I Mr. N C Narasimha Chary resident of Plot No 14, Vivek Nagar Colny, Jillelaguda,
Saroornagar Manadal, we taken water connection under SAHEBNAGAR DIVION on 13.01.2010 and appreciable that HMWS started giving water from 15.01.2010 in alternative days and recently on 26.02.10 inaugurated by Home Minister.

I received bill dt 09.03.10 for Rs 253/- for the month of Feb’10 and in this bill charged 35% as sewerage cess of Rs 63/-, how the bill raised I didn’t understand.

We self laid and developed drainage lines, how you charge sewerage cess, if any such work is taken up at our area by HMWS & SB its is reasonable in charging such cess and I bring to your notice that still we are in limits of grampanchayat not in municipality. In some well developed municipal areas your board is not charging any such cess and why for us.

So, we request you review and revise the water bill without affecting sewerage cess.


And one more thing I bring to your kind notice that please update the staff names & phone numbers of Sahebnagar Division in your online .
