[Resolved] Hll PureIT Water Filter — non delivery of battery | |||
I am using pure it water filter for more than 2 years, and their is always problem when the battery exhausts, I have made number of complaints for the replacement of the battery on the IVR (no human voice) [protected] in a month, but still waiting for their response. problem is that they dont have any other customer care number or any other contact no where we ask for the battery or near by service center from we can buy the battery. I am using pure it water filter for more than 2 years, and their is always problem when the battery exhausts, I have made number of complaints for the replacement of the battery on your helpline number [protected] and my customet ID No is [protected]. more than a month has passed, but still waiting for their response. One person2 days before came from pureit and ask me to Rs. 50 extra. I asked him why u charge extra, he is unable to provide the proper answer. Now I request u once againg to kindly send yr represetative at the earliest to change my kit. Otherwise I have no other option but to replace the water purifiier to some other company.

I have called so many time to customer care and they said they will resolve with one day...i got alot of masssges.. as susch you are satisfied our services sent a massegs Y/N. but still problem is as it is.
Request to all of them who is planning to purcahes this company, beware that kind of services. they cannt able to manage his customer.
i am requesting please revert my money how much you can and take your product. ill go someone esle.
Iam not going to suggest some else to use, that kind on product.
