    I bought a sony ericson yendo mobile handset from homeshop 18, i have been provided on 31st July ,2011 from them. I am not satisfied with their product as i have got default peice from them, i could nt use it .
    it has intially software problem in handset , it has been restarted again and again , i could not get expected
    features as i expected and they showed me before . I am submitting this complain as I hope I will get positive response after submitiing this complain , My current nos are [protected],[protected], pls settle

      I have purchase one campaq laptop with homeshop18 now the problem i faced is that what specificatin i seen before purchaing this laptop is that 2 GB RAM WITH 500GB HARD DISK DDR3 DUALCORE PROCESSOR AND GENUINE WINDOW 7 WITH 64 BIT now what i received is 2 Gb RAM with 500 GB Hard disk DDR3 Dual Core processor and DOS WITH 64BIT they have not given window 7 and insted of window 7 they have given me DOS as operating system now i want justice.....

        I placed an order on 30th July,2011 Saturday with Homeshop18 for a mobile after confirming it from their representative about the delivery and mode of payment for the order. They order number for the same is[protected].

        Today it came to my notice that my order has been canceled that too without any notice, to which I called them up regarding the issue.

        They informed me that they won't be able to deliver the product in Bijnor and hence the order is canceled.

        My concern is this that they should inform about this to me at the time of placing the order and at the time when they were collecting the details for the delivery before receiving the payment.

        I made an online payment to homeshop18 for the same through the online banking facility of a third person whom i payed in cash the amount for the product and a nominal service charge he asked for the transaction. Now, as per homeshop18 representative the amount will be reimbursed within 2-3 working days, but since the amount will be reimbursed to the account from which the online payment was done, i have to again approach that person for receiving my money back which will be a wastage of my time and money.

        Even if approaching the third person is not that much of a concern to me, the thing that i made an instant payment to homeshop18 after getting the details about the product and delivery confirmed then why i am not receiving the amount at the earliest and it is going to take 2-3 working days.

        None of this problem would have been there if at the time of getting the details, the homeshop18 would have checked this internally and confirmed about the same. All i want is my money back at the earliest and an adequate compensation for all the problem i will be facing related to this issue.

          i have ordered lgt300 mobile handset, i got delivery in 3 to 4 working days, but within 4 hour my mobile got display damaged.
          after calling so many times they have suggested me to call lg service center, i got appoint to meet the service center, when i asked the man what just happened to handset then told to me that its a manufacturer problem , after that i have told so many times to refund me or change my handset instant replacement there are make me fool every time

            I have ordered a Jaipan Roti maked from Homeshop18 through online and the order no.[protected]. I made payment of Rs.1656 through online banking. i received the product on 05/07/2011. I found that the product was defective. And i returned the product to jaipan on 07/07/2011as per directed by HS18 customer care agent.nd i had recieved a call from Jaipan company informing that they have received the product. I have called HS18 and informed the same and requested for a refund check as the product was defective. they gave me a request no.65278349 and said that they will inform the status of the refund check within 7 days. I called after 7 days to hs18 customer care, the said that please wait for 2 more days, i called after 2 days they said gives us some more days, i called again they said that the product is in warehouse and once HS18 will receive the product, they will refund the check, i called after 3 days, they said wait for 2 days, i called again they said wait for 2 more days the product is still in warehouse and nothing is done yet. i called today again and they said that we need to wait for few more days... THIS ABSOLUTELY INSANE. AND I AM REALLY FRUSTRATED ON hs18, YOU COMMIT 15 DAYS MONEY BACK GAURENTEE AND ITS MORE THAT 15 DAYS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE MONEY. AND I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL AND THIS REALLY A BAD IMPRESSION OF HS18. please reply me

              Home Shop 18 is fraud. They are liers. Whatever free products they claim they dont provide. I was supposed to get Nokia bluetooth headset and 16GB memory card free but I haven't received both. Also they delivered my mobile after one month. It sucks. I complained many times then after 10-15days I get call from them. They say we are not responsible for these free items but as you are hs18 customer you can buy yourself and send bill to hs18. Then we will reimburse the money through cheque. Cheque(WTF).

                I have placed an order for "Reebok Vantage Sports Shoes & Sunglass with Free Duffle Bag - UK-10" thru their online system on 30.06.2011(Order No[protected].I have gone thru their site and the product specification and placed order.I was little reluctant about their service and i did not trasfer money from my A/C.Later,i had call from their Customer care and checked with me why Order was placed with the payment.I said as i am not sure about your service and i have little doubt about your service,i did not transfer money.Apparently i was assured by their executive that its trustworthy Online portal and will get 100% efficient service.As soon as this call i transferred Rs.2599.00 from ICICI NRE A/C.I have received their confirmation also for the same stating the product will be delivered soon.Next day i have received another mail that a cheque bearing an amount of Rs.2599.00 was dispatched on account of refund for the Order placed.No reason was mentioned in their mail.I called their Customer care no and i was told that my mentioned deliver address was away from the CITY limit they cannot deliver.

                Next day i again placed another Order(Order No[protected] in the name of my cousin(Sunil Kumar Gupta) and gave a address which is well with in the CITY limit.As i had to come back to Muscat,i have given Mr Sunil's mobile No.That also was rejected for no reason.

                Both time i paid the bill from my ICICI NRE A/C,when they gave me cheque i cannot produce it to my same A/C as they will not accept Non-NRE cheque.

                It kind of cheating and the service was absolutley non-sense.

                These clauses were never mentioned when they show this in TV.Even if any clauses were there,that crafted in such a way that no one understand it completely.

                  I bought this Micromax Handset (GC 360) from Homeshop18 on 14thJuly 2011. This was very first product purchased through Homehop18. I never expected that i will make such a biggest mistakes of my life.

                  The day i received the handset from them, the technical issues were started. I have mentioned list of issues that i am having in this handset.

                  1. Calling Button was not working
                  2. Phone gets automatically switched off whenever a call comes on it.
                  3. Phone gets automatically switched off even if its kept idle.
                  4. Charging problem

                  Same day on 14th July i contacted Customer care of Homeshop18. I started telling them issues that i was having in my handset. There was only one reply i was getting from the agent - "Please visit nearest service center."

                  I even asked them to change the handset the same day i received but unfortunately they were not able to do so, - "As per their policies".

                  I felt like big time cheated and someone slapped me hard on my face.

                  i think as per their company policy - "A consumer cannot raise any complaints after receiving a faulty product. If any issue occurs consumers are requested to waste their own time and business. They are requested to run here and there for a mistake they never done. "

                    Order cancelled after reciveing payment ...they are just redicilous never shop with them....i had ordered the phones worth 1 lakh rs and they had cancelled all the orders ..........they just want to collect money from us....poor very poor service.....instead shop with letsbuy.com there service is gud infact they make aware of the mistake that custumber is making ...dnt run after money............

                      I had placed an order vide order No.[protected] for Everwel 6 pc Vintage Serving Set containing three steel containers (handi) and three serving spoons with Home shop18. The order has been received by me on 5/7/2011. On opening the packing, it was found that the handle of the largest handi was defective as it was parted away from the handi body. Immediately, I contacted the representative of Home Shop18 who informed that I will have to send the defective handi through Courier to HS18 and after inspecting the defect, I shall be given a new handi or the defective handi shall be made good. In this regard, I would like to inform you that I being a force personnel does not have that much time, that I would go to Jammu City and find a Courier company and then send the product through courier. Secondly, we have very much restrictions being an armed force, in that we are not allowed to go out of camp every day and every time. Thus, it is impossible for me to send the defective product through courier.

                      Secondly, this procedure has never been explained to a customer that what is expected to be done in case of defective pieces. Had I been explained about this, I would never ordered a product from Home Shop or any online shopping company. Further, it is mandatory from part of HS18 that firstly the customer has to pay for the product to the courier person and then only he can receive the product and can inspect it. This procedure is also not satisfactory from customer’s point of view. Just imagine, what would be a middle class person’s position when he would see that for a product which he have paid full amount is defective. I HAD REQUESTED THE HS18 TO SEND ME A REPLACEMENT OF THE ABOVE PRODUCT AND THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT WILL BE RETURNED BY ME THROUGH THE SAME COURIER PERSON.
                      HS 18 IS TAKING IT IN CASUAL WAY AND INTIMATING ME THAT I SHALL BE SENT A SMS CONTAINING COURIER COMPANY DETAILS BUT NO SMS HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY ME.
                      I REQUEST AN ACTION SHALL BE TAKEN AGAINST THE COMPANY, SO THAT NO OTHER FRIENDS SHOULD BE HARRASSED IN THIS WAY.

                        2. I have never come across such a pathetic and hopeless customer care. No respect for the their word or for others time.

                        3. i am so disappointed by the fake promises made by your people that i never shop from you again. Also i'll make sure that whosoever i know or whom i can reach through any social media or internet also get to know the worst experience i had shopping with you.

                        4. I mean i thing its one of the worst mistake of my life shopping with you poeple, who have no system in place and provide such a pathetic service.

                        5. I also run a eCommerce business but not in such rudimentary fashion like you.

                        6. I dont hope to hear from you guys, if that had been the case you would have taken action way back, but this is just a mail for record, i send three such mails and i'l have something to prove in the consumer court.

                        Home Shop 18 — partial delivery of listed products

                        i ordered an olympus fe 26 from home shop 18 where it was written that i will get a battery charger set but i dint receive that i informed them several times but they just forwarded it several times and till now i did not receive it
                        Same thing happened with me.

                          I had ordered a book named five point someone on june 25 2011 order no[protected] but it not delivered to me upto july 4 2011, then i call to customer care of homeshop 18 they told me your parcel is delivered you just contact to bluedart courier indore branch, they give me a landline no[protected] which never been recieved by anyone then i search the address on internet & just received my parcel which AWB no. [protected] after that i reached home & when i check the parcel the cover shows details "Five Point Someone-order no[protected]" but when i unpacked it i found the book named "Three mistakes of my life" hindi version then i again call to customer care of homeshop18 they put my call on hold for a long time after they reply me to put the parcel back to us then i ask to a address & they reply me that i send u a sms on your number but i didn't get his message. After that i feel Homeshop18 is not a reliable site to do online shopping.
                          Please guys Beware of this company they give unnecessary troubles to the customers.

                              Dear Consumer Care dept.,

                              I had ordered Ballarini Red Wok & Grill Pan Set By Sanjeev Kapoor on date :[protected] from Homeshop18 TV channel of worth Rs. 1999.00. Payment terms was COD (Cash on delivery), paid also on receiving the product.

                              I received that product on date : 04-Jun-2011, in which the Red wok was bend at the surface level. For that i called to Homeshop18 to register my complain & one of the caller had instructed me to send it back to them @ given address, with the reason of returning the product, and also added that TNT courier will pick it from my home & i don't have to pay anything.. But when i called TNT courier for this, they had informed me that Udhna, Surat is not their service area, again i called to Homeshop18 & update matters to them. They told me send this product @ below given address & send us the docket no. copy also, we will pay you the courier cost.. Address is as below :

                              I had sent the defective product to the given address on date : 08-Jun-2011 via Maruti Courier docket no :[protected] and they received on date : 11-Jun-2011. Courier cost : Rs. 200/-

                              As a replacement i received one more defective red wok, which had scratched inside the wok, dull colour coating & not looked like brand new red wok & Specially handle was not received with Wok.

                              Again i called to Homeshop18 for this, and again same reply came that send it to us @ the above given address. Again i had send it to Homeshop18 on date : 21-Jun-2011 via Maruti Courier docket no :[protected]. Courier cost : Rs. 140/-.

                              Since last two days, this courier reached to Delhi, but Maruti Courier delivery boy searching the office to deliver the courier, and found that above given Homeshop18 address is been changed. For that, after my call, one of the called re-confirming me the same above given address, which is wrong actually.

                              After second call, some other caller has given me the new address as below :

                              Delhi - 110 045

                              Now again i have to send this courier to this new above given address after receiving this courier from Delhi.

                              Requesting you sir, kindly help me out from this Issue, as i fed up now with this.. As every time new caller receives call & i have to update him/her start from zero. Some of the caller are not that much mature to reply and immediately they are unable to hear me, & disconnect the call.

                              Though i am aware of this all kind of cheating & dishonesty, and giving you complain mail as a helping hand regarding this, there must be so many innocent people facing this kind of problems.

                                  I had purchased a gluman storage set from the Homeshop18 which were 20 in numbers (12 pieces with free 8 pieces) on 23rd May, 2011. The product was delivered in time with cash on delivery system. After opening the box I found that among the 20 containers, 7 containers were defective. I made a complaint to them they suggested to send the same in a box to their TNT courier, I did that on 28th May, 2011. After few days when I tried to find out the status of my request for replacement of the 7 defective pieces, they told me that the same has been delivered to Mr. Amit on the Ist of June, 2011. With my utter surprise, I called them and requested that there is no one by the name Amit in our house, then they asked me to wait for few days because they were making enquiries. Till 16th of June I made atleast 50-60 calls to them then only they sent a small box saying that this is your replaced products. I told them that I had returned 7 pieces and this small box cannot contain the same, their senior Executive Mr. Chirag said you receive the same and then call us. When I received the same I was shocked to see two old containters full of scraches and that too without lid. I immediately reacted and they suggested to send all the sets available with me to their company i.e. Nakamichi Techno Pvt. Ltd. at Noida.

                                  It is surprising that after sale of the product they behave so indifferently which is a cause of concern and I am still doubtful that if I send back the remaining boxes to them, will they send me back the same or not? Is there anyone who can help us. My order Number was[protected].

                                    I have purchased a SPICE Mobile M-9000 from Home Shop 18 and have found it be defective piece. inspite of it has dual sim non of the sim shows network even standing under tower. when i registered a complain with them they seems to be teeling its not in our return policy and so on... Not even updating the status of the complain, evevry time we call them they tell us our people will get intoouch with us with 24 to 48 hrs, and they never seems to get in touch.

                                    I have also go DOA certificate from SPICE mobiles stating that the mobile is deffective but still they HOME shop is not guiding how to send the mobile back to them for replacement of refund.

                                    I suggest dont buy and SPICE mobile and dont buy any MOBILE from HOME SHOP 18. both are negative rating and i am standing helpless....

                                      Biggest fraud company of all times. No ethics, only false commitments, I am sure you will die one day following up there customer care but you will not get any correct information, commitment, follow-up call, escalation to seniors or call to seniors.

                                      Order No:[protected] Placed on 25/May/11 - promised to be delivered in 3 days, as I live in gurgaon close to noida there head office, I got a mail from from home shop 18 of tentative delivery with in 3 days.
                                      20 + follow up call to their customer care in next 15 days, always got false promise, never got call back and no call frm sniors.
                                      compaint no[protected] raised on 06/Jun/11 - Mr. Jatinder Singh (CCE) assured me the refund of money with-in 72 hrs. 8 days already gone..no refund till date.
                                      14/June/11 - Customer care has no update of refund, promised me of call back in 24 hrs, I know...they will not call me.

                                      Believe me they are theives, there complete set-up is to make people fool, get the money from them and then exploit them for so many days such that customer itself die of following up with CCE.

                                        I appriciate your response, however my sister is going to New Jersey and i wanted to gift this to my sister . however after reading 7 days dilevery time which did not match what was written on the website we lost all trust on whatever content is written on your website . On my mobile i further got an sms from homeshop18 that it will be delovered on 13th June . You upset my sister as i could not gift it to her . I will never shop from you again, she had to fly tonight .

                                        Thank you for such worst experience . You could not deliver product from Noida to Delhi through your premium courier Blue Dart and you talk about 2 day express delivery .
                                        You can only apologize as you are doing your job . Who will compensate for the emotional torture you have done to me ?????? I was your old customer, earlier purchased sony digital camera from you as well last year through my old number [protected]. I will never shop from you again.

                                        Further I got a call from HomeShop18 and when asked the reason of this misguidance I got a reply that might be the data did not match and it will not happen again . How easy is that to get rid of the customer .

                                        I was explaining what happened and got a reply that this do happen sometime and will not happen again .

                                        I am extremely sad with this .

                                        I repeat when I was booking the order it showed delivery in 5 working days . I got order confirmation mail which showed 7 working days . I got order confirmation sms which showed 10 days . I got an shipping msg it showed again 2-3 working days on 8th June.

                                        What the hell is that . Are you kidding me ????

                                        they only made for fooling customer in India .

                                        After a long procedure of communication with the Homeshop18 team . I was promised by a team member Jagatjeet of Homeshop18 to send a gift for my father . And he called me that he will give me the way bill number of the same on Saturday, while I did not receive the way bill number on monday as well .

                                        HomeShop18 promised me to give details of my gift on Saturday but I called him many times but I did not get response from him..he is fooling me…..I will never buy anything from HS18 in future…

                                        This was a drastic pain overall . I will send your free gift back to your company . I am not a beggar to keep on calling you for a 500 Rs free gift .

                                        You people hurt my emotions and lost your loyalty in my eyes .

                                        I ordered Mesmerization Double Bedsheet Order Number[protected] & Sub Order No. 45405165 and received the bedsheet dirty and damaged. I Sent a complaint to them immediately through there web form on Jul 23, 2012 under complaint number 73314895. They replied after 8 days that too like a thief without informing me on my email with a wrong address Dear Customer, Plot 19 A, Delhi Sanoli Bye pass, near shankar garden, opp. Sec-25, HUDA, Panipat-132103. Who the hell is names his shop as "dear customer" I immediately again sent a complaint which I cannot see now on the website now. now after a month has gone bye I have not received the correct address as to where I have to ship the product. So now neither I can ship the product back nor can i order a new product neither I can receive a refund.

                                        I am very sad with there response and thinking what to do now? Should I send Bedsheet to dear customer?
