!. They put on the AUTCOP on the entire weeked and it was buzzing all the weeekend it seems. STUPID [censored]S.

                    I really doubt if they have any idea about service etiquettes.

                    My sincere request for all those bike Lovers... Please do not go to SAPPHIRE HONDA, J P NAGAR, BANGALORE. Go elsewhere.
                    My bike dosent start normally in the mornings.It has to be kick started and put on choke for about 5min to run properly.I even face this problem when the bike is left idle for few hrs even in the day.The people at the service center do not respond to this problem!!!

                    so i complined to the showroom people they said that disc is new so itwill take some time so wait for 1st service ok... then finally in 1st i compined about this problem to mechanic they in JSP service center in annanagar there told me that we will solve the problem. after i taken my bike than also iam not satisfied... after my free services are over then the service center peoples are telling u should changes the Mascylinder then only it will work properly...                     i took the bike in the Decemeber 2008- from starting onwords the enginee is shaking ( jerking after the first starting ), the same was complaint to concernd Planet honda banglore, the same was not rectified for the whole 4 services. it is very bad to intimate. we buyed 4 unicorn bikes, now onwords we are shifted
                    to take another company. the response not at all getting clearly from the showrooms.

                    Mikage is also getting very low, its giving 42 kilometers per litre. just with in sixmonths its drastically down.

                    Even I purchased unicorn bike 3 years back, and from the first day my bike was giving handal bubbling problem at speed about 50 KMPH or more. I tried to get solution from Honda dealers but they keep me going here and there, even I tried contacting HONDA care but all gone in wain, Actually problem with honda is they don't care at all about there customer to whom they sold their bike once.

                    Later I filled a case against HONDA in consuller court, and I won the case in the lower court, but here also HONDA tried to cheat me they went to State commission but tried notice not to deliver to me, even there also they filled case after time given by the lower court to give me compansation and new bike. now this case is pending in State commission.

                    Also want to tell you that there lawer say me many times you withdrow your case or we will keep you going like this and at last we will not give you anything. Its being more then 3 yrs. but still waiting for my bike to get fixed or replace or proper justice.

                    I too fan o[censored]nicorn enjoyed riding of it in heavy rainy days at coimbatore around 68 Kilo meters in non stop rainings. My bike doesn't got switched off or didn't caused me any trouble in starting it after a long idle at my house in that rainy season. Long idle which includes a chill climate where the bike was parked and in the morning too it was too chil climate and I started the bike with out any trouble. Hope there will be problem with the fuel used or the spark plug must got dusted because of bad quality of fuels.

                    my name is renjith r nair, i have lot of complaints regaring my silver unicorn bike .buyed last month of 2008, its performance was too bad and service providing by marikar motors trivandrum was too bad, they are only good in taking the money not good in services, for what based you are providing a 1 year warranty, my bike speedo meters cable was unfunctioning they told me they provide a warranty for that, it was the techinical mistake and y they dont provide the warranty, , , , , , , , , , , , after using my bike i had feel some difficulties to ride my bike like sound occurs from chain sproket, sound from the mudgraurd, difficulty to start, smoke occurs, light was fallen on somewher else not on road, sound occurs while using clech and accelator, low mileage, difficulty in gear shifting and some varity sound occurs when rear and front break and many more complaints i cant explain
                    i gave to service for 2 times with all these complaints and result is same thing, only they do washing the bike and do the main fault and taking more money for their service charge than other things,

At the time of delivery. we found a scratch on the silensor guard and another mark on rear fender.v informed the delivery person. at the time of first service they replaced the guard. but they are not responsible for the mark on the fender. so kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                    your unicorn bike handle is not steady, it is fluctuating . seat has more hight. fuel tank is bulky and not convenient and comfortable, mileage is low, no fuel injection technology, but only good thing is riding comfort and engine smooth. it is my own experience

                    Honda Unicorn — very low mileage

                    I bought a honda unicorn on[protected].It has very poor mileage about 38.I had said this problem to the honda showroom in the 1st service itself, now its date for 5th service i.e. payed service .Yet the problem was not cleared.I had purchased this bike from "Vahini Honda, Puthentherivu(branch of Kollam), Kerala.Did I get a satisfied mileage about 55-60? For that what I want to do?Please sujest me practicable way.
                    I also had the same problem of getting the bike off in wet conditions.
                    I experienced the problem on 1st day itself.
                    But honda technicians told me that it might take some 1000 km or more for the engine to run perfectly.
                    The problem persisted even after the 1st paid (after 6 free)services.
                    They insisted on changing the plug adaptor in this time.

                    I brought the honda unicorn three months back from om sai honda malad mumbai.when i got the delivery from the showroom on that time the bike was jurking after starting and the still i am facing the same problem whenever i start my bike i am having this problem and when i gave my bike for my first service to the company service station they people changed my diefame and then they said now your bike's problem is sloved and then again i faced the problem again on very next day so i asked the service station people on phone that the same problem is there in my bike so what should i do so the fellow replied to me that when you will come next time then we will see to it and on second service they people changed my fuel tank and put down my old diefame then they said the problem was in tank not in the diefame so i felt relax that my problem is solved but very next day i felt same problem with me then i called up again to the service station then they put my call to the workshop manager then he said when ever your bike is free then give me for two days i will check the problem.And after two days ( they have drived my more then 125k.m ) that showroom manager replied i have checked your bike there is no pronblem in your bike.

                    But i am very surprice that the same problem is still there in my bike.so i think that the problem is there in my bike and in the company service station's people.

                    Never go to a service center for repairs as claimed by the company. Find out a best mechanic in your locality and try to solve the problem with him. It is not a complicated engine. I have several experiences with Honda service center. In service center, each member has to cover nearly 5 to 10 vehicles in a day and may neglect detailed service to your vehicle. Now I used to service with a mechanic who does all the job with perfection, but only buy genuine parts from the service center and rest try to do with the mechanic. They do not charge for what ever thing you do in the center. Who knows that our vehicle is best cared for in the service center as we are not allowed to get in.

                    Honda servicdes are really poor in navi mumbai. They dont even have mechanics here in the panvel showroom.Ive been visiting the showroom for two weeks now and still havent got a chance to sevice my bike.
                    Besides the bike is not upto the mark or as they advertise it.My Honda unicorn has'nt given me average above 39 till now; and its just 7 months old. There is also starting problem in my bike.The bike has to be always started keeping the choke on. Complaints to the mechanics and servicemen in the service centre have fallen on deaf ears.All they say is that it will take time to be smooth running.I ont get the logic.
                    I dont want to be a wing rider anymore.

                    I have buied the sporty model of HONDA UNICORN in MAY 2007.It has run about 43,000KM.During this period i have done all the proper services in the honda dealer at specified period.After all that the ENGINE PISTON of the bike is damaged.I am eagerly looking forward to the replay by the companie about what could be the reason for the damage......

                    I have applied for a new honda unicorn bike with your dealer in pondicherry on august 27 in my father-in-law account, they have told within 50 days we will deliver the bike but still now they have not deliver, i am asking them regularly but they are telling the same reason that company in strike i want to no how many month the company will be in strike. Sir i want to no the exact reason about this i am fedup with this reason.
                    finally i am asking can you able to deliver the bike or not, i will go for any other company there are lots of bikes on road.

                    Myself Patel Ravindrakumar from VALSAD (Gujarat) had brought my UNICORN on 1/11/07 and have many problems regarding the bike.

                    My last service was a on 4/3/09 at Valsad and they replaced tensioner which costed me Rs 214/-, the bill no. is 6213, Job card No. 6606. But as I was not satisfied with the solution of my problem so i complained about it to the service station Imperial Auto, VAPI (Gujarat). They told me to keep the bike for a week i.e. from 13/3/09. After doing the service they delivered me my bike on 18/3/09. They had replaced the various parts like Chain. Cam, Guide. Chain, Liftterasssy, Tensione, Tensioner Assy.C. (In Warranty) for which they took labour charge 353/- Rs and Job no. Q/13567, Inv. No. 17338.

                    But on the very next day i had the same problem, so i again called them and again they replaced some parts like Cylinder, Gasket, Piston, Valve stick, Valve hex. on 24/3/09, the Inv. no. 17638, Job no. Q/13930.

                    But today i.e. 23/10/09 while driving the bike it again suddenly stopped by making some noise.

                    Now it is too much, I also have no time to waste behind this and to go Vapi and keep my bike there for service again and again and get no satisfied results. Now what I want is that u have to send ur engineer at Valsad and bring a solution for my bike.
                    Please give me safisfactory solution for my bike as soon as possible or I think I have to take further strict measures and take legal support as u r bluffing me.

                      This is to bring to your notice that on 25/1/2008 i had bought a Hero Honda glamour . Chassis no 05k.amc.40038.from pratham motors pune.
                      Sir first of all pre delivery inspection was not done, vehicle was very dirty, there was no battery in the vehicle.
                      After requesting the person in charge the vehicle was washed and a battery (taken out of another new vehicle in front of me) was fitted in to my vehicle. Sir I have not been given the following items with the vehicle which are mandatory to be given 1>both the mirrors <2> tool kit <3> first aid kit, <4> the service manual.
                      sir after all this when i asked the showroom people for a letter stating that the vehicle was in their godown from the period of 2005 till it had been sold to me. i was asked by the rto baramati to submit the said letter for the passing of the vehicle . Sir for this single letter I was compelled to come to the showroom thrice. Sir my place baramati is around 100 km from pune where this showroom pratham motors is located. Sir for this single letter i was harassed a lot .
                      Sir some of the parts of the vehicle which i have been delivired are already rusted; there are scratches on many parts on delivery. sir i own a Hero Honda cd100ss, passion, Hero Honda cddawn all purchased from your authorized showrooms but during the delivery of this glamour i felt like i am not buying a Hero Honda vehicle i felt the standard of service has dropped drastically . Sir after all this I will definitely think twice before buying a Hero Honda vehicle.
                      Sir please provide me with a service manual so that I can at least avail the free services and there by the warranty. Sir please reply soon...

                      I have taken bike from H.M. Motors - Panvel Dist ; Raigad on Deepawali.2008 . I am facing for some problems in my bike . ( Super splendor- 125 c.c. ) I had complaints so many time in Andheri- office, concern engeering is Mr. Rohan of Andheri branch .The problem in my bike is Gear problem & not running in smooth condition, till after 5 months the engine is not free .Now the K.M. is 6100 .

                      This with reference to my bike purchased 1.5 years a back from Here Honda Company. The Bike Purchased was CBZ XTEME from RAJ AUTO AURANGABAD MAHARASHTRA. The Problem currently I am facing is the VISOR of the bike i.e the Cover above the Head Light found to be faulty. As there was no scratch neither any thing was broken. As last month when I visited the service station to get my bike serviced and to complain about the issue, the reply I got was - your bike has passed the warranty period and now need to replace the same. My question to them was if the part is not broken, neither is accidented, then how come I am responsible for the same. This is simply the failure of the company.

                      Apart from this when I got in the service station to get my bike back after the completion of the service, I found that my bike was not serviced after 2 days also.

                      My faith over the Company was from last 6 years, as previously I was owing a Hero Honda Bike only. Not single serive was done outside the Service station, this was just due to the faith in the well Know H.H company.

                      Also when I complaint to the customer service no mentioned on the service book I did not got support from them also. The nos that was spoked was[protected] & 26144121. These calls were made from mobile nos i.e [protected].

                      Hope things spoken above will taken posivtely and will have some positive action.

                        I bought my hero Honda glamour on[protected] from Uppal Motors Noida,

                        Till then I faced so many problems with that bike. I complained it so many times but result is 0.Sir once I already make a complaint by their site and get benefited by Mr.Vikram. Sir I used it very carefully and derive it about 5000 kms only. Now I made third scheduled service. But it contains problem in its engine as well as self and soker .Sir hero Honda is a well known name in automobiles that's why I purchased this bike while my parents use bajaj and tell me to buy that. Sir I belong to a medium class family where 50, 000 Rs have a great value. Sir I disturbed mentally, physically as well as economically by this product .That's why I am requesting you to take action and advised me How can i replace my bike as this is a defected piece Sir currently Hero Honda Motors is a big tree and u also know that it takes big time to make a plant tree but very few time to cut it. And sir if Hero Honda provide this kind of product and service to the customer then i thinks that future is very short.

                          I have one Hero Honda Glamour Reg KL 02 AB 1293 purchased on 26/11/07 frm Diya Motors, Near Town Limit, Kollam before 1 st service it gives 49Km/Ltr after 1 st free service they reduce km to 40 only .befor 2 nd service it changed to 44 but after service (Diya Motors) it reduce to 40 Km again and pulling also reduced their servicing are not good

                          I Strongly DISAGREE with the comments made by Mr Sudheesh. Being a customer of Diya Motors, i cud experience a very warm customer service from them. Moreover, their technicians are so professional that no one else in the industry cud match their standards. Previously i bought a splendor from Venad Automobiles (only One service centre was there at that time in Kollam). The service was utterly bad and there was nobody to hear our complaints even. Many a times i cud come out of their showroom (Venad Automobiles) cursing myself & the Hero Honda team for buying from them. Now with the arrival of Diya Motors, things have changed. They really are customer caring and in no way one should be sceptical about their expertise. I feel that comments by Mr sudheesh are made with wrong intention and one should understand that the mileage factor also depends on the way the vehicle is driven.
                          I am also a happy customer of Diya Motors. They are very Good.

I am happy to see my bike's mileage increasing after every service. I dont understand why bad experience is happening to the above complaint ppl. Anyway i am 100% satisfied with Diya Motors.
                          From the opening day itself i had contact with Diya Motors. I am totally satisfied with their service. I had already referred 15 customers till date. All that vehicles are servicing at the same organisation. Proper information of service periods are clearly informing by them.                           I bought one glamour from Diya motors on septemper 2007, within two weeks they opened that carburettor (problem was, after 40km accelaration going down).After seccond service i gave my bike to Sree murukalaya karunagappally, Itold them to adjust the head light, They make overtight that screw atlast after 2 weeks broken that headlight clamp, then I complaint against that, they rejected my complaint.The main disadvantages of glamour is Mileage problem, Chain cover going damage, Stand welding broken, etc...Totally I am not satisfied with glamour and service also.

                          I own a 'Passion Plus' taken from Diya Motors. Even after two years, its giving very good performance. Thanks to the professional service provided by Diya.                           I have one Hero Honda Glamour(blue with red) Reg KL 49 A 6712 purchased on 26/11/2009 from ADHIDHYA MOTORS Palakkad, before 3rd free service(adithya motors) it gives 55km/Ltr after that servise it redused to 36km only and pulling also redused.Now again after 4th free servise(adhidhya) milege is 36km only, now what i do, help me HERO HONDA..

CG04DR-9321 purchased on 21/07/2010 for Chhattisgarh Auto, Raipur befor 1st service (Chhattisgarh Auto) it give 40 km/Ltr. after that service is redused to 42km only and now agin after 2nd free service (chhatisgarh) milege is same. service engineer check the milege vehicle runing is 20 to 30 speed so give a milege 6.5 . vehicle runing is 20-30 to drive. so purchase in luna. this is very good product in hero honda glamour. please stop production hero honda glamour.thanking . so no need help you (hero Honda & Dealers) thanking you.

                          Hero Honda/Glamour — POOR SERVICE

                          my name is santosh srivastava residing at lucknow.my cell no. is [protected] i bought a glamour feb. 2005. i gave my bike for the servicing many time last 5-6 years. but after servicing my bike is not giving sufficient mileage round about 30-40 km/liter. last servicing 20 days before and (4-5 april2010) after service i am facing same tipe of problem. when
                          i complaint the service centre (mr rajendra, maneger) sunil auto sales, lucknow but they are not taking any intrest about it.
                          so, please see my refdressal strictly and take immediate action against them

                          You need to try different Service center as you are not getting any response from manager of Sunil Auto Sales.Try with different Service center and observe the difference or else check out is there a problem with your bike. And definetely Sunil Auto Sales will lost there most valuable customer as they are giving this type of service.

                          Hero Honda Glamour — Tail Light Cover

                          I have a Hero Honda glamour, this is the third time in a year i am facing problem in its tale lights cover. It is very poorly planned and always get loose after the service.
                          The tale light design/concept is really really very low in quality and design.

                          Company should do something about it.

                            I had purchased one HERO HONDA SPLENDOUR PLUS motorbike from M/S K.R.T. MOTORS PVT LTD, No 16, New Karur byepass road, Thillai Nagar Tiruchirapalli. On [protected].
                            The Engine No. 06C15M35926 and the Chasis No. is 06C16C35967. The vehicle was very smooth and and very fine for the first six months. Then after six months a problem started with the bike. When I drive the bike during the night hours we have to necessarily to use Head light, horn, and indicators.
                            But during night driving when the head light is on and indicator is on the horn will not get worked and I will not get any horn sound from the bike and also the indicator buzzer sound is becoming very low and the indicator also will not have its original brightness.
                            The matter was reported to the Dealer M/S K.R.T motors immediately, the Engineer and Foreman are very kind enough to look into the matter and they had first changed the Rectifier with free of cost. The vehicle was alright for 15-20 days, again the same problem started, again the vehicle was sent for repair, again they had changed some electrical switch assembly in the engine. Again the problem started after 20 days. Again the vehicle was sent for repair, they had replaced the original electrical switch assembly which was taken from the bike .
                            Again they had replaced the new battery and the problem was solved for two months, again the problem started the same problem was reported to the company, they, had charged the battery and rectified the fault. But again the same problem started
                            Now they had replaced wiring kit and the problem was solved for one month or two months again the problem started, again the vehicle was sent to the dealer for repair, this time they had changed Horn, and for sometime it was O.K.
                            Again the problem started after two months they had changed the switch assembly and also it was O.K. for one or two months.
                            Now again the problem started. Again the problem was reported by me, again they asked me to bring the vehicle, to the workshop.
                            I REALLY THANK M/S K.R.T MOTORS, THE SERVICE ENGINEERS, THE FOREMAN AND THE OTHER PEOPLE WHO TOOK INITIATIVES TO RECTIFY THE FAULT.
                            THEY ARE VERY KIND ENOUGH TO ME AND ALSO TO OTHER CUSTOMERS.
                            Sir, for your kind information I was previously owning HERO HONDA CD SS for the past ten years. The vehicle No. was TN 45 H 7105. In that vehicle BOSCH HORN was fitted as extra fitting and I had never complaint such a complaint now I experienced In this new vehicle. I am very sorry to say the fact.
                            Sir still HERO HONDA IS THE NUMBER ONE IN INDIA. But this kind of problem arised in my vehicle had affected me very much both sentimentally, and also psychologically. Having paid 44, 000/- Rs. (the costly vehicle on two wheeler market for normal 100 C.C. bike, compared to T V S, Bajaj, and brand vehicle.
                            Sir, In this situation, I personally feel and sentimentally feel, that having repaired for many times and still the problem is with the bike, I DON’T WANT TO KEEP THE VEHICLE WITH ME, AND THE COMPANY HERO HONDA MOTORS LIMITED must take necessary action to REPLACE A NEW VEHICLE INSTEAD OF THIS BIKE.

                              Sir/Madam,

                              I, B Venkatesh resident of malkajgiri owener of HH Passion plus Reg No AP 29K 4275 dated 12/2005 from Phoenix motors Uppal Hubsiguda, since than I insist on showroom servicing only to get good service. But now with deep heartedly I am forced to complaint to lodge against your prime motors ECIL branch the complaint is as under :-

                              - I gave my bike for serciveing on 08 Mar Job card no 7070 and explained all the minor works to be carried out in it, including to top up the bty level and the routine check although it was working and giving good performance(Horn and indicators were good).

                              - At the time of delivery we noticed that the horn and indicators were not working so we were told that they have changed the distilled water and filled it with new water so it will take some time & should run few kms to hold charge and also told that the show room is not having the facility to charge the bty. This has happened at about 1900 Hrs on 08 Mar. On the faith of the manager and the mechanic we took the bike to house and the next ie on 09 Mar (sunday) morning we noticed that the bty of my bike was changed. I reported to the the showroom immediately they (works manager ) told me to get the bty deposited in the showroom for testing and clarification I deposited it on 10 Mar at 1800 hrs (works manager) told that he will send the bty to Exide showroom and get it tested. On the next day ie 11 Mar at 1900 Hrs when we went for the bty the works manager was not present and moreover he has not even handed over the bty to his soubordinate. No one on the reception counter was aware of my bty and also they delt roughly with us( his words were we do not know where is your bty and my manager has not briefed anything about your bty) then after a small argument he trace it out and found it in the stores upstairs near the bty charger. and got it fitted to my bike. They denied there statement they haven't got it tested with any of the Exide dealer and gave me the same bty charged. I am not satisfied with the dealling of your staff and I am sorry to say that I will think 100 times to give my bike for servicing in your show room or to recommend your showroom to any of my friend. So please look into the matter and do the needful to me and see that in future such thing never repeats.

                              Note :- Sir, please see that the bty charging facility is established in your showroom / Exide showroom.

                              but after some time i feel shameful due the poor service response from the authorized dealer M/S VENUS AUTOMOTER , THANDI SARAK , MALERKOTLA {PUNJAB).

                              They always neglect the customer ,and misbehaver on the spot , which is shamefully we always keep in mind the reputation of the company in the international market and always support to increase the sale of your motorcycle by points system made 57000 points which is so important in the market for the company reputation.

                              They charges extra money of spare parts of the motorcycle which is the bluff with the customer and dangers for the company reputation in the market.

                              Please check and reply soon. We also informed to your Chandigarh office ,but they ignore , I don't know why they are not taking care from the customer.

                              I have bought hunk on 15-02-08, i didn't ride before so i don't know about the hunk bike, i trust hero honda thats why i bought that bike.. i am really happy to ride that bike. because the mileage is more than 50/litre and more smoother than other bikes.after 670 kilometers i gave the bike for first service . when i gave my bike for service afterthat it cause more trubble and mileage is very low(less than 40)and noise was came .. so again i went to service and told everything about that but no use i am really very upset . service is not good. i asked the service supervisor, he told again give your vehicle for service. is this good answer, i lose my trust about hero honda. hereafter i wont give the service to herohonda totally waste. if you are not fix this problem please return my money or fix it properly and quickly, two times i told . again and again same problem .i will tell this matter to all my friends those who all willing to buy hunk, kindly take the action immediately.

                              i have a hero hoda hunk engine no. 3EA7GL03787.I have taken it from RAYMON MOTORS, 4-Yeshwant Niwas Road, Near Rani Sati Gate, INDORE-3, M.P.
                              I have given it for service there but there attitude and behavior is very harsh and service is done very poor and after service i have checked my bike they have broken the side cover near tank and when i told them about this they said it was as it is. Sir please see in matter otherwise i think hero honda will lose there consumer belive soon.because of this i am thinking that i have done mistake after taking this bike after giving preference over other companies bike in this segment.

                                Dear manager,

                                My bike was services couple of days ago in "ACE MOTORS" at Sri Krishna Nagar, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.

                                They didnt do the service neatly even poor water servcing, and normal servicing.

                                They have different charges are mentioned on bill. some of things are "consumables" and etc. i asked what is the "consumables". they told that they used kirosine for cleaning the bike. is it correct do the authorized servcing center. if you continue this the things noboday goes do the servicing at authorized centers. please take the necessary actions on them and do the needful.

                                I, B Venkatesh resident of malkajgiri owener of HH Passion plus Reg No AP 29K 4275 dated 12/2005 from Phoenix motors Uppal Hubsiguda, since than I insist on showroom servicing only to get good service. But now with deep heartedly I am forced to complaint to lodge against your prime motors ECIL branch the complaint is as under :-

                                - I gave my bike for serciveing on 08 Mar Job card no 7070 and explained all the minor works to be carried out in it, including to top up the bty level and the routine check although it was working and giving good performance(Horn and indicators were good).

                                - At the time of delivery we noticed that the horn and indicators were not working so we were told that they have changed the distilled water and filled it with new water so it will take some time & should run few kms to hold charge and also told that the show room is not having the facility to charge the bty. This has happened at about 1900 Hrs on 08 Mar. On the faith of the manager and the mechanic we took the bike to house and the next ie on 09 Mar (sunday) morning we noticed that the bty of my bike was changed. I reported to the the showroom immediately they (works manager ) told me to get the bty deposited in the showroom for testing and clarification I deposited it on 10 Mar at 1800 hrs (works manager) told that he will send the bty to Exide showroom and get it tested. On the next day ie 11 Mar at 1900 Hrs when we went for the bty the works manager was not present and moreover he has not even handed over the bty to his soubordinate. No one on the reception counter was aware of my bty and also they delt roughly with us( his words were we do not know where is your bty and my manager has not briefed anything about your bty) then after a small argument he trace it out and found it in the stores upstairs near the bty charger. and got it fitted to my bike. They denied there statement they haven't got it tested with any of the Exide dealer and gave me the same bty charged. I am not satisfied with the dealling of your staff and I am sorry to say that I will think 100 times to give my bike for servicing in your show room or to recommend your showroom to any of my friend. So please look into the matter and do the needful to me and see that in future such thing never repeats.

                                Sub: Complaint about the Hero Honda Passion plus Alloy.

                                I wish to bring to your kind attention the problems, mental pressure and expenses
                                I faced only because of the bike I have purchased from you.

                                I wish to explain briefly about the incidents happened:

                                I have purchased this vehicle on 13th February 2008 through your dealer Sri Srinivasa Automobiles, Chromepet, Chennai – 600 047.

                                When I started driving this vehicle I faced the following problems:

                                1. Fork bend
                                2. Struck in the engine
                                3. Gear shifting problem
                                4. Engine Noise
                                5. No pick up
                                6. No mileage.

                                So I gave vehicle for service at 500km as on now the vehicle reached 2900 km, during this period I gave the vehicle for service 5 times. Every time they are changing the parts in warranty. The detail list is enclosed. If we are buying the second hand vehicle also we will not be facing the problems like this.

                                Regarding this problem I have spoken to Mr. Amarnath of Hero Honda Motors, Zonal office Chennai (PH: 28111600 /[protected]. He asked me to meet Mr. Sridhar Rao in the dealers place and they said they will check the bike and rectify all the problems. Again I am facing the same problems. In the last service also they have changed the two parts.

                                I want to know whether I have purchased the new vehicle?. Or I am cheated with rejected one.

                                I am enclosing all the papers for your consideration, kindly replace my bike with new one, if not I will move this problem to Consumer Court and also inform the press.

                                Kindly take necessary action to resolve this problem at the earliest.

                                As I feel servicing center gives good service that getting service done from Hero Honda service center.
                                But I have experienced problem always related to the quality of service.

                                4 months back I complaint to service station for Bike pickup, he said bore has got a problem. He charged for RS 5300 ( Five thousand three hundered rupees ) but again I got same problem in a few days, I went to service station he changed bore rings, but my bike mileage has been gone down, Actually my Bike was giving 70 km/pl, but now I am getting 35 to 40 km only. That is why iam phasing problems, what should I do?

Just after one day on 24 December what I observed that the gap between Battery compartment/pannel is more than the other vehicles as usual in normal vehicle. I reported the same to the same dealer, they tried their best but without ultimate genuine satisfaction telling that when the HH-engineer/company engineer will come then oly this problem can be rectified/you will be satisfied.
                                Sir, this way HH-company may get bad name due to lack of personal diagnostic skill at the authorised HH-show room.

                                My bike was given for services on May 12, 2010 in "City Works - Milap Service Station" at 14, Ashutosh Mukherjee Road, Kolkata 700020. But the service was very poor, I had complaint and give the bike again on May 17, 2010. They had delivered my bike on May 19, 2010 after complete servicing. Now they had fitted the Clutch plate and brake loosely, which I didn’t understand at the time of delivery. In the evening the loosely fitted clutch opens and I was to meet with an accident. Since there was no vehicle I was saved.
                                Now I went to the service station again on May 20, 2010, the manager of the service station scolded on the service engineer and asks me to repair my bike.

                                I cannot ride my bike properly, my riding is not smooth as it was earlier. I find it several problems now. I cannot understand what I should do now. Please advice.

                                Hero Honda is panelizing me because I had done regular servicing of my bike from your authorised service center. Please take the necessary actions on them and do the needful at the earliest.

At about 4 p.m. I went there to take my bike and I was asked to pay Rs. 572/- as they have done polishing my new vehicle without my consent and change of oil. I argued with them why did I pay for polishing without my permission. As they insisted I paid as they said. I need not get polished my bike as it was a new only. Further they are insisting to pay much amount for the mean quality accessories such as seat covers, rear view mirrors etc. .

                                my bike is kicking system very diffcult with starting problem. current pass is very weak. i am asking meachnic in serving center kicking system is very hard, what is this problem ? he say every vechile same problem . i am suffering kicking in start the vechile.

                                this is gourav from sgnr. i have 4 hero honda bikes. i have purchased a hero honda pleasure on 3-9-10. when i reached to the service station for first free service the sevice incharge make my entry n keep bike with him. after 4 hours when i hv reached back i saw my bike ws not touched. when i ask for the service they said this is a free service and it will b done after all paid service. and can take a hole day. so m not satesfied with them behavior. i request all the people do not buy any hero honda bike.. for any confermation company can contact me on [protected]
                                The service of M/S sadguru automobile (hero honda service center), katargam, surat, gujarat is very poor. I have motorcycle of cd dawn modle.I am servicing my bike regularly at above mentioned service station since last 3 yrs.During last servicing dated 3-2-2011 the oil chamber thread for draing oil damaged during the oil change.I have complained the staff, they advice me for thread repair at out side source.Kindly do needful action and revert to e-mail id [protected]@essar.com

                                PHOENIX HERO HONDA MOTORS — poor quality of battery and poor response from the dealers

                                I recently purchased passion pro with self start in the month of December, 2010, from the PEONEX motors, Beside Genpact, Habsiguda, Hyderabad. I got self start problem after the first service. I went to the workshop and informed them about the problem. After they checked it, I was told that battery is low and asked to get the battery recharged outside. As they suggested, I went to EXIDE battery service shop outside and gave the battery to get it recharged. After one day, that person from EXIDE service said, battery is not getting recharged, as the second cell from +point is failed. I was informed that the battery has to be replaced. I came back to the herohonda workshop and inofrmed the problem and gave it to them. After 25 days, I was called to collect the battery. They fixed same battery. Then I thought that the problem might be solved. But after I went outside, I came to know that the problem remains same and not rectified. on 11the feb, I again came back to workshop. After he checked the responce form in which the statement was given that lying battery for long period was the problem, he said, the code of the statement was not matching with this battery code. I was asked to give the battery again, He takes care of it, he said. It has been 15 days over, I didnt get any response from them. presently I am riding the bike without battery from the date of first serivce. It is so horrible in the city. I am not satisfied with the bike and service. I am complaining as I lost patience in waiting for the battery. I think I can expect your reply.

                                Hero Honda — regarding poor servicing

                                I gave my scooty hero honda pleasure to the service centre in nagda named as KANTHED AUTOMOBILES. I gave my vehicle on date 29 october. My vehicle silencer had broken and dealer says that the parts will come in 5-6 days and and they will handover the vehicle to me in 2-3 days. But now it is one month over and I have not got my vehicle. All the time they are just making excuses. Sometimes they just said that they are waiting for the parts to come from city and sometime they are saying that this sort of problem they faced first time. It is not that also that my payment is due. I had given them the entire payment as a cash at the time of purchasing itself. The manager of the showroom also talked rudely with me.

                                Hero Honda/Nxg — Bad sound from silencer

                                I have purchase hero honda NXG byke on oct 2010 from Pradeep Automobiles Raniganj(W.B), hense some problem i faceing that is some bad sound from cylencer when i am drive,I have lodge my complaint over there but they don't take any response,Please take action for this.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I have recently purchase a bike(Glamour) from Hero honda showroom i.e. Ms. Pashupati Motors, Devil Road, Khanpur New delhi on 19.02.2012 till i have purchased it "Self Start" not working due to battery problem. I have gone three times in Hero Honda workshop they have charged it and said now it is ok finally they told to replace battery. I have gone to showroom from where i have purchased this bike they told to go direct exide battery showroom and change it.I want to know whether this is my responsibilty to go again and again to Hero Honda people. Workshop employees have not even manner to talk. If this is customer support of Hero Honda then I am really unsatisfied from Hero Honda Services.

                                iam prakash from chennai, am using the hero honda cbz extreme 2012 model. i came to know about that the service centers are mis use the customers property like changing the new parts and replaced the old parts, in make is like that i have a problem in suspension in shock absorber is not good when i riding my bike in up&downs means (speed breaker) i feel the suspension is not good then am not realize at the time i think it of the air pressure is not good after my 6 free service is complete now am going to give my bike for paid service the service center people said about the expiry of my shock absorber so within a year the need of change the shock absorber need to change means the quality of the shock absorber is up to the product value is not good i think so the option is either the product is not good or the replace the new parts to old parts by service center people illegally, to solve the problem in future in the hands of hero honda manufacturers are trying to take necessary action like specific indentification numbers in (battery) all important spares like shock absorbers of every vechiles

                                Myself is Keya Saraswati, purchased one Brio No. WB06 AB 7050 registered at Kolkata Motor Vehicles on 27th November, 2012 (Tax Token date) but sorry to write I did not get till now my SMART CARD for the said vehicle in spite of several following up.
                                This car is self driven and as almost 6 months crossing (with a few days) I have to get pollution certificate but without smart Card
                                it's not possible and without Pollution certificate to run the vehicle on road it's a offense.

                                I don't know what to do to get my smart card.

                                Nobody is telling the fact for this delay from your Dealer's Office "Chandrani Enterprise Pvt Ltd" Kolkata.

                                I'm fed up with such a bad after sell service.

                                May I expect little better service from your end.

                                I am br.Shinto Chalil from mumbai, Vasai, I have given Our Unicorn Bike for the Servicing in Aditdya Honda Service Center in Vasai West. Last time I have given for Servicing in the Honda service center in Range office, Vasai East.But I am not Satisfied at all with their Service.Only for the name sake they did Something.I am using Honda bike from many years. And I use two honda bikes still and still I was advicing to my friends & relative to use Honda Bikes. But Hereafter I have to think about it.Because I am not satisfied at all the dealings & the services of the above mentioned service Centers.Some of them even ill-treated me when I approch for Servicing. Last week I approched them for servicing 4 times.and today[protected]they recived my vechicle for servicing & they promised me to give me my bike at 5.30 pm . but they not even could finish half of the work. So kindly take A favourable action . And teach them to behave to the customers in a polite manner.

                                yesterday I have given by to wheeler HH splendor + for service in Sri Gopal, Automobiles, Tirupathi of Chittoor district, of Andhra Pradesh, they are simply collecting the amount but service is very very bad, I requested to change Lock, Change of Oil, and Side Stand
                                they changed oil, and side stand, and collected Rs.990/- they are not changed the lock or fixed new one.

                                After findout by myself, I asked them for changing of lock at the time of 7.45pm they are giving simply there is no stock in their
                                spare parts shops, what I am asking eventhough they delivering the vehicles of service they should not tell the customer, which part
                                is changed or which spare parts are not available with them, simply delivering the vehicle to customers.

                                A customer why should coming to Hero Honda dealer for service purpose, they are doing neat and clean work, but it is not in Tirupathi
                                branch. I request you please advise concerned staff to treat the customer by giving full information at the time of delivery of serviced
                                vehicles.

                                  i have this problem from the date of purchase. my bike stop any time while running and whe i try to start again its got start but when i give accelerator its got off. To remove that problem that time i have to switch off of ignition switch than re switch on the service center's manager this time advice to me for changing of battery i alredy change it but after change the battery this problem not remove . Teach me how can i complaint againts hero honda about my problem and which harassment i got by them from last 3 years . plzzzzzzzzzzzz reply me soon. my mail id is [protected]@yahoo.com

                                  I have purchased cd deluxe in October 2007 from Northern motors kanpur (vide engine no.07H25F53582). earlier it was giving a fine average of 50 but the proble, wsa engine got heated too much. I contacted the service centre of above stated showroom. they rectified the prob.at that time. but after the first average also degraded and engine gets heated early not as previous. Now i have used my third free service but prob of engine heating and average is still there. Is it crucial to engine them what should i do?

                                    Poor responce at the service center. even the delear do not know about the vehicle parts life. this the 3rd time iam facing this problem at the service center. the front wheel ther is some noise in the disc brake.. i changes the pads also .. it is not rectified properly.

                                    there are no efficient service people who could solve the problem.
                                    ther are not serious about the customer complaints

                                    The service center is Mody Motors,New bowenpally,secunderabad.
                                    the delear Name is Mehta.
                                    He is so stupid that he dont know the life of parts.
                                    he tells everything is ther in the book. after checking i could not found the solution
