[Resolved] Hll/pureit — Insects getting inside the water purifier | |
A water purifier is supposed to serve the people by providing purified water as per the purification standards mentioned by the manufacturer. Here we have Hindustan Lever's pureit which lets insects (ants, mosquitoes etc) inside through the gaps between its chambers. 5 times complain has been lodged through their customer care, but solution was not there at all with them. Here we seek a solution to fulfil the basic purpose a water purifier does, to give a pure drinking water. Was this information helpful? | |

I had ordered for a battery replacement on 04-07-09 by calling your customer service number [protected] of Hindustan Lever Pureit. The order has been placed and the reference number is S09HBL [protected]. I was told that the battery would be replaced within 3 working days but till date no body even bothered to tell me the status. And, this is not the first time I am facing this problem. Even my lastbattery replacement of battery has been an annoying experience. Kindly look into it ASAP...
