[Resolved] Hindustan Times/ HT Mint newspaper — Not deliver the coupons of 1 year subscription- HT MINT

One month before I have been subscribe the HT Mint newspaper of Rs 499/- (credit card payment) on date: 05/07/2010 and got the quote reference no# 9637409 on my phone as message on the same day and they said that I get the coupans within 2 weeks for 1 years newspaper of HT Mint. Although I have been registring the complans 3 times in HT Cust. care center and even they said that I will get coupans within 1 week but now it's already past 1 month and yet I haven't received any coupans from courier....Please assist me in this regard and I think I am the only one who has paid the amount for the product (HT Mint) before , without having any use of it till yet. Same is the case with me Sir, I had subscribed for this on 14 july but i havent received any coupan yet.

Please contact consumer helpline no [protected]. They will guide you. I am also following the procedure which they suggested.

I have done 01 mail because consumer helpline no[protected]as stated at back side of HT mint booking reciept)shows not existing & no[protected] is not connecting.
Copy of mail is attached below.

But i do not thing it will be attended.
Really shame on HT peoples.

Dear Sir,
I had paid a amount of Rs.500/-(through cheque) for the annual supply (12 months) of i-mint.

Details of reciept given to me is as below,
Serial No. of Reciept - 5432
Cheque no.- "305161"

Bank Name - ICICI bank
Dated - 16/05/2010

Address - 125, Old Arya Nagar, Near Tar Factory, Ghaziabad.(U.P)-201001

Till date i did not get any copy of i-mint.When i talked to my paper hawker regarding this, he said that HT persons will send you some monthly vouchers, which i have to give him after that he can drop paper for me.

Now i do not want any i-mint copy.
I would request you to either refund my money back or if it is not possible atleast instruct your area person to drop copy of HT(in English) in place of i-mint
& adjust the amount paid by me in the monthly/Annual bill of HT copy.

Also give me the contact details of your area reprsentative for Old Arya Nagar, Near Tar Factory, Ghaziabad.(U.P)-201001

i am also suffering from the same problem, shame on HT Edge, i hate that person which collect money from my home and now he is not attending my call his number is [protected]-name-Ajay, you fraud, ! i hate you and your HT edge people. my booking serial number is 507091.

Same case here My receipt no. is 30117 dated 13/09/2011 and cheque no. 749383 of yes bank has been paid in consideration of the offer HT mint for 12 months. Today around 5 months has gone. even on so many complaints I have made bt coupons are not yet delivered.
