[Resolved]  Hindustan Unilever Pure It — change of battery

not working prperly or refined pure water

My name is Kumar, using Pureit for last 2 years. I have ordered for a battery kit on Nov 7th. I received a message that it will be replaced in another 72 Hrs but till now (Nov 22nd) it has not been replaced. I registered a complaint at the Chennai office ([protected]) on Nov 14th and Nov 21st but none has responded. We did not expect such a poor customer service from one of the big corporated in India. Also it's atrocious to hear from a Pureit sales rep at coimbatore say you need to go the customer service center and bring the service rep to replace the battery. Are you not charging 35 Rs for the service? Will you do it free of cost if iam bringing the service rep to replace the battery. I have also spent close to 50 Rs for the calls i have made the customer service center but no one has bothered to call back and check on the status of complaint. Heights of letharginess!

Since we have a baby and a 10 year old Kid who are experiencing health problem because of water, i would appreciate if you replace the battery in another 48 Hrs or i will escalate the issue to the top management of PUREIT and will also take it legally.

Hello,

I have purchased the battery on June 2008. At the time of purchase we had been assured of a good service quality. We have recommended Pure It to many of our friends but regret to recommend it. Would not do it again. The service of the sale person while changing the battery is getting good to worse and worse to worst.

My basic complaint is to do better the service quality otherwise the customers will be more harrased in future.
