My son has ordered “Philips 2GB MP3 Player with FM model No.: SA1928-97 on 27 Oct 2009. It has almost 1 month but product has not yet delivered to me. I am calling to Homeshop 18 customer care from last 1 week for the information and every time they are saying that it will be delivered but they are not in a position to give me the exact information. Also they are not refunding the money back to my account.

HomeShop 18 — NOT RECEIVED DELIVERY ON TIME

Dear sir/madam

i have booked a voltas split a/c on[protected] from HOMESHOP 18 and they have tell me to send delivery of a/c with in 7 to 10 working days but i have not received a/c yet today the date is 29th april 2010 i have called them also many times but they are always saying me that you will received your a/c within 2 to 3 days.

please help me sirrrr

I had ordered Kreda games as return gift for my child's b'day on the 18th of November on home shop 18. The product details on website showed 5 days for delivery time. After making the payment i got a message 7-8 days for delivery. Today , it's 11 days with product still not shipped. My child's b'day is tomorrow and i have no return gifts. Despite making 3 calls to their phone center, there is no resolution.

HOME SHOP 18 sucks!!! Not only are they pathetic in their commitments ( 5 days/10 days... no time commitment), they are worse in complaint resolution. They take your complaint and never revert. I would like my money back IMMEDIATELY as now the products are of no use to me.

Flipkart and Infibeam are the sites i regularly order from. They are par Excellent in their delivery dates. They did not have the required products due to which i tried Home shop 18 for the 1st time and what a harassing experience. I totally regret it... i must have spent atleast 3-4 hours extra in calling, writing mails...Imagine the time I have had to put in .... totally negating the purpose of online shopping.

The website continues to show "cargo ready" ( which it has been showing since last 5 days) and despite repeated calls to the call center explaining the urgency of receiing goods lates by today, Sunday - 27th , there is no response.... pathetic customer service.

Pls ensure the order is cancelled and money returned IMMEDIATELY

    I havent faced such a disgusting customer service ever in my life as I did from homeshop18. I ordered a necklace received wrong item instead of what I ordered. Thereafter called so many times to their customer service team no satisfying response and false commitments made again and again. The payment was made but the mistake was their but didnt bother to do anything about it in fact we have to go through all the hassle idealy even after paying we have to do their job to resolve the problem. I am in UK and ordered something for my family back in India, seriously did spend ridiculous amount of money on phone calls to chase them.

      DEAR Sir/Madam,
      I had not received any refund amount from you till today.

      THE FACT ARE AS BLOW-
      1. On 3Oct 2011 at 8.27 PM I had place a order (Order Number:[protected] for Pigeon Non-Stick Concave Tawa 280mm
      2. As per your demand SAME DAY/TIME I pay Rs 530 online by my credit/debit card
      3. as per your term condition the order should be completed in 6-7 days
      4. BUT After 7 days when I mail and Support ticket No 67204693 dated Oct 9, 2011 you initiate the order and send it by your partner courier FIRST FLIGHT Consignment no F11292241 dated 10 oct 2011
      5. On 15 oct 2011 i receive the above courier
      6. But I WAS SHOCKED AFTER OPENING THE PACKET BECAUSE I had ordered Pigeon Nonstick CONCAVE TAWA 280mm but you shipped me pigeon Nonstick FLAT TAWA 280mm List prise of concave tava is 715 and list prise of Flat tawa is 695 are you cheating with costumer What will i do now I ALSO INFORM YOU THAT THE TAWA I RECEIVE IS DEFECTIVE meanBEND AT ONE SIDE ( see support ticket No 67389075 dated 15 oct 2011)

While The Same Courier Receved By Me On 15 Oct 2011 And I Had Send Back The Product By Same Courier From My Town Then How Is This Called Non Service Station?????????

      HomeShop 18 — Faulty Product and Payment Blocking

      Dear all

      This is to inform you that before 5 moths ago i had purchse a camera form homeshop 18, after receiving product it was faulty. after discuss homeshop 18, i returned back the product for repairing, two months are passed on but everytime when i called to them and asked that when they will replace my product ??
      answer was the same!! "we will give you withing 10 days." friend you not belive that i was call homeshop 18 more than 100 times and my mobile billing amount was more than 2500 Rs.

      After calling and calling three months later they said that they are unbale to repair product and cant replace the camera new and sending the payment, and they send the check in my nick name"Jayesh Patil" i have no account in same name, so i agin send this check to homeshop 18 and request to send in the name of :Manish Sign Technologies",

      Now more than 45 days are passed on everytime i call homeshop 18, first said this all history to their representitive, spend my min 5-10 minutes, and then the repeat answer "sir, we are forwarding you complaint and very soon you will get your check."

      According my thought ministry of govt. also send payment within 30 days and this chanel doing so late??? how you believe like these frod chanel and their gadjets.

      So i requesting all that spent some more and take products from the domestic shop.

      Then tell me that what was benefit purchasing form this chanel, they showing in TV items are totaly runs on god bless, before puchasing camera i had purchase DVD player it was also the sampe problem, but most big problem was this that i purchase this DVD form Himachal Pradesh And send this dvd in Maharashtra, so it was not possible to send repairing to homeshop18.

      About my thought the POLICY of homeshop 18 is only sell the product. "If product passed on warantee period we forgot, if prodcut was faulty you will face the same problem like me!!!

      SO BEAWARE FROM THIS CHANEL AND ITS PRODUCT.

      Homeshop18 — Faulty DVD Player

      I have booked one Leonard DVD player on 16th May 2009 and found that retailer gives the faulty DVD Player . On the same day i have launched the complain to Mr. Suraj with complain no: 1537734 . He told me that you will get the new DVD player. After one day one technical person called me and told me to do some thing with the DVD connection and i do the same and found its still not working then he told me that he will send the courier person who will take the faulty DVD Player and then we will send New DVD player . I wait whole one week still not got any person for the replacement again i have call to HOMESHOP18 and asking for replacement then they again confirm that they will send courier person, we have wait till now and found that no body has come for replacement. Today again Call to HOMESHOP18 , Mr . Hitest has attend me and said that we will not take you complain as you have crossed the six month period. i told him that i already launch the complain for the same still you have not sent anybody to replace the DVD player .

        Hi,

        I placed an order on 02-Nov of Avent Electric steam sterilizer (order no:[protected] to sterlize bottles for my baby boy's feeding.

        1. Homeshop18 provided me the courier tracking number but it took too long for courier company to deliver the product. Only after I escalated the matter to operations head in homeshop 18 about the delay in product delivery, then it was delivered to me after missing delivery timelines.

        2. When I opened the box of item, I couldnt see the bowl which was mentioned in the advert of the product, so I received an incomplete order.

        3. To my shock, the power cord pins were broken, so I can not plug the product and use it.

        4. When I raised the complaint on 17-Nov with support ticket 68214711, I was told that I will get it immediately. After that I didnt get response from homeshop18 neither they apprised me of the status of the cord and bowl. After many followups till date (23-Nov) I have still not received the cord and bowl. They just assure on the phone that it will be taken on priority, but they do not understand that how much important it is for a new born baby to get proper and sterilised feeding.

        I strongly do not recommend Homeshop18 to anyone, I have been using flipkart and ebay for purchases for long time, trust I never had to worry about the quality of the product from these website.

        Please do not buy from homeshop18.

I called customer care but they all were unable to told any thing about my order.

            Had ordered for a product from HomeShop18 on October 22, with a promise that it will be delivered within 7 days. Made the first call on November 2 on their helpline number and was told that the product will be delivered in next 2 days. Called again on 4th Nov, to get the response that the courier agency has returned the product because of no one being present at the address mentioned, which is unbelievable, as there are enough members in my family who are present at any point of time. The complaint was registered and was again promised that, the order will re-processed and delivered within 2-3 days. Today, on Nov 11, the status remains the same; albeit the assurances have changed from 2-3 days to a week or so. Even if the person had registered the complaint on Nov 2nd or 4th, the product should have reached me by today (if it were to take a week to process).

            There is no reason why the customers should be fooled around by these companies.

            They people said that they will deliver product in 7 to 8 days but today on 5th day your stupid executive called me for verification only. They have not dispatched till now.
            their stupid executive is not interested to work any more he has no manners how to talk with a female customer, when I asked his name he refused to tell me his name this is not the way by they can make customer.
            This is my first and last order to HOMESHOP18. because they dont have rational executive and right process to deal an order.
            when you can deduct amount on the same day then why are their executive waiting to pass on 5 days?
            I am not satisfy with your executive statement and why he didn't tell me his name. is he fraud? No efficient and expert person is available for serving the customers. They does not know the value of customers and ethics of business.

            I am going for holidays that's why I order for DG cam, but I don't think you people would be able to deliver it on time.
            its better if they cancel my order and give my money back.

            I have placed my order of Janper 84 Pcs Dinner Set vide Order no.[protected] suborder no.72096555 and paid Rs.2999 through DD. on 3rd December to HomeShop18 but i have not received my ordered items till date. The feedback option available on the Homeshope18 website is useless and I am of the opinion that no one ever takes note of the feedback as I have been writing my complaint therein with no avail.
            Please let me know whats the remedy available in case the ordered item is not delivered to me.

            I ordered a Gas Stove on 13 Jan2010 but it is not delivered till 25 Jan 2010. Payment charged to my credit card. Order No.[protected]. This site not has E-mail ID.
            I had placed an order online with HomeShop 18 on 18th February 2010 Ref Order Number –[protected] for Whirlpool 6Kg semi Automatic Washing Machine and Reebok Watch Combo.

            It was supposed to get delivered in 7-8 working days. Today I am writing this complaint on 15th March 2010 and don't have clue about the delivery schedule. Home shop 18 makes a lot of false statements and mislead the customer. Their TV channel talks about the products getting delivered in 7-8 days and actual experience is very different.

            My repeated follow up have gone unheard I must have called their call center 5 - 6 times in last one month and the experience was really bad, the executives were rude and every time I called I just go one standard response that it will be delivered in next 3-4 days. Secondly have also send them 5 reminders on mail, I got just one reply asking for a time of 24 hrs so that they can coordinate with M/s Whirlpool India but after that no one responded.

            Home shops 18 attitude is really very unprofessional, I really don't have a clue when the order will be delivered, secondly I don't know if canceling the order will help as I was reading few complaints on this site, people have not got their refunds. I have made the payment and now I am stuck.
            I booked an order no[protected]Kt Gold-plated Necklace Sets in a Nice Floral Pattern) on March 02, 2010 through HomeShop18 website. I was assured by Homeshop18 that the product would be delivered to me with in 8-10 working days since it's a coming from one of their business partners from Ahemdabad. But, it has been more than 25 days now and I have not received anything. I have been checking with the Customer Care about this almost everyday and always get the same response that the product would be delivered soon.

            Meanwhile, I got an SMS on 16th March saying that the product has been shipped through DTDC courier and I can expect the delivery with in 2-3 days. When I did not get the delivery even after a week, I checked with the customer care again and asked for the consignment number so that I can track the shipment at my end. When I checked with the DTDC customer care, I was shocked to see that the consignment number is fake. I have launched so many complaints regarding the wrong consignment number but there is no response from HomeShop18 till date. How can they misguide customers by providing a fake consignment number? This clearly shows that the product has not been dispatched from HomsShop18. Nobody is giving me the correct information and everytime their reply would be either "we don't have updates in the system, they will be generated soon" or " Product will be delivered within 2 days. Please wait". I am fed up of such answers.

            I am highly frustrated with the services provided by HomeShop18 and have decided not to buy anything from them henceforth. Also, I would never recommend anybody to avail HomeShop18 services as it seems to be a fraud.

            Now I cannot tolerate more. Since they are not able to deliver the product as committed, instead kept me under illusions with fake SMS and consignment number, I would like to cancel the order and want my money back as soon as possible.

            I had ordered on 8-Mar-2010 with complete payment at the time and today was 30-Mar-2010, i am still waiting for my order delivery.             I ordered a cellphone on 27th jan 2011 at 8:15 AM,
            It was an express delivery to be shipped the same day and delivered within 28 hours.
            I went through the website where it says monday to saturday working.

            I didn't receive any confirmation from anyone till today at 12 PM.
            The mail said the order has already been shipped on 29th and will reach in 2-3 working days.

            If it is an express delivery you already received it (IN BOLD LETTERS)


            I got the tracking number where the courier company told me that the order is not shipped yet.

            the whole thing means they lied on my face, it is a normal courier.

            I called them around 28 times and everytime i was put on hold for more than 15 mins. and everytime a different reason.

            Reason #1 the call volume was very high sir so we couldn;t ship it.

            Reason #2 sir homeshop 18 doesnt wprk on saturday.

            Reason #3 sir due to transportation problem it was delayed.

            Reason #4 sir we shipped it but the courier company doesnt work on saturday and sunday.

            Reason #5 sir the phone was not in stock

            Reason #6 sir it is your mistake that u didnt place an order before 27th.

            Reason #7 sir the order has already been shipped but the courier company is delaying to deliver it.

            I am sick and tired of all there excuses.

            the base line is Homeshop18 has kept me in dark that it was an normal coureer not an express coureer.
            secondly lied about the shipping date.

            I would suggest homeshop18 to be prepared for a lawsuit very soon. Because someone is going to sue your A** big time.

            I canceled my flight because there pathetic service.
            I am planning to go to consumer court with recorded conversations and the emails that i have as a proof and would ask for compensation for my time and loss of my time and work.

            I had place an order for a t-shirt on 29th october and HS18 promised to deliver the item by 3rd Nov. and then again they postponed the date to 7th. Till date i have not received the item. They are big frauds. I don't care about the money i lost but i am worried about other gullible online shoppers who will shop with this fraud website and lose their money. Please bring this to the notice of all online shoppers and request them to be away from this fraud website.

            The order was about to be delivered in 4 working days, but on 12th I got another mail ( only after I enquired of the status of the order) that the product is shipped/ dispatched on 12th and will be delivered in next 3 days.
            Today till 4:20 pm I haven't received the order so placed, I am unable to track the order as the logistics ARAMEX hasn't updated any information as such, also I am shocked to see that the registered account of mine on Homeshop 18 website doesn't show any such order placed, I placed the order over the phone and they haven't updated it on the account.
            Such a big and renowned online shopping house has such flaws, the complaints are also not satisfactorily solved.
            I ordered the products to be used for a marraige which is to be held on 18th Dec 2014 now even if the product gets delivered it would not solve my purpose.

            If such incidents happen in foreign countries, the customer gets a full charge back along with the product/service. By accepting the order they have entered into a contract which they easily breaks as the laws are not so strict here.

            Very dissapointed by the service, totally wasted my time.

              In may month in a TV (HOME SHOP 18) after seeing some of HP DREAM SCREEN HOME SHOP 18 in SMS than to buy and thought about it and buy the following information. PRODUCT DELIVERY Rajkot's will, I would supply my RAJKOTlocate a friend's address will be mentioned and there PAYMENT.

              Then there is the DATE16/6/11 on HP desktop delivery We received the notification of the COMPNY'S REGISTRATION ON LINE ACTIVE and then discovers that We are all in this computer is not running.


              After the HOME SHOP 18 in HP in this regard asked to contact him from there to the whole computer, not mentioned.

              DEVICE is the only one, which limited SELECTED NET COMPANY NOANY DONGLE, SOFTEWARE NOT SUPPORT IN DESKTOP. and I will, like the computer is not all that much.
              HOME SHOP 18 in contact again after the return of the COMPUTRER our required,we send the computer to tell them clearly. We are giving more money to be a good thing to do was ask.



              We will then contact the Consumer Protection from here to there, from Porbandar to Delhi court in this case back to HP in the interaction of supply We can change the computer to increase the money paid to the preparation of a new modern COPUTER displayed.

                Hi,

                I used HomeShop for the first time on27th October, where my attempts to pay failed again tried on 28th October it went through but didn't get any conformation as it came as declined but when I got a message form my Bank about amt being deducted I called HomeShop customer Care where was informed that payment went through and to called back to check the status. when called on 30th October was informed that order is Shipped and to wait for 3 working days. I called on 7Th November as I hadn't got my order yet. I was informed will receive a callback within 48hrs. on this issue and a mail informing the same. however both didn't happen. Today, 10th November, when I called again was informed that to wait 2 more days, when I asked for supervisor was denied, when asked about call back I was informed by the rep. Mr.Arvid that he didn't give that information so he didn't had any idea. when asked to give the ID or name of the female I speak to on 7th he said he cant as 'She's his colleague'.
                The customer service was pathetic not to mention the Service. Its so disappointing to see that the representatives are least bother, they are on your face saying that they can give you information as their colleague will be affected. are they employed to service the customer or their colleague's?

                Some action should be taken on this issue, on the way they treat thier customers like . just providing 24hrs customer service is of no use when CUSTOMER IS NOT SERVICED at the end.

                  But Yet till 9 PM 9th November 2011 the goods are not delivered. I am informing Homeshop18 on this matter from 4th of November onwards. But did not get any satisfactory responses from their sides.

                  Now I am mentally and monetarily a looser for the important goods purchased for my diabetic father who is serious in this days.
                  I don't know what to do? How my loses will recovers? Who will be responsible for the undelivered goods as it's the first case i suffer purchasing goods on-line ?

                  Is their no any process to take action for this type worst services offered by On-line retailers? Is they are not responsible for non delivery or late delivery of important goods which violates their own shipping policy?

                  They usually ship goods via First Flight Courier. In Jorhat the First Flight Courier officials are very unprofessional and irresponsible. They did not have the little knowledge about customers inconvenience for late delivery and never bother about that. But Why should customers have to suffer for indirectly connected with some worst service providers. Who will fulfill the loss occurs for the late delivery or non delivery.

                    This is in Regards with my order no.[protected] for my Blackberry Curve 8520. I have received my parcel on 05/nov/2011.

                    I got shocked when i unpacked it. I found no handset there in the parcel. Same time i went ahead and called their customer care number and lodged a complaint against the same. Now its been so long i havent heard from them even i have already made the payment to them. This is something ridiculous and not tolerable. i am really very disappointed because of this and upset too coz this is the first time i am shopping online.

                      I have purchased AirTyme Mobile FLAUNT PV300 and TORRID GTX-75 from Homeshop18. Both should come with Rs. 200 ticket. I received Flaunt without Rs. 200 ticket and no warranty card (the warranty portion was already teared off). The GTX-75 cannot be switched ON. So, I've sent it back through DTDC with CN No. K50899077. It was delivered on 25 October, 2011, received by SEAL. I've asked Homeshop18 when wil they ship it back on 7.11.2011 but they told me that they haven't receive the item. So now, I think I've lost my Rs. 3999+100/-. Whose fault? Homeshop18 or DTDC or AirTyme? Now, I've decided not ever buy anything from Homeshop18 and AirTyme products.

                      DTDC said that they delivered the item but Homeshop18 told me that they did not receive the item. So what should I do? It's not possible for me to say whose fault it is. Homeshop18 should check carefully before shipping, but it is clear that they didn't. Now I know I've lost my Rs. 3999+100/-

                        but when i sent it to them they said that we had dispatched it, you will receive within two days, four days ..six days, a week, 11 days 15 days....but i received back it after 23days..without got repaired ..........


                        but when i receive it the problem was same it was not resolve . but in addition the mobile was also broken and stylus was not there ...
                        I complaint them they say that we will call back you again .. but there no call..after four time they call me that ........... may be you have give us the broken piece ...and when i say them to change it with any other product at same cost they say that we have no policy and .... also say that we sold 5000 products in a day and if 500 products were fake its not a big deal..............

                            After the complaint, Homeshop 18 has tried to resolve my complaint and I expect to receive the three books for INR 56.- after adjustment of INR.400.-coupon today as the courier company called. Better late than never.

                              As the above order was cancelled on 18.08.2008 due to damage delievery of the product. After a verly long time and due to various reminders compnay refunded the amoount to m/s icici bank in 123.02.2009. At the time of cancellation i was assured that you will deposit the amount in bank. As it ws an on line purchase. Keeping in view of their assurance i have not deposited my emi in bank. The bank has charged Rs.4040. as auto debit payment from my savind account and asked Rs.1075 for clearing the dues, which I paid to them vide cheque no 221984 dated 14.04.2009. This whole amount was charged as late fee due to delay in refund from your side.. My saving account no.[protected], icici bank from which they have charged amount.

                                    I booked an iphone 3gs from Homeshop18 ( Order Number[protected]. The payment was made through the online banking. But due to some problem from Homeshop18 the order is still showing the status as "Payment Under Process".I called the customer care(very rude) and they are asking me to check with the bank whereas against the feedback I posted on the website they are asking to send the scanned copy of the bank account to the [protected]@Homeshop18.com and they will progress the order.

                                    I sent the mail with order cancellation request as the site is not trustworthy and asked for the refund. For a simple call back to the customer it seems they need 48 hours.

                                    There is no escalaion mechanism in place by homeshop18 if their support stop doesn't deliver.I want the refund ASAP

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I have received defective Nokia C2-02 from Homeshop 18 website which I had placed with them.I received that delivery on 26th September 2011,and to my heart attacking shock I found handset was not working at all.After trying several time I failed to on my new handset.Than I called to there customer care no.and explaind them about the defective piece they had delivered to us but after explaining them the problem and horrible experiance I was going thorugh for my shock they asked me to visit to Nokia Authorised centre for the new branded handset which is not even used once after paying hard earned money from our pocket.With having no choice I visited to ulhasnager Nokia Authorised Centre at Gol Maidan immidately next just to hear from them that,you get this piece replace from the site you have purchased.Its really very bad experiance of mine to buy any product from your trusted site.I have gathered that money by saving from my hard earned salary.Now I am totally in disstressed.

                                      I hope you will look in to the above said matter and get in touch with me on my email Id or on My cell no.[protected] to guide me how to replace this defective handset as soon as possible.

                                        I have purchased a mobile phone from HS18, supplied by blue dart parcel service.But in the inner box, seal has been already broken and there i found a damaged used hand set and no accessories regarding that set. I reported the same and they accepted the fault and agreed to issue a new one( Ref: No:[protected] But still there is no action taken from that end regarding this by that firm and the parcel center has not accepting to return the same because of no confirmation details available from HS18. So i have lost my money. Will i get justice?
