Hi,
The amount of water coming out from the water tap is very slow. We have to wait for atleast 3 min to fill even a single glass of water. Even the tap is very much delicate and it got damaged while pressing to take out the water. I have already placed a requset for that tap. They are charging Rs.70/- for that.
Can you please call me as early as possible. I want to give some important suggestion to you, ,

In my house both are employee, to day and tomorrow is holiday I requested in your help line to change the battery and filter to day or tomorrow but they have asking minimum three days for replacement. kindly look in to this and do the needful for the customer or other wise our presence in the house is very limited. kindly co-operate and attend the service on date please. sir, i am rizwana shafiq actually i have purchase pure it on dated 12.07.2008 and the consumer id is [protected]. your executive told us that it gives 1500 litre pure water but within 3 months its battery become red and your executive also told that in case of battery problem with in 6 months they will replace the battery free of cost but now no one is ready to take the resposibility and within three months maxim 500 liters water is used in our pureit filter .so this is your responsibility as well as duty to change the battery free of cost otherwise i can take serious action against the company.

This is MR.R P BALLODIA & my customer id [protected] and i purchased hindustan unilever pure it on 25/3/2008..i came to know through advertisement that 1500liters water as save as boiled water and battery lasting for 6months, but its all fake..the germkill battery has turned red in 2months itself...so its your duty to replace it but no action is taken from your side after repeatedly complaining..so this is not expected from your side...so kindly take the action

I happened to be at Guwahati Eye Hospital, G.S.Road, Guwahati and I had seen you Pureit there. I dropped your demo request form there few days back. Somebody from your Guwahati branch contacted me over telephone and asked if I am interested in purchasing your "PUREIT" water purifier. As I shown my interest One Pc. Pureit was sent with one Mr. Prahlad Kalita on 20.10.2008 from your Guwahati branch (address not known by me) who described regarding Pureit with the unit brought by him. When asked about the bill he assured me that the bill will be delivered on next day and he collected Rs. 1800/- being the cost of the unit. However I got signed the voucher for the same. Regarding the warranty card also he told me that the same will be sent alongwith the bill.
I now want to know, when the bill will and warranty card will be delivered?

Hindustan Unilever - Pureit — No response for Battery Change
I Stay in Mumbai and have made calls several times on the customer support no. but unfortunately there is no response.It is sad to know such a big name like yours cant provide good customer service.
Is it that the job is over after the sales of goods is done.

We are only two person in are drinking this purify water and maximum 200 liters water is used in our pureit filter.
