Hindustan Unilever Pureit — ignoring customers request reg change of battery

Sir/ Madam,
We have asked for change of battery for Hindustan Unilever Pureit on 1.10.2009,it was told that it would changed within 3 working days.It was not changed.Again we called the following number [protected] on 12.10.2009 twice ( talked to Mr.Charles) & [protected] on 13.10.20009 thrice and we were assured that there would be changed of battery on (or) before 15.10.2009.But till today (16.10.2009) the following request is not attended.We expect battery to changed within 48 hours and request you to take necessery action regarding this.

Pureit - HUL — Replacement battery needed....no executive even after 1 week

Hi

I have been trying to get a replacement battery for the last 1 week. I have called up the helpline 3-4 times aal I got is "Our executive will visit u tommorow" and this tommorow never comes.

Till now I was quite happy with the product but this experience has left a bitter taste. Now instead of recommending this product to everyone I am asking everyone to not to buy this one.

I do agree with these complaints. in pureit hindustan unilever is not able to give services to the customer which should be shameful for HUL. the call centre agents are doing there work in proper way but HUL him self is not able to give good services.they dont have enough employ for the services and as well as part of that product..i would like to tell you after giving these kinds of services they are again launching a R.O WATER Purifier and AUTO FILL PUREIT {RS 3200}. SO plz promote this all and be aware of this product. never purchase any of these water purifier.
And u people will surprise to know that i had also worked for this pure it water purifier AS A CALL CENTER AGENT.

i reported pure it call center on 9th of october 2009 for battery replacement. as on today nobody attended . but i am receiving sms on my phone that they had attended. till today i called several times for my battery change. my son has effected from throat infection and fever by drinking impure water . due to infections we are purchasing mineral water. please take action on them .
