i want to subcribe for hindustan times.

my subsciption for two years was over on feb 28th this year.( i had paid 150 rs for two years )

please tell me how to subcribe again and start .

HT has paid me copensession of Rs4175/ as per the directive of the consumer court.

I need Hindustan Times Subscription for a year.

I have taken Hindustan Times, two year subscription in june 2008. However, i have not received my coupon and the vendor is asking money for the papers delivered to me from this month onwards. I futher point out, the customer care number given by the Hindustan time is of no use. It is merely a wastage of time and loss of money. No body is responding it. i dont know where i have to complain now. is there any efficacious remedy for rectifying my problem????

I had paid for 2 years subscription, after much delay I got the coupons for one year which ended on May 09.
I have not yet received the second year coupons, When I wrote to Hindustan times thety informed me that they have given the coupons to my Vendor . But my vendor says he has not received the coupons ( Name of Vendor: V.Perumal, ID: 248753
I have also sent e mail to [protected]@hindustantimes.com but no reply.
It is very unfortunate that HT Media collects the money then for the subscription but does not take the responsibility to honor its commitment.

I am a subscriber of Hindustan Times. I had sent a check of Rs. 195(No.659632) for 2 years subscription of Hindustan Times in 26 Jan 2008 Form No.280430. 1st year paper delivery was regular. But for second year, not a single paper delivered to me yet. However inspite of repeated inquiries i did not receive any update on the coupons.
Before couple of months The Hindustan Times Executive namely Mr.Bhalerao(Dombivli) told me, that the coupons were sent to respective Paper Vendor(Mr.Bhagwat) Directly. Still my paper delivery not yet been started till today. I have inquired many times by calling both the HT Executive & Paper Vendor, but still haven't received any reply.
The phone Support is the worst thing to be imagined. Kindly help in this issue.

Subscription for Two years contract, but 2nd year coupon due was 31st July, 2009 & not supplied till date


I got two year subscription from Hindustan Times on August, 2007 to till July, 2009, the coupon vide ref. is: R135604 but I have received coupons only for first twelve months i.e. for 2008, and Hindustan times was supposed to send the remaining 12 months coupon at the end of July, 2009. The Second year coupons which I supposed to receive before the month of July, 2009, four months passed but till date I haven’t receive the 2nd year coupon to my Kalyan Address. It’s very difficult to answer to the vendor.

So I have called so many times from July onward to the Customer Care on 67764242 / 67764248. The response from customer care was highly irr-responsible and negligent; they use to repeat the same word that it will be dispatching to my home address within short period, the same voice I was hearing continuously for the last 3.5 month. Initially about 25 days earlier I came to know from customer care that the 2nd year coupon is already available with one Mr. Faiyaz - Area Executive i.e. (M) [protected].


I have contacted many times (Mr. Faiyaz – Area Executive), but there were no such responses, and I could able to speak one Mr. Sachin about the is (R – 135604) coupon. He said that it will be sending within 2 days time, and almost 25 days passed but till date the said coupon has not send it to my home address, I mean to say that they have neglected to do their service/duty as they promised me, according to me they are ignoring their duty and spoiling the companies name, it’s unfair.


I want you to ask one question that being news Paper Company, instead of giving prompt services to the public, how these kind of poor services are provided by the concern staff members?, due to delay of sending/getting the coupon, please note that being a reputed person in the society why I should spoil my name through the vendor?


Keeping in view of the above, you have to take an immediate action to the particular department personnel that why the concern (R135604) coupons not sent so far after completion of four month period? And there would be some remedy of the delays which the staff’s were negligence to do their duties to the respective customers.

hi, i dont agree with your article on 31st dec 09 regarding the case of shree om sai nath car on rent ltd. i would like to ask the editor of the news papper that why does the media published only the negative side of the mr rupesh verma why not the possitive side .dont you think that it is your resposibilities to do so and because of your article there is panic among the investors, why the article in hindustan times published on 31 dec 09 dnt contain the wording that from last so many years the investors are enjoying the profits why he is called cheater the media is non to judge that and also you dont have any right to call him a fraud if the news pappers starts saying so than there is no need of courts and judges let the news people decide every thing.No body has the right to say any thing to mr rupesh verma unlless he is found guilty.
