I have purchased a compac laptop on 24 Dec 2008 from foretech computers, Begumpul, Meerut there was offer running that i will get kodak digi camera(C913) .i have received your free gift on 14 Mar 2009, now i am facing problem with camera, there is some problem in display setting like whenever i shoot the picture, is clear but than i try to download in laptop or try to zoom, picture is not clear and some red and green line display in digi camera and laptop as well.please tell us how to solve this problem and where i have to go. kindly look into the matter.My contact no is- [protected], [protected].

I have purchased a COMPAQ CQ45-207TU LAPTOP on 24.02.2009.It is under the scheme of free gift offer of a KODAK Digital camera.My online redemption code is CND8451R21.After one month since I sent the documents Hp redemption sent a letter saying that cheque is Multilated.

Refer to the "Multilated Cheque" issue. I enquried with your
customer care executive.They said that, the cheque has been teared
(cut into pieces).Also i received that cheque.It is very much sure that someone
has intentionally teared the date part of the cheque.

Iam very disappointing to know this .I sent the cheque with great care, with
carefull packing, I have the xerox copy of cheque and all the documents that i couriered to you.

Iam guareentee that the cheque was in very good condition when I packed and couriered.Also refer to the mail sent by HP redemption cell about 20 days back, they said that my documents are received in good condition.However its the new issue you are raising, 20 days since you received my documents..So Iam sure that someone in your redemption cell has mishandled the cheque and teared it and you have put the blame on me.And none of your executives are not bothere sd to call me.

Sending a new cheque is not an issue for me, provided the valid reason is given by HP redemption cell.And I request you to bear the expenses of courier charges, since there is no mistake from my side.

I hope my concerns will be addressed with top priority and urgently as I will be available in India for limited number of days.Please let me know is there any alternative way of fast transation. I can even arrange a cheque of HDFC-Kalkaji, New Delhi Branch cheque also, if the par cheque is time consuming.

Its very disappointing to have these kind of improper responses from an established
venture like HP redemption cell.Expecting a quick response from HP redemption cell.Please call me for any clarification - +91-[protected].

i have parchased my laptop model no cq40-108from THE COMPUTER WARE HOUSE sector 22-C chandigarhon 11th march 2009..
it is came to know that a free gift ( digi camera ) is free with parchase of laptop.
but no free gift is given to me by the dealer. other dealer gave free gift along with laptop. i also want a free gift. please solve my problem as early as possible. reply soon.
