Pureit Water Purifier — Battery kit not delivered

I had ordered Pureit Water purifier Germ Kill Battery on 24 April 2010. They say it gets delivered in 2 days. But Nobody bothered to call and deliver the battery kit.
Today is 13th day. Whenever I call the helpline I get different complaint number.

I am using PureIt in Cuttack, Orissa. I tried both the phone no N sms service for germ kill filter. But I could not get d service. Plz reply me what should I do? Can i order online for 1000rs compact pureit in cuttack

I am using ur pure it from past 3 years, but nowadays we cannot contact ur customer care. my battery kit was completed past one year itself but i could not get another new one.how can i order new battery sir? my emai address is murugavel.[protected]@gmail.com. we dont have any local address, if any address means please provide that otherwise purufier is waste only. i am waiting for ur mail sir.

I am Subrata Chakraborty I bought a purity two months before but the battery is now make totally red & purity stop to flow the water. I call your service helpline still 2 weeks but they don't send any person to replace the battery. I face a problem for that. If the company not give the service properly then take back the purity.

Pure it service is , Ihave ordered a germ kit since 1month i have not recived the kit yet the customer care people say the person will come within 48 hrs and no one is reporting.

It is really a nussiance.They give so much addvertisement on the TV but it is really worst.

If they cant satisfy the customer with there product they should stop selling there product.
