[Resolved] Homeshop18 / Spice Mobile QT 55 — not giving hard copy / soft copy of invoice | |
i purchased a spice mobile QT 55 from homeshop18 vide order no[protected] dated 17 Apr 2011. no invoice was given on delivery of mobile. this mobile developed some functional problem on 25th MAY 2011. this mobile was sent to spice service center for repair under warranty period. service center refused to repair free of cost for want of hard / soft copy of invoice. contacted customercare homeshop 18 and spice mobile through e mail and telephonically requesting them to supply copy of invoice or to resolve the problem.despite repeated requests no action has been taken by homeshop 18 and spice mobiles till date.. This type of services are not expected from homeshop18...
I recently ordered a Spice QT-60 mobile phone(Order no.[protected] from Homeshop18 and i would like to mention that this is my first online shopping from homeshop...i would really appreciate the delivery services offered by them and my product is working so far so good...But the only thing that disheartend me is that my mobile phone contained no product bill inside the box...And without a proper bill in hand how will approach the service centres if my phone goes out of order...and now i have ended up calling the customer service day and night...but haven't received any bill till yet...this type of service is not expected from homeshop18...please send me proper bill as early as possible and get me out of such harrasments...and please do take some fruitfull actions...
