I wish I had read these posts earlier. HOMESHOP18 is a fraud company and should be closed immediately. I have bought a i ball phone which was sent in not working condition. I had bought it as a gift for my friend's birthday and they said it would not be replaced immediately. HOW CAN THEY SEND A USED PIECE???????

I went to the i ball service station in Ahmedabad and the service station guys were kind enough to change it but, they confirmed that HS18 had sent a USED piece. The at the call centre are very polite when selling but not ready to listen when we call for complaints, they blandly say " someone will call you in 48 working hours ". If it is a gift to be given to my friend tomorrow, should I have to live on their mercy to call me. Are we customers ?

I request you all DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HOME SHOP 18. You will pay for new and will receive someones used item from the CHOR BAZAAR.

I had booked a beetel GD575 mobile from home shop18 on 05th August, 12 & it was delivered on 11th August. initially it worked properly, but within 10 days suddenly its touch screen stopped working completely.

I contacted HS 18 & Beetel company after that for more than two weeks and i was always assured that someone will call me in next 48 hours to resolve my problem & yes people called up but just with same assurance. And then once i told them that i will be forced to go to consumer forum or high court in uttarakhand.

Then Mr Rajesh of north Top Company & Mr Alok Sharma listened me very carefully & asked me to send defected mobile set with accessories back to home shop 18 office at Noida.I think, there was no replacement of the product at their end, then they advised me either i can get money back or can opt other mobile set of same price & if prduct price is more than previous one, will have to pay diffrence value & if less then HS18 will refund difference value to me.

It was a sweet & sour experience for me, but i prefer to buy on line from HS18 & will go with it in future too as i have also purchased spice mobile QT-60 from HS 18. However, that set was also got some problem during warranty period & new set was delivered me.

HS18 team, kindly try to provide quick solution if any customer has some problem instead of loosing customer.

Your organisation is doing fantastic job by providing excellent on-line shopping services.

    Dear Sir,

    Myself Rahul Gupta residing in Ambernath (east).I had ordered one Nokia C2-02 Hand set from your homeshop 18.I received parcel on 26th of September 2011 at 10am vide order no.[protected].After receiving when I checked my handset I found than its not working at all.Even after trying full day by charging and getting handset on, it didn't started.Than at night I called to your customer Care and intimated to them about the defective handset deliverd to me, they asked me to show to Nokia Authorised Service Center.They Privided me address one o[censored]lhasnagar and kalyan centre.When my dad taken that handset to the said Nokia Centre they checked the peice and told him to get replace and given as one care no.[protected].I request your goodselves to please let us know how to replace this defective peice as soon as possible.We all are in teriffic shock after receiving this defective piece and blaming ourself for trusting on your site.I want very quick response from your side and get replace of my mobile as soon as possible.plz provide your mumbai office address for complaint redressal so that we can visit there personally and take action.

    Was it an exceptional case? I am thinking to buy this mobile from the same website. Do you mean that they sell fake or duplicate handsets? Is it safe to buy Nokia C2-02 from homeshop18. Please reply me urgently.

      On 2nd July 2011 I have ordered 1 Set (15 Pcs) of Designer Jewellary from Homeshop 18 through Teleshoping using my HDFC Credit Card ending with 0878. (Order No.9044143) The Price of the Product was Rs. 2499 But I paid Rs. 2249 after geting a discount of Rs.150 and Redeeming a HS18 Gif Voucher worth Rs.100. The Product was delayed Delivered to me on 28th July 2011, But few of them was found in defective condition. I called up the Customer care number and they adviced me to return Only the Defective Pairs to their Mumbai Address. (Complaint No.[protected] I do the same with the help of their own Courier. I returned to them 9 out of 15 pieces. After many Followups and a long waiting they returned the product but not completely they retain the deffective parts and send the rest to me. I again called the Customer care and inform about the situation. they take a long time and after more than 20 days they adviced me to return all the remaining items so that they can provide a New Set of the same. On 1st Sept. I returned all the items through First Flight Courrier at my own cost (which was refundable by HS18). Om 4th Sept I again called the Cust Care then they ackonowldge the receipt and assured me that the new set wil be sent to me within 20th Sep. On 17th Sep I got the Parcel from them. But Amazed to see that this time also they have sent the product in Deffective Condition and 3 items were missing. Again Incomplete and Damagaed delivery. I am calling them repeatidly but no positive response recieved. Now I ask them to returned my money with interst but they are not responding. Please Assist. Thanking you in advance.

          I anant tiwari ordered a videocon mobile model no V1655 Emi no is [protected] from Home shop 18 By watching their Advertisement in television. they have delivered a mobile this device on 5 march 2011 and my customer reference number is[protected]. after few days over i found problem in this device when i complaint in this regards, concern customer care executive told me to go in service center referred by them itself. when i visited to service center which is situated to WZ-199, G block, hari nagar , jail road contact number is [protected] (KIMI) and concern service center name is "SINGH SONS COMMUNICATION". dear team when i visited there they told me that it has been damaged by liquid. i told him i didn't do anything with this device, this may be due to some technical problem. they told me OK, we will check it and revert you back accordingly, when i visited again they hand over me a Bill which states that i need to pay 950 bucks for it. i told them i came here for problem finding as this device is in warranty period. i will replace it but they forced me to pay 950 Rs. when i completely denied to pay. they kept my device and given us a bill in which they forced me to sign anyhow i signed that paper to escape that violence situation. dear team it is highly requested to you and concern company to take some corrective action on it and do the needful accordingly. i felt highly cheated By concern Company, Third Party Seller( HOME SHOP 18) And service center( Singh son Communication). it was purely a case of financial harassment done of all these. Please take some corrective action to do the needful.

            Hi,

            I want to report a problem caused by Homeshop18 company.
            I have ordered a nokia C2 06 mobile from them and paid full money on 28th Aug 2011.The order no. is[protected]. They committed to deliver the mobile on 5th September but no information was given to me. I tried calling them on daily basis but customer executive told me to wait for 2-3 days every time. Now it's 10 September again I am getting same response that wait for 2-3 days. I have asked them to refund my money if they cannot provide the mobile so they have given me the request no.66560489.But still I have not got any response from them.
            I have waited a lot for my product but I don't want to wait for my money.
            I request you to please help me get my money back. It feels like Homeshop18 is now not able to keep up their words. I want my money back now as I felt being harassed while waiting for my product.

            I have received the call from Homeshop18 on Sunday but they wanted me to wait for another week(already waiting from 28th Aug.) They also said we cannot promise or commit you that you will get your product within week. I refused them and asked for the refund. Because now I come to know that they don't have the product with them in their stock.I don't understand they claim they are so big company but when they took the order then they did not realise that we are taking advance from the customer but we don't have the product to deliver. What are the policies they are following I don't know.I am still waiting to hear from them.If not then surely going to move to consumer court as they falsely promise to deliver the product at the time of order.

              I have purchased a Mobile Handset (SPICE-QT60) from Home shop 18 (Online) on dated 22 Aug 2011, the product has delivered to me on 27 Aug 2011 (7pm), but on the time of delivery no invoice given to me .As I checked the handset it is not working properly, its information was given to home shop 18 within 48 hours of delivery ,but they did not respond me within the specified time period of 48 hours.Since then I have contacted them many times,but still I haven't been able to get any support from their side.Neither they are sending the Invoice nor they are replacing my Mobile handset. When ever I contacted them, they just say that our Technical Support Team will call you within 24 Hours.
              Now I am feeling helpless, even Spice Service Center asked for the bill, as they say we can't entertain your problem without Invoice.As per the Rule, if the handset is found defective within 48 hours, the handset should be replaced soon.but I can't find any solution till now.
              So, I request the Honorable Consumer Forum to help me in this problem.So, that I can have a sound Sleep.

                Home Shop18 — Product not delivered,& harras an cheated by company

                I ordered three items from Home shop18 witch is online shopping site on 22th Dec-11
                my order no is[protected], Three product were one party wear reversible scarf stole, one shawl and one lather wallet. Out of three, two products have been delivered.
                But third one Lather wallet is still not delivered to me. i have filed on line too many complaints but no one is gibing responce properly. i also contacted customer care by phone, reply is, we are trying to dispatch it,

                  We have received defective product 'Hand Blender' on arrival. We have report this at customer care and requested for arranging collection fo defective product and sending defective free product at shipping address. (Compl #:[protected]. We are still waiting for call from homeshop 18 to collect the defective product. No call/sms/email sent to us informing the status of the request and we are left alone to survive with defective product

                  Today when I called them they again started from scratch and started asking me to arrnage shippment back to HomeShope18. I am quite disappointed with the services offered by them

                  This is not my fault that I have got defective product. Since product is defective, it is Hmeshop18 responsibility to arrange a pick from shipping address and deliver defective free product.


                  From las saturday till now I have approached them 6 times to know the status but haven;t got any updates and I always get a future date.

                  After this, I have placed request for cancellation of the order. So I am informed that to track the status I need to followup with them.. What kind of services HmeShop18 is offering..

                  This is second bad experience in the sequence (Previously it was Spice Mobile which we got delivered to Chennai .. order was placed through [protected]) with them where in their delivered defective products and then we need to chase them to either replace or cancel the order.

                  Please help in cancellation of the order and getting amount credited in the credit card

                    i orderd,one bed sheetwith pillow covers and a milk boiler from this site on 9th august,2011, for which i made online payment thru net banking.i recoieved half the order i.e bed sheet but it was damaged,i calld them n i was directed to courier it bk instead it was their job to cleect it,,till date i hav not yet recieved any replacement and i was also told that i wil gt courier charges bak,i did nt recieved it also..besides i was alos waiting for the rest of the order,,milk boiler but i did not recieved that too,,i cheked my account and i saw they have cnacelled the order without informing me and taking payment vin advance,,i was told that i will recieve refund of thye same but i recieved nothing...they had cancelled this order instead when i orderde it was in stocks and they did not even informed me about the cancellation,,and not even send the refund,these are the order details

                    I had placed an order (#[protected] on 6th September 2013. I had ordered a Sony Vaio laptop and a Canon Printer.

                    On 11th Sept, I got a call from customer representative (Mob # [protected]). She said that black color was not available and I requested her to check if it would be available in 15-20 days as I was not in hurry.

                    On 13th Sept, I called customer care and mentioned it that I can only accept both the orders (printer and laptop). I would not accept only one of the two and customer representative took a note of it.

                    On 14th Sept, I got a call from DTDC courier about the delivery of the printer. I asked him to return that printer because I had not got any confirmation on laptop.

                    But on the same day I got call from customer representative (Mob # [protected]) and she assured me that the laptop would be delivered on the following Monday (i.e. 16th Sept). I again mentioned her that I would accept both the items and can not accept only printer. I told her that I had rejected the printer. She asked me to accept the printer and assured that the laptop would be dispatched on Monday. So I again called the DTDC courier and asked them to deliver the printer which I had rejected earlier. The courier delivered the printer.

                    After Monday, I called many a times to customer care, I also had facebook communication with homeshop18 group but no one could tell me the status of the order till Friday (20th Sept).

                    On Friday, I got a call from the customer representative (Mob # [protected]). She said the laptop order could not be processed as the laptop was not in stock. I asked her about the delivered printer and she said that the printer's order could be cancelled and taken back.

                    Today (21st Sept) when I called customer care, he said that they dont have policy to take back the delivered item. I was shocked. At first I had clearly mentioned my constraint, I was assured of both the items and now after delivering one, they are saying they dont have policy?

                    I have been going through mental agony since the day I placed the order. When I order the laptop, it was in stock, then the black color was out of stock, then silver color was assured, and then it also was out of stock. The irony is they realized that the laptop is out of stock after 6 days. Also only on assurance of laptop, I had accepted the printer. Then after 7 days, I was told that the laptop was out of stock and could not be delivered and printer would not be taken back.

                    I have not unpacked the printer box. Its the same as it was delivered.

                    If any customer representative is reading this article, then please take some action. Please take back the printer and arrange for a money back.

                    This is worst experience I had with any customer care.

                      Purchased two sets of Beetel Mobile Phone -GD 405 worth Rs.1999/- each vide Order No.[protected] &[protected] dated 13.08.2010 from M/s HomeShop 18. It promised FREE GIFT of Reliance Digital TV Connection worth Rs.1590/- with each mobile set. Supply received on 19.08.2011 but without GIFT. Now it is asking to contact Reliance Digital TV for fee connection but the Reliance is not ready to provide above connection free. The company has cheated me by selling it goods on false promise of GIFT. Please help me to get the gift.

                          Worst services are being provided by home shop 18.
                          I have order a Philips DVD player DVP3820 on 12.07.2011. with order no. as[protected] & they have promised me to deliver the same within 3 days.While i have received the product on 22.07.2011 without invoice. I have called to the customer care for the invoice & they sent me the invoice without serial no. of the product.At this time my product is not working, Philips service center is not giving the warranty without the serial no. of the Product.
                          I have launched the complaint 6 times to the customer care of HomeShop18 & they sent me the invoices 6 times without serial no. again.

                          Philips — Issue of warranty for product

                          Dear sir.
                          I am S B Deshpande Mechanical Engineer staying in Belgaum Karnatak state.
                          I have philips Tv 29'' purchase in 2003. on[protected] the tv become dead. so I have taken tv for repairs to your authorised service centre M/s shree Raghavendra
                          electronics, they have checked and told me one IC is to be replaced charges are Rs 3200/ (three thousand two hundred) but we will be charging RS1800/(eighteenhundred). I was shocked and said yes you go ahed. I thought they are giving discount on that part.
                          On 31/12/2009 evening I went to collect the TV it was repaird and ok condition.
                          I paid Rs1800/ they have given me the Tv. Then I asked them for recipt And my replaced part they said no we will not give you that part , if you pay Rs 3200/ we will give you that replaced product and cash recipt.
                          My request to you is if one ic coasts Rs 3200/ what will be the cost of TV. If the same defects occures within a month who will be resposcible, I cant go to service centre because I dont have receipt, if they would have told me before repair Rs 3200/ for receipt and replaced part I would have taken different action.
                          I hope you will do the justice by issuing me a recipt OR warranty of that product without charging additional RS1400/

                          Dear Sir or Madam: The following complaint has been undertaken against both Philips India & their authorized service center Micro Services located in Goregaon, Mumbai. We had called Philips Customer Care to report a complaint of our Philips LCD not powering on. The call center dispatched a Mr. Rai, a technician from Micro Services to our residence. The technician took the TV apart and tried to repair it. While doing this he blew up our house fuse 3 times. Luckily we had a tripper so no other electrical component in the house was damaged prima facie (fingers crossed). I was shocked by such actions and told him to stop his experimentation. In the end he decided to take the power board with him for repairs. He said that 1-2 components on the power board will need replacing and he will charge Rs.780 (his service charge) + approx Rs. 300-400 per component that will be replaced. He came back after 3 days and installed the power board in the TV and the TV worked fine. Next he showed me the bill for the repairs and I was shocked to find that the total charge was now Rs.5600/-. I asked him how can the charges escalate by such variance for a Rs.25000 LCD, he merely replied that he has fitted a brand new power board as the one taken from our TV was totally dead!!. I was surprised when he said a new board as the power board he took out from his bag in front of me was wrapped in an old, torn plastic cover (I have retained this cover for my records) and on being asked why the brand new board was not in its Philips sealed box with original warranty and bill, he said that all parts come loose and the warranty is only 1 month (this was no where written on his Rs.5600/- bill, however I did notice that the bill mentioned "Goods sold once will not be taken back". All this happened after purchasing the brand new Philips 32" LCD from Croma and using for a mere 1.5 years!! I threatened to take the matter legally as my Dad is an Asst Commissioner of Police in Crime Branch Mumbai and I had secretly recorded the whole followup installation on a video camera in Full HD with stereo recording to boot!!. My question is that there are numerous online complaints on Philips power boards going bust within 1-2 years. They claim that their LCD's last 15 years. Well for me even a 5 years stress-free ownership would be heavenly with Philips. If these technicians know this why not remove the power boards and repair it professionally at the first instance to save on charges instead of trying their best to short-circuit it till their fuses blow out rendering it 'Rest in Peace'? We have an LG TV and VU LED in our bedrooms which were on at the time the technicians tripped the entire house into darkness 3 times. If those sets were damaged who pays the damages? Secondly, why not supply a brand new power board with a decent warranty and original Philips material supply bill? What is the guarantee that should the replacement power board (obviously old, recycled from an old second-hand set) blow out after 30 days who will help us and supply a new board free?? Thirdly, why give a non-original memo as bill and mention 'Goods once sold will not be taken back'?? We are simply fed up with Philips and their cronies. We are launching legal action against these characters and will seek compensation for damages due to the technician trying out his luck by shorting our house three times with no regard to the safety of my family (2 small kids present in the house at the time) or electrical appliances present in the house. The first time the TV shorted, he asked me to put the power on. Can you imagine the total disregard to human safety. Also trying to induce damage to the LCD by his adventurism and then presenting a hefty bill for an obviously recycled, second-hand spare part with a verbal 1-month warranty and a bill which read 'Goods once sold will not be taken back'. Therein lies the story. Luckily we are NRI's and after traveling the world we know our rights and we will be giving these people hell.                             I have purchased one DFell-xcd-28 mobile handsets from homeshop18 during the month of February,2011. But after 4 months the screen touch hangs sometimes and not functioning after repeated touch. Its bttery back up also low. The mobile is under warrenty period. I had complain before homeshop by telephone /SMS since three months. They told the customer care will be contact you, but no one contact me till date regarding the defective mobile phone. I had also sent message through E.Mail to homeshop customer care and Dell customer care, but no one listen and call back or sent any message. I have mentally harassed now. The cost of phone I have paid to homeshop 18 is Rs.8699/-. The order No of the phone is[protected] IMEI[protected]. Please refund my money and take back the defectived mobile phone.

                                I have purchased Nokia Mobile phone C2-00 from Homeshope18.com against order number[protected] dt. 02.08.2011 & same deliver on 9th August, 2011 at 3.45pm through Blue dart courier against AWB no [protected]. After receive the product I found manufacturing defect in set ( display screen not proper stick with set). On same day I visited Nokia care center (Saksham Services – A-1*/1, First floor Acharya Niketan, Mayur ViharPhase 1, delhi) around 6.30pm against token number I3 to show the defect . but these person ask to replace product from buyer because product is new purchase & he will replace within 24 hrs as per Nokia policy & he also agreed set has defect.
                                I also informed to Homeshope18 same day against complaint number 65886839 dt. 09.08.2011 but still I not get any satisfactory response from him. His executive advice to visit Nokia center which I already do before complain to Homeshope18.

                                Kindly do the needful to resolve the issue.
                                Now days very bad response from Homeshope18.com after shopping from him from last two experience. I will not purchase any products from him in further.

Order received to me on 29th, after opening the box was come to know it is a short shipment ( 1 peace short & one peace damage, immediately I called home shop 18 and book the complaint, the customer executive committed me to deliver the balance product & replacement of damage product by 4th Aug 2011, which was not happen, again I called on 5th to know the status, the and spoken with the Manager at help desk was committed me to deliver the product by 8th Aug 2011, which was not happen again 0n 10th Aug. 2011 I called again & speak with Manager Mukul Chopda was told me he will check in to the matter.                                         I had purchaged a 3G mobile from home shop 18 in July 2011, They suplied bed, used mobile without memory card, which bettery back up is only 3-4 hrs, I complain to home shop 18 so manny times, after this the send one 2GB memory card. Other problem live as such. This is one of the dud phones from Nokia. The speaker is at the bottom, so if it is kept normally you can't ever hear the phone ring. The volume is also very faint, even at the loudest. The camera is quite bad, and takes blur pictures even in good light, unlike the 2MP in N-series. There is no FM radio or torch. At the time of odering home shop 18 commiting very much falls comitment like it has GPS, fast internet assising facility etc, which also goes falls. Pl help me how should I return my hard & useful money & suggesting to each & every person to don't give any order for any things to home shop 18 otherwise you will certainly lose your hard money.
