I have requested for battery change twice to customer care but no response have been given no body have turned up replce the kit. I strongly convey to my friends that don't use this product as simply they don't care about customer satisfaction.
Dear Sir,
I possess Pureit since 2007. In Jun 09 I ordered for battery and micro-fibre mesh . Battery only was delivered and it was informed no stock of micro-fibre mesh.again in jul 09 when our neighbour ordered for battery and micro-fibre mesh, battery only supplied but not micro fibre mesh.

Please make available of the customer's requirement.

sir, i have take it from ur harayana dealer, on upper cover its shows 9 litre upper tank & 9 litre lower tank

but when lower tank full water come out why is it pure it problem or this pease is not ok

WE HAVE PURCHASED PUREIT ON 26/03/2007, VIDE INVOICE NO.IS07/HYD/0069-839. SINCE BEGINNING THE BATTERY WAS NOT WORKING
AS PER YOUR SPECIFICATIONS. WE HAVE REPEATEDLY CONTACTED YOUR PEOPLE AND REQUESTED TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM. AND
THEY HAVE ATTENDED AFTER SEVERAL REMINDERS ONLY EVERY TIME. IN OUR HOUSE WE ARE 4 MEMBERS (2 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN)
AND ALL ARE GOING OUT SINCE MORNING TO EVENING FOR WORK AND STUDIES. OUR DAILY CONSUMPTION IS APPROXIMATELY 8 TO 10
LITERS I.E., 240 TO 300 LITERS PER MONTH.

AS PER YOUR COMPANY SPECIFICATIONS BATTERY WILL WORK 1500 LITERS FOR SMALL BATTERY AND 2250 LITERS FOR LARGE BATTERY.
BUT PREVIOUSLY FOR EVERY FOUR MONTHS WE HAD TO PURCHASE A NEW BATTERY. THIS TIME THEY HAVE INSISTED US TO BUY A LARGE
BATTERY ON 1.4.2009 VIDE INVOICE NO.IS 09/HYD/[protected], SURPRISINGLY AGAIN THE BATTERY COMPLETED ON 15TH AUGUST 2009 ITSELF.
IT MEANS IT WORKED FOR ONLY 4 ½ MONTHS, (AROUND 1000 TO 1200 LITERS).

IMMEDIATELY, WE HAVE CONTACTED TOLL FREE NO. AND YOUR S.V.ENTERPRISES, SR NAGAR, HYDERABAD OFFICE THEY SAID THEY WILL
RECTIFY WITH IN 24 HOURS BUT THEY DID NOT TURN UP TILL NOW.

WE REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER IMMEDIATELY. OTHERWISE WE ARE BOUND TO COMPLAINT TO CONSUMER FORUM AND PRESS SIMULTANIOUSLY.

Hindustan Unilever/ PURE it — delivery of Battery

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have purchased Pure it waterpurifire on 22/8/2008, now its battery need to be changed and i had ordered the same on 9/07/09 order no. is S-09/DLI[protected] for the purit water filter and till date I have not received any replacement. After that I have been calling the helpline [protected] every day and I get the assurance of it being delivered everyday, but?? these are the details of complaint no. and date of complaint C[protected] dtd. 19/07/09 & C[protected]. I am really sorry to say that the service is one of the worst and 3rd class, they are challenging in their advertisement that these 3 features if you will find in any waterpurifire then Rs. One Cr. will be yours, and other side their after sales service is worst. what i will do with my water filter without battery, shall i purchase new water purifier or they will do something about it. Pls. do the needful.

Hi...I am Amulya R Das...my customer ID is [protected]...the battery of our pure it is become red for last 15 days.Now I requested for chage the battery on 19/08/09, the report number is 09KOL [protected].
The customer service executive (the name is Debasish) confirmed me that it will be changed within 3 working days...now 5 working days has passed...this is simply harassment and also note this is not the first time..before 6 months I was received the same treatement...

This shows poor service qualility of a company like Hindustan Unilever...please treat this urgent and change asap, else I will move to CONSUMER FORUM...
I have purchased Pureit water purifier on 5th May this year, my customer ID is [protected]. Its battary exhasted with in 3 months and I got new battary installed on 3rd August 2009, but since then its filtered water is having very bad and sour taste. For this I compaint so many times but till date my problem is not resolved. For nearly a month I am buying water from the market. Meanwhile I am approching to consumer forum to resolve my problem if it is not solved at this end.

HINDUSTAN UNILVER PUREIT — CHANGE OF BATTERY KIT

On 28th August, 2009 I had complained to [protected] for change of Battery kit and the person at the receiver had lodged the complaint and confirmed that within 3 days the complaint will be reddressed. But inspite of contacting many times no action is taken even till date. The call centre girls are not responding properly and we have to speak unnecessarily in a unparliamentary language. Even the call centre is not having their higher authorities telephone nos and are not cooperative. I am separately complaining to consumer court for change of my unit and compensation on account of their delayed service. Kindly lookinto the matter and advice me.

Ratna Kumar Chittapragada here. Pureit service is very poor. I request for changing battery on 28th August. till now no person has come to my room . I have not get single call from them Previously also I called customer care since the device was not working fine. no reply. Friends, please dont opt this product . Very poor service they are providing . If they need proves I can provide my Vodafone bills. I can not understand why they are running business.if they attitude towards business like this, it is better to close their shutters.
Mostly the complaint is towards battery problem, but may i know how it works. please reply. Are you using chlorine tablets...

I have purhcased H S P Water filter, when i purhcased it only aftr one month its battery showed Red indicator then the water was followen out side, i did not know what happened, so that i broght it to where i purchased, then they explined and changes, again after one month same problem accured, then i changed the battery again, again one month its happened again, till now is also it happinging every month, and when and when its hapining before four or five days from th water is not filitering properly, and falldown out side,

I am getting so much risk with it, its showroom is not there in sonepat, when i want to changes it i should go to karnal, its far from our sonepat more then 80KM, so what can i dicrise my risk. may i have to purchase another company filter,
