Pls cancel my order and refun my money....

I havent faced such a disgusting customer service ever in my life as I did from homeshop18. I ordered a necklace received wrong item instead of what I ordered. Thereafter called so many times to their customer service team no satisfying response and false commitments made again and again. The payment was made but the mistake was their but didnt bother to do anything about it in fact we have to go through all the hassle idealy even after paying...

This is in Regards with my order no.[protected] for my Blackberry Curve 8520. I have received my parcel on 05/nov/2011.

I got shocked when i unpacked it. I found no handset there in the parcel. Same time i went ahead and called their customer care number and lodged a complaint against the same. Now its been so long i havent heard from them even i have already made the payment to them....

I have purchased AirTyme Mobile FLAUNT PV300 and TORRID GTX-75 from Homeshop18. Both should come with Rs. 200 ticket. I received Flaunt without Rs. 200 ticket and no warranty card (the warranty portion was already teared off). The GTX-75 cannot be switched ON.
