I have participated in an offer SVS FREE TALK TIME OFFER and i send you 12 code in 2 sms and i recevied sms successfully but i got one talk time for Rs.50/-on[protected] against 2 sms(12 code) but second talk time still pending .I request u pl. sent me as soon as possible

I am Bikash Das, residing In Kalkaji New Delhi, using your PureIT since last 1+ years, every months I call to your call center (pureit expert) for service of battery, its sorry to say that nobody take care on this, for a battery they need at least 15 days. Usually we calling & calling every months.
