[Resolved]  Hindustan Petroleum Gas — couldn't book gas-agency suspend

i am your customer from your dealer didar gas service, amritsar(punjab).today i went their office and found that you have suspended his agency.now please send me the address with phone no. of new gas agency from where i can book my gas.

i behalfof my dad is sending u my complaint tht m nt satisfied with the services of indane gas co.wnvr i try to book for refiling of the cyclinder at rohini sec 7 station it always not reachable and cannot get cnnected.whnvr i go ther for booking wat i find thy ppl keep their phone alwas on a busy mode .all ths senario is very common all over nd every time .i request u to tke sme action

Gas Refill booking — Couldn't able to book

Hi I am trying to book a gas cylinder but I am not able to make cause all the line busy all time. Yesterday I went their place but they responded rudely and told me that I have to make call on toll free no 1260 but since moring I m trying but not able to do do.

AMRITSAR GAS SERVICE — NO DELIVERY OF GAS TILL DATE

I have booked my gas cyclinder wih the agency on 2 Oct 2008 and even today i.e. 08.10.2008 no cyclinder has been delivered to me. The agency is also in the habit not to attend the phone i.e.[protected]. Generally they put the handset off and if by mistake bell rings, no body attend the phone upto 3PM daily.

Hindustan Petroleum — Non Picking up of phones by Gas Agency

I am trying to book my gas through phone banking but KAMAL GAS SERVICES phone no provided to me 27471374, 27470952 always remain either busy or just ringing and nobody picks up phone. I am facing this problem from last 6 months.Every time i have to go there for booking personally. Agency reply is they are responding to the phone calls, however in actuals they are not picking up phone even in front of me.

Dear sir

I am regular user of HP gas since 2005. It has been observed that during checking of inetrnal
household gas connection by agency staff they pressurise the customer to purchase new items
and force to by it immediatly from them, otherwise threaten to stop gas supply, which against the
business ethics. I would like to know whether it is mendatory to use gas rubber from agency? Although i have changed my rubber last month which is ISI marked.

Still i am not getting Home Delivery.No response on any land line phone no to till date. One time phone attend by one lady staff of agency and she said pick delivery from agency. Why should I pick up delivery from agency? when always i take a Home
Delivery.

Please note GAS Agency Code 146220 MARUTI GAS AGENCY, Rajula- Dist- Amreli, Gujarat,

1] Our Maruti GAS AGency Mr. Pratapbhai not collectinge any phone or not book GAS on phone. ( Phone[protected] Mobile- [protected])
2] GAS Cylinder Coming with Leakage and not propre safety cap./
3] They are asking SV loss commitment in Rs. 20/- Stamp paper after clear mentioen in LPG Book that the valid document incase of lose of SV
4] They are prepare own rules and not delivery in proper time
5] They are not book my LPG Bottle and not received proper feedback.

Please look into this matter and confirm my mobile no. [protected] so my LPG will book
I have booked my gas at vsm gas agency bijnor dt.07.03.10 and deposited the filling charges Rs.315/- with empty cylendar on dt.27.03.2010 but I did not get deleivery so far. My connection No.016780. Kindly looked in to the matter while he is deleviered one cylendar in two months.
