sir my name is subodh mishra i have purchase hero honda hunk in the month of december 2009.in the month of 25 june my bike will be accident then iget bike hero honda service centre aishwarya automobile nehru nagar bhilai after 1 month my bike parts are not available in show room he said to me hero honda service center are not available your part and he said to me company is defaulter so sir pleace contact me my number is [protected] .sir please solve my problem.

I had ordered side door for my Herohonda Splendor+ before 10 days in TIRUCHENGODE Sakthi Motors the door had reached the show room
i gone for changing the door but there is no response from the employee who is working there
i went there at 12.30PM and waited upto 01.20PM there is no response
i am very much dissatisfied due to this, for past 2 years i am not leaving my vevhicle for service in sakthi motors due to improper response and dissatisfied customer support
i had recomended my friends to get bike in the show rooms but i this follows to them what will they think
plz take necessary steps regarding this problem, and make them to call me for changing the door

dear sir, i have purchse a hero honda cd dlx. bike reg. no. JH 05z 2074 before 1 year but now i am facing a mileage problem which is 40-45 km/l but i have been told that cd dlx. bike gives a mileage of 65 above from union bikes sakchi jamshedpur. apart from complaining several times the authorised workshop does not takes this mater seriously. they cherged me Rs. 100 on every servicing for mileage test but although they could not solve my problem . so suggest me what should do? call Mr. N Dakshina Murty - [protected] HHML if you have any complaints

I m omprakash agrahari from gopiganj s. r. n. bhadohi (u. p.) I purchesed a passion pro last 18th august thru our nearest athorised dealer KRISHNA AUTO SALES BHADOHI .when i choose black colour of this byke then mr. srivastav (superviser of gopiganj workshop and sales) says 1000 more rupees for this colour and i was patd for colour 1000/rs more and he did not give me extra payment bill. and at that time silencer guard was not in byke I ask for that then mr. srivastav (superveser) says tomorrow u can get it but seance that day to today i m not found that part. He daily says tomorrow and i feel so misbehave from them. yesterday i get R C and insurance paper of byke . total receipt amount of R C and insurance is rs2290 + 1195=3485/rs but mr. srivastav was take from me for this exp. rs4800/ . I was pay total amt for byke without assesories 52500/rs . I m not satisfied with this rules o[censored]r company i never suggesed any other person for hero honda

I booked pleasure on 16/08/10 from M/S jitendra automobiles p ltd, Nashik .For the delivery dealer is not responding properly.Other vehicels are readily available in the market.For delivery of vehicel they take this much time, i am worried how i will get the service?HERO HONDA management needs to take care of these things seriously and deliver the best services to the customer otherwise customer will loose the faith on these products thus decreasing the sales as customer is the king.So request to the management for better services and deliver my booked pleasure at earliest.

Hero Honda — Not Providing Delivery
I have given purchase order to purchase a bike of the Hero Honda Glamour on August 31, 2010 at Bikes Auto showroom of Ahmadabad Naranpura. At that time, the showroom representative have told to give the delivery of bike within 7-8 days. Then on not receiving any intimation from them, I called the on 9th day, but told me that it will be ready within next 5 days. But when today I have called them, then they are again asking for next 7 days to deliver the same. Then, I have called to Baroda office, but they are also not replying satisfactorily. i dont think that these mailing would have really helped out customers... its a pitty that consumer face rigorous problems in the newly purchased bikes of a brand that has the largest markrt share. after sales service of hero honda dealers is pathetic. Hero Honda no longer gives the feeling of owning a bike, its rather a headache. I myself own one of the best bikes of hero honda n i tell you i truly truly regret on my decision of purchasing that one...YAHMHA R15 would have been a better option

dear sir we are un happy with sai teja motors Hindupur wich is related with thippaiah motors anantapur. we are giving our bikes for servicing in sai teja motors Hindupur, we lost our original parts of bikes. they are changing original parts with old and used parts. so many times we gave the complaint to thippaiah motors. but they are not taken any action on sai teja motors. we all are un happy with sai teja motors. and also we are giving our bikes to local mechanics for further servicings.
Hero Honda — Wrong delivery
Sir,i have ordered a Hero Honda Glamour from ur dealer JCT motors, trivandrum. They promised us that they would deliver the vehicle within a month.
After 25days when i went to enquire about it, they are saying that i have ordered a PASSION PRo and not a glamour. And if i want a Glamour i should re-order again.
Wen confronted with this issue they insulted me and my father. The slip they gave us during booking doesnt show any details about any vehicle except the amount of money that we gave.
I used to feel really proud o[censored]r company, being one of the top indian companies of the world. After treatment like this from ur dealers ,i am sorry but, i am feeling disgust towards your company.
I hope you will look into this matter. Or else i have decided to cancel the order and go for a HONDA. Atleast they wont treat would-be customers like this.

Sathi Motors (dealer of hero honda) — Service is very poor and damaged the bike
The sakthi motors done very very poor service to my motor bike during Sep10. The sakthi motors damaged the my bike. I went to office, i think the owner/ manager of the sakthi motors belamed us and poorly responded and he try to put the belame on customer.He never responded for our complaints and he further forced me to resell the bike for the exchange.
He is very poor.

i am using your gloumer bike, in this bike my rear piston leakage oil, and my head light adjustable mounting rail have cracked, and the down side Chane cover is touch to Chane, i m not happy for use the gloumer, and i saw many more bike tel light down side cover brakes in some day so please think about this
